I only take contention with the first sentence, which argues Hillary is more liberal than Bill - I would argue the exact opposite.
Hillary Rodham, after all, did start off her political career as a Goldwater Republican while Bill was attending Anti-Vietnam rallies. Bill easily exhibited a more bipartisan record than Obama, but only because the Midterm Elections, which cost him both the House and Senate, and the subsequent Government shutdown outright forced him to move to the center and negotiate with Republicans.
Hillary, on the other hand, wasn't coerced into negotiating with high-profile Republicans; in fact, it seemed that she was more bipartisan than her liberal compatriots would have liked, most evident in her decision to cast a vote in favor of the Iraq War Resolution, one which her husband apparently opposed.
So, liberal as she is, Hillary is arguably the most conservative of the four, but its interesting that 2008 saw the two more conservative spouses go at it while the more liberal ones took shots from the sidelines, lol.

well, are we talking about classical liberalism, or the hi-jacked "liberalism" of the modern day progressives, According to Marxist analysis, class conflict within capitalism arises due to intensifying contradictions between highly-productive mechanized and socialized production performed by the proletariat, and private ownership and private appropriation of the surplus product in the form of surplus value (profit) by a small minority of private owners called the bourgeoisie. As the contradiction becomes apparent to the proletariat, social unrest between the two antagonistic classes intensifies, culminating in a social revolution. The eventual long-term outcome of this revolution would be the establishment of socialism - a socioeconomic system based on cooperative ownership of the means of production, distribution based on one's contribution, and production organized directly for use. Karl Marx hypothesized that, as the productive forces and technology continued to advance, socialism would eventually give way to a communist stage of social development. Communism would be a classless, stateless, humane society based on common ownership and the principle of "From each according to his ability, to each according to his needs". Sounds like Obama, but in actuality, he is worse...

As I said, I have no need to prove anything to the likes of you or to the readers (if there are any) of these comments. Since I do know something about Marxism
and socialism, I'm aware that the FPers' use of words like "Marxism," "socialism," "fascism," etc. doesn't rise above the level of Kindergarteners calling each other names. What I've learned during my visits to this journalistic version of hell is that FP is a colossal waste of time. It's no place for serious discussion, especially when personal abuse is the coin of the realm. It is no place for journalism since it traffics in racial and religious hatred. FP's writers do nothing to educate their readership which, judging by the comments pages, is hopelessly ignorant of history, politics, and the corporate agendas FP is in fact promoting. If you love Monsanto, the Koch Brothers, and the 1%, this is the place for you. But whether you know it or not--and it seems to me FP zealots are clueless in this regard-- most of you are working against your own interests. And if the policies you support succeed, you'll find out what life is like after 65 without Social Security, without health
insurance, and without your retirement savings, which the deregulated crooks on Wall Street will have stolen. You may be finding ths out already. In any case, good luck.
