Obama to Release 55 Gitmo Inmates

Good news Jihadists, your Caliph-in-Chief has some reinforcements for you.
President Barack Obama is about to release or transfer 55 Gitmo prisoners, despite reports that the Libyan believed to be behind the killing of US Ambassador Christopher Stevens was a former Guantanamo inmate transferred to Libyan custody. The large percentage of those scheduled to be released are Yemeni, according to a list made public by the Obama administration.
Yemen is on the verge of falling to Al-Qaeda, so this sounds like a stellar plan. US embassies and consulates in Yemen may want to look into some upgraded protection and windows that can stand up to direct hits from RPG’s wielded by the newly released Gitmo buddies.
Among those on tab to be released is Omar Hamzayavich Abdulayev, who is a rather interesting case because he is recorded as having cooperated fully and refused to be released.
Then there’s Ahmed Bin Saleh Bel Bacha, a veteran of Tora Bora, and listed as a medium security risk to the United States. Nothing to worry about, I’m sure.
It’s not like we’ve had an upsurge in Islamist terror and like the release will look like a pathetic attempt at appeasement. In Obamaland, they call that, “Smart Power.”
