“Convert to Islam or I’ll Kill You” = Suspended Sentence

In the UK, you can be arrest for saying something racist about a soccer play on Twitter, but threatening to slit your girlfriend’s throat unless she converts to Islam wins you a suspended sentence.

Compare these two cases.

Case one

Liam Stacey, a 21-year-old biology undergraduate at Swansea University, pleaded guilty to a charge under the Crime and Disorder Act of making racially aggravated comments.

Lisa Jones, prosecuting, told the court: “Fabrice Muamba collapsed on the pitch and was believed to have died. Shortly after, Stacey posted on Twitter: ‘LOL, Fuck Muamba. He’s dead’.” Stacey is due to be sentenced this week and has been told he could be jailed.

Case two

Kuldeep Chail, 47, made the announcement about his girlfriend to a complete stranger he had approached at a bus stop, who was so disturbed by the threat he alerted the police.

Chail told Mohammed Malik that he wanted his ‘white Christian’ partner to convert to Islam, but that she ‘wouldn’t listen’, before showing the alarmed bus passenger a Stanley knife and making cutting motions across his throat.

Luckily the UK will go on throwing the book at people who say mean things about minority soccer players on Twitter, but it’s okay if you want to threaten to cut your pregnant girlfriend’s throat if she won’t covert to Islam. Objecting to that might actually be considered racist.

Well. it was a pretty weak case given he was a Sihk.

I'm not impressed by the hoopla surrounding the legitimate attempts of a devout worshiper to convert an infidel. That is what every devotee of any religion is supposed to do. Sorry if the Christians and Jews no longer have enough faith in their faith to spread it around, die for it and kill for it. Tough luck. The devoted will prevail, as they always have. Losers whine and complain and lose. Convert or shut up. It's Islam stupid and they are winning.

Well, I am very devoted to my religion.

Threatening to kill someone is a "legitimate" attempt? Wow, the religion of peace speaks!

Dude, it's not just an opinion that killing and threats of murder are legitimate means to an end. Look around. Have you seen any actions taken by the 'authorities' of any nation or international organization to punish the mullahs who constantly issue murder contracts against infidels? Nope, not even a whisper. It is invariably the infidel who must hide himself away, or die. So, it must be legitimate. Evidently, the only requirement is that it be done in the name of Islam. You see, some religions are more equal than others. In this case, violence and the threat of violence works well for Islam. And since the entire international law enforcement and political community is cool with death threats and assassination, for religious purposes, who are we to argue the point ?

So she should kill him first? Hey! I like that idea! A big, fat, unequivical No!

  • Kostoglotov

Murderer Lord Ahmed kills a man because he was too busy texting to pay attention to his driving. His punishment? 16 days in prison.
Englishman Darren Conway puts posters in his window that are apparently "offensive to Muslims." It's hard to judge, because the public isn't allowed to know what the posters showed. His punishment? A year in prison.

People who actually *weren't* racists and bigots to begin with are going to be turned into racists and bigots by being continually exposed to the outrageous racism and bigotry of the British "justice" system.

I’m starting to see descriptions here and there in British media that run something like, “Joe Blow, a convicted racist,..” and “Convicted racist Jane Doe..” That’s scary.
