Camp David Death Watch: Morsi Finds New Reason to Undermine Peace Accords

Those Islamists, they’re like rats, always gnawing away at things. If one chair leg seems too hard to gnaw through, they go at it another way.

Morsi, the Muslim Brotherhood president of Egypt, needs a way to abolish the Camp David Accords between Israel and Egypt without losing all that sweet American money and weapons. So he’s sending up various trial balloons. This is the one that he’s probably going to stick with because it’s unpopular with the left.

The United States has “a special responsibility” to the Palestinians rooted in Washington’s signing of the 1978 peace agreement between Israel and Egypt, Egyptian President Mohamed Morsy told The New York Times in an interview published Sunday morning, ahead his trip to the United Nations in New York.

“As long as peace and justice are not fulfilled for the Palestinians,” Morsy told the Times, “then the treaty (Camp David) remains unfulfilled.” Washington must live up to its Camp David commitment to Palestinian autonomy, he said.

This is why you never buy a rug in Cairo. Once you bought the rug, the rug merchant will tell you that the purchase of the rug is actually dependent on you paying twice the price and then taking his entire family on a trip to Disneyland.

The “clever” part of this is that Morsi is abolishing the Camp David Accords by expanding the Accords to mean that Israel must achieve an impossible Peace Accords with the Hamas terrorists whom Morsi is backing on the condition that they never make peace with Israel.

And if that happens, Israel will be asked to make a rock too heavy for it to lift.

This website supports racist ideas and should be closed permanently. Also I think we can add Israelis to the list of bad guys. They have NO intention to make peace. They just want to stall and steal all Palestinian lands by their slow-motion ethnic cleansing.

Daniel Greenfield's articles are well researched and are not, as many other bloggers are, prone to knee jerk reactions or reflexive hype writing rather than actual journalism. The problem with the "soundbite/twitter generation" is that they no longer have the attention span to read an entire article. The other problem, we face is that since the mainstream media has long since forsaken any modicum of objectivity that bloggers have had to become de facto journalists. Well done, once again, Daniel Greenfield; you have brought to the light of day the REAL muslim brotherhood and their well known links to hamas, hezbollah, al queda et al. They are not secular or non-violent — they are in fact the PR arm of worldwide terrorism and are committed to the annihilation of the Jewish nation, Israel and the United States … By the way, the 14 minute YouTube "film" that insulted the islamic world … is a red herring — this "outrage" was planned and choreographed to the enth degree….
