Pino Jihada

Pages: 1 2

For those of us old enough to be AARP members, the name “Kent State” conjures up memories of the killings of 4 Kent State students on May 4, 1970 in an over-reaction by Ohio State Guardsmen positioned on the campus during anti-war protests.

This past week Kent State gained a new basis for international notoriety and for a different sort of death, this time of academic standards and decency.  Kent State is home to one of the worst tenured jihadists and pseudo-academic barbarians on the planet.

Julio Pino is a tenured pseudo-academic, teaching Latin American history at Kent State.  He was born in Cuba in 1960 and is a proud Fidelista, although he seems to prefer the option of having three square meals to eat in the heartland of American capitalism to living in the workers’ paradise.  In 2000 he converted to Islam and adopted the new name, Assad Jibril Pino.  Since then he has been a professional anti-Semite and rabble rouser against Israel.  He routinely denounces Israel for perpetuating “genocide” and Nazi-like crimes. (He evidently has never found any crimes in Cuba committed by the communists there, nor any human rights abuses of Muslims in Muslim regimes.)   He proudly admits to being a full-time indoctrinator of his students at Kent State.  He has referred to his students at Kent State as his “little jihadists” and his “beloved Taliban.”  He insists that the United States is “rapidly descending toward Christian fascism, we need more Ward Churchills.”  In September 2000, Pino declared a fatwa on the moderator of the “Marxism List,” proclaiming that those who dared to disagree with him were “hereby sentenced to death.”  He routinely celebrates mass murderers and suicide bombers, including the al-Qaeda terrorists who attacked the US on 9-11.  The Kent State student paper has had some biting satire to say about all this.

Pino was in the news this past week for academic barbarism.  An Israeli diplomat was speaking at Kent State and Pino jumped up and interrupted the talk by screaming “Death to Israel.”  Pino was upset when the diplomat noted that that Israel had offered humanitarian aid to Turkey, despite Turkey’s recent behavior, and Pino insisted the aid was really just profits from murdering Arab babies.

Where can I get one of those condom caps that Pino is sporting?

    • SHmuelHaLevi

They only fit d… heads. I had to say it, sorry. LOL

    • ChingaChe

remember to leave a little reservoir at the top.

My book, "Satan's Trinity: Hitler, Stalin & Muhammad, available at For the first time in history "HSM" appear together on a book cover. The idea behind the book is to make headway against the ludicrous idea that Muhammad should be conjoined with any religious leader/founder. This book uses the specific names of Hitler and Stalin to efficiently identify the nature of Muhammad and by extension Islam. It compares the personalities and approach of each man to such categories as; war, peace, sex, torture, slavery, women, their respective childhoods and deaths, the critical affects of geography and timing, each man’s anti-social and narcissistic personalities.

Whatever happened to the oath which states: "I swear to defend the Constitution against ALL enemies, both foreign and domestic?" Isn't his statements against America and his encouragement for the Taliban and his calls for Jihad and "death to those that disagree" enough to place him in that camp of Domestic Enemies?

    • pagegl

Your post reminds me that I've been wondering whatever happened to Article 3 Section 3 of the Constitution. Was it repealed and I missed the news? Or do we not apply it because we would have to clear out the current administration?

  • Rifleman

I wouldn't call Guardsmen opening fire on people throwing bottles, rocks, and sh*t on them an over-reaction, I'd call attacking Guardsmen with rifles in their hands with bottles, rocks, and sh*t, suicidal stupidity. Their single volley quickly ended the attack on them.

As for Julio, he’s a Cuban socialist, and a muslim, so he’s triple multi-culti protected, and can indoctrinate, disrupt, and threaten others with death all he wants with no more than an occasional discouraging word from the college administration.

Another moron with a stupid look on his face……I guess " high academic standards " are maintained at K State. Ugh.

  • crypticguise

Mike Adams at TownHall give us an even closer look at this sociopathic IslamoFascist and his other claim to sodomizing mothers of his political opponents here:

The President of Kent State is a coward; and the FBI should be investigating this jihadist. Where are the alumni of Kent State?

    • aspacia

LOL, Adams is good, but tends towards the pendantic.

      • crypticguise

Pedantic? He is incredibly incisive and hits both multicultural administrators and lazy, inattentive students right between the eyes with "common sense" and demonstrations of the illogic of their positions.

He has a wonderful sense of humor and constantly demonstrates absurdity of liberal academic nonsense. He would NEVER be able to take his well-reasoned positions if he were untenured.

Thanks much for responding to my mention of him. I was totally unaware of Mike Adams until about six months ago and went back and read all of his columns on Town Hall. All in all, pedantic or not he's a breathe of fresh air as a Conservative thinking "teacher" in the best sense surviving and thriving in a sludge pot of academic political correctness.

Front Page Mag and a guy like Mike Adams are havens for truth in a world of delusion, illusion and nonsense.

        • aspacia

          ostentatious in one's learning.
overly concerned with minute details or formalisms, especially in teaching.

          Yep, this fits Adams.

It's notable that mostly only ugly people become Mohammedans, I assume it's out of resentment for their plain looks in a world where beauty is prized above all things.

    • aspacia

Not really, may are quite attractive, albeit I prefer blonds. The queen of Jordan is gorgeous as is Kim Kardasian (sp) Here is a link to handsome Arab males:… Just remember, many like Ted Bundy were attractive too.

  • Brujo Blanco

It is not free speech to yell fire n a crowded theater. Why should it be ok to yell kill the Jews? This concept of tenure has really been perverted. People like Pinonare in a position to have some nut job kill or set off explosives.

  • LibertyLover

"…And we sure would like to hear why the FBI has never done anything about the Pino problem."

Perhaps it's because the FBI is part of the Obama / Holder Justice Department?

  • Ben

I`m already tired of the Jewish Univesity presidents in America and Israel who create the favourable climat for leftist and Islamist enemies of both countries.

    • Raymond in DC

Liberal Jewish university presidents are little different from liberal non-Jewish university presidents. Neither are willing to defend their institutions or Western values against intellectual thugs. They're all, in the end, cowards who are not beyond putting a "progressive" gloss on their craven behavior by speaking of "tolerance" and academic freedom.

I think the first step in getting a grip on this situation is abandoning tenure. Were instructors working under 1-2 year contracts that would still give them more job security than most have. All it would take then is an administrator or department head with integrity willing to fire their asses.

      • What else is new?

I'd go even further and suggest that Lester A. Lefton, the Jewish president of Kent University, was just putting on a show when he denounced Pino's "Death to Israel" outburst. More than likely, Lefton is one of those Jews in full agreement with Pino.

I am a graduate of the History Dept at Kent State ('85) and until they get rid of this clown, they will NEVER get a dime of my money!

    • Proudscott

I agree. I just tossed my latest mailer from the university and from the athletic team I played on into the trash. If this is the state of affairs for the Golden Flash Univ. then they can go without my assistance. I'm embarrassed to say I graduated from there lately and I loved it there!

  • Inspire

I was a freshman in college at the time of the Kent State murders.

My gut reaction at the time was that these were deliberate in an attempt to strike fear into
"protesters". To defeat the spirit of the human being is to control them. Easy out for the powers that be, who ordered these killings, to attribute the "unfortunate" deaths to overly nervous and too young guardsmen. These men are trained in attack as well as restraint.
From my perspective, this velvet lined excuse had the intended outcome. The protests from then on lacked the same vigor of the preceding ones. The goals of humanity in this country thus became worldly, lacking empathy, which has led us to our current position of outright chaos of thought and a lack of co-operative American spirit of a respect for freedom; true freedom.united under God, the ultimate guide.

  • Proudscott

As a KSU Alum the sincerely sad aspect of this story is that the Kent State leadership will not condemn his statements publicly. They are hiding behind some BS about pursuing academic freedom and the emergence of ideas, yet if a group went to the Kent Gay/Lesbian Foundation and criticized them they would most likely be thrown out o school. Leaders, and it is hard to use that term lately, in America, especially n college campuses, don't have the guts to step up and condemn language and statements by people who make them. We are drowning in a cesspool of our own making by refusing to make value judgements out of a desire to not offend some demographic. The problem then becomes that freedom of speech is prevented unless you are a protected 'class'.
