Muslim Brotherhood Supporters Set Fire to Catholic School, Sexually Abuse Teachers

Mideast Egypt

These are the people that Obama and his merry gang of diplomats desperately want to see back in power in Egypt.

Sister Manal is the principal of the Franciscan school in Bani Suef. In an ordeal that lasted about six hours, she, sisters Abeer and Demiana and a handful of school employees saw a mob break into the school through the wall and windows, loot its contents, knock off the cross on the street gate and replace it with a black banner resembling the flag of al-Qaida.

By the time the Islamists ordered them out, fire was raging at every corner of the 115-year-old main building and two recent additions. Money saved for a new school was gone, said Manal, and every computer, projector, desk and chair was hauled away.

The school has a high-profile location. It is across the road from the main railway station and adjacent to a busy bus terminal that in recent weeks attracted a large number of Islamists headed to Cairo to join the larger of two sit-in camps by Morsi’s supporters. The area of the school is also in one of Bani Suef’s main bastions of Islamists from Morsi’s Muslim Brotherhood and ultraconservative Salafis.

The Islamists gave her just enough time to grab some clothes.

“At the end, they paraded us like prisoners of war and hurled abuse at us as they led us from one alley to another without telling us where they were taking us,” she said. A Muslim woman who once taught at the school spotted Manal and the two other nuns as they walked past her home, attracting a crowd of curious onlookers.

“I remembered her, her name is Saadiyah. She offered to take us in and said she can protect us since her son-in-law was a policeman. We accepted her offer,” she said. Two Christian women employed by the school, siblings Wardah and Bedour, had to fight their way out of the mob, while groped, hit and insulted by the extremists.

“I looked at that and it was very nasty,” said Manal.

None of the media accounts that push the Obama peacemaking line ask the simple question. Why would anyone want to put a movement into power whose response to being overthrown is to burn churches?

You just don’t understand: Islam is really a religion of peace. You just need to educate yourself and learn more about Islam.

Yes, Islam is a religion of peace. Once it’s killed you, you will rest in peace. Unless they mutilate your body. But, you won’t feel a thing, because you’ll be dead, resting in Islamic “peace.”

    Sure it is Tim!! PMSL!!

  • SoCalMike

Tim should be directing his comments to the Mo Bros who burned and looted the school.
As well as to the thousands of coreligionists wage war pn the 4 corners of the earth in dozens of countries.
Seeing only what you believe causes one to miss what exists and happens before their very eyes.

I was being sarcastic- geez. Every time there’s some outrage perpetrated by Islamofascists the apologists come out and give us that shtick..

This is nonsense, Obama never called for Morsi to be reinstated, he called for an end to violence. The writer obviously has their own agenda.

This sounds like propaganda just to keep an illegal war against Islam, and im not gonna buy it for a sec, Im already under strong belief that Al Queda is a myth that is funded and armed by the US Government. I know that the Islam faith is a peaceful religion, as is the Catholic one. This needs to End

I think he already voted for Obama. His brain is obviously rectally inserted.
