“It’s great to be #shoulder2shoulder with groups like the @ISNAHQ,” The Religious Action Center (RAC), the Leftist political arm of the Union for Reform Judaism, tweeted last night. Who is it that this supposedly Jewish organization is proud to stand with?
According to The Investigative Project on Terrorism on the Islamic Society of North America:
• ISNA remains an unindicted co-conspirator in the Hamas-support prosecution of the Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development (HLF), despite its appeals to the court to remove that status.
• ISNA was created by members of the Muslim Brotherhood — a radical Egyptian movement that seeks to spread Shariah law globally — in the U.S. Many of those founders remain in leadership positions with ISNA.
While RIGHT TO EXIST has discussed the Leftist ties of The RAC previously, this affiliation with the ISNA is a step above the seriousness of their preference for Leftist politics over Jewish traditions.
“There’s some people in the world says no Holocaust even happened. Some of their leaders say no Holocaust even happened. Well it did happen. These people were punished. They were punished for a reason because they were serially disobedient to Allah.”
These remarks were made at ISNA’s 2009 national convention and were never repudiated by ISNA nor were they even mentioned by the RAC or David Saperstein. Despite ISNA’s well-publicized ties to the Muslim Brotherhood and Hamas, he RAC and the Union for Reform Judaism (URJ) still chooses to publicly associate with them.
While the URJ and the RAC claim to work toward building a strong Israel, they continue to knowingly work with those whose mission it is to destroy it.
