Obama is the second coming of Jimmy Carter, and we all know how that turned out.

Done more about Iran than Romney ever would? More like does more to go easy on Iran than Romney would. You have to remember, this is a President that thinks appeasing and kissing up to the Muslim Brotherhood is a good idea. This will be on par with Jimmy Carter's allowing the Shah to go down, thus setting the stage for the Mullahs that now run that place. Whatever Obama's doing with Iran, no good can come of it, I promise you. And you'd better listen because I'm always right about things like this.

"Iran is a sovereign nation and may do as it pleases..."

In theory...

"...so long as it refrains from supporting regional and international terrorism and the sort of threats it has made toward Israel and the U.S."

Which it has not since day 1 of this regime.

"In light of those aggressive actions, Iran has earned the opposition it now faces to its nuclear program."

Precisely.

"I don't fault the President, though, for attempting to normalize relations with Iran..."

Dupe alert.

"I assume he went into it with a degree of skepticism"

Strike 2.

"His subsequent sanctions upon Iran, however, reflect a cynicism that has several times cost the Iranian people themselves, beginning with his inaction during the so-called Green Revolution. And his present and future cynical inaction, should he be reelected, may well cost both those people and the Israelis much more."

Foul tip.

In the real world, that is putside of the safe cocoon known as America, it isnt a question about "deserve" or "rights". Its about the dead, the broken and the nutjob raping your daughter in front of your face because you didnt have the good sense to blow his head off when he started aquiring a new machine gun.

Americans may want to consider the concept of the EMP blast. The Iranians do not need 1000 nukes to bring you to your knees. They need two, Both detonated at high altitude. My point is: dont be so sure Israel is target #1
