A federal judge has rejected Attorney General Eric Holder’s attempt to keep the courts from wading into the “Fast and Furious” documents dispute that led to him being held in contempt by the House last year.

In a ruling Monday night, U.S. District Court Judge Amy Berman Jackson turned down the Justice Department’s request to dismiss a lawsuit brought by the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee after President Barack Obama asserted executive privilege to prevent some records about the administration’s response to the “Operation Fast and Furious” gunrunning scandal from being turned over to Congress.</blockquote>

I tend to doubt your thesis. You would not need microwaves. I am not sure they would work. Someone who was not strong due to job loss and who subscribed to various fringe theories such as 911 truthers and the whiteman is keeping me down would not be hard to push over the edge with sleep deprivation. Put them on edge with swing shift, being on call and creating a noisy environment using a sound gun. They have sound guns for crowd control. That is fact. Maybe a smaller one could be used on a person from a distance to give a person insomnia.

We do not know for sure and it is just a theory. But the administration is opaque when they said they would be transparent. The admin lied about Louis Lerner & the IRS, Fast & Furious & the BATF. They lied about Ben Ghazi. Maybe there are "national security " reasons for lying about Ben Ghazi. Maybe not.

The question is could you make a portable sound generator (powered by a 220 volt outlet) emitting subsonic or ultrasonic waves that would penetrate your typical hotel room wall and would cause a person insomnia? Or maybe you could hire or find 2 or 3 jerks who are paid to be bad neighbors and rent hotel rooms next to a victims just by being loud, rude neighbors.

I sincerely doubt it, but I will not dismiss it.

"A fetish (derived from the French fétiche; which comes from the Portuguese feitiço; and this in turn from Latin facticius, "artificial" and facere, "to make") is an object believed to have supernatural powers, or in particular, a man-made object that has power over others. Essentially, fetishism is the emic attribution of inherent value or powers to an object."

A gun is like every other tool. It does a good for hunting and for protecting.

"Fetish. 1. an object regarded with awe as being the embodiment or habitation of a potent spirit or as having magical potency. 2. any object, idea, etc., eliciting unquestioning reverence, respect, or devotion: to make a fetish of high grades."

From a psychological standpoint a gun may considered a fetish like the car and the open road. If you also told us that you loathed the car culture, we would be shocked, Shocked, SHOCKED!

A gun is like every other tool. It does a good for hunting and for protecting.

“Fetish. 1. an object regarded with awe as being the embodiment or habitation of a potent spirit or as having magical potency. 2. any object, idea, etc., eliciting unquestioning reverence, respect, or devotion: to make a fetish of high grades.”

From a psychological standpoint a gun may considered a fetish like the car and the open road. If you also told us that you loathed the car culture, we would be shocked, Shocked, SHOCKED!

Check Reuters. There have been ten times more "Mass Killings" during the Obama administration, than over all the preceding years. Why? Why does the Obama administration seem ready for them and why are the perpetrators killed under questionable circumstances. Why is the blame put on AR-15s when we aren't even sure the weapons were used? Who are the anti gun financers?
