Spain Arrests Anti-Islam Filmmaker, Releases Him On Condition He Does Not Release Movie

No one expects the Spanish Inquisition and its Cinemaphobic Islam division.
Switch around Islam and Christianity and this would be a worldwide news story, with lots of indignant statements about censorship and backwardness. But locking up critics of Islam is becoming so common in the post-free world that no one even bats an eye.
A judge in the Plaza de Castilla in Madrid charges a Pakistani refugee, who announced the publication of an anti-Islam film a few weeks ago, with incitement to religious violence. The judge prohibits the publication of the video on the network and makes his liberty conditional on not distributing the video.
The Pakistani and political resident of Spain Imran Firasat appeared this morning in front of the judge in the Court of First Instance number 50 in Plaza Castilla for two hours. The magistrate ordered him to be freed on condition that he does not publish even a single still image from this video which today was shown in the office of the judge and whose publication authority he has again been made responsible for.
According to legal sources, the magistrate maintains the charge against Imran Fisarat for the crime 510 of the Penal Code, a crime that punishes incitation to hatred and violence for racial, ideological or religious reasons. Meanwhile, the Ministry of the Interior has initiated a process to revoke his asylum status for “threatening national security with the production of this video”.
Here’s the part where I would mention something about how good it is that we live in a country with free speech, but that was the pre-Obama America.
Right now we live in a country where critics of Islam are locked up on a pretext. When Our Beloved Leader is done with his new Supreme Court, we may find that we are living in a country where, like Spain, the pretext is no longer necessary anymore.
