The Associated Press lied about " witness at the scene", because any libyan know next simple fact. Tribe which cut water pipelines for week from 4 September 2013 is Magraha tribe, capital of tribe is city Brack Shatti, 60 km to north from Sabha. They did this because of trick of occupied regime which released Anoud al Sanussi 19 years old girl from prison for fake kidnap. This girl was about 1 year in prison of occupied regime, she is daughter of Abdulla al Sanussi. Regime tried push father using her in order to get from him self-incrimination. Reason why regime released Anoud is unknown for moment, this regime didn't care about lives of Libyan, maybe Magraha tribe insisted. But during 1 min after release she was kidnapped again , in response tribe cut water in Tripoli region. As result in next day Anoud was released by gang, which allegedly is out of regime control. This fast release is mark of close connection between "out of control" gangs and present regime. About 11 September Anoud Sanussi freely fly to Egypt from airport in Sabha, city Brack Shatti haven't own airport. After arriving Anoud to her family which in Egypt now, water supplies was recover by tribe.

This is just pretense for US NATO forces and forces of occupation regime to invade to whole south of Libya. In fact now south region is more safety than cities in north of Libya, there gangs of regime feel themselves free. They were expelled from south of Libya by tribal forces. Now people can to walk in streets at night in cities of south, as before 2011 year. Gangs of regime tried to invade and rob these cities few times but local people met them with weapon. So gangs retreat, past yesterday Elders from tribes of south kept meeting and decide to make independent territory of south (Fezzan it's historical name). So occupied regime of Libya using this uranium as pretense, they didn't care about it from end of 2011. If tribes of Fezzan didn't try to declare autonomity, nobody couldn't hear about this uranium cake.

When Gadaffi gave up his nuke and chemical weapons programs because he was afraid of Cowboy bush in the wake of the 2003 Invasion of Iraq the CIA was chagrined to learn the Libyans were further ahead than they had realized.

I don't know what that means.

I could mean they had all the technical knowledge and could make blueprints with the experts that they had and were in the stage of building and acquiring equipment like centrifuges.

Maybe the CIA did not want to say. maybe the press could not ask the
right questions they stupidity or did not care.

But I think we could handle the specifics.

What we need to know is where the Libyan scientist are now. Did they emigrate or are they still in Libya or elsewhere in the Middle East?

I wouldn't worry about it too much as long as the Iranians don't get hold of it.
