That's just for starters. The young and healthy won't sign up, cheaper to pay for fine then sign up when they get sick, remember the pre-existing conditions clause?
you say that in the UK one in six people die due to NHS refusing treatment? where did you get this information from?

also surely if you only provide health care through insurance then you get the same thing? you have a company deciding if you will get health care treatment based on the treatment and its cost benifit? if i am wrong that that can not happen then i would like to know how it is carried out by the big companies?

You also say that many doctors are leaving the industry because of Obamacare, do you have actual figures on this against previous years? i ask this because if your later statement about the potential for a money bubble is true i find it hard to imagine doctors would be leaving right when they are about to make more money? most people i know when there is more paper work to do hire someone who is an administrator to do it and don't have the doctor do it. but i am eager to here the study that shows otherwise. i do see that there are issues in terms of security and information retrieval and i hope that these get sorted out as fast as possible but i don't see the massive difference between the government running health care compared to a private company running it. any help you can give me to see the issues i would be grateful to see. even the issue with President Manuel Zelaya is not an issue as you showed he wasn't able to do what he wanted because the government and courts stopped him, which i am sure would also happen if at some future time a president was elected who was so out of touch with reality and had so much power over the military and all the normal voting Americans who work in it that he tried to become an American dictator.

I agree. And the part most people won't like to hear is if one chooses to not purchase their own health care, hospitals should be under absolutely no obligation to take in or treat a person, which is one of the biggest reasons for out of control costs. If a person cannot pay cash, get an immediate loan, voucher from a charitable organization or collateral, they should be sent away with no legal repercussions, even if the patient dies as a result.

I already can see the buying behavior changes of health care consumers wrought by Obamacare. For one, most who fall into the punishing "middle" end up overpaying for so-so coverage with very high deductibles. Second, these people will end up going to "cash only" doctors for their regular treatment to lower their expenses, then save their costlier coverage for major medical expenses (cancer, emergency surgery, etc.). This only makes sense as the more punishing the system, the more people will figure out how to avoid or defeat that system.

It's an expansion of already overwhelming government intrusion into our lives. If Republicans fail to defund and stop it's implementation, it's going to get very ugly in America.
I'll tell you the no. 1 reason why Americans are fools: The idiotic notion that mandatory coverage somehow eliminates freedom more than, say, being bankrupted by disease or catastrophic event. The Republicans did a bang-up job of appealing to the dumbest among us (derrr... "death panels!" derrr...) in their objections to the ACA. Very few of them raised the RIGHT objections, and fewer to none offered a solution to the health care crisis (I can think of one serious congressional GOP alternative--shot down by the leadership).

Now we have the TEA party out there, making fools of themselves in their 11th hour objections to the ACA that are about as well-thought out as Operation Wall Street.

Had conservatives done two things: 1. Recognized the imminent crisis of healthcare costs and 2. Offered a solution that wasn't a band-aid, I might give them some credibility. Alas: they truly did neither, and fought to keep things on the unsustainable path they were on, while their presidential candidate was forced to object to a system he helped devise. They lost--and look like losers thanks to these "objections."

Mandatory coverage is a must. The expenses incurred without it are too great. This shouldn't be any more controversial than any other kind of insurance and yet it was whipped into a dumb, foaming frenzy. Had conservatives started with this and had a viable solution, maybe I'd have some sympathy for them now. But at this point? Cry me a river.
