Navy Yard Shooter had History of Trouble with the Law

mug-shot-45611151

At this point we don’t know that much more about Aaron Alexis, the Navy Yard Shooter, except that he appeared to lead a somewhat troubled life.

Multiple news agencies identified the dead gunman as Aaron Alexis, 34, a civilian contractor from Fort Worth. NBC initially identified the gunman. Tarrant County court records show Alexis was arrested in September 2010 for allegedly discharging a firearm within a municipality. The records do not indicate that Alexis was ever formally charged in the case.

Later that same month, Tarrant County court records show that The Orion at Oak Hill apartments in Fort Worth began eviction efforts against Alexis.

Investigators in Washington said they had not established a motive for the shooting rampage, which unfolded less than four miles from the White House. As for whether it may have been a terrorist attack, Mayor Vincent Gray said: “We don’t have any reason to think that at this stage.”

Aaron Alexis could concievably be another black convert to Islam, but there’s no evidence of that at the moment. The more familiar pattern is that of an unstable man whose life engaging in actual workplace violence.

Right now this is looking like the Hartford Distributors shooting and Aaron Alexis bears more than a passing resemblance to Omar Thornton.

  • george searing

Arer there any young black muslims that aren’t ? violent

    • Alexis Balding

This is why I must leave America.

      • Atikva

        Where to go, Europe maybe?

        • Alexis Balding

Someplace where people aren’t narcissistic, ignorant assholes towards those of a particular religious faith/ ethnic background, that’s where.

And I’m not sure, I actually spent a few years there before. The media is a little more persistent as well.

          Just maybe.

          • ort

Zip it, you dhimmi m oron.

          • Well Done

            Alaska!

          • PAUL WESTON

Alexis Balding, you speak of ignorance about a particular faith, which I assume to be Islam. But who is the ignorant one here? Islam is an imperialistic, violent, Jew-hating, Hindu-hating, Christian-hating, faithless infidel-hating- homosexual-hating, Woman-hating ideology with violence and conquest at its very core 1400 year history. All around the world we are witnessing Islamic inspired slaughter and war. So what do we do? Ignore it whilst pretending those who will not ignore it are “haters” and “ignorant” ?? Do you have a death wish or something, you ignorant, deluded, dangerous little child.

          • Guest

you can apply every single one of those names to people of the CHristian faith for the past 2000 years, all across the world. The slaughters, the forced conversions, the auto de fey, the Inquisitions, the Protestants and their burning Jews alive, Martin Luther’s writings “The Jews and Their Lies” which inspired a thousand years of persecutions of Jews and others. Let alone the Holocaust itself, which never could have happened without “good Christians” and their leaders’ teachings. The world has been terrorized by Chrisitans for 2000 years, native peoples all over the world have been exterminated or invaded. The cross is actually a symbol of terrorism to a whole lot of people all over the world.

          • PC

That ‘s a pretty broad brush, Guest.

          • George

What you fail to mention is that Christianity reformed itself, while Islam did not!

          • ClarkeUSMC

You are ABSOLUTELY full of CRAP! The NAZI Holocaust was the result of MARXIST SOCIALIST and SATANIST not Christianity. Also in the past 200 years Christians have NOT engaged in terrorism, that is the specialty of ISLAM! Sadly, Christian TOLERANCE has allowed both ISLAM and MARXISM to rapidly spread. The Spanish Inquisition has NOTHING to do with CURRENT reality. Even peaceful Buddhist have had enough and are fighting back. See the origins and purpose of the 969 Movement. Islam is a corrosive cancer upon the civilized world and should be treated as such.

“Someplace where people aren’t narcissistic, ignorant assholes towards those of a particular religious faith/ ethnic background, that’s where

Basically some place that isn’t filled with liberals or muslims you mean. Because leftists and muslims are the most intolerant, mean, hateful and violent people on the face of the planet.

          • lnfidel

Muslim raghead terrorists like you should be kicked your butt-lifting butts first! What you did on 9/11 will NEVER be forgotten. The vast majority of American people despise you. GET OUT AND GOOD RIDDANCE!

Damn for once I have to agree with EarlyBird.

Racism is wrong – period. I do not care for the excuse.

I condemn actions – not people because of their race, religion, national origin, sex or even sexual preference.

          Bigots are bigots period.

One person’s terrorist is everybody’s terrorist

That’s ok, early, ignore the bleedin’ obvious and continue down the road to incorrigibly stupid town. bye bye.

          • EarlyBird

Yeah, though every other major shooting was conducted by white males, this one is done by a black man and suddenly its evidence of some genetic failure among black people. You sad, frightened puny man.

What about the DC sniper? You remember them, right?

Look up Taggart, he goes from site to site typing in racial hatred. Most likely he is a liberal trying to “prove” what a racist place America is, similar to all the phony hate crimes on college campuses committed by liberals to “prove” how hateful Americans are.

        • taggart

Good point guy … a troll is a troll …

        • EarlyBird

Liberals associate racism with white people. They’re not calling the genocide of whites in South Africa racist. They don’t call it racist when blacks commit most of the interracial violence against whites. They don’t think it’s racist to make whites hate themselves for being white. If I had to pick a group of people I hated, it would be left-wingers. These people use third-world people and our own money against us to push their communist agenda. If the leftist power and influence were not present, much of the West and the world in general would run more naturally.

      • Seek

Yes. See South Africa, Zimbabwe, etc.

  • exbuckeye

I personally find it strange that obozo “Knew” that it was a MASS shooting
early this morning when the reported tally was only 2????

Maybe because it was another of his sons??

    • Darrell Birkey

Of course he knew. He would get the info before the media. It is a military base.

    • guy

exbuckeye, please comport yourself with more dignity. President Obama gives numerous opportunties for criticism, your criticism isn’t one of them. Although, your last line of ridicule is on target.

      • Well Done

Anyone can criticize 0bama any time they want. No reason is even needed. In fact you’re more off base telling people they can’t!

  • TheOrdinaryMan

The Washington DC police think that there’s another shooter/accomplice. His/her identity should reveal more about this latest incident of “workplace violence.”
(Oh yeah…whatever happened with the Ft. Hood shooting? Hasan was convicted and sentenced…and that’s it?! It sure was a quick trial…caused barely a ripple in the MSM.)

  • Steeloak

Too soon to tell, a second shooter may still be at large, generally workplace violence doesn’t involve teams of shooters. Until all the facts emerge it is pointless to speculate about what happened.

    • EarlyBird

Its NEVER too soon to speculate here on Front Rage Magazine, SteelOak. The entire site is devoted to slander and specualtion. Greenfield: “It’s too early to tell if this man is related to a black, communist, jihadist terror group funded by the Democratic Party and led by Obama, but we’re working on it.”

      • herb benty

T^his site EB is devoted to the Truth, which seems to rub you the wrong way….pinko!

        Daniels’ exact words were:
“At this point we don’t know that much more about Aaron Alexis, the Navy Yard Shooter, except that he appeared to lead a somewhat troubled life.”
        and
“Aaron Alexis could conceivably be another black convert to Islam, but there’s no evidence of that at the moment. The more familiar pattern is that of an unstable man whose life engaging in actual workplace violence.”

You are the one spreading slander and hate here EB:

Ya know what, early, it’s not about us. or you. it’s about the news story being commented on. if you have nothing useful to say, go back to salon.com where nobody will care.

      • asdf

Right,EarlyBIrd, because anytime there is a “black victim” and a white suspect, you liberals NEVER jump to conclusions or make it into a racial issue, right? Like with Rodney King, Trayvon Martin, the “unarmed black football player” who was shot by a white cop recently because he was charging at him, etc.

  • orbic

Another ass*hole who believes he has been discriminated against. Loser instigated by black hatred and bigotry against whites. Total jackass, probably.

  • Citizen

So I guess he blonged to the Religion of Peace–Christianity.

  • EarlyBird

    You can’t make this up!

“Aaron Alexis could concievably be another black convert to Islam, but there’s no evidence of that at the moment.”

But we’ll just get this floating out in the internet anyway.

    Unbelieveable!

    • Jim K

“The Boston Bombers were likely white conservatives”

      -Michael Moore

      • EarlyBird

“We have no evidence whatsoever that this this shooter is a member of the New Black Panthers, a close friend of Obama, a Democrat, or a radical Muslim. It’s just too early to know.” – Danny “Gobbels” Greenfield

No, they were muslim. You, however are a dork.

        • MadMoto

I think he knows that. He was pointing out the absurdity of the left (Michael Moore).

      • Well Done

“Michael Moore is an overfed and overrated movie hack who makes non-documentaries that serve more to prove that movie awards are a load of nonsense than they do to prove he makes documentaries”.

        - Me

    • M40

Actually, this morning’s news was filled with speculation about workplace violence, and suspecting a “disgruntled ex-employee”, a white male in his 50′s. The media were SO quick to jump on that falsehood, and were drooling about it… until it came out that he was a black man from Texas .

Then the media DROOLED over the AR-15 and handgun angles for several hours. Now it’s been reported that the man is seen on video entering with a SHOTGUN (unca’ Joe Biden’s recommended tool). He shot a security guard and took his sidearm (9mm), and then shot another guard and took the AR-15 rifle.

      • EarlyBird

They are going to hyperventilate about the type of weapon, not the human being squeezing the trigger, we can be sure. It’s always the tool, not the user.

If you thought it was already tough to find .223 ammo, just wait.

    • guy

The liberal media love to speculate constantly if they can use it to target conservatives. You hold higher standards for a conservative internet blog post than supposedly respected objective national media sources. Saul Alinsky would be proud, hold your enemies to the highest standards that you don’t hold for yourself.
It is appropritate for the media to reasonably speculate. When a bomb was found at an MLK parade in Spokake, it was reasonable to speculate it was a racist white group. When there is a shooting at a military facility, it is reasonable to speculated about lone Islamic terrorists.
However, hate crimes at college campuses should be reported as “alleged” since there have been numerouse phony hate crimes staged by liberals.

      • EarlyBird

Guy, this is a propaganda site and doesn’t even pretend to be a serious media outlet. Speaking of Alinsky, as you know, Horowitz was one of his long-time comrades. And Horowitz has openly spoken about war-by-propaganda. The only difference is he lurched from the hard left to the hard right. And Danny Greenfield is his understudy.

        • ziggy zoggy

Get some lotion for your dripping bunghole.

          • EarlyBird

Gee, you always come back with some very homosexual images. What’s with you, Soggy? And that big, manly kept-so-well beard? Hmmm. Village People anyone?

    • 11bravo

C’mon dude, Where des everyone’s suppositions go? That it was a “random” act?
Who else at this point would one suspect?
      Stereotypes are true baby!

    • IHBWL

Why is it when a black person commits a crime we can’t say “he might be a black muslim” but anytime a white person harms a black person, all of a sudden they ask if he’s a Klan member or a neo Nazi or if he hates blacks, etc? Blacks and liberals have illustrated their utter hypocrisy again when it comes to racial issues.

  • georgejochnowitz

The far left loves guns. Bernardine Dohrn, Obama’s friend from way back when, in her speech “A Declaration of a State of War,” said,
“Guns and grass are united in the youth underground. “

    • UCSPanther

Like real totalitarians, they wanted to use arms to achieve their aims, and now, they want to disarm their political opponents…

    • Seek

And Roy Adkisson didn’t? The radical Right, in fact, far more than their Leftist counterparts, are gun enthusiasts. That doesn’t make them more or less ignoble. It’s just a fact of life. Political extremists on either side tend to itch for armed warfare more than the average person.

      • ziggy zoggy

Geek, Alexis was not a “right-winger,” whatever that’s supposed to be. He was just another porch monkey who hates Whitey, and maybe an islamopithecine to boot.

  • MrUniteUs1

    Financial stress.

    • LIND

If financial stress were a reason for committing violent crimes, there would have been an epidemic of crime during the Depression. Poverty doesn’t create crime. In fact, leading a criminal lifestyle will leave you in poverty. You can’t/won’t be able to hold a (good) job. Your children won’t have you around for your support.

      • MrUniteUs1

FDR created 4 million jobs in month. Ever heard of the Civilian Conservation Corp?

  • taggart

Nothing to see here … just another young black (possibly Muslim) thug going off the deep end … cannot report anything else about his troubled life as it might seem to the PC crowd as “politically incorrect”. Everyone, go back to sleep. We in the media will let you know when the next white-on-black incident happens so you can go crazy …

    • EarlyBird

“We can’t yet know for sure that this man was a black crack addict, illegitimate son of a Welfare queen and Barack Obama, a radical anti-white Muslim and member of the left wing academy. It’s just too early to tell!” – Danny “GJB” Greenfield.

    • http://amren.com/ John Gilbani

      Workplace violence, we git it.
      Wink,wink.

  • Veracious_one

I’m guessing the victims were white….time will tell if they were white infidels…..

    • guy

The victims will be whatever person were available. It usually comes out earlier if the shooter is a black racist targeting whites, such Colin Ferguson and other similar cases

      • LIMD

No, it usually never comes out at all when it’s a black guy killing white people. The media for years does a good job covering it up, or they quickly move onto the next story like they did with the black Beltway Snipers a few years ago. But if it’s a white guy that does the shooting, all the sudden we hear cries for gun control, more “hate crime laws”, etc. All this to appease whiny, pathetic, hateful entitlement-minded blacks. Whenever a black guy does the shooting and they can’t hide it, the liberals and blacks will say “Oh, it was because of racism why he did that.”

  • Deuce Prez

“…..Aaron Alexis could concievably (sp??) be another black convert to Islam….”

    ….or NOT!!

Typical piss-poor journalism on the part of frontpagerag.com!!

    • 11bravo

We will see. I know you were hoping it wasn’t another Muslim/Islam thing.
I do agree however, that let the facts come out. Speculation makes you look sloppy, and shows your bias.

    • Seek

He simply could be black. Blacks are innately violent, regardless of their religion.

    • ziggy zoggy

And he could be a White conservative Republican.

      You fucking ret@rd.

  • Well Done

Hey, I’ve had a troubled life – a movie of it would be banned – but I don’t go around shooting up some navy yard. Or theatre. Or mall. Or school.

Me and a buddy once snuck into a theater through the exit door, though.
    Yup, that’s right. Im bad.

  • minted

You have to laugh. ALL of my ex-muslim friends believe Alexis is a Muslim convert. He could be a recent convert. Media is instead trying to point at Buddhism – which means Alexis was indeed interested in religions. Buddhism encourage meditation, which he probably sought to deal with his aggression. Let us wait a few weeks and see what we find. We will probably find that he meddled into Islam quite recently.

    • Incognito

if it was a religious thing it would definitely have to be on the islam side. Buddhist’s are non violent for the most part.

  • Rocky Road

He was a convert to Buddhism and had a history of severe mental illness:

  • MrUniteUs1

Alexis and Lanza (killed 20 children in Sandy Hook) were both heavily into violent video games. People are effected about what they see and hear. These games devalue life. Killing sprees increased since corporations started producing and distributing these games.

  • TheOrdinaryMan

Alexis may have had trouble with the law, but consider this: On August 13, 2008, Bill Gwatney, head of the Arkansas Democrat party, was gunned down by an unknown assailant. The police chased the gunman, and when he shot at them, they returned fire, killing him. There was speculation that Obama was behind it, because he wanted the Arkansas vote, and because he wanted to intimidate Bill Clinton. However, the shooter was described as “disgruntled, someone who just lost his job.” Alexis was also described as “disgruntled, someone who just lost his job.” Draw your own conclusions.
