Open Letter to the UC Regents

regEditors’ note: Sadia Saifuddin, a UC Berkeley senior and a member of the MSA and Students for Justice in Palestine, Muslim Brotherhood front groups that regularly sponsor “Israel Apartheid Weeks,” was recently nominated to become the University of California student regent for the 2014-15 academic year.  In addition to sponsoring anti-Israel resolutions on campus including one calling for divestment from companies that do business with Israel, she is behind the vicious attack on Tammi Rossman-Benjamin, a lecturer at UC Santa Cruz and one of the lone defenders of Israel amongst faculty within the University of California system.  The following is an open letter to the Regents of the University of California, urging them not to confirm Saifuddin when they convene next month.

June 17, 2013

The Regents of the University of California
1111 Franklin St., 12th Floor
Oakland, CA 94607

Dear Regent:

We are concerned by your nomination of Sadia Saifuddin, a leading figure in two organizations that conduct an annual hate campaign against the state of Israel and Jewish students on UC campuses to be a University of California student regent for 2014-15.  Appointing Sadia Saifuddin to the Board of Regents would be an offense to the “Principles of Community” for UC Berkeley which are supposed to be core values in the UC system, and which calls on UC students to “ respect the differences as well as the commonalities that bring us together and call for civility and respect in our personal interactions.” How is it respectful for the organizations that Sadia Saifuddin represents to sponsor “Israeli Apartheid Weeks” which support terrorist organizations like Hamas and call for the destruction of the Jewish state?

Sadia Saifuddin has been an active participant in the Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions movement which eminent academics like Larry Summers and Alan Dershowitz of Harvard have described as “anti-Semitic” and which call for the destruction of the Jewish state. Two student senators at UC Berkeley who voted against the divestment resolution that Sadia Saifuddin and her organizations support reported that they had received death threats.

Sadia Saifuddin is a leader of the Muslim Students Association and Students for Justice in Palestine who have featured speakers that promote hate against Jews at multiple campuses in the UC system. Amir Abdel Malik-Ali, a leading figure in these organizations who has spoken at UCLA, UC Irvine and other UC campuses under the auspices of the MSA and SJP openly supports the terrorist organization Hamas, calls for a war against America and describes Jews “the new Nazis.”  And Malik-Ali is not alone.

Recently, Saifuddin has been behind the vicious attacks on Tammi Rossman-Benjamin, a lecturer at UC Santa Cruz who is also a co-founder of the AMCHA Initiative, a grass-roots advocacy coalition dedicated to protecting Jewish students from anti-Semitism on UC campuses.

The anti-Jewish activities of Sadia Saifuddin’s organizations are well documented. Here are links to two current lawsuits about them:

The nomination of Sadia Saifuddin as the student regent is inappropriate, and if she were confirmed, it would set a dangerous precedent to encourage escalated anti-Semitism on campus, which is already a big problem in the UC system.  I urge you to reconsider Saifuddin’s nomination and not to confirm her as a Regent next month.

Sincerely,

    Another smiling totalitarian.

it is but one of many, and america seems to be swinging over to that side. it still amazes me how some people STILL dont see that the liberals are just a bunch of dictators.

    • saris1

Is it not totalitarian to shut down a boycott? Let both argue their case and then let the people decide if they want to purchase from that country or not.

It’s like making all other advertisers stop advertising so only one toothpaste company like Crest had the right to advertise.

      • objectivefactsmatter

“Is it not totalitarian to shut down a boycott?”

No. How can one “shut down” a boycott? Individuals make up their own minds. We’re just refuting the lies used to justify their calls for boycotts.

        • saris1

Well that is what they’re trying to do here – they are trying to shut down the boycott by appealing to the officials of the University. That’s again, like demanding that the Government pick one private company over the other.

I say let the best arguments win and let the students themselves decide what they do and do not want to buy.

          • objectivefactsmatter

“Well that is what they’re trying to do here – they are trying to shut down the boycott by appealing to the officials of the University.”

Our government should not have a position on it unless there is broad consensus among the taxpayers.

“That’s again, like demanding that the Government pick one private company over the other.”

No, not at all. Unless you’re trying to boycott an institution that holds a monopoly or something. You’re not thinking this through.

Anyone empowered to make buying decisions can choose to listen to the call of those who suggest boycott, or they can listen to those who disagree.

Government funded institutions don’t get to make that call unless there is consensus from the taxpayers. Students can make that choice individually when they’re spending their own money, not when they’re spending mine.

      • objectivefactsmatter

“It’s like making all other advertisers stop advertising so only one toothpaste company like Crest had the right to advertise.”

        Really? Who’s doing that?

WHY JEWS WANT MORE MUSLIM IMMIGRATION INTO USA, EU AND AUSTRALIA?

Thank for the interesting article. But who allowed these Muslims into these countries?

The biggest group that promotes this 3rd world war of massive 3rd world immigration, including Muslim immigration, is the Jewish lobby. It is the most powerful lobby in the US and half of all contributions to Democrats are from the Jewish lobby. The “Jews” basically own and operate the Democratic party. One of the lobby’s biggest goals is to destroy and exterminate White and/or Christian nations by unleashing 3rd world immigration into the US and Europe/AUS, while promoting the exact opposite for Israel. See “Culture of Critique”, by Kevin McDonald, reviewed/available on:

    http://www.savethemales.ca/000164.html

Also: Jews support Muslim asylum seekers (in Australia)

    http://www.theoccidentalobserver.net/2010/09/kevin-macdonald-jews-play-a-leading-role-in-promoting-multiculturalism-in-europe/

Recently, a Rabbi celebrated the destruction of Europe by Muslims and said:

‘Islamization of Europe a good thing’

Rabbi Baruch Efrati believes Jews should ‘rejoice at the fact that Europe is paying for what it did to us for hundreds of years by losing its identity.’ He praises Islam for promoting modesty, respect for God.

Jewish Senator Chuck Schumer wants to not only give amnesty in the current senate bill he is pushing but also wants to double legal immigration including from Muslim countries. He wants to double the number of terrorists here!

    BUT NOT FOR ISRAEL:

Israel to send African migrants to third country

    http://news.yahoo.com/israel-send-african-migrants-third-country-144541107.html

Why? Judaists want to destroy white Christian nations like USA and Australia because they hate Whites and Christians–more than Muslims.

The Jewish strategy is to defile and destroy White nations–by using Muslims and black aliens to carry out a proxy war against the whites. Once these 2 groups are killing each other, the Judaists will be able to control them both. If the countries slash and burn, aliyah to Israel is an option. That is their game plan!

    • AmericaFirst

Excellent questions and excellent points Archimedes. What you have to understand though is that the jewish supremacists pulling the strings in White nations consider us goyim, or subhuman cattle. The rules they make for us don’t apply to them; Israel for jews, White lands for everyone. Just read their Talmud, which is full of supremacism and goy-bashing.

Indeed, the jew’s hatred for the White man is so great that he would gladly import third-world refuse, including the Muzzies, into our lands, just to weaken our race and parasitize our culture. The jew will whine about “Muslim antisemitism” or “Mexican antisemitism,” but he knows this isn’t a serious threat to him. This article is pure tripe, and the jew Horowitz and jew Wiener know this.

      • StanleyT

“parasitize”? Wow, you not only make up the funniest conspiracy theories imaginable, you also make up the funniest words! Keep going, I look forward to more.

        • PowertodaPeople1848

AmericaFirst’s comments are abhorrent and racist, but “parasitize” is in fact a word. Look it up. I find it hilarious that several FPM regulars approved of your erroneous statement–so typical of the ignorance on this hate site.

I approve. Stanley’s right. This clown, “AmericaFirst for sharia” peddles the same lies as all of the red-green enemies of the USA.

But you’re partially right too. We do hate the enemies of the USA and western culture. We hate liars like you. Don’t take it personally. Anyone can fully repent and expect forgiveness.

          • Well Done

How else would you label American Jewry?

          • objectivefactsmatter

“How else would you label American Jewry?”

The same as the broader populations in the west. They have the same problem with leftist insanity that the nation does. Yes, traitors like you can be found among them and any population.

There’s nothing intrinsically anti-American about Jews or Jewish culture. At all. We got our foundational values from Jewish prophets, but you must of course deny this. That is how we know your a leftist or a jihadi.

          • saris1

Actually the U.S constitution is mostly based (ripped off) on the Iroquois confederacy. So, we got most of our political values from the Iroquois.

          • objectivefactsmatter

“Actually the U.S constitution is mostly based (ripped off) on the Iroquois confederacy. So, we got most of our political values from the Iroquois.”

Sure. It’s so obvious. How could anyone miss that?

          • Well Done

since the Iroquois had no written language, I guess we’ll need to see the video.

          • saris1

No because fortunately for you it’s not a secret, at least not to the United States Government. Here it is from the U.S senate.

            http://www.senate.gov/reference/resources/pdf/hconres331.pdf

As for no written language… Uh? They used pictographs, so did the ancient Egyptians, so do the Chinese.

          • objectivefactsmatter

“No because fortunately for you it’s not a secret, at least not to the United States Government. Here it is from the U.S senate.”

The objective historians in the Senate. Wow. I stand corrected. I guess they really did “contribute” and we aren’t actually a Judeo Christian nation.

Or did the Biblical prophets rip off the Iroquois too? Ask the leftist Senators.

I’m still looking over the fine print that supports your statement.

          • objectivefactsmatter

“They used pictographs, so did the ancient Egyptians, so do the Chinese.”

And that’s where Shakespeare got all of his ideas; pictographs. It’s clearly a direct ripoff.

          • saris1

It was in your University history class..

Another interesting fact – the U.S anthem is actually an old British drinking song called the Anacreon song.

          • objectivefactsmatter

“It was in your University history class..”

            That must make it true.

“Another interesting fact – the U.S anthem is actually an old British drinking song called the Anacreon song.”

That’s important to know. Maybe I’ll land that chance to finally get on some game show challenging my knowledge of TRIVIA.

          • Well Done

            saris: LOL.

      • itaintmojo

No, your comment is the real tripe. Of all the ridiculous Jew hate crap I have heard, you guys just added one of the most absurd notions I have heard in a long while. Suggesting Jews hate whites is a joke, except if you actually believe that, then its less than funny, and more than pathetic.

      • WW4

OK, so Jews are “not white,” now? Got it.

        • saris1

They aren’t white, Jews share most of their Haplogroup with the Arabs, they are most closely related to the Palestinians. There was even a genetic study on it, search Jews palestinians cousins or something like that.

But Jews aren’t white they don’t come from Europe, they come from the middle east and their blood shows that to be true.

          • objectivefactsmatter

“They aren’t white, Jews share most of their Haplogroup with the Arabs…”

It depends on which false racial theory you apply.

          • Well Done

saris, the only authentic “palestinians” are the Jews. “palestine” was the name given the Jewish homeland by the ancient Romans. the only authentic “Arabs” come from the Arabian Penninsula. “palestinians” are people who were living on land owned by non-jews from Syria, Jordan, Egypt, Lebanon… none of whom are Arab. therefore it’s quite stupid of them to pretend it’s their country… or their land.

          • saris1

I do not want to get into a name game, I don’t care. But genetically they are extremely similar. Which finally debunked the idea that Jews are Europeans and have no claim whatsoever in that part of the world.

          • objectivefactsmatter

“But genetically they are extremely similar.”

We don’t fixate on trivial genetic distinctions. Racists do though.

      • Manaphy

Excellent point AmericaFirst! Ever since I discovered this site a few months ago I have noticed that support for Israel is the nucleus of all of David Horowitz’s political views. These Israel firsters just want to push us into another endless war for israel in Iran, and they also want to import more low skilled Mexicans and Muslims in order to replace the white workers. Horowitz is just a propagandist, and everything he does is just because he is obsessed with Israel and hates Whites.

        • objectivefactsmatter

Yeah, it’s always da joos. Always. Stupid rich successful people and their colleges and traditions. Hiding money trees and buying the world instead of…just going away.

          • Manaphy

Oh my God, when will you people realize that criticism of Israel is not antisemitic? This phony argument would mean that any criticism of Israel, legitimate or non-legitimate, is hate speech. Also many Israelis and Jews constantly criticize the Israeli government and its policies, are they antisemitic too?

          • objectivefactsmatter

“Oh my God, when will you people realize that criticism of Israel is not antisemitic?”

Historically only about 99.9% of it is.

“This phony argument would mean that any criticism of Israel, legitimate or non-legitimate, is hate speech.”

No it doesn’t. Your representation of the argument is phony.

“Also many Israelis and Jews constantly criticize the Israeli government and its policies, are they antisemitic too?”

Generally, they cooperate with anti-Semites out of fear. These are the same kind of people that cooperated with the Nazis for example. They’re certainly anti-Semitic in a cultural sense. But racists put everything down to “race” and bogus genetic theories.

          • Manaphy

By your logic, if I am a racist because I am opposed to the Black Power Movement, I am anti-American because I am not a fan of the Obama administration, I am a racist

          • objectivefactsmatter

“By your logic, I am a racist because I am opposed to the Black Power Movement, I am anti-American because I am not a fan of the Obama administration, I am homophobic if I oppose gay marriage, I am a murderer because I support capital punishment, I am a sexist because I am opposed to abortion, etc.”

Absolutely wrong and silly. You’re simply attributing your own faulty logic to me.

“Bottom line, you can either have a legitimate debate about the Israeli-Palestinian conflict (and other unrelated issues) or you can call those with whom you disagree with anti-semites and Neo-Nazis, which seems to be the only thing that David Horowitz has done in this letter to the UC Regents.”

Lying is not legitimate in debate. That’s the salient point you seem to be missing.

          • Manaphy

So let me get this straight, if someone disagrees with you politically, they are either lying or have faulty logic?

Also, even you admit that one can be not racist, yet opposed to the black power movement, yet why do you call me an anti-semite because I am opposed to Jewish supremacists who currently run Israel? In my opinion it is no more antisemitic to oppose the Jews who want to exploit America and other white countries into unconditionally supporting Israel while flooding said white countries with non-whites (Muslims, Blacks, Hispanics) than it is to be anti-Italian to be opposed to the activities of the Mafia.

          • objectivefactsmatter

“So let me get this straight, if someone disagrees with you politically, they are either lying or have faulty logic?”

Some times, yes. We look at each case. When discussing politics, the liars of the left are easily flushed out and exposed.

“Also, even you admit that one can be not racist, yet opposed to the black power movement”

            Correct.

“…yet why do you call me an anti-semite because I am opposed to Jewish supremacists who currently run Israel?”

Because you can’t make a rational case that they are “Jewish supremacists” merely because they want a sovereign nation of their own. You have to repeat lies about them, making baseless accusations about persecution of the poor poor jihadis, and all of the other lies.

“In my opinion it is no more antisemitic to oppose the Jews who want to exploit America and other white countries into unconditionally supporting Israel while flooding said white countries with non-whites (Muslims, Blacks, Hispanics) than it is to be anti-Italian to be opposed to the activities of the Mafia.”

You’re an anti-Semite because you focus in particular on “Jews” from the left rather than the bogus political movements that have diverse members from all quarters of the map.

Comparing Israelis to an organized crime super-syndicate with no basis in fact is just pure Jew-hatred. And in your case, there’s a strong element of denial, no matter how much you protest.

Facts matter. You can’t justify your criticism without lying or irrationally focusing on a subset of people rather than the larger groups that are in fact responsible. Blame “blacks” for electing 0′Bama and ignore all the leftist enablers. Blame “Jews” when you can identify a few “Jewish” names among their members.

It’s irrational but common among Jew haters (including those in denial), which is why people like you consider it “common sense.” It is common, but that of course doesn’t make it true.

I hope that clears things up for you.

          • Manaphy

“Because you can’t make a rational case that they are ‘Jewish supremacists’ merely because they want a sovereign nation of their own.”

I agree with you on this, but I would have to add that I believe that EVERY ethnic group and people have a right to have a sovereign nation(s) of their own. This includes white people and others of European descent. Most Jews don’t believe this. That is why countless Jewish organizations praise and promote Israel’s immigration policy, which is designed to retain an ethnic Jewish majority, while simoultaneously they are sponsoring and endorsing John McCain’s and Chuck Schumer’s (one of them Jew names!) Illegal alien amnesty bill which would fundamentally transform America’s demographics, and will turn America into Mexican-Majority nation by 2055. Jews are also leading the battle to “multiculturalize” Europe as well, just look up the name Barbara Spectre.

“You’re an anti-Semite because you focus in particular on “Jews” from the left rather than the bogus political movements that have diverse members from all quarters of the map.”

You would have to be intentionally blinding yourself if you couldn’t see that the left has been greatly influenced by the Jews. Marxism was founded by Karl Marx, a Jew. Communism in the Soviet Union was led by Jews like Leon Trotsky. 75% of the Bolsheviks were Jewish, etc. Without Jewish involvement, the left wouldn’t exist. However, what part Jews had in shaping the left matters very little to me. what I am concerned with is the rapid anti-white sentiment and attitudes of the Jewish community.

“Comparing Israelis to an organized crime super-syndicate with no basis in fact is just pure Jew-hatred.”

Firstly, I never said anything about individual Israelis, all my criticism in this matter was toward their government. Secondly, 20% of Israelis are not Jewish, what you are saying is identical to calling me anti-christian if I criticize the American government. 80% of America is christian, but 20% isn’t.

All in all, calling someone who criticizes Israel an anti-semite is like when occupy wall street compared Mitt Romney to Hitler. Such an action shows that you are not interested in a legitimate debate (about Israeli policies), and that you have a lack of understanding of History.

          • objectivefactsmatter

“I agree with you on this, but I would have to add that I believe that EVERY ethnic group and people have a right to have a sovereign nation(s) of their own. This includes white people and others of European

            descent.”

Everyone has a right to pursue nationhood. Results may vary. People are still accountable for their own results and behaviors.

            “Most Jews don’t believe this.”

Really now. This comes from where? Mein Kampf? The Koran? Elders of Zion? All of these books are huge sellers today. Guess where?

“You would have to be intentionally blinding yourself if you couldn’t see that the left has been greatly influenced by the Jews. Marxism was founded by Karl Marx, a Jew.”

There are Jews among leftists. Leftists are collectivists. I’m not.

“Communism in the Soviet Union was led by Jews like Leon Trotsky. 75% of the Bolsheviks were Jewish, etc. Without Jewish involvement, the left wouldn’t exist.”

Without Germans the left “wouldn’t exist.” Don’t you hate those Germans?

Without Europe the left wouldn’t exist, that’s for sure. I hate them.

“Firstly, I never said anything about individual Israelis, all my criticism in this matter was toward their government.”

OK. But it doesn’t really change my argument much at all.

“Secondly, 20% of Israelis are not Jewish, what you are saying is identical to calling me anti-christian if I criticize the American government. 80% of America is christian, but 20% isn’t.”

It’s not, because the particulars are different. I’m not presenting an ipso facto argument as you constantly imply.

I stand behind my words as I wrote them, not as you mischaracterize them. Anyone can read the thread and ask me to justify my words, as I wrote them.

What I said was that statistically, more than 99.9% of the criticism I hear about Israel is driven by Antisemitism. I don’t know what subset of those people are Jew-haters and who are dupes of the Jew-haters.

With you, you might be a dupe of false racial theory combined with lots of exposure to Jew hatred. That might have infected you, but you refute this because you feel justified in your positions.

That’s what we’ve discovered from your own words.

And you haven’t debated any Israeli policies. At all. You’re delusional. You repeat talking points (authored by others that you don’t understand) when they don’t actually make sense the way that you assume.

        • Well Done

mana, it’s Islam who engages in “endless war”, they’ve been at war with the world since the 7th century. the only time they stop is when we wipe out ALL the extremists.

          • saris1

Yes sir. It’s been non-stop war since at least the founding of Islam. It started with the Pagans but then never ended. Christianity however is pretty much the same, but, Christianity stopped doing it a long time ago – and the people themselves muzzled the Priests they took away any political power they may have held and that’s what we must do with Islam.

I wish the Arabs would, I know they’ve tried a few times and they are afraid of death sentences but they MUST.

It’s only going to get worse until they hang the fuckers.

    • itaintmojo

What nonesense. Jews have no such strategy to destroy Christians, or anything/anyone. Israel is an example of a tolerant democracy. Arabs sit on the Knesset, and supreme court of Israel. Arabs in Israel live a better lifestyle in Israel, then they do in any other neighboring Arab country. Jews have respect for other people’s religious preferences, as they do sexual preferences. As long as other cultures are friendly to Jews, then Jews will be friendly back.

      • saris1

Israel still has work to do – it still has theocratic elements within marriage for example. A Non-Jew cannot marry a Jew. Ok, I understand Christians did the same exact thing, Muslims do it as well – but Israel is supposed to be a modern state, the Government should step in.

        • itaintmojo

How did you surmise that a Jew cannot marry a non Jew? I’m here to tell you you have been misinformed. While some parents prefer their kids inter marry, its not nearly always the case. I know many couples who have only one Jew in the two. I just received a wedding invitation for a wedding on labour day, between an Italian woman, and a Jewish man. Both sides of the family will be there to celebrate. Not all Christians attend church. Not all Jews attend synagogue. Some Muslims practice Sharia law. Others want nothing to do with it. Israel is a country that accepts all levels of religious following from their citizens, whether they be ultra orthodox, or non observant. A Jew can eat bacon in Israel, and still pay their taxes, own a home, and keep a job, if they are capable. Israel also accepts other religions to be practiced or not practiced on it turf, so long as they are peaceful and non intrusive. Israel does have work to do, I agree, but their society ranks higher than most for openness to all peaceful beliefs, and all the degrees of which those beliefs may vary. Not like Saudi Arabia for example where no other religion is permitted accept Islam, where everyone is expected to adhere to a certain protocol of Islamic law, and where Jews are not even allowed to visit, let alone live. I would think they might might have more work to do than Israel on the theocratic front.

          • saris1

You cannot have interfaith marriages in Israel. In fact, I found this so “out there” that I didn’t believe it myself, so I even called the ministry responsible in Israel to be told the same thing.

            http://www.myjewishlearning.com/israel/Contemporary_Life/Society_and_Religious_Issues/Freedom_of_Religion/civil_marriage_in_israel.shtml

So, I think they still need to work on it.

P.S Saudi Arabia doesn’t claim to be a Democracy at all. So i’m not surprised by it’s completely theocratic system.

          • itaintmojo

Pardon me. You are correct, thank you. Its funny because 80% of Israel is secular. The couples I mentioned do not live in Israel. However I did just read that although inter faith marriage has yet to be permitted in side of Israel, it is allowed outside of Israel, as nearby as Cyprus. Also all civil marriages held out of Israel. are recognized as valid by the Israeli government. I also just read that three times a motion was blocked at the knesset that would have made them legal, and that Yair Lapid will be pushing for it again. So people there are on it, and perhaps one day soon, they will make that change. Thanks again, I appreciate it, and good weekend to you!

          • objectivefactsmatter

You mean that they don’t have secular marriage. The USA may be heading that way. Marriage is not a “human right.”

  • PowertodaPeople1848

Good for Sadia; I hope she’s confirmed. No one has provided any evidence that she’s an “anti-Semite” or encourages hatred of Jews. She’s just another admirable young woman pursuing progressive causes, a role model to others of her generation. Boycotting “Israel” is no different than boycotting apartheid South Africa or marching in the Civil Rights Movement. Zionism is dying, and we should all be thankful for that.

    • AmericaFirst

I’ll be happier when judaism is dying, but I’ll gladly take Zionism for now.

        • Ilan

PoertodaPeople1848, you should read The Rape of Palestine.

Also Israel was built on Turkish land reconquer by British, and Jews after WWI. We used to call Palestine the land going from Damas to Eilat and all actual Jordan. Not a significant amount of arabs nor jew and christian were living there, testimony of british and travelers, describe this territory as an empty land, one wrote that he meet 5 people in his journey from Jerusalem to Damas.

With the arriving of jew and the beginning of an economy in that is when arab began to come, around 1920′s. Jews already reconquered the land. So basically arabs that you are calling Palestinian, (IDK why???) are the one who took the reconquered land of the Jew. We created an arab state in Palestine for the arabs… It’s called Jordania. And the Nakba was initiated by the arab world saying that arab should leave Palestine because Jews are survivors of the Nazi camp, they are dangerous, and could do anything to live.

Seeing as the vast majority of Jews support the existence of Israel, and seeing as that Zionism equals the existence of Israel, this means that anyone who is Anti Zionist hates Jews. Sadia and you included.

Truly sorry to disappoint you. You have little to feel thankful for if you are expecting a demise of Israel. Israel is alive and well. The ONLY free democracy in the region! The country in the middle east where Arabs enjoy the best standard of living, and are treated most fairly by their government by far and away, in comparison to any of its unappreciative neighbors.

BDS is BS. Israel should, and could care less what BDS haters think or do. Their international hate campaign, will only attract Jew haters from all stripes. Jews don’t need to waste their time being concerned over liars and haters. Israeli’s are too busy going about attempting to lead productive lives, to give more credence to the haters then need be.

      • PowertodaPeople1848

“Seeing as the vast majority of Jews support the existence of Israel, and seeing as that Zionism equals the existence of Israel, this means that anyone who is Anti Zionist hates Jews. Sadia and you included.”

Utter sophistry. No one is opposed, in principle, to Jewish people having a state of their own. What we’re opposed to is that “Israel” was created on Palestinian land and continues to occupy portions of land internationally recognized as Palestine.

BDS is gaining strength every day, and it will ultimately bring the Zionist entity to its knees. Boycotts similarly worked to bring down South African apartheid. “Israel” is only expediting its own demise through its daily crimes against Palestine, regional belligerence, infiltration of Western governments, and its total disregard for the community of nations. Free Palestine!

That’s the claim. History proves it to be a lie.

          • AffanGul

There is no “Palestine.” Palestine is a lie. The Jews have lived in Jerusalem for 5,000 years and built their temples there before that barbarous bedouin p.o.s. Muhammad was even conceived. The Arabs should spend their energy in catching up with the civilized world, instead of trying to Destroy Israel. Arabs hate Israel because it contrasts so vividly with the atrocious backwardness and squalor of Arab society.

          • PowertodaPeople1848

What history would that be? Read the works of respected Israeli scholars like Tom Segev, Ilan Pappe, and Benny Morris. They’d beg to differ with you ideological interpretation of “history.”

          • objectivefactsmatter

            “What history would that be?”

“Read the works of respected Israeli scholars like Tom Segev, Ilan Pappe, and Benny Morris. They’d beg to differ with you ideological interpretation of “history.””

Morris agrees with me and the others don’t – when they lie. So what should I worry about once we expose all of the liars?

Stalin was “respected” and he had lots of “respected scholars” to kiss his butt too. Do you love him as well?

Scholars some times lie too. These days, more than ever.

          • OfficialPro

The arabs are not native to Judea. “Palestine” is a roman term that never applied to Arabs.

        • itaintmojo

The ottoman empire ended, and Mandate Palestine was British controlled. The British designated part of their mandate to the restoration of the ancestral Jewish homeland, in the place it once existed. Arabs fought this tooth and nail, and refused the partition in 47. Instead they attacked, and failed. Nakba.

BDS will win the minds of Jew haters. You can all have your fun vilifying Israel. It will get you nothing, and accomplish nothing for Arabs in the region. BDSers don’t even intend on a two state solution, do they? Go ahead and call us criminals to everyone you speak with. I was taught not to care what other people think. Especially haters. I’m blind to haters. There are plenty of people who fully understand that Arabs in Israel, have the best lifestyle, and are treated with the most respect there, then Arabs are treated in any of the neighboring Arab countries. There’s nothing a BDSer can say to change that reality.

          • PowertodaPeople1848

Who gave the British the right to do anything with Palestinian land? Who gave them and French the right to carve up the Middle East after WWI to suit their respective imperial interests? No, the partition of Palestine had no basis in just international deliberations, mostly because it wholly took for granted the interests of the *indigenous* Arab population in Palestine.

I can’t help it if genuine Jew-haters, like AmericaFirst below, support BDS, no more than you can help it when people like Baruch Goldstein slaughter dozens of innocent Palestinians. You reference the Arabs in Israel, who are treated like second-class citizens as it is, but conveniently omit the millions of Palestinian Arabs living under Zionist occupation with no enfranchisement. What about their “lifestyles”? BDS is changing reality every day as we grow in strength, and we will ultimately bring the Zionist entity to its knees unless it ends its illegal occupation of Palestinian land. You know it, and I know it.

          • itaintmojo

The Ottoman Empire surrendered. The British, and the French split the new territory up amongst themselves. I wasn’t alive then, so I have no opinion as to whether thats right or wrong. I simply put forward the fact that Mandate Palestine was British controlled. They decided that a Jewish state was proper in its ancestral homeland. Personally, I wish they had not done that, and that Israel had been recreated somewhere else.

I never said Jews were perfect. They are far from it. They have their share of criminals. I don’t condone Deir Yassin, the USS liberty, or The King David Hotel.

I never said Arabs in israel live in Eden. I simply stated they are treated better there. Far better.

I don’t think your BDS will achieve you a thing, except as I say, kinship with fellow haters. but time will reveal.

Unfortunately, the only way to wipe us off the map, is to actually do it. Israeli’s will find the time to be ready for when you come, and live loving productive lives as well. If we are to vile for you to join us, this is your loss, and will continue to be.

When Arabs show they are sincere in accepting us as neighbors, i would be the first in line to shake their hand. But I won’t beg. I have no desire to see you on your knees. My satisfaction will come when you sincerely want to shake hands and start living!

“Who gave the British the right to do anything with Palestinian land?”

Natural law. They rolled back a colonial empire and then the land to the last legitimate sovereign as best they could considering how much time had passed.

Well, they could have done even better but compromised with the jihadis for the sake of oil production.

“No, the partition of Palestine had no basis in just international deliberations”

Who cares? There is no global democracy. That’s a fantasy. Do Hitler and Stalin get a vote? Would the holocaust have been legitimate if Hitler had gotten permission?

“…mostly because it wholly took for granted the interests of the *indigenous* Arab population in Palestine.”

Totally wrong. The Western powers bent over backwards for that disorganized batch of religious freaks. They brought ALL of own problems on themselves. 100%

          • PowertodaPeople1848

Not sure what “Israel Fatima” is, but perhaps you simply don’t understand how to use commas properly. In any case, Hamas is utterly incapable of committing genocides against Jews worldwide, let alone in Israel. Their hateful rhetoric is no different than the people on this site who denigrate Muslims and call for violence against them. The difference is that Hamas has a legitimate set of grievances against the Zionist occupiers.

          • defcon 4

Um, the Jewish populations of Iraq, Syria, Egypt and N. Africa have been, for the most part, completely ethnically cleansed from the muslime states there. Baghdad once had a majority Jewish population. How do you explain that away Fatima?

you Boycott, we buycott. You lose.

          • PowertodaPeople1848

Not really. More people are waking up to Zionist crimes every day, and its status in the international community continues to deteriorate. What’s more, we’re on the right side of history. Racist, colonial enterprises have no place in the 21st Century. Unless “Israel” wakes up to this fact and ends its brutal occupation, it will fail like all the criminal regimes before it.

Palestine is free, we just call it Jordan. Israel is as Israel always was. Soon enough the Mosque on the temple mount will disappear. But till today, I never knew that according to anyone, Jews had a conspiracy to eliminate white Christians. Laughable and pathetic at the same time.

As much as I agree with Horowitz and nearly everything by Frontpage, I am compelled to note that both links to “current lawsuits” contain information that does not support this article’s claims about them. The UC suit appears to have been dismissed in 2012, and the second link addresses a “complaint” to a commission about incidents that occurred in 2004. Love to be wrong, but doesn’t look like it.

    • garyfouse

      Cecil91,

As a part-time teacher at UC Irvine since 1998, I have attended most of the MSU-sponsored events every May since 2006. I can personally testify to the anti-Semitic comments made by the likes of Amir Abdel Malik Ali about Jews because I have been present. I suggest you review the readily-available videos of MSU speakers at UCI over the years. You might start with Mohammed al Asi, who in 2001 at UCI said, “You can take the Jew out of the ghetto, but you can’t take the ghetto out of the Jew.” Then watch Ali as he tells his audience who the “Zionist Jews” are.

The problem of anti-Semitism on the UC campuses is real, and nobody in the administration wants to confront it because it is being committed by certain Muslim groups and their left-wing allies on campus, which, unfortunately, includes some leftist Jews who are aligned against the state of Israel.

The only thing I referred to was that the author provided links that he claimed as examples of “current lawsuits,” when the evidence clearly shows they are not “current.” I have no reason to doubt anything else written in the article. After reading what I posted, I can understand why you misinterpreted what I wrote.

Nestor, unfortunately she’s just another Muslim to these Islamophobes. They don’t care to know her. I have been told that the DOE complaint is still technically open. The problem originally was that religions were not covered under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act and DOE had decided that no national origin i.e Israel had been victimized. Now DOE recognizes Jews as being covered. Whatever all that means, I don’t hold much hope given the makeup of the DOE OCR now..

You shouldn’t underestimate the intelligence of gentiles. We are smart and know what’s going on. If anything, jews will be spared because of jews like norman finklestein and eric margolis.

Also funny who supports the factual, well-researched nature of Horowitz’s new book: “On April 8, 2011, Kyl spoke on the Senate floor and claimed that performing abortions is “well over 90 percent of what Planned Parenthood does.” Planned Parenthood responded that 90 percent of its services are to provide contraception, STD and cancer testing and treatment, and only 3 percent are abortion-related. A spokesperson for Kyl later claimed the senator’s remark “was not intended to be a factual statement but rather to illustrate that Planned Parenthood, an organization that receives millions in taxpayer dollars, does subsidize abortions.” Politifact noted that Planned Parenthood’s numbers (from their most recent Annual Report, year ending June 30, 2009[26]) are the result of self-reporting and that there is no national audit on such claims, but stated their belief that Kyl “vastly overstated” the number.[27] A political science professor writing at National Review Online suggested that perhaps Kyl’s comments were based on the pregnancy-related services provided to pregnant women, citing Planned Parenthood’s 2009 annual report figures and claiming that 98% of those services were for abortion.[28] The phrase “not intended to be a factual statement” was mocked by political comedians such as Stephen Colbert, who joked, “You can’t call him out for being wrong when he never intended to be right.”[29][30][31]“
