Many years ago, when I traveled in Asia and Africa, I noticed the 'US-AID' sacks with rice and flower in the shops. They clearly had 'aid' written over it, or 'not for sale', but here it was, being sold.

Then, when I lived in Tokyo in the late eighties, a few of us execs raised money and decided to do it ourselves. We went to Thailand, bought all the stuff and hired five trucks to take us to the refugee camps on the Cambodian border. One load went to a military general who had no qualms to demand it for himself; and another we had to distribute among the camp management, which means we got 3 out of 5 through.

When you give money you are lucky if 5 cents in a dollar arrives where you want it.

On the contrary, the Japanese and German people have proven historically to be quite intelligent and industrious - despite flaws due to a socialistic policies that have weakened them. But which nation hasn't made such mistakes? This doesn't take away from the contributions they have made to the world, and we ought not to place them on the same level as Haiti and other welfare nations who always have their had out to receive foreign aid. Consider, for example, how Japan reacted and recovered from their recent Tsunami / earthquake as opposed to Haiti natural disaster a few years ago.

It's the Federal Reserve that encourages this. The universal currency of exchange between nations for commodities is the Federal Reserve note that is sold to our government, thank you Woodrow Wilson, so in orer to keep good standing in it's desire to remain universal it forces it's patsies in Washington to spread it's idolotrous pictures in countries that due to greed, religion or need exchange it for values less than or more than whatever. Just like the money changers in the temple.

On the contrary, the Japanese have proven to be quite intelligent and industrious. The same with the Germans. History has proven this, and there are very few people in the world who would actually dare to argue that Japan and Germany are low IQ nations who have contributed little to civilization. Yes, being influenced by liberalism/socialism, Japan and Germany have implemented some foolish policies. But which nation in modern times hasn't? But compare how Japan reacted and recovered from its recent Tsunami and earthquake with how nations such as Haiti react to natural disasters. There is a world difference, I can assure you. Much of it has to do with the intelligence of the Japanese, their culture, self-discipline and ordered society which stands in stark contrast of that of Blacks and other 'minorities' scattered throughout the world.

"because of their corrupt governments" & will continue to foolishly give to such organizations in an effort to appease their white guilt."

I'll agree to that.

You can take the rest & say it somewhere else.

I have relatives in Germany. I cannot think that the Germans & Japanese are so intelligent. They can't even propagate their races. The government takes care of them. They have socialized medicine. The government all but tucks them in at night. Yet they live in such small crappy apartments & their taxes are so high they feel they cannot afford children. How smart is that?

That's why I NEVER give! I will NEVER give to any entity that is religious-based. I will NEVER give any money to anything that is under the auspices of the UN! The least of all the UN!

The crooks can bloody well raise their own money. And they're damn good at that, aren't they!

What about Japan and Germany after World War Two? They got aid. Paverty is less than it used to be. For an example close to home, what would old people in America do without Social Security? More is spent on Social Security, which is just welfare, than foreign aid.
