Obama’s War on Jewish Jerusalem

Pages: 1 2

On Wednesday we heard that Jerusalem (along with, no less significantly, the Palestinian “right of return” and Hamas) had been omitted from the Democratic Party’s platform for 2012. On Thursday we heard that Jerusalem had been reinstated—by means of the ludicrous voice vote shown in this already viral video, in which it is not at all clear that the ayes really have a two-thirds majority or even a majority at all.

Whether or not the original omission was President Obama’s doing, it was certainly consistent with the content of another much-viewed video from slightly over a month ago, in which White House spokesman Jay Carney, by refusing to say what city the White House considers the capital of Israel, made perfectly clear that the city is not Jerusalem. It is also consistent with Obama’s failure to visit Israel since being president—which would entail coming to Jerusalem in pomp and splendor and at least tacitly acknowledging it as the capital, a message the president does not want to convey to the surrounding countries.

Back in June 2008, candidate Obama, in a speech to AIPAC, surprised everyone by declaring that “Jerusalem will remain the capital of Israel, and it must remain undivided.” That drew a sharp rebuff from Palestinian Authority president Mahmoud Abbas among others. And one day after his AIPAC statement Obama backtracked, telling CNN: “Well, obviously, it’s going to be up to the parties to negotiate a range of these issues. And Jerusalem will be part of those negotiations.”

If that at least sounded like neutrality, it quickly got worse when candidate Obama became President Obama. In his Cairo speech in June 2009, in which he spent several paragraphs vilifying Israeli communities over the 1967 line to a largely Islamic-extremist audience, Obama said:

All of us have a responsibility to work for the day…when Jerusalem is a secure and lasting home for Jews and Christians and Muslims, and a place for all of the children of Abraham to mingle peacefully together as in the story of Isra, when Moses, Jesus, and Mohammed (peace be upon them) joined in prayer.

If that too may have sounded like a kind of neutrality, it actually pointedly excluded any reference to the political status of Jerusalem or even part of Jerusalem—in the present or the future—as Israel’s capital. It came, in other words, from the same territory as the Carney press conference and the platform omission; except that it was delivered to an audience all too accepting of the message that—whatever Israel may say—Jerusalem currently has no established political status at all.

It was, of course, nine months later, in March 2010, that all hell broke loose when, during a visit to Jerusalem by Vice-President Joseph Biden, a zoning board announced plans to build apartments for Jews in Ramat Shlomo, an already-existing neighborhood of 20,000 in the part of Jerusalem that was under illegal Jordanian rule from 1949 to 1967. “I condemn,” stormed Biden, “the decision by the government of Israel to advance planning for new housing units in east Jerusalem.”

Something even Americans don't seem to know is that the Consulate General in Jerusalem is NOT a US representative to Israel but to the Palestinian Authority (and before that, to Arabs (only) in Judaea, Samaria and part of Jerusalem but not recognizing any part of Jerusalem as in Israel).

But I have a question about the phrase "final status negotiation" – correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that found in the "treaties" that were written from the Oslo DOP??? If so, and if "Oslo" is actually not in effect these days (?), how can the State Dept. invoke that phrase (well, I know, but let's go with it for a discussion?).

AND – it seems to me that if, according to Obama, himself, it's up to the president (not the State Dept.) to recognize the capital of any country and whereas, HE is the head of the Democrat Party and said party has now stated that Jerusalem is the Capital of Israel, therefore… you get my drift. Why don't we publish EVERYWHERE that the USA has now, through the statement by the HEAD of the Democrat Party who IS the President of the United States, recognized Jerusalem as the Capital of Israel… and see what happens next?

We enjoyed our periodic vacation time in Jerusalem. Usually three days since our work still takes much of the rest of the year in Eretz Israel. W reside in Eretz Israel. Jerusalem is growing stronger as a united city and only acts of treason could possibly divide it.
About the pathetic show on record passing as the DNC and the corresponding party platform goosing.
The idiocy shown fits perfectly with a multitude of other gas filled bubbles that constitute the State Department ludicrous "policy" manuals. To be honest it was a gang of unJews that commenced to serve bubbles of their own under Mr. Baker, (Republican). Previously the said drifting out JINO's we allowed to only do damage from the side.
Since then a veritable stable full of such items entered the Federal administrations and served from under desks, closets, small offices, makeshift postings including or missing black Yamulkas" and as "envoys" of sorts.
The said unJews conceived the abandonment of G.d and Jerusalem since that fits perfectly the ways and means of their post Jewish lives. Their drift out of being true to their ancestry requires that they destroy all traces of said Heritage that may come back to hound them.
Mr. Barrack Hussein just did what it is natural to him and removed the Jewish factors from the Platform.

      History repeating itself…..
Quite a few German Jews were the same and then came a HITLER who fixed the wagons of all those
who even had a Jewish grandmother seven generations before and threw them into the same place as
the practicing ones….and the way it is going HERE, it won't be a Hitler or a similar one but ISLAM….
Just because, whoever spits towards Heaven, is bound to get it back on his face….
      Just as simple as that….

The Act of Surrender to Islam, lead by Al Barack Hussein Obama, in September 2009.
(Muslim Day of Prayer on the Mall) Where he lead 50,000 muslim men in prayer for "The Soul of Amercia."
Which, in occult terms, determines "The Future Destiny of America."
In effect, if he makes Israel return to the 1967 borders,
then he will have "captured Jerusalem" for Islam.
He can then rule the world from Jerusalem.
    NWO needs a NWReligion.

What does it take for the genetically DEMOCRAP American Jews to come down heir cloud and realize
the mistake they made by electing President this "Empty Suit" they knew NOTHING about but enough
to judge which foot was he limping of and still voting for him then in an 80% proportion but still, 60% of
them as per polls, are donating and will be reelecting him ????????

Most American Jews are not Jews anymore but secular progressives – It is no surprise they would support the Socialst Mu-slim in chief from Kenya

It's increasingly obvious that the democrat party has degenerated into dhimmitude, appeasement, and anti-semitism. I've led study tours of college students to Israel and we spend a lot of time in Jerusalem, the city that this inept, Jew-hating, and racist administration can't bring itself to call a Jewish city for more than three millenia. The students respect the fact that Jerusalem is Israel's capital city, that only since 1967 have all faiths had equal and unrestricted access to its holy places, that arabs and other muslims have no religious, political, or historical claim on the city and its environs. In fact, these students have no idea what muslims are doing there and can't understand why they don't go away or at least respect the right of christians and Jews to visit their own ancient religious sites. Oh, yes, none of them will be supporting obama's re-election.

Gee whiz! Not only must the United States short circuit the peace accords in order to elect its own President, but our President is deemed "insolent" by Mr. Hornik. Oh pardon us! The insolence of the leader of the free world. Not the impertinence of the tiny country in the Middle East that was trying to steal a base, but rather the insolence of the American President before the ordained king of Eretz Israel! Behavior to which royalty is unaccustomed.

"For thy insolence I shall place my hook in thy nose and and my bridle in thy lips and I will turn thee back by the way by which thou camest."

Who knew Benjamin Netanyahu was God or Isaiah? We had better all rend our garments.

They let you out again, Schlo? Oy!

How's this for an analogy. A CEO of a small company is meeting with the CEO of a very large company. Suddenly the CEO of the large company, gets up because he's pissed off with something that the other CEO said and leaves him sitting in his office for an hour. Schlo, you're the CEO of the smaller company. How would you feel and how long would you wait before you walked out and told the secretary to tell the other CEO to go **** himself ? I think Netanyahu showed admirable patience with the petulant child who happens to occupy the Presidency. I know that he'll probably win so we'll get to see more temper tantrums from the Child-in-Chief over the next four years.

      • Schlomotion

I would feel embarrassed for running such a small company.

Not embarrassed that your side surrendered, unconditionally to the US, UK and SU in 1945?

        • Elliott

In other words, you "SCHLOMOTION" (what a STUPID nomenclature) would rather be a ROMNEY (LARGE COMPANY = BAIN) than a small company; Obama's usa?????????

Don't conflate muslim brotherhood with the free world, schlo.

    • Mo Schlotion

What base were they trying to steal? I didn't know they play baseball in Israel. Or were they trying to steal an air force base or something like that? What garment did you rend? Can your tailor fix it?

Gee whiz! More Jew hatred from Schlomotion! Who'd have thunk it?

    • Kufar Dawg

"Humiliation and wretchedness were stamped on the Jews and they were visited with Allah's wrath."

A more appropriate quotation for Schlo methinks.

Barack Husein Obama has some first-rate drama coaches, but even they can't hide his anti-Israel sentiments and agenda. People running for the elected office of Dog Catcher of Podunk Corners, U.S.A. have had to reveal a LOT more about their backgrounds than this closet Moslem currently OCCUPYING (sic) The Oval Office. That's not Islamophobia, but a RATIONAL fear of The Moslem Brotherhood's desired global jihad.

Obama's declaration, to great applause before an AIPAC audience in 2008, that Jerusalem is Israel's undivided capital, followed, to AIPAC's consternation, by his repudiation of his own words the very next day, was not, as it is commonly thought to have been, a simple, unintended misstatement. Not at all. It was a contemptuous act of mockery and spiteful, exquisite cruelty. American Jews refuse to see it like that because they are naive and stupid. I know this because I've talked about it with my fellow Jews many a time, and they are never at a loss to come up with a kind excuse for it. They don't even know when they've been slapped across the face, and think it's just raining out when he spits in their eyes.

Mr obuma: No Lower bi-ped on earth! One can not say how bad he is! Let live to 125 and everyone point and say There is the Worst Person to ever become president of The Once Great United States of America!
Makes me want to get to Isreal as fast as I can. Waiting to get passport returned!

Tell everyone you know about what a treasonous bastard muslim B h obama is !

  • PeterJ

Pbama has a better relationship with the people who want to exterminate Jews than with Jews themselves.

Since American Jews are less popular than their enemies, instead of voting for Obama and waiting for the Muslim Brotherhood or Iran to wipe them out after the election, American Jews can make it easier for the Obama Administration by offing themselves now.

After all, it's easier for a dead person to vote Democratic than a live one.

  • Western Spirit

All of this is predicted in the Bible the dispersal of the Jews, the return of the Jews even the restoring of the shekel, and the Hebrew language. And the worldwide Anti-Semitism and persecution of the Jews is prophesied.

Moreover the apostasy of Christians and widespread immorality is also in the Bible, It's verities are amazing.

Obama is only doing what the times call for. Except the hatred for Jews and their God hasn't reached full bloom in this country yet, so he got in trouble at his convention for omitting them.

According to a response by that strange individual – "SCHLOMOTION" (what a STUPID nomenclature) – he, by is own admission, would rather be a ROMNEY (LARGE COMPANY = BAIN) than a small company; Obama's usa !!!!!!

Lies, lies and damned lies. It continues to amaze me that they get away with this garbage. The lame stream media has always reported the building of apartments in Jerusalem as though it was in the area controlled by the Palestinians.

Israel is the only Democratic Nation in the Middle East and they are our allies. We continue to play games with the intolerant, barbaric 7the Century Islamists surrounding Israel. Damn them all!
