		<description><![CDATA[As someone in a position to know first hand, my question is this: If your child is going to tell me any assignment at all is &quot;too much&quot; and any instruction I attempt to give (except worksheets, but including instructions for any such worksheets) means I &quot;talk too much&quot; and this child&#039;s aspirations are &quot;rich and famous&quot; or failing that, get a check and maybe deal drugs or rob people on the side, exactly HOW will that child ever achieve a status of life that includes &quot;social or economic justice&quot;? 


This of course is me coming from the belief that those ideals are achieved by personal effort and success that results from it. If you think social/economic justice is getting paid to either do nothing at all, or worse yet, to create more kids you can&#039;t afford and have no idea how to parent, I guess that explains a lot.


And for all those who voted Obama because &quot;we finna keep our checks!&quot; You think he finna cut you a check out his own personal account? Cause honey, when they ain&#039;t no mo&#039; money, you ain&#039;t gettin&#039; no check.]]></description>

This is the ultimate last step in achieving a level playing field for job applicants. It&#039;s no wonder we have fallen to 37th in education in the world. If these teachers are the best among applicants for their teaching jobs, I dread to think of just how ignorant the others were. Or were these semi educated teachers affirmative actioned into their jobs over more qualified applicants?]]></description>

 From 2000 to today, the percent of Black CPS teachers dropped from 41% to 30%, with the additional 50 Schools to be closed this will drop even lower. 

 Veteran Black teachers knew community/students’ families—and had taught them.

 They were replaced by younger, whiter, less experienced, less credentialed teachers who don’t stay long—their turnover rate is much higher, 
especially in charters, where many end up.
Translation: these black teachers resent losing any quasi-welfare type position, protected by unions and anti-white laws. The white teachers may be too smart, and thus are asked to join charter schools. This bothers them more.]]></description>

Without testing you are giving people credit based solely for having been physically present (most of the time) in classroom.

I have done it myself and I am not special.

If you used the teacher union method, an employer let&#039;s say the Federal government could hire someone because they attended a class, but they have no ideal how to perform the job. ]]></description>
