Shillman Fellow Raymond Ibrahim Featured in New Documentary

CBN just released a short but interesting documentary on the Siege of Vienna—a pivotal moment in history, when the invading and seemingly invincible Muslim hordes of the Ottoman Empire were finally stopped at the gates of Vienna.  Narrated by Gordon Robertson, the documentary features the David Horowitz Freedom Center’s Raymond Ibrahim, an Islamic history expert, whose credentials include writing an MA thesis examining one of the earliest military engagements between Christians and Muslims, the Battle of Yarmuk.

What a wonderful video. Such history should be made into full length epical movies. Hollywood used to make them and they were profitable, but they may have a problem with Muslims. Is there somebody brave enough to bring back the genre to the big screen?
