Kerry and Stone Still Playing the Stupid Card: How Stupid is That?

My sister, an attorney, gave me some great advice when we were growing up.
When I came home from school one day crying that another student called me a name, she said, “Do you respect this kid?” I said, “No, she’s a bully and she’s mean.” She replied, “then whatever she said is a compliment.” Ever since, I have always considered the source of any criticism.
So when John Kerry and Oliver Stone, in separate statements, proved their all too familiar ruling class arrogance this past week I filed them under “compliments.”
The Chavez-loving Stone continued the same old leftist line from two years ago in a Wall Street Journal interview, stereotyping millions of Americans as KKK”ers, selectively forgetting that the Ku Klux Klan’s first grand wizard was a Democrat.
…the rage is inchoate and Know Nothing, you know, the Sarah Palins, Tea Parties…these people have always existed in American life, always, historically, there’s nothing there…I was telling someone the other day, you know, if you read American history, the Ku Klux Klan had a march down a Washington D.C. boulevard of a hundred thousand people in white hoods…we have this tradition of ignorance.
Will those ignorant “know nothings” spend their hard-earned bucks on Stone’s latest flick? I don’t think so. Stone will have to rely on the kool-aid drinkers. Even for those unfortunate souls the reality of living without steady income makes millionaire Stone’s insults seem desperate and irrelevant. Of course, the really ignorant will keep hanging around Stone’s cage until he’s totally ignored and disappears from view.
America’s not a country for old man John Kerry either. The people are getting on his nerves, they are actually holding him accountable for his progressive hypocrisy. Back in July he tried to dodge paying taxes on his half-a-million dollar yacht, even after The Hill released its “wealthiest’” legislators list naming the Massachusetts Senator number one.
Perhaps Kerry can’t handle the fact that he and his radical buddies are being exposed for the first time. And not by fancy elitist Harvard intellectuals, but by concerned citizen journalists. Kerry, like his counterpart, doesn’t seem to understand that denigrating the “electorate” is counterproductive. The put-downs are making the average, hard-working, freedom-loving Americans more passionate. This, he can’t quite grasp:
We have an electorate that doesn’t always pay that much attention to what’s going on so people are influenced by a simple slogan rather than the facts or the truth or what’s happening,”
A “simple slogan” like “Yes, we can,” John?
The “truth of what’s happening” began over 18 months ago. And we the people, I’m sure you’ve heard of us, now consider any mockery, name calling and false charges to be the highest compliment coming from anti-American, Marxist Alinskyites still hell-bent on destroying the United States of America. So thank you very much for the kind words Senator Kerry!
