Nidal Hassan, the Fort Hood terrorist, is making it really hard for Obama Inc. to stick to its claim that the Fort Hood Massacre was workplace violence. And that will make it easier for the families to sue Obama Inc. and get justice for their loved ones.
First, Hasan’s opening statement.
The evidence will clearly show that I am the shooter,” said Hasan, who was shot by officers responding to the attack and is paralyzed from the waist down and confined to a wheelchair.
Hasan voiced his allegiance to the mujahideen – the name given to those waging holy war in Muslim countries. Hasan was scheduled to be deploy to Afghanistan the month of the shooting.
“Evidence will show I was on the wrong side of America’s war and I later switched sides,” Hasan said. “We in the mujahideen are imperfect beings trying to establish a perfect religion.”
So Hasan’s defense is that he is a terrorist.
Now let’s recall some of the bizarre lies and excuses made up by a media trying to deny Hasan’s terrorism motives. Time and the New York Times claimed that Nidal Hasan had secondary PTSD from treating US soldiers.
And here’s Obama after the Fort Hood Massacre. “‘We don’t know all the answers yet. And I would caution against jumping to conclusions until we have all the facts,’ Obama said in a Rose Garden statement otherwise devoted to the economy.”
Jumping to conclusions is reserved for blaming a YouTube trailer made by a Coptic Christian after a Muslim terrorist attack. And then locking him up.
The Fort Hood report made no mention of Islam. Nidal Hasan can’t stop talking about Islam, but somehow the report did not find it pertinent.
Now Hasan has come out and said that he’s a Mujahideen, an Islamic holy warrior, the Soldier of Allah acronym that he put on his business cards while still in the military. And the media will shake its head, say it’s bizarre and go back to ignoring the terrorist’s own testimony.
