Pew Study Finds that FOX Reports More News than MSNBC

To be fair, that’s only because MSNBC apparently no longer even qualifies as a news network, just a place where a bunch of idiots shriek about the Republican Party destroying America.
The Pew Research Center’s annual “State of the Media” study was released Monday. Pew found that Fox News spent 55 percent of the time on opinion and 45 percent of the time on reporting. On MSNBC, opinion fills a full 85% of the channel’s airtime.”
The MSNBC formula has worked, but only by sacrificing content to agenda. MSNBC doesn’t do news, they do talking heads trotting out the latest spin to help the left feel comfortable in its bubble.
MSNBC boosted its ratings during the election season, but it needs more anger and outrage to hang on to its viewers. The former news network which dumped Keith Olbermann can’t escape the Olbermann brand.
The perverse side of that is that MSNBC and Obama need each other. MSNBC needs the permanent campaign and Obama needs the permanent outrage. Neither can stop destroying the country long enough to pull back from the abyss.
The last election proved that it’s all about engagement, but Obama and MSNBC don’t truly engage, they manufacture outrage and blend it with the entitlement of power.
