Helena Schools Will Debate the Left’s Favorite Agenda:Teaching Sex to 5-Year-Olds

The Helena Montana school board’s new health curriculum for students K-12 includes teaching about homosexuality in first grade and different types of sex in fifth grade. The board has invited the public to a July 13th discussion of the new program.

In kindergarten and first grade the little ones will learn the usual Progressive fare. There are all different kinds of families – one kind is just as healthy as another.  Some have two mommies, two daddies, etc., you know the drill, I’m sure. This kind of indoctrination has been so successful in popular culture that the kid knows it by the time he’s three. But that’s not enough for the left-wing extremists.

First graders in Helena will learn how important words are like ‘gay’ and queer.’ In 5th grade, when the student has reached the ripe age of 10, he should “understand that sexual intercourse includes but is not limited to vaginal, oral or anal penetration.”

So right after the child finishes doing fractions he heads to health class where he learns about anal intercourse.

Kevin Jennings, Obama’s safe schools czar and friend to late Harry Hay of the North American Man-Boy Love Association( NAMBLA), must be salivating in D.C.

Meanwhile, back in Helena the school board members will probably get an earful from those pesky traditional two-parent families, who’ve just about had enough with the Left’s obsession with children and sex. Jeff Laszloffy from the Montana Family Foundation:

It’s absolutely insane. This is not education. This has crossed the line.

What Laszloffy doesn’t understand about the current administration and local school boards who agree with the Jennings Method of teaching is that this is education – Marxist style.

A frustrated assistant principle of Helena High school, Steve Thennis, interviewed last year about the increasing dropout rates, offered some inadvertent insight into what all this Progressive education has done to a child’s  natural love of learning:

As educators, we don’t get it. We enjoyed school so much growing up, we made a profession out of it. We don’t understand the thought process, so it’s difficult.

Don’t worry, Steve, you’re not alone. For the last 60 years the radicals have been working in earnest to hijack the educational system in ways that have many teachers and parents shell-shocked. These leftists are getting bold now because men like Jennings in D.C. have their back. That’s the bad news. The good news is that I’m 100% convinced that the July 13th debate in Helena, like so many that are popping up across the country, will be their downfall.

The next time I learn a blog, I hope that it doesnt disappoint me as a lot as this one. I imply, I do know it was my choice to learn, but I really thought youd have one thing fascinating to say. All I hear is a bunch of whining about one thing that you may repair in the event you werent too busy in search of attention.
