Coptic Christian Leaders Condemn Hate from Obama’s Islamist Adviser

4rabia

Mohamed Elibiary has doubled down on his church-burning Brotherhood’s R4BIA hate symbol. In Egypt, the Muslim Brotherhood’s followers continue to persecute Coptic Christians while Obama and his advisers seem bent only on finding ways to restore the terrorist hate group to power.

Coptic leaders are speaking out about the hate from the Obama adviser.

Major Coptic leaders are condemning Mohamed Elibiary, an Obama administration Homeland Security adviser, for suggesting that Copts who raise awareness of anti-Christian violence in Egypt promote “Islamophobic” bigotry.

Elibiary sent out a series of tweets that Coptic leaders found offensive last month. The tweets appeared to chastise the Coptic community for lobbying on behalf of their relatives in Egypt. He targeted them because they had aligned themselves with conservative groups that he called “Islamophobic.”

“VERY disturbing if true: bit.ly/18xotzi US DHS adviser accuses #Coptic #Christians of inciting Muslims! #Speechless! Pls comment!” Bishop Angaelos, Coptic Pope Tawadros II’s personal representative in the United Kingdom wrote in a Sept. 28 Twitter post.

Elibiary initially defended sporting the R4BIA on his Twitter profile, saying “#R4BIA=#Freedom4ALL.” But he relented to pressure Friday and removed it. “While I did remove #R4BIA twibbon as I updated my profile, my view & support of its human rights & pro democracy values continue. #AntiCoup,” Elibiary wrote.

R4BIA takes its name from Cairo’s Rabia ad-Alawiya Square, where hundreds of Muslim Brotherhood protesters were killed in armed clashes with Egyptian security forces in August.

The #R4BIA platform includes a litany of principles that run in open opposition to Western values. It invokes concepts such as: “pure martyrdom”; “unification of the Muslim World”; “the end of Zionists”.

The R4BIA platform page makes extensive positive references to Sayyid Qutb, a Muslim Brotherhood leader executed in 1966 who explicitly called for violent jihad against infidels; his books are replete with massive anti-Semitic and anti-Christian dogma and conspiracies such as the Jews’ control of world finance.

Yet Elibiary repeatedly defends Qutb on Twitter and elsewhere. On Sept. 28, he posted a clip of an Arabic documentary about Qutb.

Elibiary lectured the Copts after the blog appeared for attacking groups such as the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) because of their historic connections to the Muslim Brotherhood, and for their alignment with so-called “Islamophobes”. He then called the Copts’ work with “Islamophobes” and their criticism of American Islamic groups contrary to the cause of religious freedom.

It’s ironic that Elibiary would use religious freedom to silence Christian Copts, because that is what his Muslim Brotherhood is doing to Copts in Egypt. For Elibiary and the Brotherhood, religious freedom only applies to Muslims.

This writer continues on his daily campaign to promote a very false narrative and mischaracterization of Islam, as jihad (holy war), is a war waged by Muslims, i.e., jihadists, Mujahideen, holy warriors, etc., in the cause of Allah against all religions and all infidels for the establishment and expansion of Islam and to ultimately make Islam supreme throughout the world. Thus, Muslims are not terrorists, i.e., Muslim extremists, radicals, Islamists, etc., reacting to Western imperialism or in the case of Israel, to harsh Israeli policies. They are jihadists instead, and the war they are waging is both preemptive and aggressive. Indeed, there is no pacifying or making peace with the proponents of Islam, as they will either have to be utterly defeated or otherwise the infidel world will have to fight and fend off jihad (holy war) perpetually forever.

Islam is not just another faith-based religion as mischaracterized by the current false narrative that this writer is wittingly or unwittingly cramming down our throats. In fact, Islam is not even a true faith-based religion at all but a cult instead, as unlike in true faith-based religions, Muslims don’t have the freedom of conscience to decide whether to be faithful or not to be faithful, because blasphemy and apostasy are punished extremely harshly under the penalty of death in Islam. Thus, Islam is not a true faith-based religion at all but instead a very rabid and destructive cult and form of totalitarianism as opposed to being a religion.

Furthermore, jihad (holy war) is not only the highest pillar of which Islam stands; waging it is also a fundamental holy obligation incumbent upon all Muslims in one form or another, including the women and children. Thus, all mainstream orthodox Muslims in the world are jihadists, i.e., mujahideen (holy warriors), in one form or another, as opposed to victims that resort to terrorism only in response to the infidel world. Otherwise, they are blasphemous apostates that according to the texts and tenets of Islam must be executed.

Again, the penalty for non-compliance in the cult of Islam in stark contrast to true faith-based religions is extremely harsh because it is the penalty of death for blasphemy and apostasy. As a matter of fact, an apostate from Islam is not a so-called “moderate” Muslim, but instead an ex-Muslim that is also an infidel.

Moreover, according to the infamous sword verses of the Koran, which were the very last verses of the Koran issued by Muhammad shortly before his death, and the universally accepted throughout mainstream Islam principle of abrogation, which holds that when two verses of the Koran conflict with one another, i.e., contradict one another, the latter issued verse, i.e., the one issued later on in Muhammad’s career, abrogates, supersedes, and replaces the earlier issued verse, the sole fundamental purpose of Islam is the subjugation into Islamic totalitarianism of all religions and all infidels through both violent and non-violent jihad (holy war) and the eventual imposition of Sharia, which is Islamic totalitarian law, in order to make Islam supreme.

Why? It’s because Islam alone in the world makes the very dubious claim that its holy texts emanates divinely, that is it is the direct verbatim testimony of Allah (God) as dictated to Muhammad by the archangel Gabriel. Thus, since the texts of Islam emanates divinely directly through Allah (God), unlike in true faith-based religions, it is absolutely flawless and completely perfect, and therefore must be made supreme over all religions and all infidels throughout the world. The very ironic problem with that insanity is that Islam is not even a religion at all, but a very rabid and destructive cult and form of totalitarianism instead.

You’re the only one on a daily unhinged moonbat campaign to mischaracterize Islam.
Terrorism is an act not a belief. Like murder or rape.
You seem to be too stupid to tell the difference between the act and the motive.

“Initially”, OYM might have been right. The earlier Meccan verses are peaceful.

If ObamaYoMoma wants to believe that Islam began as a religion of peace, it’s a free country.
As long as he’s honest about it.
He’s not. He attacks people for those same views.

          • objectivefactsmatter

Many consider the peaceful period as mere prologue. But if that’s what he’s referring to then you shouldn’t have a problem with the statement. Maybe it’s more accurate to say that started as a weak harmless cult preaching peace and whatnot. Now it’s a huge homicidal cult with almost 14 centuries of history backing up that assessment.

You shouldn’t attack people because of your own confusion.

          • defcon 4

It probably only began as a religion of peace because it’s founder had no choice. It’s kinda hard to murder and persecute people all by yourself.

          • ObamaYoMoma

“Initially Islam evolved as a religion of peace similar to Christianity and Judaism” ObamaYoMoma

Initially Islam was a religion of peace and a very unsuccessful religion of peace. However, subsequent to the Hijra, which is a very famous turning point in early Islamic history whereby Muhammad and his very tiny band of early Muslim followers that consisted of the misfits and the dregs of society, were cast out of Mecca by the Meccans and forced to migrate to Medina. It was subsequent to that event, when Muhammad became totally obsessed with seeking revenge and in turn turned to jihad (holy war) and politics, which reformed Islam at the same time in the process, from what was initially a religion of peace, into what it is today, which is very rabid cult and destructive form of totalitarianism that has as its sole fundamental purpose the subjugation into Islamic totalitarianism of all religions and all infidels through jihad (holy war), which manifests both violently and non-violently, but overall astronomically far more non-violently relative to violently, and the eventual imposition of Sharia, which is Islamic totalitarian law, in order to make Islam supreme throughout the world.

  • N. Wasse

Is ElIbiary also suggesting that the Jews, that hated the Nazis because of let us say Kristallnacht, be called Nazi-phobes?

Kristallnacht would not be unlike Aug 15 when Copts and their homes and churches and businesses and monasteries were torched and looted by members of the terrorist group the MB that this despicable man supports. And Egyptians have the God given right to hate and despise these terrorists and if this is a form of phobia then where can I sign in and I’m not even Egyptian?

The bizarre thing is this guy’s ancestors were more likely than not Copts that converted to the religion of the Arabs by force
So I must conclude that: Elibiary is a Copto-phobe and self-hater and shame on our government for employing his likes

    • Daniel Greenfield

A lot of peoples had their religions and cultures stripped away from them by the Mohammedan conquests.

The worst crime of Islam may be that it turned the descendants of its victims into everything they would have hated.

I’ve heard that the Zoroastrians of Iran have been practically eliminated from the birthplace of their faith: Persia.

      • Texas Patriot

The most amazing thing to me is how the idea of global Islamic jihad, conquest and subjugation may go to sleep, even for hundreds of years; but it never really dies. As we have seen in just the last one hundred years, the House of Islam (Dar Al Islam) can rise from the ruins of utter destruction and disarray after WWI to an amazing “springlike” resurgence in 2012.

So perhaps the peoples of the earth are left with a choice. Become holy, perfect, and free within the Judaeo-Christian tradition Moses and Jesus or become defeated, subdued, and submissive in the Islamic tradition of Muhammad and his followers. Personally, I prefer the first alternative. But there is no doubt that it’s going to be an interesting struggle.

Forget professional football. We need to spend our weekends watching the latest developments in Global Islamic Jihad. Has anybody made a video game out of this yet? We have Fantasy Football, how about Fantasy Jihad?

        • Daniel Greenfield

It’s baked into the religion. Islam gains meaning from subduing non-Muslims.

It has no other outlet half as meaningful as that.

            Agreed.

          • Daniel Greenfield

Those who do understand it are afraid of it and hoping to avoid “provoking” it.

What do you think is behind the detention of Terry Jones or the Innocence of Muslims prison sentence.

          • Texas Patriot

Being afraid is fine for other people. But not for authentic Americans and authentic Westerners. Was Leonidas afraid at Thermopylae? Was Washington afraid at Bunker Hill? Was Eisenhower afraid on June 6, 1944? When everything you care about is threatened with the possibility of immediate and utter destruction, there’s a certain freedom and joy in realizing that some things are more important than life itself. It has been said that the most dangerous thing in the world is an army of free men. That’s how we’ll win this thing.

          • Daniel Greenfield

If we win this, it’ll be with free men. But unfortunately it’s not free men running things here. And hasn’t been for a while.

Bureaucrats and merchants run our republic and their mandate is not to upset anyone too dangerous.

          • Texas Patriot

Just as Submission is an idea with intoxicating promises of comfort and security that never really goes away, so is Freedom an idea that cannot be suppressed forever. Sometimes it just takes a cold bucket of ice water to wake people up. Is America too far gone to wake up and respond to the threat we all face? I can’t speak for other people, but I know I’m not, and I don’t think you are. And there are quite a few others I see who are beginning to wake up, and that’s very encouraging to me.

America has been in a long, slow slide of disintegration and decay since the Second World War. Obama’s emergency infusion of $7 trillion dollars into the U.S. economy over the last five years has not had the hoped for result of igniting an economic recovery. At this point, America is like a dying man on the operating table being kept alive with massive blood transfusions and the doctors are running out of plasma.

Unless we find a way to stop the bleeding and build the patient up again, there won’t really be much left to fight for or with. But there is still hope. The American economic engine was once the wonder of the world, and it can be again. With new technologies, energy independence, and a highly fit, energized, and educated population, there is nothing we can’t accomplish. But first we have to wake up and realize that we’re probably getting ready to lose it all.

The clock is ticking, the bus is waiting, the bus driver is honking the horn and getting very, very impatient. And we’re still in bed. We need to quit hitting the snooze button.

          • Daniel Greenfield

I don’t think people are too far gone, yet, but they’ve been badly misled. They know something is wrong, but often not what is wrong.

          • Texas Patriot

After the Tsarnaev Brothers decided to inflict some of their own brand of Islamic jihad on the spectators at the Boston Marathon, I think some people are beginning to get the idea.

          • Daniel Greenfield

Temporarily. The problem is people forget easily.

If you asked people a week after the bombing whether they wanted to shut down Muslim immigration, 7 out of 10 might have answered yes.

But give the media a few months to work on them and distract them and confuse them…

          • Texas Patriot

I couldn’t agree more. It’s all too easy for an important truth to get lost in the worldwide tsunami of electronic information. Marshall McLuhan was talking about that in the late 1960s. He called it the “electric surround”, and wrote a book called “Medium is the Massage”.

The idea is that there is something very soothing and narcotic about electronic media, and that makes it very hard for people to get very concerned about anything. Think about it. It’s been forty years since the Munich Olympics with umpteen attacks by Islamic terrorists, all in the name of Islam, and we still haven’t totally gotten the picture. But the good news, as Abraham Lincoln said, “You can fool all of the people some of the time, and some of the people all of the time, but you can’t fool all of the people all of the time.”

Slowly but surely, people are beginning to wake up, and I really believe that 9/11/2012 with the Benghazi massacre and the worldwide chants of “Obama, Obama, We’re All Osama” will be regarded as the historical turning point.

          • Daniel Greenfield

Weapons of Mass Distraction. They reinforce a soothing message that there’s nothing to worry about. That if we’re more tolerant and nice, everything will be okay.

That’s why it’s crucial to seize on these moments after an attack because the awareness does pass and then people go back to being media drugged into insensibility.

          • Texas Patriot

“Weapons of Mass Distraction. They reinforce a soothing message that there’s nothing to worry about. That if we’re more tolerant and nice, everything will be okay.”

Exactly. With one horrifying news story after another, ad infinitum, the overall effect is a kind of numbed disbelief that any of it is really happening or really matters. As the spectators at the Boston Marathon discovered, nothing could be further from the truth.

          • Daniel Greenfield

Or New Yorkers on September 11. But the scale of an attack, the horror, only inflicts enough pain to people awake for so long.

          • Texas Patriot

Don’t worry. The truth is slowly chipping away at the iceberg of disbelief, and sooner or later the Wall of Denial will come crashing down. Keep up the good work!

People have been brain washed into believing that they owe it to be fair. It’s not true. The Lord said to be just. He never used the word fair. “Give the devil no ground” All men have commandment to obey God. If a man obeys God, he’s right. If a man disobeys God he’s wrong. He’s subject to judgment. People have been demoralized in the name of fairness. Our youth must be taught better than this. If a person is wrong, ones must speak out. It is written: I the Lord Love justice. God can bless America again, but we must learn to execute judgment, according to Gods will.

I am Old anouf to remeber the 90s, and whom qiuiet it was, untill the 9/11 and the “war on terror” kicked in with a attac on Iraq and Afganistan, based on lies and forged data.
Since then the haterethoric and war propagada aginst the Muslims and Islam been proportional to the expancing terrotiroal controll by the uSSa and its minions, since then, the western hemisphere have used everything, every atrocety, every despecable crime and killings done, by the very same force that is fighting inside Syria, as a token and to prove, that Muslims are “evil”, right.

This is exactly like the propaganda against Sovjet and its people, just that all the might of the MSM is now aiming on Islam.

And all YOU do is using this as a solid evidence, is not even close to the Evil done by the present Christians, so caled, or more precise, the JudeoChristians that fully belive the “jews” are entitled to it all, no matter whom They kick out.
And where are you, when the “jews” burns down churches, and hunts and kills Christians in Palestina.
Where are their rights in this.

No, moust of you are indeed sick and have your reality twisted to sutch an extent its lamoust hilarious, if it wasnt for the graveness in this present Barbaric world.
Remeber this Copts, truth goes both ways, I know that the Muslim B.H is just an cover org. for the Zionists, and like the present gov. all controlled by the west.
And they use their minions to terrorise Christians AND Muslims, in Syria.
And in Palestinia, and so on.
I dont by the moronic drivel about Evil, this or that, the facts are wars and agresion comitted by the west, we all know it, and to blame anyone fighting for its land is at best pure hypocrasy.
The propagada war is alive and kicking, and some of you are payed to wite the Hatred, just to inflict more hatred and crimes, you are no different that the sick f… FSAs and so on, in Syria.

To be Christians, as moust of you claim you are, you makes me sick..
