FBI Ordered Al-Awlaki’s Release Despite Knowing He Bought 9/11 Hijacker Tickets

We have the best law enforcement that appeasement and political correctness can find.

Judicial Watch announced today that it has obtained documents from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) revealing that the agency had warned agents who spotted U.S.-born al-Qaeda leader Anwar al-Aulaqi to “approach with caution” the day before he spoke as an invited guest at a Pentagon luncheon.

The documents obtained from the FBI include a computer database record showing that an FBI employee searching for al-Aulaqi’s criminal history on February 4, 2002 – the day before al-Aulaqi spoke as an invited guest at a Pentagon luncheon – retrieved information identifying al-Aulaqi as a “terrorist organization member” and containing the following alert: “Warning – approach with caution . . . Do not alert the individual to the FBI’s interest and contact your local FBI field office at the earliest opportunity.”

“According to FOIA documents previously obtained from the FBI by Judicial Watch, the FBI was aware as far back as September 27, 2001, that al-Aulaqi may have purchased airplane tickets for three of the 9/11 terrorist hijackers, including mastermind Mohammed Atta. On October 10, 2002, al-Aulaqi was detained at New York’s JFK airport under a warrant for passport fraud, a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison. However, the FBI ordered al-Aulaqi’s release, even though the arrest warrant was still active at the time of his detention.”

It’s no surprise that terrorists still keep slipping through. Because we care more about offending Muslims than we do about fighting Islamic terrorism.

It was the FBI here in San Diego who were alerting DC as can be seen by the docs over time along as shown the 1996 arrest in San Diego of al Aulaqi re engagement
in the act of prostitution. Between the Gorrelick Wall to PC we know the outcome.

Today after 3,000 dead on 9/11 much of the public treat it as
an inconvenience to read or hear about.

The Radical Left and Libertarians blame American not the Radical Islamic Terrorists who were the killers.

No wonder an Obama can be elected President. Between the same Radical Left and enablers such as the Libertarians and the don’t bother me crowd,
the world is in a far more dangerous situation today

Who was inviting Anwar al-Aulaqi to the Pentagon? Who in the FBI take more serious the idiotic idea to offend anyone over or instead of doing their job …?
FBI mandate is an essential part of our safety… Pentagon should take honorably theirs too…What is going on in America?

Something is very raw …in America.

read my post above. this is nothing new. In fact, it is well known that the really close ties of the Saudi Royal family to running the USA began with George Sr. as the director of the CIA. From then on, the infiltration went to light-speed.

Daniel, like ALL REPORTERS, serve to obfuscate us from the truth at all levels.

Get use to it, the muslims will be running the USA under sharia law within 50 years if not sooner, that is their goal and in the mean time, the sell outs like the muslim in chief get their pockets laden with gold for opening the door to the takeover.

have a look, see for yourself from the mouths of the very ilk doing so.

Daniel, your article wasn’t anything new and quite frankly missed the entire issue at hand as evidenced by your summation, “It’s no surprise that terrorists still keep slipping through. Because we care more about offending Muslims than we do about fighting Islamic terrorism”.

When was it ever a surprise that law enforcement at any level was never a tool of the the government of the day?

What you know and what you failed to point out was that he was released because the Saudi Royal family holds that sway within the Federal government, that is why, period.

The only time the US gets the go ahead to kill off or arrest this vermin is when the royals have had enough, period.

Hey, Daniel, why don’t you look into the Saudi Arabian guy that was the first to be arrested after the Boston bombing but was later released and sent home on the first plane to SA the next day?
You remember the guy who even warranted getting a visit from Sec. of State Shitinton?

All because of the Saudi Royal family rule over any and all US presidents.

    That’s your story.
