Operation is worth every penny of its cost, and if anything, it should be expanded to all nine Southwest border Border Patrol Sectors The only changes that should be made is that detained illegals should be put to work, in chain gangs, helping to secure the border

Operation Streamline was initiated in the Yuma Sector on December 4, 2006 --there was an immediate and continuing drop off in the number of illegal immigrant apprehensions, indicating a marked decrease in the number of illegals attempting entry in that sector.

Operation Streamline was initiated in the Tucson Sector in January, 2008 and resulted in a marked, and continuing decrease in apprehensions, again indicating fewer illegals attempting entry through that sector.

Operation Streamline was initiated in the Del Rio Sector on December 5, 2005 and resulted in a marked, and continuing decrease in apprehensions, again indicating fewer illegals attempting entry through that sector.

Operation Streamline was initiated in the Laredo Sector on October 30, 2007 and resulted in a marked, and continuing decrease in apprehensions, again indicating fewer illegals attempting entry through that sector.

All of the above are making a travesty of justice with what they call "Operation Streamline." It's supposed to be a big deterrent to those thinking of coming here illegally. It's not. The steady stream of people crossing the border without papers has not even stopped to read the news about Streamline. Instead, in Tucson Sector alone, we're spending between $10,000 and $15,000 taxpayer dollars every weekday in "proceedings" and last year over $100 million to house and care for the convicted illegal border crossers in federal and contract prisons! That is taxpayer money that could be used for the care of Americans, reducing the deficit, or even - gasp! - given back to us in a stimulus or better yet a real tax cut! Tell your elected officials to stop wasting taxpayers hard-earned money and just deport them!

Well, many see it but what on earth are we to do about it!? There are no politicians who will admit to what we face not to mention stand up for us. &There's nowhere to run to. Canada? Maybe. But it is complicated (financially, etc.) to leave the country. But, the longer we stay here the more we are ripped off and threatened.

DHS has ZERO interest in measuring border security, never mind this or that graph chart. It is a whole lot of hooey and phooey. In fact, "mama Janet" is way too busy monitoring patriotic folks, and anyone who fits their milieu. This is no joke - http://adinakutnicki.com/2013/03/12/the-increasin...

Actually, the Pyromaniac-in-Chief is more than pleased to set the borders alight, after all, he used the sequester (his own idea!) to mandate the release of illegal felons. Hence, what is this nonsense about border security?

The strategy is clear:
Leave borders open for illegals, who will be protected by Napolitano, Holder an Hussein. Resist voted identification, full scale voter fraud and wallah Democrats win!
So what if legal, hard-working, tax-paying Americans are looted, raped and murdered, not to mention Islamic terrorists walking into US, attack legal, hard-working, tax-paying Americans, a la 9/11. Nothing matters as long as votes roll in; BTW, LA RAZA, MALDEF, ACLU and illegals know the game-plan. Tax-paying Americans are too busy putting food on the table an paying taxes to see the game-plan!
Game over, attack legal, hard-working, tax-paying Americans!

Me thinks that all the hemming and hawing of the DHS means that Napolitano and Company don't want border security. They want to see the country overrun by invading hordes in order to secure for the Democrats another four years of suicide. There's a malign motive behind all that feigned ignorance and helplessness.
