Interesting comment from Dwight about "rehabilitating" Dr. Edward Teller. In 1968 I attended a speaking engagement by Dr. Teller at college and, afterwards, managed to sit down and talk with him and with my History professor who sponsored him coming to the university. The History prof was a refugee from the Iron Curtain. Of course, both were staunch anti-communists and the top topic was about the Vietnam War and our general opposition to the spread of Communism. I guess Dr. Teller's reputation was tarnished (by the Left) because he did not go along in the post-WWII Oppenheimer camp and perhaps facilitated Oppenheimer's expulsion and fall from grace.

The A Team and the J team come out to beat down human perfectibility and defend the colonial agenda, because all attempts to rectify swindling lead to Communism. The only solution is for the President to make a trip to Israel and for America to realize that Romney is a handsome man who opens the door for his wife.

Romney is a handsome man who not only opens the door for his wife, but was her tower of strength while she fought breast cancer and continues to be as she lives with the pain and ravages of multiple sclerosis. How many good-looking, wealthy men would have done the same? I know men who have a lot less going on in the looks and money department who kicked their wives to the curb when they got sick. I get so frustrated with folks who whine about Romney not being able to empathize with the poor. He may never have had money problems, but he's had his challenges (like we all do) and faced them with honor and dignity. Romney is a true gentleman…perhaps a throwback to a different era…and a breath of fresh air in these morally murky times.

Tommy is definitely not going to go quietly into that good night, but he's well on his way. One of these days, probably sooner rather than later the proverbial straw is going to land, and he'll wake up, smack himself between the eyes and call himself and idiot. Then he'll become a rational human being, that is, a conservative.

Tommi is an idiot. What a waste of air. He's a big fan of FDR? FDR did more to prolong the Depression than anyone could have ever done. The poorest people suffered the most under his policies. FDR was a supporter of eugenics and was a devout racist.
