Obama’s Rejection of the American Dream – on The Glazov Gang

obrThis week’s Glazov Gang was joined by Karen Kenny, Founder of the San Fernando Valley Patriots, John Duffy, a Film Producer from the Bronx, and Kai Chen, the author of One In A Billion: Journey Toward Freedom.

(See Karen Kenny’s testimony before the Ways and Means Committee in Washington, DC on June 4, 2013 regarding the IRS scandal here).

The Gang discussed Obama’s Rejection of the American Dream. The discussion occurred in Part II and focused on how Americans are allowing Obama’s assault on America’s founding principles. The dialogue also shed light on Obama Nurturing a Maoist-Style Culture?, ObamaCare’s Doom of Destruction, and much, much more.

Part II:

In Part I, the Gang focused on The IRS’ Witch Hunt Unveiled, as Karen Kenny of the IRS-targeted San Fernando Valley Patriots told a disturbing tale. Kai Chen went on to talk about his journey out of tyrannical China, while John Duffy shared his journey into and out of Maoism and the tyrannical world of the Black Panthers.

“Posterity. You will never know how much it cost the present
generation to preserve your freedom! I hope you will make good use of it. If
you do not, I shall repent in Heaven, that I ever took half the Pains to
    preserve it.” – John Adam

Very good panel discussion. We seem to have forgotten what it means to be truly free. We are too willing to cede to the government those decisions that should be ours alone to make. It’s like we have become perpetual children. I’m like Mr. Glazov in being pessimistic about our future as free Americans. But I fortunately have the optimism that comes through faith in the God of the Bible. It just saddens me that we seem to have lost the battle to preserve those things that made America great.

The Asian community turned out big time for Obama in 2012. That has to change. Kai Chen is a magnificent communicator; full of passion and clarity. He needs to become a familiar speaker at Conservative events and not just for Asians, but for all Americans. The horrors of living under Big Government must be communicated to especially young Americans.Kai Chen is a great American and has a great mission!

    Jamie,
I think all 3 of your guests were great.
They have offered some great insight to the problems we are facing. Each one had some great things to say. And as John and Kia said in so many words
that we are at war for our own minds. The only way that we can win this is by rejecting
what they are telling us, but first we have to be convinced that there is some
wrong with our thinking in the first place. The media outlets are feeding us lies and we
should take care to filter everything. The control or better, the influence of how we
should think and do is built in the TV commercials, and the movie scripts. There are phases that influence how we think
and how we react. So I say to you, study yourself approved.

When you “fundamentally” change the way america works……

you no longer have the same results…..

this is what has gotten america into the mess it’s in today…

and it will only get worse as americans allow themselves to be fundamentally changed from the way america got to be the greatest nation in the history of civilization.

The willful decline of the american people while being herded along the path of decline by liberal progressives (new school communist) will soon leave them wondering what happened to their country….

present day slothful american cowards are giving away future americans birthrights provided for in the Constitution…..

I’d love to hear more about what these people think than about Hotel California. Concise introductions then get to work.

That served as an introduction to them and then you have the information to find out much more by doing a little research. You are in front of a computer, in case you didn’t notice. If you found this site, you could find more info on anything you discover here. Go look.

The IRS targeting groups for their political affiliation is unprecented in History…WE have a totalitarian Government!

  • LibertyLinda

Well, problem one is that the grassroots are trying to apply for federal grants aka OUR tax money, and problem two is a tyrannical IRS. The TEA Party groups can make it without doing all that – enough Americans would support them. That is real grassroots.

    • The March Hare

I have never been aware of the tea party looking for grants. Do you know of such a case? The tea party is against wasteful government spending which includes the huge number of grants for all kinds of stupid things. Being against such things, they don’t have their hands out except for their members to support them. Americans do support the tea party and more support will make them more effective. That is why this administration is going after them and trying to discredit and destroy them in the publics eye.

      • LibertyLinda

Please see Part 1, start at the 3:33 mark. She states they applied for grants.

  • MacMac1000

“How The Left Formulates Our Vocabulary”? Is this you? They dictate the dialog, and you comply? Among this vocabulary is their preferred cover-title “Progressives”, or are they really the “Communists” that they actually are? Which term do YOU use? Are you a trained monkey on their leash, or do you think for yourself?
You can’t beat an enemy that you can’t/won’t even identify properly.

    • The March Hare

That is why I have been calling them communists for a long time. It was obvious to me years ago and blows me away how few see it. When I see a supposedly “conservative” politician refer to obummer as being incompetent or over his head, it really roils me no end. Are they really that dumb or are they part of it?

      • MacMac1000

March Hare, My years of study tell me that they are part of it. Here are some data points.
Communists, more than we are led to believe, infiltrated the Roosevelt admin. Truman did not eject any of those known leftovers when he took office. And neither did Eisenhower after him. Fast forward to McCarthy. The Republicans turned on him and sided with the Communists and the Democrats. With Slick Willy came a new crop of neo-commies. Bush expelled none when he took office; kept most of Clinton’s host of underlings; only replaced the cabinet. He even kept all fifty of Clinton’s federal prosecutors (recall Clinton fired all fifty), later tried to fire one, and was castigated big time for the transgression against the Left! Now, Obama has a team of zombie ideologues everywhere in his administration, in place for the most part, when he arrived.
To sum this up. Ask yourself why it is that the Nazis and all things Fascist are bad to the bone, hated, jailed or imprisoned, but all the millions, and millions, and more millions of communist murders, subversions, … (I think you know the length of the list), are overlooked. Communism, by whatever pretty name it chooses, is allowed to prosper and subvert, on and on. Here in this country it is ignored, denied, and then considered legitimate as an ideology. Round the planet, everywhere for the most part, the most evil, insidious, murderous, and dangerous ideology in history is accepted rather than stomped, oppressed, wiped out!
Communism is the foremost tool of choice in the toolbox of the uber-wealthy globalist types. This is why it is allowed full membership and legitimate status worldwide. It fails everywhere, right? Yet it persists. Only because the very topmost of the wealthy elite controllers allow it. Uhhhh, no …. more like FOSTER it …. FEED it!

        • The March Hare

Little Shop of Horrors. Just gotta keep feeding it.

You are absolutely right. Stalin’s purges resulting in millions being murdered caused the left in America to want to disassociate themselves with the comintern after Khrushchev delivered his secret speech to the 20th Party Congress in 1956 denouncing Stalin’s purges (even though he supported it and participated in them). As a result, the left reorganized themselves and started calling themselves the new left to separate themselves from them and started in the 60s on the long march through the institutions ala Gramsci and we have been dealing with the fallout of that ever since. Alinsky added fuel to the fire with his methods outlined in his book “Rules for Radicals” published in 1971.

          • MacMac1000

More points to ponder, MH: Don’t forget Cloward & Piven. Next, if you think there are any, any at all Republicans who will save the day, fugettaboutit: Suppose Lee (Utah), Cruz (Texas), Paul (my state Kentucky), get together on the driveway of that symbol of the coming STASI/Stalinist surveillance state, the new NSA data facility. They call as big a press gaggle as possible and then demand Obama send a B-2 bomber to flatten the S.O.B. Do you think their popularity would double? Triple? Quadruple? Even some big time Lefties would hail them and their bravery. Of course the media and the establishment Right would castigate them for weeks to follow, but that one act in itself would seal the deal for the trio. And if they each pledged to level that complex if elected president? MH, people HATE, DESPISE the NSA. They know full well what it is, what it is doing, and ultimately what it means. The surveillance state is being erected and the Republicans don’t give a rip … and Lee, Cruz, and Paul will NOT EVER make any real and effective assaults on the status quo. It will not happen. I’ve sent many emails out to many legislators, repeatedly demanding that they put a stop to the NSA and particularly that Utah nightmare. No takers. I knew rather well and ahead of time that there would not be any manner of opposition to the coming police state. Lastly, you will not find any new blood, new candidates, new WARRIORS, that have a real/full understanding of what is happening, much less a desire to go the distance to turn back 60 years of the communist assault. Ain’t gonna happen.

          • MacMac1000

So much to say, so little time (LOL!). You are aware that both Clinton and Obama were CPUSA endorsed? You are aware that back in the Eighties, CPUSA made it plain that they would throw in with the Democrats? Most people who know this much don’t know that CPUSA was busy infiltrating and changing the Democrat party from within back in the early sixties (perhaps the Fifties too) when Dems’ strategy completely changed from Jim Crow-George Wallace-anti civil rights to that of the New Plantation where they promised Blacks everything, uh… after they (Left leaning Dems and CPUSA subversives) murdered MLK, jr. and Jessie Jackson took over and then dutifully delivered the Black leadership and all Black votes to the neo-Democrat plantation. Slaves once more. MLK was courted by the communists, and that caused some serious indigestion for J. Edgar Hoover. MLK took the bait to some extent and made a few stupid statements, but overall, he died a party to neither party, despite what some will tell you: Alveda, his niece claims he was a Republican like his dad was. Not likely, though, and he never registered as such. He knew what siding with either party would mean Unfortunately, he did not know what NOT siding with one of those parties would mean.

    • Paul Austin Murphy

In the UK most ‘progressives’ are actually, strictly speaking, Trotskyists. What I mean by that is that they all belong, or used to belong, to Trotskyist groups such as the SWP, Counterfire, UAF, Respect, WRP, CGP, etc.

UK Trotskyists borrowed the term ‘progressive’ VERY recently from America, As recently in the last ten years – or even less.

They are not Communists in the strict sense because their politics is not always party-based. They take over movements and groups and use violence on the streets. Something which British Communists are not that keen on. They also FIXATE on minority groups, such as blacks and gays in the past, and now Muslims. Communists at least claimed to base all their politics on the working class.

In other words, Trots, or progressives, are opportunistic and cynical. They will align themselves with anyone if he or she is anti-West or anti-capitalist. They, like the violent, racist and misogynist Black Panthers, follow the catechism ‘by any means necessary’ to the letter.

      • MacMac1000

Interesting account of UK Leftists, Paul. To me, they are all Marxists, and therefore Communists same as a Chevy, Buick, Pontiac, Cadillac, are all GM automobiles. Or, Catholics, Protestants, Orthodox, they are all Christians, Paul. Makes no difference the flavor of the day, they are all individual seed of the same plant. Marxism/Communism is evil incarnate. The most evil and murderous ideology ever conceived. It is made to order for evil’s use. Anyone who has a preference for any at all flavor of Marxism is a willing accomplice of evil. Any lesser form of Marxist evil is nothing more than that of Lenin’s “useful idiots” who serve only to open the door and make a path for the worst of all evil. There just plain is no form of Marxism that is acceptable. Yet, it is.

        • Paul Austin Murphy

I agree that they are all Marxists. In fact, most of them – in the UK – admit it; though it depends on who they are talking to.

We need to make these distinctions for tactical reasons. For example, just calling a Labour Labour a Marxist without backing it up won’t do us any favours. Also, there are strategic and ideological differences between Trots and Commies – after all, they like killing each other too.

Nonetheless, the differences between Trots and Commies only really matters to Trots and Commies. But, still, ‘knowing thine enemy’ better can only be a good thing in the long run.

          • MacMac1000

I’ll have to disagree, Paul. The Left never backs up $h!t. I don’t feel that we need to either. That they adhere to any flavor of Marxism is a good enough reason to tie them to all the history that is Marxism/Communism. I don’t believe in giving them anything. Give them only a swift kick in the teeth before they kick you in the nuts. Never play their game. Never dance to their tune. Always go on offense against them. Always play to win, and then win. That this is never, NEVER, done is why they are winning the war … and it is why this country is doomed.

          • Paul Austin Murphy

But that’s precisely how you ‘play to win’ – by knowing the enemy better. Knowing them better doesn’t mean ‘playing their game’ – the opposite.

Many English Marxists or progressives take the entire Right to be either ‘knuckle-draggers’ or ‘pseudo-intellectuals’. These are just convenient terms to dismiss all opponents.

If you don’t know your stuff, you’ll be laughed at, ignored or dismissed. That’s not winning – that’s loosing. It’s not playing their game either. I’m not saying that every patriot has to become an expert on the tiny details of the Left. But doesn’t FrontPage go into the ‘detail’? (Have you seen the masses of info on ‘Discovering the Networks’?)

Leftists claim the intellectual high ground when, in fact, most of them are political automatons who simply master the Leftist vocab/lexicon and think that all it takes to be morally and politically superior.

We may need to agree to disagree on this one.

          • MacMac1000

Paul, so, given your strategy is the correct one, then you must be winning your war against the Left, correct? Those Trots and Commies are all on the run, right? Great Britain is about to put an end to all things Marxist, right? Well. I must be wrong then. Yeah, that’s it. Yeah, we too must be winning our war against the Left. What have I been thinking???

          • Paul Austin Murphy

I am just one person. My strategy (if that’s what it is), whether its right or wrong, may not have been taken up by many people. Liberty GB, a British party I support, is only very small. If there were more people like me and the supporters of Liberty GB, then perhaps the situation would be different. I don’t know. But there aren’t at the moment.

You need the numbers as well as the arguments otherwise how do you explain things as they are?

You seem to be saying that you can’t debate these issues with the Left. Even if the Left doesn’t genuinely respond to debate, which is nearly always true, there are still onlookers and the undecided who may gain something from it. That’s who the arguments are for, not to persuade the un-persuadable and zealous members of the Marxist faith.

What are you suggesting people do?

          • MacMac1000

Paul, I am one “individual” person and a party to no party. Party politics are for sheeple who will buy into groupthink. In a group, the !@#$ floats to the top and then pollutes the rest. Parties are bureaucracies and none too prone to change for the better, support for originality, known for their out-of-the-box and unconventional thinking. Some small measure of strength may come with party numbers, but it is lost in the long run when the party solidifies into one immovable one-dimensional object of frustration for it’s founding members. And as for those numbers, the political Right in this country have been selling out it’s constituents for many years. People are becoming more and more aware of this and are very angered. Millions simply will not vote as they know full well it is worthless because the politicians are quislings and collaborators. Like you Brits, our own degenerate sellouts worry about courting those “onlookers and the undecided” rather than the genuine grassroots freedom/constitution loving millions who know well who and what those shysters are. The arguments you speak of are made to court the Left and find favor with the Leftist controlled media, not my own political kind. Here in the States, Paul, it is just plain too late. The Good Cop (Republicans) – Bad Cop (Democrats) routine has been played successfully by both the commiecrat Left and the establishment Right to the point that the war has been lost and the Left has virtually all the power now. The Right is stuck with a party made up largely of quislings riding herd over the very small numbers of very conservative types who themselves don’t have a clue as to how to wage a successful war against those party sellouts, much less the ruling Left. So, what to do? Prepare for the worst. It is coming soon.

Your prescient commentary says it all !!! Let’s remember to turn off the lights when we leave.

          • MacMac1000

Ray, Sir. Thanks so much for your support. Most people I encounter on these comment forums (elsewhere) are little different than those politicians they detest, but still support quite unwittingly. People today… that is, self-styled conservatives especially, are far too forgiving and nowhere near as critical as needed, thus, we get the lightweight quislings that will sell us out in a heartbeat. But, I gather you already know this, my new found friend. I say we shoot out the damned lights when we leave!

Ray Burke, I am a very good judge of character. I suspect you are also. I expect you are of top quality character too. God bless you, Sir!

          • Ray Burke

Thank you Mac. It’s good to be on your team.

          • MacMac1000

Ray, you ever hear the phrase created by Limbaugh “low information voters”? Well, little does he know that his own party is full of the same. They may not be the commie types, but they are low information just the same and are easily fooled by their leaders, whatever form those leaders may take (radio talkjocks, writers, politicians, intellectuals/university types, etc). There are three major problems with the Right: 1. No balls. 2. No ability to think out-of-the-box. 3. No balls. … … Those low information voters who play “follow their leaders” have those very same problems too and therefore an inability to recognize the problems. And then they vote.

          • MacMac1000

Making distinctions is to play their game, Paul. No need to dissect a fly before you swat it.

    • Ray Burke

I have never had that problem.

      • MacMac1000

You’re an independent thinker, Ray Burke. Not bound to the nonsensical chatter du jour and fully enough open minded to look for answers where others will not. You question every-damned-thing… Am I wrong?

  • The March Hare

The communists that are doing it are the “present day slothful American cowards”. The sheeple are victims of Gramsci education and Alinsky trained leaders. The communists have been working on this for decades in order to get the American mindset to such a point that there are enough of the mis-educated, mis-informed to make it happen.

    American Dream?
I believe the pursuant of the “American Dream” of to achieve wealth, fame, power, luxurious living, self gratification of every passion … without regard to the cost upon others has replaced the dream of each person being able to realize their maximum potential in a society without harm or prejudice. This has led to the down fall of this country.

Our dream and God’s purpose for our lives should be to bring honor and glory to Him in every thing we do as good stewards of His possession and talents that we have been blessed with.
