My Thoughts On Boston

dzhokhar-tsarnaevWatching the news about the Boston bombing and the Muslim fanatics who perpetrated the deed, I cannot help reflect on all the nasty attacks that liberals and progressives and Muslim activists have conducted against conservatives who have attempted to warn Americans that their enemies are religious fanatics driven by an apocalyptic hatred of us because we are Jews, Christians, atheists, democrats – in a word, infidels.

It has been said by Nancy Pelosi, George Soros and other Democrats that George Bush created the terrorists by attempting to enforce a UN Security council resolution and take down one of the monsters of the 20th Century in Iraq.  It has been said by the late Susan Sontag and other progressive intellectuals that the heinous attacks of 9/11 were the result of American policies. The Center for American Progress and university administrators have relentlessly defamed as Islamphobes and bigots those of us who have had the temerity to talk about the Islamic roots of Islamic terror. If only we ignored the Islamic beliefs behind the terrorism and made nice to all Muslims indiscriminately, the terrorists wouldn’t hate us.

Boston has exposed this as the Big Lie and fatuous delusion that it has always been. The Boston killers were treated better in America than all but an elite among Americans born here who love their country. They were given scholarships, they were admitted to the most exclusive prep schools, they lived in a Cambridge environment where critics of Islamic terror were regarded as Islamophobes and they as a minority deserving special consideration and concern. And yet they hated us. They hated America and ordinary Americans like the victims of their mayhem, and enlisted in the army of our mortal enemies. They hated us because they were fanatical believers in the idea that Mohammed had desired them to kill infidels and purify the earth for Allah. This is the face of our enemy and the sooner the delusional liberals among us wake up to this fact, the safer all of us will be.

    David,
You are absolutely right. But the question is how you convince the low information (as Rush call them)
voter to see what you and I see?

    • david horowitz

The problem is not the low information voter, it's the high information cultural elite that is constantly brainwashing the country to think anything but the fact that an Islamic movement is out to kill us.

      • Bob

Indeed, Mr. Horowitz. This week has been mind-bogglingly clarifying as to where people stand and what it is that motivates them. So, as the President warned tonight against jumping to conclusions, let's revisit some comments made almost immediately after Monday's terror attack (h/t NRO) :

“We really don’t know who did this … It was Tax Day [after all]." ~ Obama strategist, David Axelrod.

“Might be some other kind of right-wing extremists.” ~ CNN's Peter Bergen

"Pressure cooker bombs have also been a signature of extreme right-wing individuals in the United States who he said tend to revel in building homemade bombs.” ~ CNN's Tim Lister and Paul Cruickshank

“We don’t know anything yet of course, but it is tax day & my first thought was all these anti-gov groups.” ~ Huffington Post's Nida Kahn

“Normally, domestic terrorists, people tend to be on the far right.” ~ MSNBC's Chris Matthews

"Let's Hope the Boston Marathon Bomber Is a White American." ~ Salon's David Sirota

        • Bob

I meant to add that these are all made by some of America's best and brightest liberals.

          • Defcon 4

"best and brightest"? There are only three conclusions possible if they are the "best and the brightest": they're appallingly pig ignorant, they're egregiously dishonest, they're only the "best and the brightest" when compared the dregs of the worst and benighted.

      • Mike

It remains to be seen just how the administration will treat this. They refused to label Major Hassan as a terrorist, and now they have this case to handle. Obama has dug this grave for himself, and it will be interesting to see how he handles it. Will the younger brother be treated as an Islamic terrorist, or as an errant US citizen? History will be his judge.

      • http://thequietconservative.com Joe

Mark Twain said everyone complains about the weather but nobody does anything about it.
“The problem is not the low information voter, it’s the high information cultural elite that is constantly brainwashing the country to think anything but the fact that an Islamic movement is out to kill us.”
No one has done more on identifying the rot infecting America than you. But what to do about it? You have to replace the information systems. You have to replace academia. Then you work on the political players. Until you do, it is all impotent whining.
Identifying the problem is one thing, correcting it is another and requires action.

        • davarino

You mentioned doing something about academia, and I agree. That is why I think it is important that we all support David in his work to open up academia to a fair and honest exchange of ideas, as opposed to the leftist gulag it is.

Beyond that, I believe there is a tipping point in America where the terrorists go to far and the masses have an epiphany.

Bottom line, we have a Failed Immigration Policy………………………………

      • defcon 4

Your videos of your various presentations at institutions of "higher education" have only increased my disgust of academia. Thanks for telling the truth in these snake pits.

    • truebearing

Low information voters are influenced by high information poseurs…also known as professors, intellectuals, media figures, and LIARS.

To counter the lying Left you need to educate people. Truth is the antidote, but it needs to be applied fearlessly.

      • ltcdmward

…and Presidents. There we were last night — about 10:30 (EDT) — watching the leaders and head law enforcement officials do their wrap up press conference, making sure that all local, state and federal agencies got both a say and credit for their contributions. The citizens of Boston were also thanked for their endurance of the "lock down" and the vigilance that led to the final tip that facilitated the 19 year old's apprehension.

Then in the lower right appears a box showing an unoccupied White House podium. Well, I thought, at least he's not stepping on the Massachusetts "leaders". It's 11:02pm and it must have been a strain to interject himself in a local victory at such a late hour, but I guess it was irresistible. Can't have the country go to bed without a last word from the last person who had anything to do with the event. Must have that "news" op. We were then subjected to a too long lecture about how great America is because of our welcoming nature and diiiiiiveeeersity. Three times — at my count — the word diiiiiveeeersity was mentioned linked to Americas "greatness" and how that needed to CONTINUE. Do I hear anything that might relate to, uh, so-called "Comprehensive Immigration Reform"?

Well, at the close of the lecture, I was left with one nagging question: Mr. President, if you keep saying how "great" America is, why do you want to transform it? Huh?

        • Survival Jane

I can't stand the diversity line either! What a crock – it is nothing more than code for Muslim! With regard to the Comprehensive Immigration Reform, I can't help but wonder whether at least one of the brothers was eligible for amnesty under the President's executive order. I saw that one became a U.S. citizen on 9/11/13. What a disgrace!

          • Mary Sue

diversity is useless in the face of Islam.

    • Cassandra

You are right David but I asked the same question as Attila. How to show the people around us the truth?. I went to the gym yesterday and people were discussing the bombing in very subdued voices. One of the ladies, asked my opinion. I could not believe it because she knows I am a conservative. She said:"These people are crazy ?" And I told her; "Not at all they are just indoctrinated since chilhood in the hatred of the West and all other religions than Islam. So for them to bomb us is very normal, it is called Jihad." She went back to talk to another lady and dropped the conversation with me. This is very frustrating because they will not try to open their eye. These are also the people who voted for Obama. What fools they are.
I just read your comment to Attila. I agree but I am not an elite voter and I voted for O in 2008 but since that I have done my homework and opened my eyes to the truth. Everybody can do that. The information is out there.

We are in a World wide Islamic Cultural War or 1400-year-old Jihad.
We each see a different parts of it in the world and if you put all the violent parts together it adds up to only one cause: an 1400 year old Islamic Cultural War. It is the same as that joke of four blind men touching the elephant.

It is Cultural War that means Islamic Culture must destroy Western Culture or Western Culture must destroy Islamic Culture.

It is a Genocidal War. Tactic for America, Stealth Jihad.

The book "Culture and Conflict”, explains it clearly. It shows that current cultural conditions in the Arab Middle East will not support internal development, advancement or peace until there is a major cultural change. “It is critical that we understand our enemy. That is step one in every conflict,” RR. Philip Carl Salzman, INSB # 978-1-59102-587-0.

    • alkidya

Better….how do you get the word out to the "low information
voters" to see what we see? The Mainly Socialist Media certainly aren't going to do that job.
It's up to us to spread the word far and wide over the internet and by word of mouth using what we have learned as ammunition and backing it up with written, audio and video facts at hand.

  • Mickey mouse

Americaophobia was practiced once again by these two pampered men. Why the media asks, why? Because they are muslim chechen first ,and first is more important to them than infadels. We are nothing more than rats for them to stomp out. The media has no idea what this is about. They are clueless. They both should have been deported long ago since they both have criminal records. The feds have betrayed innocent americans once again!

    • Mary Sue

The Left considers that only "minorities" can have justifications. Dead White Men (or living WASPs for that matter) don't get justifications, whatever they do is always "evil" no matter the reason, because in their world view, the marxist dialetic, Only White People Can Oppress.

And apparently "oppression" is the worst crime ever that can entail things that aren't actually objectively oppressive, but is seen as such if a minority complains.

It's a bizarre and perverse hijacking of the language that is downright Orwellian, that excuses "minorities" (Muslims included) for what they do and looking for a "root cause" while making no such assumptions about say, a Timothy McVeigh.

      • uptownsteve

        Minorities have "justifications" for what?

        • Mary Sue

Justifications for doing the same thing that would get a white anglo saxon protestant male vilified and subjected to ridicule and scorn in the media that would garner a minority a modicum of sympathy.

That justification being, they were "oppressed", therefore it was anything from "understandable" to flatout "couragous" and "justified".

        • Lan Astaslem

stevie, you lack the intelligence to be part of this conversation

          • Omar

Uptownsteve is obsessed with race and identity politics. He is also obsessed with a supposed "realignment" between the two main political parties in America during and after the 1960s, when in fact, there were other parties involved with (and had more influence) the realignment.

      • Nanis

I don't see all the idiots that were saying we were racist for saying the terrorist were muslim. Bunch of chickens. come out of your hole we can see now who lives in the stone age.

      • Omar

Actually, according to the left, the only time that it is okay for a white person to insult a person of color is if the white person is a leftist and the person of color is a conservative. Remember the media's behavior towards Herman Cain? Also, the contemporary MSM didn't care about atrocities committed by the Weather Underground.

  • liz

Bill Ayers, Bernadine Dhorn, and Ms. Boudin must be bursting with pride and joy right now, and patting themselves on the back for their part in creating these monsters. Where the Weathermen and the Panthers failed, the jihadis are brilliantly successful in carrying on the destruction our own terrorist "college professors" still promote.

    • http://www.adinakutnicki.com AdinaK

Liz, you are decidedly on target, as the Weathermen (Obama's henchmen) are deeply entrenched herein, as they are the leftist arm of jihad against "Amerika", and this is why I agreed to review Bringing Down America – http://www.americanthinker.com/2013/04/bringing_d

Thus, as we witness the latest jihad, in Boston, its ramifications for Americans are way more ominous – http://adinakutnicki.com/2013/04/20/iran-its-prox

So true liz, the rioters of Chicago 68 are smiling and their creation is in the WH.

    • Omar

Bill Ayers and his cronies are glorified by the left/MSM because the Weather Underground and other radical left-wing organizations are anti-democracy and pro-Communist totalitarian. In a truly moral world, Ayers would be in prison instead of being a college professor.

    • http://frontpage richard sherman

Ayers & Dohren are bursting with pride. The Boston Marathon slaughter is exactly what the Weathrmen ( and Robert Redford) celebrate…
And of course that person who started his campaign in their home also celebrates it ( although he has to act like he doesn’t) ..

  • Michele

I didn't know George W. had a hand in the cold-blooded slaughter of RFK. It's a good thing we have great minds among us like pelosi and soros to keep us all so enlightened. David, you are a treasure, and I'm SURE there are many decent liberals and dems who have realized or are realizing you've always been on the money. I became your fan after reading "Unholy Alliance" – the perfect primer for understanding the world we're living in.

    • mlcblog

GWB was involved in the murder of JFK? What did I miss? where is this documented?

  • JacksonPearson

David…I hope I'm wrong, but unfortunately, this country will have to experience numerous other jihad bombings, and Fort Hood massacres before they come out of the malaise of who's trying to kill them. Only than, will public outrage focus on Washington to come to grips with the reality of the evils of Islam.

    "Allah" Satan's current alias… "Barack": Allah's current ally…

    • WilliamJamesWard

These attacks against America will continue sporadically, spaced enough to show the
Islamists they can get away with it and placate the America haters. We may not
see continuous violence until the government is forced to act on Iran's war against us,
they have been killing Americans all around the World and Washington is deaf, dumb
and blind concerning this war. The professional American political elite take the awfully
preposterous position of ignoring the flowing American blood and treasure as it gets
in the way of reasons to tax and defraud us. If we do not fix our political system we
will never be able to address the myriad problems caused by dishonesty. Those who
are most betrayed are our military, they fight and die without end and thier sacrifice
is paid lip service to by politicians not fit to breathe the same air…………….William

      • Beth

"Washington is deaf, dumb and blind concerning this war"

I don't believe that William. They know exactly what they're doing. It's the American people who have been "deaf, dumb and blind concerning this war". I agree with the rest of your post (I gave it a thumbs up)

        • WilliamJamesWard

I did leave out 'willfully' but did not think my comment conveyed I thought the
government was ignorant of thier conduct and malfesance but I will be more careful
in describing the house of crime against Americans, they all have to go before
America can come together and make war against our enemies, most are self
indulgent slugs and traitors to the Nation, some are worse and are in collusion for
          money, filthy lucre………..William

      • JacksonPearson

William, It will stop only when our Washington PC politicos come out of the closet, and ID that we're at war with Islam. And then this country must take all necessary measures to protect Americans against evil. It won't be easy, but it must be done.

    • Cassandra

You are right unfortunately but people are so naive.

      • defcon 4

Who would think that our MSM and universities would be acting as islamofascist propaganda outlets?
For the longest time, a POS university professor at UCLA had me convinced Israel was an apartheid state — because that's the only viewpoint he presented. If I saw him today I'd spit in his face.

        • Beth

Those professors are committing treason. The problem is – nothing has been done about it. They've never been taken to court or sued for their lies – lies which have done much damage.

Article. III. Section. 3 of the United States Constitution

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

          Article. IV. Section. 4.

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.

Freedom of religion NEVER included the right to incite the masses into violence – which is precisely what the Koran does. It is illegal. And there have been many professors who have defended it – thereby committing treason against the United Sates.

Islammetusia would be the Latin for rational fear of Islam. This is our reality, rather than bogus term 'Islamophobia' which is used as a diluting, divisive diversion from the real danger.

    • Omar

The term "Palestine" is also Latin (and not Arabic. Since Arabic has no "P" sound in its language, The Latin word "Palestina" comes out as "Falastin" in Arabic. The word "Falastin" has no definition in Arabic). "Palestine" means Philistines, who were Greek sailors who had red hair.

      • Beth

The name "Peleshet" appears in the dead sea scrolls in Isaiah 14:31, – which reads like this in the King James:

Isa 14:31 Howl, O gate; cry, O city; thou, whole Palestina, art dissolved: for there shall come from the north a smoke, and -none shall be alone – in – his – appointed – times.

That's quite a prophecy, concerning present day world-wide events.

Moses was the first to mention the name – in the Song of Moses: Exd 15:14

The saints 'sing' this song (prophecy): Rev 15:3

    • JacksonPearson

"Islammetusia would be the Latin for rational fear of Islam. This is our reality, rather than bogus term 'Islamophobia' which is used as a diluting, divisive diversion from the real danger."

"Islamophobia": The fear of speaking out against the rapidly growing religion/ideology that is out to repress all who do not follow its doctrine. Invented by Islamists, to shut people up.

This is an interesting piece of history……

In 1786, John Adams and Thomas Jefferson met with Arab diplomats from Tunisia, who were conducting terror raids and piracy against American ships (Barbary Pirates). Writing to John Jay, Thomas Jefferson described what he saw as the main issue and the reason why they were attacking Americans who had done them no harm. The following quote is from Thomas Jefferson….

“We took the liberty to make some inquiries concerning the Grounds of their pretensions to make war upon a Nation who had done them no Injury, and observed that we considered all mankind as our Friends who had done us no wrong, nor had given us any provocation. THE AMBASSADOR ANSWERED US THAT IT WAS FOUNDED ON THE LAWS OF THEIR PROPHET, THAT IT WAS WRITTEN IN THEIR KORAN, THAT ALL NATIONS WHO SHOULD NOT HAVE ACKNOWLEDGED THEIR AUTHORITY WERE SINNERS, THAT IT WAS THEIR RIGHT AND DUTY TO MAKE WAR UPON THEM WHEREVER THEY COULD BE FOUND, AND TO MAKE SLAVES OF ALL THEY COULD TAKE AS PRISONERS, AND THAT EVERY MUSSELMAN (MUSLIM) WHO SHOULD BE SLAIN IN BATTLE WAS SURE TO GO TO PARADISE"

      • defcon 4

Too bad we don't have presidents of Thomas Jefferson's quality today.

      • Mary Sue

man too bad they don't teach THAT in History class.

      • Mr. Polly

The Barbary pirates were PIRATES. PIRATES, for cry out loud! What do you expect from pirates? Besides, American slaveholders at the same period were defending slavery on CHRISTIAN grounds. Oh yes they were!

        • Mary Sue

You idiot bird. The REASON they were Pirates was because of Islam!

Who do you think the "Christian" slavers (and agnostic./atheist!) got their slaves? MUSLIM SLAVE TRADERS!

          • Mr. Polly

Fair enough, but you're neglecting the frequently Jewish slavetrading middleman between the Muslim slavetrader and the Christian (or Jewish) slaveholder in America. Slavery was an ecumenical affair, a wonderful way of bringing the three Abrahamic faiths together in mutual accord, and ought to be revived for that reason alone.

          • defcon 4

I'd like to see some proof of your allegations about Jewish slaveholders, because I call shens.

      Mrs. Polly,

The sociopath Muhammad personally decapitated 900 unarmed Jews at Quarayza long before Auschwitz and Treblinka…but I am sure you will defend his blood lust because he was a Muslim.

        • defcon 4

I read a hadith in which one of the Jewish chieftans in Saudi Arabia grabbed MuhamMAD by the collar in protest of his proposed slaughter of their allies. An action that greatly incensed the prophet of death.

          • http://frontpage richard sherman

What incensed the “prophet of death” was that the Jews were not Muslim…This is the same fact that motivated the Boston Marathon Koranic killers and everyone other Muslim who reveres a sociopath who personally decapitated 900 unarmed Jews.

      • Grantmann

That comment is uncalled for and stupid. Mr. Polly may believe the inanities of the left, but to wish him shot for his ignorance is beneath contempt. It's our job to inform him of the facts, not to wish him harm.

      • Sussex Girl

Actually, not thousands of years. Mohammed marched on Mecca in 630, so it has been a little over 1400 years that Muslims have been on the attack.

    • Alvaro

Muslims occupied and murdered Europeans from the year 711 and onwards. Some places they attacked and took the population as slaves, and as far north as the British Isles and Iceland. The only thing they had in common was being non-Muslim, and being victims of militant Muslim supremacists.

Trying to rationalize this blind hatred is even more idiotic than saying that the Nazis never wanted to kill Jews before Jews killed Ernst vom Rath. It is *more* idiotic because the US has been stupid enough to *side* with Muslims in several armed conflicts against Christians, like the Soviet-Afghan war and the war in the Balkans. This is how Muslims show their gratitude.

    • Mo_

And what does Islam teach, Mr. Polly? (I'd love to hear your answer, but I know this comment will be ignored by you.)

The fact is that you have NO CLUE what Islam teaches. If you did, you'd know it condones and commands the slaughter of infidels – including YOU, if you are not a Muslim.

Even laying that aside, the very fact that there has been jihad going on around the world since before America EXISTED serves to demonstrate the complete ignorance of your statement.

      ***

To the rest here, this is the level of ignorance (and America-hatred) with which we have to contend. It's an uphill battle, folks. But we can never give up.

      • Mr. Polly

If Islam commands the slaughter of infidels, the overwhelming majority of Muslims in America must be very disobedient Muslims, since very few of them are engaged in slaughtering infidels.

        • Omar

The Islamist regime in Iran issues fatwas all the time. Remember the fatwa that called for the death of Salman Rushdie? How about the level of hate that is being preached in radical mosques in places like Gaza and Lebanon?

        • Mo_

Wow, could it be you're starting to get it?

If you're trying to learn what a religion teaches, you don't just look at its followers. They may all be different in levels of knowledge, commitment, practice, etc. You must look at the religion's teachings first. Then you can determine whether the followers you have met are living according to those teachings, and to what extent.

For Islam, those teachings are found in the Koran and the hadith. (The sayings/traditions of Mohammad.)

That is where we must begin.

        • defcon 4

Only because you can't do it w/the freedom and alacrity you can in your various islamofascist cesspools yet.

    • Omar

Mr. Polly, quit posting your ignorance. America has been very nice to Muslims for a long time. We saved Afghanistan from the Soviet/Communist invasion, saved Bosnian Muslims from extermination by the neo-Stalinist Milosevic regime, Freed more than a million Afghan Muslims (including freeing Afghan women from the sexist society) from the Taliban dictatorship and are in the process of trying to free the Middle East from Islamist imperialism. You are obviously an America-hating, totalitarian-loving Stalinist/Maoist who supports Sharia Law and therefore, the opposite of a reasonable person. Quit repeating leftist/Islamost lies and propaganda and learn from facts.

    • tagalog

You mean like when they bombed the U.S.S. Cole in Yemen, years before the U.S. bombed any Muslim nations? Like that?

I notice there's not a lot of Muslim jihadist bombing of the former Soviet Union, and they did a hell of a lot more than just bomb Muslims. Remember when they dropped cluster bombs with the bomblets on time-delay fuses, and the bomblets shaped like little kids' toys, so the kids would pick up the bomblets and take them home? Now you would think the Russians would be in for SERIOUS jihadist revenge, but no…the U.S. gets the treatment. We're too nice to these slimebuckets. The Russkies would just take 'em out without regard to collateral damage. Not us.

Or like when they hijacked that airliner decades ago, ran it out of fuel, made the pilot land it in some Muslim airport, then blew it up? Shoot, that was a long time ago now. This one's not a bombing moment, but is anybody here old enough to remember when they hijacked another airliner, shot the pilot, then dropped his body out of the pilot's window onto the runway? Nice civilized move, that.

      • Mr. Polly

They bombed the U.S.S. Cole years after the United States first bombed Iraq to pieces.

        • SCREW SOCIALISM

Mrs. Polly, Muslims are killing people ALL OVER THE WORLD.

Nigeria, Israel, Philippine, Bali, Beslan, Chna, France, UK, Syria (70.000), Iraq, Iran, Kuwait, Yemen, Mecca, Saudi Arabia…

        • Omar

Your role model, Saddam Hussein, had invaded two sovereign countries (Iran and Kuwait. Saddam tried annexing the latter) and used chemical weapons against the Kurdish people, who unlike the so-called "Palestinians (who are an invented people-Newt Gingrich is right), are actually an ethnic group and thus deserve a state much more than the invented people of Gaza and the West Bank. The Baathist war against Kuwait was ruled illegal by every country in the world and the United Nations. If you want to talk about unjustified invasions, why don't you talk about the totalitarian countries' intervention in Spain during the Spanish Civil War? Why don't you talk about the Soviet Union's invasi0on of many Third World countries during the Cold War? Why don't you talk about Russia's invasion of Georgia in 2008?

          • Mr. Polly

You're a disgrace to the name of Omar, the rightly-guided caliph.

          • Omar

And you're a disgrace to the Polly doll franchise. The Polly doll cares about the entertainment of children. You care about destroying democracy and supporting totalitarianism.

          • Mr. Polly

"You care about destroying democracy and supporting totalitarianism."

That's a completely gratuitous assumption. All I've implied is that American violence against Muslims is what provoked Muslim violence against Americans. The Koran, the hadith and the rest of it never made Muslims bestir themselves to go out and attack Americans before Americans attacked Muslims.

          • Omar

The Hadith is a violent text that calls on Muslims to kill Jews. The hadith talks about how rocks and trees will call on the "servants of Allah" to fight the Jews and kill them. How is the hadith not violent? Also, I already mentioned before that America has been very nice to Muslims for a long time. Why don't you talk about the Soviet Invasion of Afghanistan in 1979 for a change. Oh, wait, you don't condemn that invasion because you support it. You support all of the Soviet invasions of the Third World countries because you are an America-hating, Western-hating, Israel-hating, Tibet-hating, democracy-hating, free market-hating, Soviet-loving, Communist Chinese-loving, North Korean loving, Iranian Islamist-loving, "Palestinian" (invented people) extremist- loving, Sudanese regime- loving, totalitarian-loving Stalinist/Maoist who supports radical Islamist Sharia Law. We have enough of you and your Islamist-friendly values. Quit repeating leftist/Islamist lies and propaganda and learn from facts.

          • Mr. Polly

Well, Omar, never let it be said that you prejudge a person and his opinions based on scant evidence.

          • Omar

If you don't want to be called out for your totalitarian lies and propaganda, I suggest that you praise America's efforts to bring freedom and democracy to the world. You should also praise democratic countries like America, Britain, Israel and their allies, while denouncing true repressive regimes like China, Cuba, Iran, Syria, Sudan, Zimbabwe, Belarus and their allies.

          • Wolfgang

          • Mr. Polly

I'm beginning to suspect Omar is putting us on, writing such an over-the-top summary or parody of the FrontPage Magazine party line just to make fun of it.

          • Omar

Actually, I'm not making fun of the Front Page Magazine "party line". I agree with it. Front Page Magazine reports real news to the people. Unlike the MSM and Academia, FPM reports the truth about news. You, on the other hand, repeat Communist/Islamist lies and propaganda about America and its democratic allies.

          • anthony

at last the truth comes out. only a Muslim would use the phrase 'rightly-guided' (as the Muslim world describes them) for the first four murderous caliphs.

          • Mr. Polly

I got the phrase "rightly-guided caliph" from reading about the caliph Omar on the web. My reply was facetious anyway.

The George H.W. Bush Administration was TAKING ORDERS from the House of Saud?? Are you sure you want to say that?

          • defcon 4

Are you saying the Soddy barbarians didn't want US troops fighting against Iraq in Soddy Barbaria?

          • Omar

Actually, yes. The Saudi government actually invited America to set bases in their country for protection against Saddam's Baathist forces and against terrorist groups. The Saudi government is an oppressive society where Islamist Sharia Law is the law of the land, but we need the Saudis for the oil trade as well as their support to keep the fanatic terrorists in check and to stop the Iranian mullah's imperialist aggression in the region.

          • defcon 4

Huh? We need Soddy Barbaria "to keep the fanatic terrorists in check"? Who or what is the LARGEST financial sponsor of islamofascist terrorism today? Soddy Barbaria released a bunch of convicted terrorists w/the only proviso that they not practice takfir in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Details on that alleged U.S. bombing of Iraq? The Cole was what, 1999 and the Iraq bombing 2003?

Or are you talking about the U.N. expedition against Saddam Hussein for waging aggressive war on Kuwait, and the U.S. leading the effor to kick him out? I think most of the bombing in 1991 was done only against military targets in the desert. Maybe I have it wrong, though. There WAS, of course, the "Highway of Death," but that wasn't a bombing.

          • Mr. Polly

"I think most of the bombing in 1991 was only against military targets in the desert. Maybe I have it wrong, though."

You do indeed have it wrong — wildly wrong! An article on American policy toward Iraq in the Jan/Feb 1995 issue of "Foreign Affairs," a publication of the American elite's powerful Council on Foreign Relations, states "Iraqis understood the legitimacy of a military action to drive their army from Kuwait, but they have had difficulty comprehending the Allied rationale for using air power to systematically destroy or cripple Iraqi infrastructure and industry: electric power stations (92 percent of installed capacity destroyed), refineries (80 percent of production capacity), petrochemical complexes, telecommunications centers (including 135 telephone networks), bridges (more than 100), roads, highways, railroads, hundreds of locomotives and boxcars full of goods, radio and television broadcasting stations, cement plants, and factories producing aluminum, textiles, electric cables and medical supplies."

THAT is what I meant by the expression BOMBED IRAQ TO PIECES!

          • Omar

You are clearly delusional. The international community attacked Saddam's forces to drive him out of Kuwait because what Saddam did was totally illegal. Also, supplies do get destroyed in war. That is not at all rare. In fact, it is the most common form of undermining the enemy. Saddam is guilty of massive human rights violations and many other crimes (we are talking about a man who had about 40 members of his own family killed) so when Iraq democratized during the last decade, he finally faced justice and received capital punishment. Quit defending one of the most brutal and infamous dictators of the 20th century an learn from facts. The 21st century needs to be democratic, not dictatorial.

          • Mr. Polly

Is the Council on Foreign Relations, which published this article, "clearly delusional," Omar? Was it "defending" Saddam Hussein? Several American administrations have drawn many of their Cabinet officials from the Council on Foreign Relations. Were these high U.S. government officials Stalinist/Maoist/Sharia-Law-Enthusiasts, Omar??

It is clear that most of this destruction was NOT AT ALL an element of the Gulf War itself, that is, it had nothing whatsoever to do with driving the Iraqi army out of Kuwait, but was a separate campaign designed to reduce Iraq to a preindustrial level of existence.

You guys need to somehow get your own reporter on this. When I saw the surveillance picture of the 19 year old all I could think of was please don’t let him have been to Occupy Boston. I wasn’t far off. He went to high school at Cambridge Ringe and Latin. You know I always tell you guys you need a little more hope in your ability to change some people and a little more faith in some people’s eventually doing the right thing. Look at your own political life journey. I think there is a real chance of the hippy types, some of the so-called Left people, the Ron Paul types, and you all coming more together on issues someday. And again I do think the type of Black Man, 800,000 of which are locked up right now, could some day be a bulwark against Islamism and Sharia taking control of our streets.

    • truebearing

I hear delusion is rampant among liberals these days. Thank you for providing evidence.

So 800,000 black men are locked up…..and all are innocent, of course…..nice try, fool.

    • Jane Baer

too bad African American men in prison are being converted to Islam, it would do our nation good to have more Baptist African American men in prison. Let them come home to the faith of Dr. King.

    • SCREW SOCIALISM

      Boston Poverty of Morality,

Do you think 800,000 are locked up because of the color or their skin or because of their actions?

    • Omar

Why don't you talk about the innocent white men that are being incarcerated in Zimbabwe's prisons today? Mugabe's Marxist regime is one step closer to creating a neo-apartheid system that would resemble the former racial apartheid regime in South Africa, but with the racial groups reversed (blacks would be the ruling race in Mugabe's neo-apartheid system). If you want to talk about real oppression of black people in the contemporary world, why don't you talk about the oppression and genocide of black African Christians in Islamist/Apartheid Sudan? Why don't you talk about the oppression of black Cubans by the Castro regime in Cuba. Did you know that the longest served black political prisoner in modern history was Eusebio Penalver, who served about 28 years (from 1960 to 1988. Mr. Penalver's time in prison was longer than Nelson Mandela's time in prison under South Africa's former apartheid regime) in the Castro dictatorship's prison system. Why don't you denounce the Islamist government in Turkey for denying the Armenian genocide during World War I? Why don't you denounce oppression in all the autocratic regimes in the world, most of who are adversaries of the democratic West.

      • http://twitter.com/BostonPoverty @BostonPoverty

I don't know much about Zimbabwe. At one point my dad offered to pay for me to come join him there. I never regretted not going until right this minute when I thought about it again. I guess I could have somehow scrounged up the money for my girlfriend to go too. I know I would have seen stuff. I was in St. Petersburg Russia for a month in the first Yeltsin year. My father went on sabbatical to Zimbabwe with some grant in about 1986 and took early retirement and stayed for 10 years. I am estranged from my father and have not spoken to him for 16 years and he has never met my kids. But still what happened to Zimbabwe is a like a personal and family tragedy for me. And complete demoralization. Why do you think I read this website? What about my name here? You all think I am a big Morris Dees fan? And the guilt or innocence of those 800,000 men is irrelevant to the point I made. My point is that these type of guys may some day be useful in the resistance against Sharia and Islamism in American streets.

        • Omar

Morris Dees' Southern Poverty Law Center started out as a good civil rights organization, combating hate and extremism. But in more contemporary times, many of the SPLC's members began to lump some of the mainstream conservative individuals and organizations with extremist groups like the KKK, the American Nazi Party, the Nation of Islam and the New Black Panther Party, hate groups that the SPLC identifies as influences on the "radical right" (despite the fact that black hate groups are generally on the radical left). Furthermore, the SPLC chooses to ignore radical left-wing extremism. In 1998, the organization invited Weather Underground terrorist Bill Ayers for an interview, in which the SPLC praised Ayers' "civil rights activism" despite the fact that the Weather Underground never focused on civil rights at all (the Weather Underground called for the violent overthrow of the U.S. government and the installing of a Communist totalitarian government in this country. Still today, Ayers is still unrepentant about his actions against the American people (he felt that his organization didn't do enough to cause more chaos). And still, the SPLC invited that guy for an interview. It's ridiculous.

          • defcon 4

According to the SPLC, there are no islamofascist hate groups, none at all.

          • Omar

Many of the SPLC's members believe that radical Islamists are Gandhian pacifists, when in reality, the Islamists don't want peace. The Islamists want world domination and it is up to the West to put them in check.

  • Leland64

Islam is the problem. Far from being a religion of peace, Islam demands destruction or enslavement of infidels. Hate and violence flows from Mosques here in the United States. Our ‘eternal friends” the Saudis support this incitement and use our freedoms to undermine our security and stability. If reports are true, Muslim activists enjoy access to the highest levels of our government. Any hint of truth regarding militant Islam is labeled hate speech in the name of our “precious diversity”. At least the Marathon Massacre has been labeled terrorism. Its a shame our leadership can’t bring itself to define the Fort Hood Massacre as an act of terrorism. More “home grown” Islamic terrorism in America is virtually certain. At some point, when enough blood is spilled, Americans will demand an end to home grown Islamic terrorism.

    • Welene

Leland64 has it exactly right. Thank you

      • Sussex Girl

Actually, Leland64 is a little off. Islam is not a religion but a world power. Religion is but one facet of its totality.

QUESTION: DID Obama's friends Bill Ayers, and Dohrn and their fellow domestic terr0rists ever give up their revolutionary goal of destroying the "imperialist" America they hate?
(and events such as the Boston Marathon, the Pentagon, and various rhyming words)

Or have they simply substituted new tools for the bombs and violence that were once the measure of their commitment? That they are now "clean and articulate" Obama friends.

    *Excellent* article, David.
I am from New Zealand, and I have been a follower of yourself (along with Robert Spencer and Pamela Geller) for a very long time.
I have no doubt that *even this* act of savagery will not be enough to wake America from its Islam-loving slumber.
It is sad, but it will almost certainly take another act of 9/11 proportions before the American people are sufficiently angered to take action against Islam once and for all.

    • Kanwi

I'm a fellow Kiwi follower too and can only hope there are not too many more events before there is a real military response to the threat of Islamism. If the Muslims don't want to assimilate then we should reciprocate and not appease. thor42's comment is insightful and I have responded to that post. May it all happen sooner than later..

    • White Hunter

I wish I could share your optimism that "another act of 9/11 proportions" would bring Americans to their senses, thor, but I can't.

Thanks to those who today hate our own country with what can only be called an insane and treasonous malice and wish to see us defeated, humbled, and subjugated by the the most brutal savages on the face of the earth and their bloodthirsty so-called "religion" — and there are now millions of them here, in charge of the most powerful instruments of education, public opinion, and politics — it's hard to imagine that even ten more 9/11s would be enough to bring us back to the righteous determination to win and survive that we felt on December 8, 1941. I wish it weren't so; but that seems to be the reality.

      • defcon 4

The corruption, infiltration and subversion of the US federal government AND law enforcement entities is so bad I wouldn't be surprised to see hate speech legislation outlawing islam passed and codified into law by the SCOTUS. At which point I would hope for a mass secession from the union.

"and enlisted in the army of our mortal enemies"

This is the key point, but you may not yet understand it's significance.
Islam is many things, religion, politics, culture and so on. But for non-muslims the most important thing to understand is that Islam is an army. This most recent bomber is not a criminal or a terrorist. He is a soldier in an army conducting a military mission. He is in a different kind of army that we in the west don't yet understand or choose to evade. But he is a soldier of sorts. And for this very important reason, this issue must be given over to the military, the US military. The military should be assigned the task of dealing with Islam. And then given full support for whatever actions they deem fit. Whether its kill teams or depopulation of a continent, it's up to the military and that's that!
The left is the only thing preventing victory in this war against savagery.

    • Kanwi

You are right in your observations. Maybe when the Republicans get control of the Senate in 2014 and the White House in 2016 they will effectively co-ordinate to reverse the Leftist slide of the last 20 years and set America in the right direction for the next 50 years.

    "David, You are absolutely right."?
    "Unfortunately, you're right."?
    "*Excellent* article, David."?

Than to be "half right" or to have been "half baked", it were better to have been not touched at all: If you look at the facts of how the Koran was assembled, by whom and when, and recognizing just how Islam is maintained in ad hoc interpretation and by the emams or so-called lawyers, if you accept as fact that, Islam does not consist in a body of beliefs which are open to inquiry, but in enforced patterns of behavior—and as with training even children to kill themselves in suicide, the disregard for human life, extending against even the young and otherwise innocent among Moslems—and noticing the plain effects of Islam, the world round—as Churchill so famously stated the case—to say that, Islam is not a religion at all, but is a criminal ideology, put together by bad men, for the utility of bad men, should appear as a rather straightforward observation.

As any definition is exclusive of all related and merely tangential consideration, sometimes, there may be much worth in, as is they say, "calling a spade, a spade" (this, in spite of the fact that, there are those who claim that bromide as a racial slur, which, I have yet to be convinced of), and although more could be put in criticism, with this article, I would say that, D. Horowitz—in this otherwise merely interesting composition—fails to motivate because, at bottom, the piece failed to begin and carry forward in reliance upon the true predicate in definition, . . . as "a rose by any other name", by all sign in evidence, Islam is a criminal ideology, . . . and is not a religion—its religious trappings, notwithstanding; so, . . .

If the "so-called bombers were white christians" we would not hear the media and, probably your professor, telling us to not condemn all Muslims for the acts of a few bad apples. We would be hearing those who usually blather on about Islam, Muslims and the Koran being peaceful and benign after these terrorist attacks, blathering about how virulent Christianity and the Bible is and how could we expect anything less than that the Bible breeds virulent terrorists. In other words, the media and your professor would completely condemn and attempt to marginalize a truly benign religion (Christianity) that produces good works in the world.

Islam is not a race. Did your professor tell you that? Also, show me the racism in the article. Produce it. Show it to me.

"If the so-called bombers were white christians, you would be cheering them on."

Now, produce the evidence of "racism" in the article, like I asked. I'll be waiting for it.

Also, please tell your professor also to teach you how to capitalize proper names/titles like Christian.

I forgot to add, please demonstrate to me where the Bible has open-ended commands for Jews or Christians to commit violence against unbelievers. And then demonstrate to me where Jews or Christians are committing such acts, all over the world, on a regular basis, in obedience to those commands.

I'm sure at least your professor gave you this information, or you read it yourself because you are so educated, right? In fact, you must know it off the top of your head. Produce the evidence.

      ***

Once again, THIS is the level of ignorance we are dealing with in this country. And (supposedly) from the educated, college folks!

"My professor told me that racist sites like this operate openly, so I came here to see for myself and he was right."

Muslims are a race, are they? If so, Muslim supremacists must be racist supremacists. Right? If so, we who oppose that ideology must be anti-racist. And since you attack us, you must be a racist as well.

If Islam isn't a race, one can't be racist for criticizing it.

We condemn all terrorist attacks, regardless of the perpetrator's characteristics. Your professor is not only wrong, but he is also ignorant of facts. What is your professor's name? Are you aware that many professors at universities in this country (and around the world) are radical Communists and/or Islamist who themselves have somewhat racist and bigoted views about American and Western society in general? Your professor is probably a Stalinist/Maoist who supports Islamist totalitarianism and who glorifies far left-wing terrorists like Bill Ayers and Oscar Lopez. You need to read David Horowitz's book, The Professors, to learn the truth about some of the so-called "academics" and their extremist views. They do NOT! They brainwash people.

We don't hate professors. We dislike how they indoctrinate students into supporting their radical totalitarian agenda. Anyway, Coptic Christians, ( persecuted) Christian Pakistani's , ( victims of muslim blasphemy law) Nigerian Christians , ( violence by Muslims) Sudanese Christians ( years of rape murder and being sold into slavery by Muslims) Indonesian Christians and Buddhists ( persecution, burning of their churches and temples by Muslims) are fearful of Islam ,so are they racists too?. Absurd .

Support the Civilized Man. Support Israel. Defeat Jihad.”

      –Pamela Geller

Israel Vs. Hamas is Civilization Vs. Savagery

  • ealha3

First, it would help to put in perspective the numbers we face. Is the threat coming from a substantial minority to require us to realize the difficulty in discovering their presence and yet to maintain our appreciation of our dominance in civilized values and lifestyles? Israel seems to have made this realization allowing a tolerance of necessary limitations of their civil liberties to deal with the now rare attempts to terrorize them while allowing them to thrive and expand their civilized western cultural lifestyle. Next, we should consistently use language that correctly defines the threat. E.g., Islam/Muslim ideology is criminal savagery because it does not respect human life and advocates intolerance and murder to achieve its pseudo/religious, political goals. Moreover we should be advocating the illegality of the practice of Islam and the advocacy of the teachings of the Koran just as we outlaw any criminal conspiracy that advocates the violent overthrow of our government or any other peaceful organization or activity.

  • Common Sense

President of the United States Barack Hussein Obama, the fake Christian and closet Muslim who sat for 20 years in Jeremiah "God Damn America" Wright's Black Muslim Trinity Church, and is a long-time friend and neighbor and political ally of the known murderous terrorists William Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn, is a tacit source of inspiration and encouragement for these terrorist jihad attacks. The Obama administration has also protected Nidal Hasan, the Ft. Hood jihadist shooter from prosecution so far and refuses to call his murders terrorist attacks, and the Boston Marathon bombing is typical Weathermen tactics from way back, remember?

    My thoughts on Boston:

    1. State passes laws prohibiting and criminalizing ownership/possession of "assault weapons" and defines them as having pistol grips, collapsible stocks, hand grips on the fore end. High-capacity magazines prohitited. Government then issues prohibited criminal firearms with those accessories to the police.

    2. State orders citizens to stay indoors, lock their doors, stroke the hair on their chinny-chin-chins, don't go to work or carry on their ordinary affairs while a statehood manhunt is being conducted.

    3. The disarmed people then huddle in their homes, behind their locked doors, while the police roam the streets with "assault weapons" and high-capacity magazines.

One might ask, "Why do the police NEED 'assault weapons' with high-capacity magazines to hunt down one guy? Wouldn't ordinary hunting rifles with, say, 5-round magazines be good enough?" Didn't some guy claiming to know what he was talking about say that if you can't bring down your prey with ten rounds or less, there's something unconstitutional with your use of firearms, or something like that?

Massachusetts has changed its way of living because of these guys. I guess the terrorists have won.

    • defcon 4

The terrorists will have won when our 1st and 2nd amendment Constitutional rights are taken away.

    • aliko

"I guess the terrorists have won"

They won the elections. Twice in a row.

The biggest terror attack in human history, one that dwarfed 9/11 and will impact this planet for generations is the debt of the U.S, managed brilliantly by Obama inc.

The stress alone will kill millions!

The constitution being constantly under attack is a terror act in progress.

Entitlement creates Zombies – people with brains barely working that drain the economy and not contributing a thing – a terror attack on the American soul.

The Media and Hollywood are cultural terror, meant to eliminate G-O-D from the culture, dumb out the people into Communist robots.

The Boston terrorists, as sad as it may be, may just be the wake up call to sleeping Americans who will look at the administration and the media and decide to stop complaining and demand change back to the roots of what the U.S is all about. Now all this movement needs is a worthy leader.

Dr. Carson: urgent, please get to the emergency room. A brain dead nation requires your expertise.

  • tagalog

Massachusetts appears to be a police state, with people meekly obeying the orders of the government, because, as unarmed citizens, they are not able to take care of themselves. So much for freedom-loving, revolution-starting Massachusetts. Meanwhile, the police run the streets with automatic weapons.

And where were all those Sons of Liberty who claimed that they would resist this kind of police-state authoritarianism with force of arms if necessary? I guess they were in their locked houses, obeying the government along with their fellow citizens.

Didn't they know that the rise of a police state is always in response to some crisis, some emergency need? It's not because some tyrannical leader somewhere just decides to take over. There's always some reason, some precipitating event.

the core of our difference from Isamists is our overall attitute towards the genders…we feel that a man and a woman are different but equal. Or at least more towards that ideal than Islamists. This beleif system is the opposite of Isam. Every human is about half male and female in the sense that we are born of both parents' genes…and therefore it has been our belief (even when unstated, but still more so than Islamists) that it is every human's journey to learn to be connected in a high sense to "the other" gender. From this unspoken sense (but again more so than Islamists) we are their enemy.

    • Jane Baer

funny but …liberals think THEY are for women when it is a conservative sense of the dignity and proper realtionship of male and female that raises up women (and therefore men) as compared to Islamist society.

The "diversity" fanatics are produced by white liberals responding to the urban riots of the 1960s. They blended nicely with communists and New Leftists who mounted a successful campaign to tell the American story as a nightmare. Their prime target was "American exceptionalism." And so millions of American children and teen agers and college students are taught to be ashamed of their country, the most successful democratic society in history. I thought of a different way to tell the American story here: http://clarespark.com/2013/02/27/american-excepti… "American exceptonalism retold." The illustration by a young Latino demonstrates the hatred that today's radicals harbor within their imaginations.

We are waiting for the Obama clan to start apologizing to the radical Islamists for the evils of America and that those in Boston deserved what they received at the hands of the two brothers (of Satan) by their bombings and shootings of the MIT police. Why did Michelle Obama make a personal visit in the hospital to the intial "person of interest", a Saudi Arabian student with an expired student Visa? What the heck is that all about anyway? Is it because of America's dependence on Saui "oil" or was she giving a message from Barack Hussein Obama to him to give to the Saudi Arabian Shiek who has ties and supports radical Islamists?

David, I respect your views and have been a fan since you put that letter in National Review back in the early 80s I think it was. We live in crazy, no psychotic times, with everyone who can muster a website claiming to have the inside story on what is going on around us. Can you or someone else rational, intelligent, and sane please devote some thought to the people out there who would have us believe that the whole Boston thing was a sham, a "false flag", and so on? A lot of this started with the huge incongruity of the JFK murder, where a nobody brought down a major somebody. So now everything is seen through a similar lens by people with a lot of time, and a website perhaps, on their hands. Thanks!

  • surfcitysocal

Your thoughts, David, are spot on. These events demonstrate that the U.S. still has many enemies and while the current Administration wants us to be complacent, weak, apologetic and politically correct, being so will not make them like us.

A few thoughts of my own…I hate to say it, but after various liberal news agencies openly wished the bombers were "right-wing", I was relieved to find out they were Muslim–which meant conservatives wouldn't be castigated and dragged through the mud on this one. In fact, many news agencies fell silent when the bombers were found to be Muslim.

That is not to say I agree with the cheering and celebration that took place after the second bomber was taken into custody. I felt uncomfortable with the cheering, just as I did with the cheering when bin Laden was killed. Yes, I'm on the west coast and was removed from what happened on 9/11, and yet, while I understand the celebrating, the Bible tells us we shouldn't revel and "delight" in the bad things that befall our enemies. When people cheer, I wonder, how does that make us different from when Al Qaeda cheered when the towers fell (and they realized they succeeded beyond their wildest dreams)?

    • defcon 4

Where does the bible say we shouldn't take delight in the destruction of our enemies? Enemies that would utterly destroy us given half the chance?

I watched nonstop coverage of the Boston Marathon bombing for the last 6 days on the major networks, CNN and CBS. It amazes me how they never mentioned the words Muslim, jihadism, or radical Islam even once. They never explored the critical issue of how the brothers were radicalized. They did mention that the older brother had become very religious recently, but never followed up with how that happened, who influenced him, and what mosque he attended. Wouldn’t those by critical areas of inquiry for a free press covering the story of the year? The most inpoertant element of the story, how and why the brother became radicalized was ignored. I had to go to the alternative press to find out where the older brother attended religious services and find out the teachings of the religious leader in that mosque. In my view the press’ refusal to cover critical elements of the story is the story in this attack on America.

The nine eleven attacks WERE caused by American policies:

    1. One nation under God – not Allah.
    2. Individual Liberty – not subservience to some air-head mullah.
    3. Economic prosperity that flourished under 1 & 2 above.
    4. Which created the wealthiest poor people in the history of mankind.
    5. Which gave rise to the phenomenal envy of a rapidly decaying society – Islam.

We will flourish while they fall into the abyss. Good riddance.

  • A.J.

"It has been said by the late Susan Sontag and other progressive intellectuals that the heinous attacks of 9/11 were the result of American policies." Uhm, no sh-t David…. Why else would people half a world away want to attack us?? Not because of our domestic freedoms or anything else but because of SPECIFIC AMERICAN ACTIONS, as Ms. Sontag rightly pointed out. What specific actions?? How can someone as smart Horowitz still peddle this nonsense with a straight face. Every American with a brain now KNOWS who really orchestrated 9/11 and Horowitz knows it too (hint… it's not al-Qaeda).

It's sad to see someone who converted from the destructive path of the radical left still continue to spread lies and disinformation about the "War On Terror." Ex-leftists like Horowitz and others on his site have done some great work on American domestic matters but are still completely delusional and disingenuous on American/Isreali policies abroad, which are they real cause for 9/11 and all of the horrible atrocities being committed in the Middle East.

I pray for you, Mr. Horowitz and hope you and others will finally come around full circle, and renounce not only leftism but evil in all its forms. The ONLY way is for the West to become a moral, Christian world once again and that means ending all of these terrible wars abroad.

    • reader

Just say it: it's the joos. Why tap dance? Say your "moral Christian" peace the way you understand it and stick your head back into the pile of sand – to feel good about yourself, even though you're really a bigot, and I can prove it.

"This is the face of our enemy and the sooner the delusional liberals among us wake up to this fact, the safer all of us will be." The delusional liberals will no sooner wake up to this fact than to the one that it has been their socialist policies that have destroyed cities like Chicago, Detroit, Baltimore, Cleveland, etc. Anyone who sincerely believes that 911 was caused by American policies and behavior is certifiably insane and should NOT be allowed to buy a gun.

    Mr. Horowitz,
Great blog and you are absolutely correct. Maybe some good will come out of this terrible Islamic terrorism that happened in Boston. I feel so sorry for those who were hurt or killed. Even Bill Maher, whose rantings against Christians I abhor, admits in this video that Christians do not try to kill people who 'draw a bad cartoon of the prophet' or murder apostates. He has begun to see the light so to speak. However, he is trying to convince a liberal professor who suggests that Maher is an 'Islamaphobe.' Maher basically tells him (in his own potty mouth manner) to cut the liberal crap. This video is priceless.

One of the best articles I've seen covering the Islamic attack on Boston.

"It has been said by the late Susan Sontag and other progressive intellectuals that the heinous attacks of 9/11 were the result of American policies."

This is what they do – every time.

The NY times blamed Russia for the Beslan school attack. They keep blaming the nations instead of the real culprit – The Koran.
