“On Benefits and Proud” is the TV Show of the Welfare Generation

The UK’s Channel Five offers “On Benefits and Proud” alongside “Shoplifters and Proud” and it’s part of a genre like “We Pay Your Benefits“.

The shows carefully stick to the UK’s native working class and away from Eastern Europeans, Africans and Muslims making them basically politically correct despite their taboo thrill of denouncing welfare parasitism. The English viewer is not shown the Muslim preachers dealing drugs and living with 11 kids and 3 wives. It’s not that they might not be up for the stardom, but there’s still an underlying agenda.

Still it’s revealing that this exists at all. And it would be nearly impossible to imagine this being made in the US. (Language warning.)

Or you can just skip to the new UK anthem.

Is this the new entertainment of the welfare state. As rising numbers of people simply drop out and go on benefits, society becomes divided between those who work and those who live off the dole.

    Mr. Greenfield,
The corrosion of British society is so profound you just have to wonder how it has lasted so long and how much longer can it possibly go on. Approximately 70% of British GDP is financial services conducted in the City of London. Outside of London pretty much everybody works for the Govt. directly or for a Govt. dependent entity, or they are on benefit od one sort or another, and the range of variety of handouts is eye popping.
This is a skit of course but it hits the bull’s-eye.

      Brilliant. I laughed myself silly.

I watched it again and laughed even harder. Thanks.

Julie thinks very highly of her skills if she insists on the equivalent of $800 a week left over after her bills and taxes are paid. This would be laughable, except that we know there really are people who think the world owes them a living!

The more public awareness of these dole bludgers (welfare cheats) the better. If honest tax payers realise they pay for that filth to do nothing, public pressure will build. Most people don’t care, or they think that people getting these benefits are deserving, whereas in reality more than half dont deserve squat.

The worst part of it all is that it doesn’t take much to turn one’s life around. Get sober and start waking up early. That’s it.

People are like this because it’s much too easier for the leftist political machine to blow up anyone trying to reform entitlements. At times I thought of helping people in my neighborhood to get jobs, but it will be a waste as some scumbag politician will either come in a take over, or lure people back into hell.

They can’t find a job. I wonder why.
