Immersed in the Islamist muck for well over a decade, this blogger intuits that the protesters are much more concerned with economic deprivation - the country IS a basket case - rather than this freedom or that freedom.

Because once one is fearful of starving, the rest is history. Foremost, the appeal of the Islamist movement is a religious one, but while they engage in the terror business, they also use their resources for social services, sort of like a hook and bait.

In any case, while surely there are those who seek genuine freedoms, this is hardly the overwhelming sentiment.

The Brotherhood, of which Morsi IS its agent Prez, has no intention of letting loose its grip. They just have to bide their time, until the Islamist-in-Chief gets Congress to loosen its purse strings.

Alas, with the above in mind, let's not get ahead of ourselves. And the following should be kept firmly in mind - <a href="http://adinakutnicki.com/2012/07/27/northeast-intelligence-network-examining-the-origins-the-ruins-of-the-arab-spring-its-aftermath-commentary-by-adina-kutnicki/" rel="nofollow">http://adinakutnicki.com/2012/07/27/northeast-int...</a>

This beef kind of puts the Middle East Caliphate on temporary hold.

Egypt never recouped from the last dogfight, and their economy is still in shambles. Counter revolutions can be real sticky, with Morsi finding himself in the same outhouse as Mubarak.

Finally! Egyptian protestors are bombing the RIGHT thing!

*not that bombing something all vigilante like, like that, is desirable, but at least it's something that deserves it.
