Obama and the Roots of the Ferguson Rage

ap_ferguson_4_kb_141125_2_4x3_992And so the whirlwind, cultivated by Barack Obama, Eric Holder, Al Sharpton, the mainstream media and the army of thugs they enabled, is now being reaped. As the result of a St. Louis County grand jury refusing to indict officer Darren Wilson for the shooting death of Michael Brown, Ferguson, MO has become Ground Zero, in what irresponsible Missouri State Sen. Maria Chappelle-Nadali referred to on MSNBC as “St. Louis’s race war.”

One of the race war’s architects pleaded for calm shortly after the decision was announced. Yet even as Obama spoke about that “need for calm” and that there was “no excuse for violence,” he insisted, “We have to try to understand” the anger of those who demanded nothing less than a murder charge absent an ounce of evidence as an “understandable reaction” from people who believe “the law is being applied in a discriminatory fashion.”

Where did those people get that belief? Leave it to Obama to omit that critical information — the same President Obama who met with protest leaders and Sharpton on Nov. 5 at the White House. It was at that unscheduled meeting the president was ostensibly “concerned about Ferguson staying on course in terms of pursuing what it was that he knew we were advocating,” according to Sharpton. “He said he hopes that we’re doing all we can to keep peace.”

One is left to marvel at one of two realities. Either we have a president so utterly naive he believes a hoax-perpetratingriot-inciting Al Sharpton, who denigrated the grand jury process, pre-organized protest rallies in 25 American cities, and uses his MSNBC platform to fire up racial unrest, is a man of peace. Or the president, who once urged his Latino followers to “punish our enemies,” remains as wedded to the same racial “us against them” mentality as America’s foremost racial arsonist. Is it really possible to believe the former?

Despite Obama’s superficial condemnations of violence, at least 25 businesses were set ablaze, many of which are total losses—and most of which were minority owned.  Ten cars were burned at a dealership, and a “lot of gunfire,” as Ferguson Asst. Fire Chief Steve Fair put it, made maintaining control of the streets highly problematic, if not impossible. Reporters were assaulted, the store Michael Brown robbed prior to his confrontation with Wilson was looted, and at least 61 people have been arrested. “What I’ve seen tonight is probably much worse than the worst night we ever had in August, and that’s truly unfortunate,” said St. Louis County Police Chief Jon Belmar Monday at a 1:30 a.m press conference. Belmar further noted that there was “nothing left” along West Florissant between Solway Avenue and Chambers Road, that he heard at least 150 gun shots, and that he was surprised he and Missouri Highway Patrol Captain Ron Johnson, who “got lit up,” as they drove through the area, weren’t hit by that gunfire.

“We talked about peaceful protest, and that did not happen tonight,” Johnson said. “We definitely have done something here that’s going to impact our community for a long time…that’s not how we create change.”

Sharpton continued to stir the pot, criticizing Democratic Prosecutor Bob McCulloch’s handling of the case, and demanding to know who voted for or against indicting Wilson, even though the law prohibits that information from being released. Sharpton’s motives are transparent. The grand jury was comprised of nine white and three black jurors, seven of whom were men, and five of whom were women. Agreement by nine of 12 jurors was necessary to file criminal charges, and there is no doubt Sharpton was attempting to exacerbate the racial divide with the implication that race was the over-riding, if not sole, factor in the decision.

The grand jury met 25 times over the course of three months and heard testimony from 60 witnesses. They contemplated charges ranging from first-degree murder to involuntary manslaughter, and the bar for indictment was “probable cause,” not the far more onerous standard of determining “beyond a reasonable doubt” whether a crime had been committed. A plethora of evidence from the proceedings was released, demonstrating how the jury came to the conclusions it did. It included testimony from Wilson himself, physical evidence, and other eyewitness testimony, including some from black Americans who corroborated Wilson’s version of events. ”They determined that no probable cause exists to file any charge against Officer Wilson, and returned a ‘No True Bill’ on each of the five indictments,” explained McCulloch.

None of it mattered to the mob—or seemingly the media either. McCulloch faced a hostile press during his post-announcement interview, one that has characterized that interview as “bizarre,” no doubt in response to his contention the media’s “insatiable appetite for something, for anything to talk about, following closely behind with the non-stop rumors on social media,” contributed to the firestorm surrounding this case.

That would be the same media that initially lionized Brown’s friend, Dorian Johnson, whose thoroughly debunked eyewitness testimony about Brown being shot in the back while holding his hands up in surrender, epitomized the sensationalism that ignited the national firestorm. Johnson’s lie propelled much of the violence and unrest that followed, initiating the “Hands Up Don’t Shoot” meme that remains prevalent to this day. It was the same media that perpetrated the “gentle giant” meme to describe the 6’4’’ nearly 300-pound Brown, only to see it undone by his participation in a strong-arm robbery of a much smaller store owner just prior to his confrontation with Wilson. It was the media who leaked information during the grand jury proceedings, drawing a rebuke from an “exasperated” Holder, despite the reality that MSNBC, The New York Times and the Daily Caller all cited the administration and the Justice Department itself as sources of those leaks. That would be the same Eric Holder who ginned up mistrust of the police when he spoke to 50 community leaders, not just as Attorney General of the United States, but “as a black man” who remembers how “angry” he was when police stopped him for speeding on the New Jersey Turnpike.

That would also be the same Eric Holder, who like his efforts in the Trayvon Martin case, initiated two separate DOJ investigations, one of potential civil rights violations allegedly committed by Wilson, and the other regarding practices of the Ferguson police force. “While the grand jury proceeding in St. Louis County has concluded, the Justice Department’s investigation into the shooting of Michael Brown remains ongoing,” he said. “In addition, the Department continues to investigate allegations of unconstitutional policing patterns or practices by the Ferguson Police Department.”

As for social media, the Twitterverse is currently inundated with calls for the murder of Officer Wilson.

Thus it is unsurprising the protests have spread beyond Ferguson. In Oakland, CA, hundreds of protesters bearing signs that read “The People Say Guilty!” and “Missouri, Palestine, Justice Now!” (an illuminating linkage to say the least) blocked a major highway and other streets, starting fires, breaking the window of a bank, and spray painting a police cruiser with graffiti. In New York City, three bridges were blocked, there were marchers in Times Square and the Police Commissioner had fake blood thrown at him. A total of 90 cities across the nation were besieged by protesters who were seemingly united by a trio of themes: Michael Brown was innocent, Darren Wilson was guilty, and police departments deliberately and disproportionately target black America.

And once again, a mainstream media still interested in fanning the racialist flames is leading the way. The same CNN that ripped the heavy police presence in Ferguson last August is the CNN whose morning co-anchor Michaela Pereira spoke about the community’s “frustration the police didn’t do more to protect those businesses.” Vox columnist Ezra Klein, who apparently considers himself more knowledgable than the grand jury, penned a column whose title says it all: “Officer Darren Wilson’s story is unbelievable. Literally.” Why? “None of this fits with what we know of Michael Brown,” Klein insists, even as he admits the encounter with Wilson happened shortly after the aforementioned robbery. Salon.com pushed the envelope to the max, declaring the jury’s decision “reaffirmed what we already knew: America is a white supremacist state.”

Even Brown’s immediate family, who initially expressed “profound disappointment with the decision, but asked that the protests “be kept peaceful,” had their wishes undermined by stepfather Louis Head. Shortly after the decision was reached, he urged the crowd 10 times to “burn this bitch down.”

Those four words aptly describe the agenda of those with a vested interest in keeping Americans divided, angry and completely convinced the nation is a cesspool of racism where law enforcement must be considered the “enemy.” A nation where there are no longer irrefutable facts backed by witnesses and evidence, but a nation where reason and truth can only be determined after the filter of race is applied. One where the narrative must be served, even when that narrative assumes the characteristics of a lynch mob calling for the death of a police officer.

It is a narrative that dismisses the reality of a disproportionate amount of homicides and other crimes committed by black Americans (overwhelmingly against other black Americans) relative to their population, even as it has long glorified the thug culture that engenders most of it. It is the narrative that demands police forces who “reflect the racial demography of the community,” even as many black Americans have been “taught from the time that you could speak, from the time that you could understand speech, that police are to be feared and that they’re part of an occupying force that is there to circumvent the democratic processes and to strip you of your rights,” according to Phillip Atiba Goff, co-founder and president of the Center for Policing Equity at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Saddest of all, it is the narrative supported by a president whose track record extends from his past with Rev. Jeremiah Wright and his racist rantings and assertions the Cambridge police “acted stupidly” when they arrested Harvard professor Henry Louis Gates Jr., to his efforts to exacerbate racial discord during and after the Trayvon Martin saga. He is joined by an Attorney General who believes Americans are a “nation of cowards” when it comes to discussing race, one who insists voter ID is tantamount to “black disenfranchisement,” and continues to run the most racially polarized DOJ in recent history.

Even worse, both men have unduly elevated the status of race huckster Al Sharpton, showing up at National Action Network (NAN) galas to sing his praises. That odious reality is tantamount to a Republican president showing up at a meeting of the European-American Unity and Rights Organization and singing the praises of its white supremacist founder, David Duke. The fact that such as comparison is never made obscures the depths of the racial polarization embraced by the nations’s top two law enforcement officials. It is both an ongoing tragedy and a national disgrace that will only be assuaged when Sharpton and every other person who profits from the misery of millions is ejected from the national stage.

Until then, America will seethe. Well-meaning Americans on both sides of the color line will tread warily, remaining ultimately distrustful of each other, lest they be branded sellouts to “the cause.” The mob and its media enablers will continue to foment violence, looting, death and destruction, based largely on the notion that such mayhem is a “reasonable” price to be extracted from an irredeemably racist nation in need of “fundamental transformation.” One family will mourn for a son who could not resist the siren song of thug culture, while another family will continue to live in terror perhaps forever, or at least until the mob finds another bogeyman at whom it can channel its orchestrated blood-lust. The thin blue line that separates America from the anarchists will be stretched to its limits.

And the promise of a post-racial society that once propelled this president into the White House now more closely resembles the division and racialist bean-counting that epitomizes the community organizer mindset. In short, hope and change is going up in flames in Ferguson, MO.

An OK article until the last peroration about hope and change going up in smoke. Hope and change was never anything BUT smoke. A community organizer is an agitator who comes into a community to profit from its grievances and leave it more polarized than when he came. And that is if he is successful.

Obama is reading from some third-world post-colonial manifesto. He knows as much about the black experience in America as a swan knows about Tuesday. He, Holder and Sharpton want to cause as much damage to America as they can before Obama retires to some Hyde Park type conclave and spends the rest of his life with billionaires.

Ferguson must have a very high opinion of itself because from here on, the police will be spending their patrol time at the donut shop. Who would get involved in an altercation after this?

Lastly, one would think that the black community would have some resistance to a lynching given history. But, of course, one forgets that Obama knows nothing about that history. His history is Suharto.

    • jon

Obama retired with billionaires???? Hank, WHO would want to spend time with Obama after he has no “candy” to give away? Can you imagine?

      • Hank Rearden

        No worries.

He’s going to BE one of them, or at least close. His net worth has gone from $1 million in 2008 to $12 million now. How did that happen?

And you are going to find that people are going to be so eager to hear him speak that they will pay ANYTHING for that privilege. I predict he will break the $1 million a speech barrier.

Remember the Prince Bandar principle…”if you are good to people when they are out of office, you will be surprised at how many friends you have when they are in office…”

And “concern for the poor” is a VERY good gig. The Clintons have proven that.

Be glad of the face covering. It’s evidence of consciousness of guilt when the trial comes down.

My favorite story of ghetto fashions is the one where the cops had no trouble tracking down the burglar who ran away because he had lights in his running shoes that went off each time his foot hit the pavement.

There’s also a story about sagging, where the cops had no trouble assuring themselves that the hoodlum was not armed because with one arm up while being held, he needed to use his other hand to keep his pants from falling down around his ankles.

Whites voted for Obama to heal America’s racial divide in expectation of a post-racial nation.
Instead Obama surrounds himself with professional race hustlers like Al-Sharpton, Eric Holder and their White-guilt collaborators in the lamestream media who deliberately fuel racial discord to facilitate lettist takeover of America.

    • truebearing

I remember being called a racist many times in 2008 for predicting Obama would foment racial trouble to further the Gramscian, now turned Bolshevik revolution. The seeds of Obama’s hate and his MO were all easily found with relatively little research, but people wanted to believe he was a political messiah.

Obama’s mother hated America. Frank Marshal Davis hated America and was virulently racist toward whites. Reverend Wright was and still is an anti-semite and racist toward whites. Obama’s friend, Louis Farrakhan, hates whites, Jews, and America. The list goes on.

This manufactured protest over Brown was carefully planned and began long before Brown was deservedly shot to death. Blacks have been sucker-punching whites as sport and flash-mobbing whites all over the country for the last several years. With obvious black racists as the president and attorney general, leftist blacks are emboldened, perhaps in anticipation of totalitarian power.

Much like Obama restrained US military power overseas, he is restraining law enforcement from dealing with the leftists, black and white, who are destroying Ferguson. When the truth comes out, we will find that Governor Nixon refused to send in the National Guard because Obama and Holder told him not to. Ferguson has strange similarities to Benghazi.

    • Elizabeth capecod

The comparison to Benghazi struck me too.
These democrats again put politics over safety by refusing to be proactive, because a defensive presence is seen as being ‘offensive’ and aggressive.

    • dwayne roberson

    • truebearing

Yes, they will weep tears of self-recrimination for weeks.

What a joke. What Holder was really saying was: “I’m disappointed that there weren’t more whites killed and less property destroyed.”

When have truth and facts EVER mattered to Al Sharpton. He has an agenda and he makes his dollars on the naïve individuals who follow his false racist rants. The mere fact that our President has aligned himself with such a polarizing figure and has essentially become his lackey shows what a weak and morally bankrupt individual Americans have elected as leader of the free world. A leopard does not change his spots. Al Sharpton certainly never will and now that the whole world, that sees the unnecessary destruction in Fergusons thanks to an administration’s inactions, knows Obama’s true colors.

  • dwayne roberson

“America’s foremost racial arsonist” (Obama) and “Hope and Change goes up in flames” are just a few excellent zingers in Ahlert’s piece. Why is any decent person going to want to serve in law enforcement when our diseased justice system is always eager to throw them to the wolves?

    • truebearing

“Why is any decent person going to want to serve in law enforcement when our diseased justice system is always eager to throw them to the wolves?”

That is their plan. Drive decent people out of law enforcement and the military.

The Missouri Governor needs to get his Attorney General to filing lawsuits for terrorism against Jesse Jackson, Rev Wright, and Browns father for inciting riots by stating “burn this bitch down”. Someone needs to be held accountable, this is America, not Africa or the middle east, where these idiots act like animals. I can tell you that either way on this indictment, these places were going to burn because it was opportunistic to get free liquor, free anything. Governor, start a lawsuit, let’s slow these SOB’s down. If these were white folks doing this, they’d the Missouri Governor should sue jackson, wright, holder for inciting domestic terrorism. All these should be held accountable for their actions and they should all be in jail, or shot, or have the prez denouncing them as terrorists. I’m tired of this racial BS, had it up to my ears. obama gives them free rein to do this along with eric holder. well, the day will come when this 1/2 white prez is not in office, THEN wait and see what happens to this BS in America. The fun will be over, obama is setting race relations back 100 years and he knows it!!!!!!@

Community Organizer in Chief. First he polarizes, then he incites & finally he lectures. People in Congress lack the backbone to challenge & eloquence to inform. How do we tolerate this?

  • DavidBastable

A “Riot Act” needs to be established. I believe that this may exist now but can only be brought forward by the President which, of course, would make it useless. Such an act available to police, mayor, justice of peace, etc . is what’s needed.

  • J H

This article would seem so out of place pre-Obama presidency yet it rings so true today. It’s a shame how far we’ve sunk as a nation.

    • TruthBeTold

We plummeted when the first action by Eric “MY PEOPLE” Holder was to refuse to prosecute Black Panthers for voter intimidation.

In an instant, Holder set a new course for a ‘post-Racial’ America; blacks and whites would be treated differently and blacks would be held to a lower standard while whites would be held to impossibly high standards.

      • kikorikid

Truth be Told, Told a Truth.
How many Black on White crimes are not prosecuted?
No matter how you make it up in your mind, the “Criminal-
element” is winning. Many Blacks act immune to responsibility
        for their actions.

    • Sheik Yerbouti

It’s weird for those of us who used to feel like we had finally reached a reasonable parity. There was a narrow band of time when I didn’t feel any substantial racial tension in the US. Sometimes it was exclusive to areas. Then I watched a black democrat use the race card to push a white democrat aside and assume the throne. Suddenly white people were evil back to their inception and had to be squashed like bugs as fast as possible.

The “Far White” are claiming all of this to be an indication of structured genocide of white people. What I see is the structured disassembly of the ethnic idea of being an American, regardless of race. I see a great idea being destroyed by leftists who use race as their weapon.

  • TruthBeTold

For years, blacks and their apologists and enablers have been telling us that crime causes poverty.

This is one of their great lies.

Poverty doesn’t cause crime. CRIME CAUSES POVERTY.

When a community allows criminals free reign people with the means to get out leave. The people who are too poor to leave are stuck. What’s left is poverty and crime.

Until blacks get serious about crime in their communities nothing will change.

As crime increases so does poverty.

    • Sheik Yerbouti

If only it was such a simple, 2-part equation. It’s deeper than that. Education seems to be a major factor, but is so rarely considered in the face of crime, which makes for better click-bait. I wonder how much poverty is the direct product of depression, clinical or otherwise?

And how we define poverty is a moving target as well. Poverty in Central America doesn’t rate the same as poverty in Upstate New York. But neither do their causal factors. Finally, where do we measure people’s character in this assessment?

I imagine if we can produce born millionaires, we can produce born bums as well. How much of either role is genetic? And how much is environmental? I personally think the only way any of us rises is to get our own act together. Sure, a helping hand can make a difference, but how often can anyone count on that?

For some of us, it never comes and we toil for every inch, alone. The only thing that keeps me from being poor is working. But I’m not wealthy. If I get a major illness or cancer, I can’t afford treatment for very long. In the 21st century we can survive longer than ever, but at a price.

      • TruthBeTold

I’m not referring to individual circumstances. I’m not rich and I too live on the razors edge. People make bad life choices and bad things happen to good people beyond their control.

I’m talking about broad poverty in a community.

Crime and lawlessness drives good people out of communities.

When the good people are gone, only the poor and the criminals remain.

        • Sheik Yerbouti

Yes, indeed, that scenario can be fully anticipated. It would be interesting to do a video study of specific neighborhoods as they go through these phases. Time lapse segments would be very telling.

Importing crime absolutely brings about the changes you describe. As cities have been tearing down the “projects” and shipping the residents to the suburbs under section 8, neighborhoods are being transformed. The housing crash made it certain there would be plenty of empty property to absorb the load.

But, this was an artificial creation. Results are results.

Obama says we need to understand the rioters. But I thought that unless we are black we CAN’T understand the black experience. Therefore we must try to understand it from a non-black experience. The mainstream non-black experience with cops works according to a few rules:

    1. Keep your hands in plain sight;
    2. Don’t give the cop any lip;
    3. Do what the cop tells you to do;
    4. Treat the cop with respect even when you’re standing on your rights;
    5. If you’re in a high-crime area when the cops contact you, it’s understandable if they feel a little exposed, so don’t make any moves that might be surprising;
    6. Don’t accuse the cop of stopping you because of your race;
    7. A few moments of humiliation on the street is worth a night behind bars.

That seems to work with cops pretty well. I’m surprised black Americans haven’t figured that out yet.

    • Sheik Yerbouti

Every bit of this common-sense strategy for dealing with cops is seen only as “weakness” but MOST black Americans. Posture is so important that they play it on every form of service worker from wait staff to the DMV. The use of “queen” was on the mark decades ago for the sheer arrogance of the leftist-created phenomenon.

  • DontMessWithAmerica

Mixed race offspring sometimes have great identity problems and a difficult time with life. The intelligent have perspective and accept the fact that they are both black and white. They realize that perhaps they are bit different from either and yet they are able to relate to both. Those with a more primitive psychological makeup tend to decide they are either white or black and then shun folks of the color from which they distance themselves.

I recall a sad case of a girl who had had a white father and a black mother. The girl, a redhead with pale skin covered with freckles, looked as if she just got off the boat from Scotland with not a trace of African in her looks. She lived with her black mother in a black neighborhood. In her confused mind she
had decided that she is black and she despised whites, but because of her
totally Anglo-Saxon looks, many blacks in her neighborhood would not accept
her. Her life was filled with misery, confusion, frustration and hate.

Obama has had it even more complex and would have found it more difficult to decide on his identity. He was originally brought up as a Muslim. In Muslim schools the little ones are taught to hate all non-Muslims but the Koran
also teaches “taqyiia,” deception, as a weapon against non-Muslims.

This can become a great asset for an ambitious organizer or politician whose confused mind needs to hide from those he seeks to influence or persuade his true feelings, his various passions and hates. The enemies for a man like Obama would have included the rich, the whites, the non-Muslims, and everybody who disagreed with him or stood in his way.

Then for perhaps practical and political reasons he opted to become a Christian or more likely adopt the image of one and he spent twenty years with the anti-American, anti-white preacher Wright. In his confused, prejudiced mind, all law enforcement men (perhaps even black ones) are his enemies and the enemies of the suffering blacks while in reality the police are the greatest helpers of decent people in black communities. 90% of all murders are perpetrated by blacks on blacks. Without tough police, this murder rate would escalate wildly.

He forgets that initially the majority of Americans, including the same percentage of white policemen voted him in. (The second time it is more likely that it was voter fraud that gave him his second term) But if these Americans are racists today what were they when they voted for him originally?

The great tragedy is that America was fooled and this confused Mulatto-Muslim-Christian-racist-Islamist has damaged the country badly in a physical, economic, and psychological way that it will take years to repair.

    He has set race relations back by 60years. He has killed the middle class;
he has made it worse for blacks and continues to make it worse for them while
claiming they are “his” people. His Muslim devotion had him supporting the Arab Spring in an effort to have his terrorist Muslim Brotherhood gain control of Egypt and Syria. He works to destroy America’s only true ally in the Middle East and its only Democracy, Israel.

And he will continue to try to damage America as much as possible in his last two years reminiscent of the Nazis who rather than run to save themselves rushed to kill off their concentration camp prisoners as they saw their end
approaching with the Russians coming from the East and the Allies from the West. Obama should be stopped and removed as quickly as possible.

And the solution according to Obama, Holder and their supporters is? Give people like them in charge of government more power, dictatorial power, and all will be as it should.

not to mention Mimi Rosenberg spent all of this morning doing the same.
For those who remember the sixties – it is just like the weather underground recruiting teenagers for “Days Of Rage” – they are channeling Kathy Boudin and Bernardine Dohrn and Bill Ayers and that bunch. They blabber about everything BUT the simple fact that the nutjob punched a cop and tried to get the gun. The Lefties just want to turn the judicial system into a soapbox to blather about raaaaaacism. Same old “indict the system” nonsense. They learned their lesson from the Sacco-Vanzetti farce.
    and
How about that left wing motorMouth Amy Goodman – oh wow – people riot “because democracy has failed them”. Not one mention of who punched Wilson . She was blabbing about the 1960s. “They gave the system a chance and it failed”. someone ought to investigate Goodman. Her blather will probably appear on AlterNet. ( it did this morning)
as if that wasn’t bad enuf this morning- we got treated to that idiot SCHUMER blabbing about how democraps ought to embrace govt as the only way to save the middle class. Who needs a nor-easter on Thanksgiving when you can have Schumer ruining your life.

I’m not sure what everybody else got from that statement BHO made, but seems to me he thinks having black officers for predominantly black neighborhoods is the answer.

Hate to break it to him, but I’m sure if Brown had attacked a black officer, the outcome would be the same…another dead thug, and there *might* have been a blurb about the dead thug in the local newspapers, not the four months of ignorant speculation and race baiting by the MSM news outlets, none of the looting and rioting …all because this officer happened to be white.

Why doesn’t Obama vigorously and consistently appeal to young black men to stop forcing black women into the slavery of poverty with multiple out of wedlock births, to pick themselves up and stop sucking on the hind teat of the Welfare State, to get an education above the 8th grade, and stop making excuses for their perverse thug culture…Instead, he blames America. What an incredibly racist statement to make…This black president was elected, twice, on the premise that he would be a “transformative” president…He has been anything but, to the utter disgust of most Americans, black and white…

There is a disease in this country that needs to be eradicated, and it’s name is Obama…

  • muchiboy

Try as you may,you can’t always wipe the historical slate clean, especially when it involves slavery, lynchings, etc.Even Jews have a horrific history that they cannot escape,as they went from being victims of centuries of persecution over time and place, culminating in the genocidal Holocaust, to victimizing in turn, when given the opportunity, another vulnerable and innocent People, the Palestinians.
While I find myself mostly in agreement with whites that the officer had little choice in shooting the Black youth,it cannot end there. We need to listen to the multitude of civil and law abiding Blacks who feel there is something very wrong here, and here maybe “there and elsewhere’,as something like the “default” outcome when it comes to such encounters between Police and Black youth.
I am not saying that I have an answer, just that we need to acknowledge that there is a problem, and the problem is not only a “black male youth”,though they are surely at the center of this social conflict.

    • smarbag77

Its been 9 hours and no one has yet commented on your crap about the Jews victimizing the Palestinians. Get a grip on reality.

      • muchiboy

I never said it was easy to put yourself in anothers shoes.I do understand it is difficult to acknowledge that one is a perpetrator, especially where the charges are so grave, and where the Jews have such a grave history of persecution, themselves. But it is what it is.I take some comfort and reassurance in my opinions here given that I am in very good company,e.g. Chomsky,Finkelstein, etc.Of course, even Jews who declare themselves Antizionists are labled as Antisemetic, which is absurd, and part and parcel of Denial.
Far from being “crap”,the above charges are arguable, and the measures taken by Zionists and supporters of Zionist Israel in denying any violation of Palestinian Rights contribute to the continuation of the conflict. As to reality, yea, sometimes it really sucks.

        • smarbag77

Chomsky very good company? What a joke. Suggest you get a copy of the anti-Chomsky reader. Very well documented and shows what a farce Chomsky is. To equate the Israeli-Palestinian conflict with the Holocaust is despicable. The Palestinians are hardly “innocent” people. They elect terrorists committed to the destruction of Israel to represent them, have celebrations when animals go into a house of worship and decapitate people, have celebrations after 9/11. They teach their children to hate Jews and be “martyrs” at the earliest age possible. You need to un-learn all the crap you have learned by your far-left teachers.

Good summary of the situation by Ahert, although he might have mentioned why the Al Sharptons and Barack Obamas foment racial unrest in the first place. For Sharpton, it’s for money and power with emphasis on the former; for Obama and the rest of the Left, it’s for power – absolute power – that will come not simply from black support for the Democratic Party, but from black support for a truly radical Democratic Party with the agenda of establishing some form of communist rule.

Besides the usual, professional race baiters, are groups like the Palestine Contingent, the Revolutionary Socialists, FIST (a Communist Youth organization whose acronym stands for Fight Imperialism Stand Together), Peoples Power Assemblies (another Communist group), a number of Islamic organizations, Occupy Wall Street and others?

The “Palestine Contingent” includes: St. Louis Palestine Solidarity Committee, Organization for Black Struggle, U.S. Palestinian Community Network, Muslims for Ferguson, US Campaign to End the Israeli Occupation, Council on American Islamic Relations – St. Louis, Palestinian BDS National Committee,
National Students for Justice in Palestine, Palestinian Youth Movement, American Muslims for Palestine and African Americans for Justice in the Middle East and North Africa.

Please tell me what “Palestinian” terrorist groups have to do with Michael Brown?
As for the Communist groups and the Obama administration, we already know their agenda.
People need to wake up. This isn’t about a black thug being shot in Ferguson, this is about tearing down the United States.

Mr. Ahlert has done a superb job in chronicling the national nightmare that is being orchestrated by the White House and other black racists. The only thing I could add is that Dorian Johnson was not only a perjured “witness” but he was an accomplice to the crimes in the store with Brown. Since he was an accomplice, by law he should be charged with the murder of Brown.

  • badenguru

Where were the insensed protesters seeking justice at the blood bath in New Town or the Boston marathon or the malls and neighbourhoods of America. Possible we are seeing black Muslims seeking to join ISIS?? One tires of small time delinquents becoming the poster child for the ACLU.

Did the clown-in-chief call Fergason to tell them to use “restraint”? Did John Kerry fly into town to tell the law enforcement to use “restraint”? This is the proof that you get what you ask of others. This rioting mirrors the rioting of Arabs in Israel, who are never told to use restraint. Only the govt and law enforcement are told that by the US . So now the US is tasting the incitement and irrational behavior of those who seek only destruction. When your sole answer to terrorist or violent mob behavior is restraining the law enforcers, this is what you get. The last laugh is on the US voters, who thought they were electing a politically correct black person so they could all feel good about how tolerant they are. They just didn’t listen to him though or they would have been able to see, as did many, that Obama would set race relations back 50 years. Racism comes in two main scenarios- if you vote FOR or AGAINST someone because of skin color, you’re a fool and a racist. Maybe in the next election, Americans will choose based on actual ability to perform the job.

  • gdnctr

    Arnold,
You should have put “hope and change” in quotes, since it was a facist/socialist/Maxist facade he pulled on a huge number of stupid Americans, who unfortunately breed and vote, and most of whom didn’t see it coming. TWICE!

  • Young Werther

This *thin blue line* is the only thing that has kept us a free nation. What we have seen across the nation is that we have the best police in the world. They appear city after city, riot after riot, protest after protest, in the whole and in the nation as almost super-human in their ability to take direct abuse hours on end, day after day, month after month of crazed lunatics screaming and spitting in their faces, pushing and taunting them, being shot at and hit with bottles, rocks, glass, and worse. Yet, they stand there taking it. This is the worst behavior by so-called Americans I have ever seen in my life. It is so shamful that it is the first time in my life I am truly embarrassed for this nation. What would we do without these brave individuals?…they are local, our sons and daughters, sisters and brothers and this society obviously does not deserve them or else there would be so many decent law-abiding citizens out there at ever encounter making sure these crazed people can’t get to within a mile of the police line. We have not witnessed protestation for justice…rather we have been watching a spoiled, brattish, over-fed and over-coddleded people in American Society simply pitching one little tantrum after another because they are bored and egotistical with nothing to do but bitch and complain. And be certain of one thing, though the police appear and have acted super-human, they are *human* and there will be a terrible fall-out from all the abuse that has been dumped upon them. They will suffer and their families will suffer. It is the most *wrong* thing I have ever witnessed on such a scale…this deliberate cruelty.
