Israeli Protesters Break Into Terrorist’s Room in Hospital

On Tuesday, Evyatar Borowsky, a father of five, was stabbed to death by a terrorist. The terrorist was wounded in a gun battle and taken to a hospital. There fed up residents of nearby towns and villages, sick at heart after a campaign of murderous Muslim terror that has lasted for generations, gathered to protest his treatment at taxpayer expense and to call for the death penalty.

Yitzhar residents arrived in the afternoon to Beilinson Hospital in Petah Tikva, where the terrorist lay injured after having killed a resident of the community. Protesters went to the hospital and began to search for the terrorist carrying a sign that said “Death to terrorists”.

Police and security guards removed the protesters from the area, but the protest continued outside the hospital. Demonstrators were joined by residents from the area of Ramat Gan, distributing a flyer that said, “Here a wicked murderer of Jews for being Jews is being treated, after his crime left behind a widow and five orphans. Instead of putting evil to death, we take care of his medical treatment and instead of deterring the next murderer, we send the message that he too will receive compassionate treatment.”

In addition, a group of teenage girls managed to get to the terrorist’s post-op recovery room while chanting “Death to terrorists.” The girls were driven back by the Border Police who forced them out of the room.

Damn his protectors. He should be thrown out into the street like a dog and let the families have their justice. You cannot negotiate with, nor show compassion for, terrorists. You can only exterminate them, with extreme prejudice, like the cockroaches that they are.

Yes, I said it and I meant every word of it, I stand by it and I will not apologise.

But best to do it legally. Don't resort to the same lynch mob mentality as the savages! Restore him to help, prosecute him and then, if found guilty, sentence him to death. And carry out the sentence post haste, before his friends can mount a campaign of kidnapping and hunger strikes to get him released.

"But best to do it legally. Don't resort to the same lynch mob mentality as the savages! Restore him to help, prosecute him and then, if found guilty, sentence him to death."

I'm of the opinion that stooping to the enemy's level is the only way to win a war—if your enemy has tanks and you fight on horseback, your enemy wins, plain and simple. That said, I agree with you on the duty of doing it legally. But I agree not because of the idea of "not stooping to their level" (misguided humanism) but because Jewish Law says the power of deciding life and death is bestowed by God unto those judges who judge according to His Torah (that's why His name Elohim is also found in the Torah in reference to human judges).

The fact that the Jewish judges currently don't judge according to Torah standards, and often contrary to them, is the reason why the desire of Jews to take the law onto their own hands with the local Arab colonists is so prevalent. Lynching is against Jewish Law, but so is Israel's appeasement of Islamic terrorism with gifts of freed murderers as well as Jewish land. The judges aren't doing their job.

Israeli leaders must bow to Scripture when it comes protecting the Chosen People and their God-given land. The Islamic enemy will never be appeased until the law Jew has been driven into the sea. In other words … When tolerance becomes a one-way street it leads to cultural suicide (Allen West).

          Exodus 23:31-33
I will establish your borders from the Red Sea (Sea of Reeds) to the Sea of the Philistines, (Mediterranean) and from the desert to the River . I will hand over to you the people who live in the land and you will drive them out before you. Do not make a covenant with them or with their gods. Do not let them live in your land, or they will cause you to sin against me, because the worship of their gods will certainly be a snare to you.

          Leviticus 25:23
“The land must not be sold permanently, because the land is mine and you are but aliens and my tenants.”

          Numbers 33:55-56
But if you do not drive out the inhabitants of the land, those you allow to remain will become barbs in your eyes and thorns in your sides. They will give you trouble in the land where you will live. And then I will do to you what I plan to do to them .

Actually, in addition to being a country of laws and due process rather than lynch mob justice, Israel does not put convicted murderers to death. In fact, Israel has used the death penalty only one time in its entire history, for Adolf Eichmann. The assassin of Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin is serving a life sentence as are many terrorists. So the worst that can happen to this individual if he be convicted of murder is that he will spend the rest of his natural life in a prison cell.

        • ziontruth

"Actually, in addition to being a country of laws and due process rather than lynch mob justice, Israel does not put convicted murderers to death."

Which is contrary to Jewish Law. If there are two witnesses to murder who aren't interested parties, the Sanhedrin (Jewish High Court of Law) is authorized to execute the murderer.

In fact, the very permitting of a hostile nation to reside on the Land of Israel is contrary to Jewish Law, and had the injunction been implemented this murder would never have occurred in the first place. But that's a discussion all its own…

"So the worst that can happen to this individual if he be convicted of murder is that he will spend the rest of his natural life in a prison cell."

And that's only if he isn't released in a deal where a thousand Muslim terrorists' lives equal one Jewish life. (Paying too exorbitant a ransom is also contrary to Jewish Law; one rabbi in medieval Germany was held for a great price but told his community not to pay, lest such payment encourage more abductions.)

Oh no, the Israelis are far to civilized and LIBERAL for that.

    • CMav

I'm with you 100%, EchoVector. Terrorists must be made exempt from due process precisely because their crimes are unlike any other crimes. Death is the only way to effectively "punish" terrorists and prevent recidivism and the occasional "prisoner" swap. This maggot was serving time for attempted murder and was released by a liberal judicial system. Although street justice is a tempting way to deal with such creatures, capital punishment – executed with great haste – is required.

A life sentence for a muslim terrorist in Isreal is not a life sentence only a temporay time behind bars until he is traded in some political deal to buy tempoary peace. But the terrorist to death to save Jews in Isreal form the moslem monsters that kill without care to who it is be it man woman or child. So those who kill inocenets no compasion.

    • defcon 4

This ploy has worked too many times for the islamo-nazis. I admired Israel more when the Mossad went out and murdered those responsible for the taking of Jewish-Israeli lives.

Just toss a hand grenade in that room and yell "Fire in the hole".

    • ObsessiveB

That's a little too civilized. Shove the grenade up his butt, pull the pin, clear the room, and then yell "fire in the hole".

From all the evidence he's guilty. Take him to trial and take him to task. He's just a terrorist and has no foundation in the religion of Islam for what he did. A child can look that up and prove it to themselves.

    • Ron

Tis isnt a matter for a trial. Trials and courts work where there is respect for the law. There is no respect for any law here save the law of Mohammed. Therefore this is jihad, and that must be responded to with more Jihad. Draw the appropriate conclusion. Nothing else will be taken seriously.

  • thomas_h

"He's just a terrorist and has no foundation in the religion of Islam for what he did"

He's just a terrorist and just a muzzlum. Therefore he is just a muzzlum terrorist. He just does what Islam commands.

  • Looking4Sanity

If he had been killed at the scene of his crime this wouldn't be an issue. Every witness to the crime is guilty of dereliction of duty to society. They, at least, shouldn't complain about having to foot the bill for their inaction.

Do they even have a death penalty in Israel? If so, how heinous must the crime be to get on that list?

My condolences to the family of the victim.

Israelis Opposed to Palestinian Prisoner Exchange Reportedly Seek High Court Intervention
    Published October 17, 2011

Israelis opposed to a planned prisoner exchange with Hamas reportedly sought High Court intervention on Monday to block the release of hundreds of jailed Palestinians in return for Sgt. Gilad Shalit, who was captured by Gaza militants in a cross-border raid in June 2006.

The first phase of the swap — set to take place on Tuesday — should bring to a close a saga that has gripped Israelis over the five years of Shalit's captivity in the Hamas-run Gaza Strip. But under Israeli law, those against the planned release of 477 of the 1,027 Palestinian prisoners set for release — many of whom were convicted of deadly attacks — can appeal before the exchange is carried out, Haaretz.com reports.

You see. Hypocratic oath means somthing.
If a human(even unhuman terroists) must have medical treatment. Should we have just stomped Hussaine in the spider to death. Ever human has the right to medical treatment. Heal the bastards, put on trial, convict them, THEN put into a disgusting hole somplace hot. And make them suffer!
When wanting death, to those how cause death. How can u call yourself a person. Peoples likethose that want death. And think death is the answer dnt understand. A dead man tells no tales.

  • Texas Patriot

I think we've reached the point where enough is enough. For forty years after the Munich Olympics massacre, we have tried to sympathize and understand Muslims who would sacrifice their lives for their faith. At this point who could fail to understand that Muslims will never be satisfied unless all non-Muslims submit to Islam. The Boston Marathon bombing was probably the last straw. It's time for the counter-offensive to begin.

  • Gran Cor

Sure, let's go back to the Bronze Age and to hell with all human civilization of the past 3,000 years.

  • Texas Patriot

The idea is to preserve civilization, not to eliminate it. If we've reached the point where we can permit an 8-year old boy like Martin Richard to be blown up in the name of religion, civilization as we have known it has already ceased to exist.

  • mah29001

The government protecting a terrorist murderer is responsible for creating a mob-like atmosphere as the end result. Id feel the same way about if it were to happen by a common crook on the street doing the same thing here in the USA, but if the crook happens to be a certain ethnic background the Al Sharptons and Jesse Jacksons of whatever that ethnic group would come out to condemn such an act.
