The Blood on Obama’s Hands

obamaReprinted from RedState.com.

When conservatives consider the casualties of Obama’s national security policies, their attention is drawn quite naturally to Benghazi. In this shameful episode, the Obama Administration sacrificed an ambassador and three American heroes to protect a deceptive presidential campaign message in which Obama claimed that the war against al-Qaeda was over and won (“Osama bin Laden is dead, and al-Qaeda is on the run”). The facts are these: Ambassador Chris Stevens and three American heroes were sent into an al-Qaeda stomping ground that the British and other diplomatic consulates had already evacuated; they were denied the security they had requested; they were then left to die during a seven hour fire fight when their compound was attacked, and finally betrayed in death, when Obama and his representatives lied to the world about what had taken place and when he failed to bring their killers to justice as he had mendaciously promised he would.

Benghazi can be seen as the collateral damage caused by presidential lies – and worse – presidential denial that there is in fact a war that Islamists have declared on America. Instead Obama insists – in the official language he authorized and that is still in place – that America’s responses to acts of Islamic terror should be described as “overseas contingency operations.” If Islamic murders and beheadings take place in the homeland, Obama calls them “workplace violence.” Benghazi is also the most shameful presidential abandonment of Americans in the field in our history – a disgrace compounded when Obama justified his trade of five Taliban Generals for one American deserter by saying Americans don’t leave their countrymen on the battlefield, which is precisely what he did in Benghazi. All of which justifies the conservative focus on this terrible event.

But the casualties of Obama’s reign in Benghazi are dwarfed by the hundreds of thousands of deaths his policies have led to in Syria and Iraq, and the millions of Iraqis, Syrians and Libyans that those same policies have caused to flee their homes and become homeless in Turkey, Tunisia and other places of refuge. Obama’s legacy is defined by his ideological aversion to American power, his rule as the most anti-military president in our history, and his deeds as an “anti-war” activist, opposed to the “war on terror” because he believes that America’s (and Israel’s) policies are the cause of terrorism and the hatred that Islamic fanatics direct against our country.

Because of his ideological opposition to American power, Obama deliberately and openly surrendered America’s gains in Iraq, which had been won through the sacrifice of thousands of American lives and tens of thousands of American casualties. By deliberately handing over America’s massive military base in Iraq – a country that borders Syria, Afghanistan and Iran – Obama turned that country over to the terrorists and Iran, as his generals and intelligence chief and secretary of defense warned it would. Obama disregarded the warnings from his national security advisers – as no other American president would have – because he regarded America rather than the terrorists as the threat. In abandoning Iraq and deliberately losing the peace, he betrayed every American and every Iraqi who gave their lives to keep Iraq out of the hands of the terrorists and the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Obama’s stubborn refusal to use America’s military might – ground forces backed by air power – when Assad crossed the “red line” Obama had drawn in Syria created a second power vacuum that the terrorists filled, thus leading to the emergence of ISIS or ISIL – the Islamic State in Syria and the Levant. Defenders of Obama will claim that the American public would not have supported a military intervention in Syria even if Obama had ordered one. But why is that? It is because for eleven years, beginning with their assault on “Bush’s war” in Iraq, the Democrats have sabotaged the war on terror, claiming that America’s use of power for anything but “humanitarian” purposes is illegitimate, dangerous and the root cause of the terrorist problem.

Because it was “humanitarian” Obama felt justified in conducting an unauthorized, illegal intervention in Libya to overthrow an anti-al Qaeda dictator, saying it was to prevent an invisible threat to civilians there. The result? Al-Qaeda is now a dominant force in Libya, and 1.8 million Libyans – a third of the population – have fled to Tunisia. Another brutal Obama legacy. Yet, how firm is Obama’s commitment to humanitarian interventions? In Iraq he stood by while more than half a million Christians were either slaughtered or driven into exile by ISIS murderers on their mission to cleanse the earth of infidels. This was the oldest Christian community in the world, going back to the time of Christ, and Obama let it be systematically destroyed before bad press and pressure from his own party caused him to intervene to save Yazvidis and a Christian remnant trapped on a mountain top.

The Obama presidency has been an unmitigated disaster for Iraqis, Syrians, and Libyans. Now that ISIS is in control of territory the size of a state, has access to hundreds of millions of petrol dollars and advanced U.S. ordnance, not to mention chemical weapons that Saddam left behind, it is an impending disaster for the American homeland as well.

Obama has earned a place as one of history’s worst traitors. Given the sope of his betrayal and the cascading disasters he has set in motion with his strategic passivity, he may well be the worst of the worst.

Contained in every policy Obama champions, or decision he makes, is a poison pill for the United States of America. He is the great scourge of America, and therefore the world.

Franklin famously said to an inquiring woman – you have a Republic Madam, if you can keep it.

The American electorate chose Obama twice, in each case over vastly superior candidates.

How long do you think the republic can survive this electorate?

We may be approaching a time when the majority of the American people are no longer able to sustain a government organized around libertarian and democratic principles.

      • sundance69

We are closer than you think…….

      • truebearing

A democratic republic will fail when the majority are immoral and uneducated. We’re there.

The question is how far gone are we. Are their still enough people with brains, ethics, morals, and courage to turn it around? Possibly, but not without watering the Tree of Liberty with a lot of our own blood.

People think we are past the age of sacrificing to gods. So now we sacrifice to ideals. Liberty demands sacrifice on a massive level, but it has to be self-sacrifice and this nation has become too narcissistic and cowardly to ante up the requisite toll.

        • Michael Garfinkel

I’m not sure we’re there just yet, but I am becoming convinced of a discomforting idea: that extending the vote to previously disenfranchised groups, (now referred to as the Democrat “base,”) was a tragic mistake.

          • Captlee

Absolutely. Giving the vote to 18 year old children was also a huge step in the wrong direction.

          • http://www.stubbornthings.org NAHALKIDES

Certainly it is extremely destabilizing, and probably ultimately fatal in a democratic republic, to allow anyone to vote himself an income extorted from his fellow citizens. We can’t allow people who don’t pay taxes to determine how much taxpayers should pay, and in fact we can’t allow income redistribution, for this will always corrupt the electorate.

I take issue with the last sentiment only; I’m ready and willing to do whatever is necessary in order to save this country. I will NOT however, be the one leading the charge; there are enough military, active, retired (sometimes forcibly and/or dishonorably through this Traitor-in-Chief) who can march the prerequisite 50-70 thousand patriots into DC to do what’s needed. Being a doctor, I’ll be support.

“Obama’s stubborn refusal to use America’s military might – ground forces
backed by air power – when Assad crossed the “red line”… created a second power vacuum that the terrorists filled, thus
leading to the emergence of ISIS or ISIL” – Horowitz.

I strongly disagree that Obama should have deployed America’s military might against Assad.
In Libya, Obama-led NATO bombed Gaddafi out of power, and Islamist militias who later killed an America ambassador took over. The North African country is now ablaze due to the Islamist militias Obama & Sarkozy let loose..
Why would you think Syria would be any different?
Contrary to what the lamestream media would have us believe, democracy as the West knows, was never the driving force of the anti-Assad rebellion. Religion, the Sunni Jihad to seize power from Alawites, has been the driving cause of the Syrian conflict.
That’s why the oil-rich Gulf Arabs (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UAE) which are not democracies, are the primary backers of Syria’s Sunni rebellion.

    • sundance69

“I strongly disagree that Obama should have deployed America’s military might against Assad.” Then why did he draw a “red-line in the sand”, dare Assad to cross it and then did absolutely nothing when it finally happened? If he intended to do nothing in the first place why didn’t he just shut his mouth rather than making us look like impotent @ss holes? He has a major problem when he has to think on his feet, he needs to get a roll of duck tape……….

      • wildjew

Maybe he got cold feet. Frankly I am surprised he did not use the red line to attack Assad in behalf of the Sunni jihadists. Now it appears Islamic State is using chemical weapons against the Kurds in Kobani. Obama helped Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt, al-Qaeda affiliated groups in Libya displace secular leaning dictators. Why not help Islamic State jihadists overthrow Assad?

        • sundance69

Obama hates Israel, always has and always will. He hates Netanyahu with a passion because Netanyahu knows exactly what he is up to. Obama’s master plan is to destroy Israel by letting all of the surrounding countries exist in complete turmoil and then finally assisting Iran by obtaining nuclear weapons and moving in for the final kill and destroy Israel once and for all. Iran will then rule the entire region and they are capable of handling any further uprisings in the region. That’s why he did nothing to help the Iranian people overthrow their government when he had the chance too early in his presidency. Instead he stood by and watched innocent civilians get arrested and killed by the government and crush the thought civilian uprisings in the future. His administration with the help of Iran has laid waste to the countries of Egypt, Libya, Syria and now Iraq with Afghanistan bringing up the rear. Who’s next, Jordan….Saudi Arabia? I wouldn’t be the least surprised that he has thoughts of doing the same thing here in the US to his opponents if he could get away with it. All of the government agencies have been purchasing weapons and ammunitions for quite some time now, even the postal service is armed to the teeth, for what purpose? Why does no one question his intentions? Is he just waiting for the right moment? If the Democrats keep control of the Senate there will be no stopping him. He will be able to play his little game to the end.

          • wildjew

I believe that is why he calls Islamic State, ISIL or Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant because the Israel is included in the Levant. I don’t understand why conservatives use Obama’s ISIL talking points.

          • sundance69

I have no idea why they do a lot of things. I get so dam mad at them sometimes I could spit nails.

          • wildjew

Some or many conservatives and self-identified independents (like Bill O’Reilly) believe Obama is well-meaning, he is just a in over his head. I don’t operate from that premise.

          • mtmla

They also say that Islam is a religion of peace and the radicals hijacked it. They lie to the public when they know it’s the opposit.

          • wildjew

I listen carefully to them, talk radio, Fox News, Republican leaders, etc. President Bush (I voted for him in 2000) began using this Islam is a religion of peace / the “terrorists” are traitors to their faith, the Saudis are our friends, etc. rhetoric, only days after the 9/11/2001 attacks until the end of his second term. Bush supporters maintain he was misled by his advisers. I am not so sure about that. I cannot begin to contemplate the damage these untruths did. Until the September attacks, I had not done my due diligence on the religion of Islam. It did not take me long to get up to speed on the religion thanks largely to Robert Spencer whose books are NY Times best sellers. Mitt Romney adopted Bush’s talking points which is why I believe if we had solid conservatives on the radio and other alternative media, he would have been hammered (to the point he lost the nomination) but he wasn’t hammered.

          • sundance69

You sound like a guy that is trying to understand the Conservative mindset. I just finished a very good book you will find well worth your time reading or listening to(Audible). It’s interesting to listen to the books(especially political ones) as many can be become dry and you end up reading the same thing over and over.
It’s called: Takeover by Richard Viguerie

          • wildjew

Thanks. I am wondering if there is something wrong with the conservative mindset or maybe I am not a conservative?

          • sundance69

No it is the split in the Republican party that exists. The thinking of the old line Republicans vs. what they call the new young guns or the Tea Party. They use the TP when it suits them and then discard them. You’ll have a new perspective on the Karl Rove’s and that bunch. Today you can take your pick between big government Democrats or big government Republicans…..take your pick as they are one and the same. It’s why when someone mentions a Ted Cruz(example) they go nuts because he is not one of them, he does not go along with their way of thinking and will do as much to harm him as the Democrats will. When you read what the Bush/Washington Republicans did to Sarah Palin to shut her up you’ll get sick to your stomach.

          • MLCBLOG

Plus the split. Yes, that too.

          • Dan Knight

You’re okay wildjew, it’s the ‘conservatives’ who have the problem.

For the passers by: Remember, none of us are really ‘conservative’ since – for almost everyone in the population – the word simply means Total Evil Hater Zombie Monster. Those of us who have read a few of the Federalist Papers, some old dead natural philosophers, and so forth, forget that ‘conservative’ is just a label whose meaning is usually defined by the Left. …

e.g.: Bush is a ‘conservative’ b/c he was picked for us by the Republicrats, and it was him or an Anti-American Libtard. The fact that George seems to be a decent guy, generally acted like an adult, and was obviously pro-American was enough for us. For the Left that made him the re-incarnation of Hitler.

But it doesn’t make Bush a ‘conservative.’ Under his first term, I worked as a government regulator (environmental engineer), and not once did the Bush Administration oppose a single loopy reg. They twice shot down reg’s … oh, wait because the supposed solutions were fantasy. And they delayed reg’s … oh, wait to go through the legal process of promulgation and the political process of program funding. All of which stoked the fires of Libtard hate, but it did nothing to actually stop the implementation of unnecessary and frivolous regulations.

So too, the talking heads on TV, like O’Really?, are about as conservative as my cat. With apologies to my cat.

I live in Texas, and I have ‘liberal,’ Gay colleagues who are hunters, Nascar fans, and watch Duck Dynasty. They are more ‘conservative’ than any Re-pub-e-can from any Left coast state.

It’s this identity confusion that the Left sows to divide its enemies. They project their hatred on us, and anyone who disagrees with them. And they us our labels until the value of the label is useless.

Keep up the good posts, Wild!

If Assad were so bad that he had to be removed from power, how come there were so many cities and thriving Christian and other religious minorities communities in Syria? The Obama administration and John McCain accused Assad of gassing his own people when in fact it was ISIS who did it. Go to http://www.barenakedislam.com and read and see the reality of what is going on in the ME, Iraq and Syria that the MSM does not show. The Obama adm was helping ISIS in Syria, training and financing them in order to depose Assad and replace him with a MB government as they did in Egypt, Libya, and consequently they destabilized the ME which became a hotbed of Alqaeda terrorists and its offshoots. As result the Christian population and other minorities in the region, who were thriving under Assad, have been persecuted, massacred, decapitated, raped, sold into slavery ,their churches destroyed, and the ones who can have escaped their homes and homes of their ancestors for centuries. You’ll see pictures of McCain with the “freedom fighters”, actually ISIS members when he went to Syria to give them millions of dollars and military support. In several photos he is in the company of Al
Bagdadi the new ISIS califf. But the MSM does not talk about it or show it, and I still see McCain on Fox TV calling for going after
Assad…I have done a lot of homework on Islam and learned a lot
about the true satanic intentions of this cult, and I want to scream
when I hear Hannity, O’Rilley, and others on FN lying to the public
that Islam is a religion of peace. One of their female hosts said,
Islam is basically peaceful. They cannot be that stupid and
uninformed..Besides , they never bring a Christian, or any religious
minority to tell the public what it’s really like to live in a muslim
dominated country.Of course their identity would have to be
hidden, because the religion of peace does not tolerate its macabre
reality to be exposed. They always bring some lying screaming muslim, pretending to be moderate, and the many appologists who repeat the same garbage that the terrorists have hijacked the religion. Sometimes I see Robert Spencer, Pam Geller , Ayaan Hirsi Alli being interviewed.

        • wildjew

Hannity had Spencer on a couple or so weeks back but only because he broke the story of a member of that beheader’s mosque in Oklahoma who spilled the beans about the violent teachings therein. I agree with you. If Fox wanted to expose the truth about Islam, they would have solid scholars like Spencer on wall to wall and as you say Muslims apostates who lived under the thumb of Islam.

          • mtmla

Or Fox should have Coptic Christians from Egypt, or Christians from Iraq, Syria, Pakistan, or any other country in the ME who can tell the uneducated crowd what is life under a muslim majority government. To learn more about Islam watch on Youtube Dr. Bill Warren’s ( an expert on islam ) different lectures on the “religion of pieces”. In one of the videos he talks about islam’s wars against the infidels for 1400 years to this day, and the danger the apologists are posing to our safety and helping the spread of this bloody cult.

        • JayWye

Assad was critical in destabilizing Lebanon, arming and enabling Hezbollah, and was also a conduit for Iran to work against Israel. Lebanon USED to be a nice place, the vacation spot of the eastern Med.

    • JayWye

Comrade Obama helped remove Gaddafi because Gaddafi was finally behaving himself and that aided the US. Note that Comrade Obama is always on the side of the most-anti-American leaders, like Iran’s mullahs and Egypt’s Muslim Brotherhood, and against those friendly or helpful to the US.

  • JVictor

Looking at Obama’s undeniable track record, it almost looks like his entire foreign policy has been predicated on the destabilization of the Middle East which automatically puts Israel at greater risk from the enemies who surround her on every side. My question to David Horowitz, why have you avoided interviewing Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his lead investigator Lt. Mike Zullo concerning their more than THREE year criminal investigation of Barry Soetoro (aka Barack Hussein Obama)? Conservatives have been bashing Barack Hussein Obama for more than 6 years now but seem to always avoid the one and only scandal that would end his reign of terror (and blood) in less than a month if the fraud was exposed. What in the world is keeping you from digging deep into this man’s past.? You have been more than willing to skim the surface but refuse to get to the root of the crimes that have been committed. Have you been threatened? Are you afraid that the black community will riot? They may not given how his popularity in those communities have been deteriorating rapidly. Please reveal your reasons for remaining silent.

    • Dee Sams

Yes!!! That is the key! I follow everything about that investigation, and WHEN Arpaio brings that damning info out, it will change everything. Perhaps liberals will see how they were taken in, conned, used. It should take apart everything O has done as to laws signed, executive orders, court appointments etc. It will take down top reps and dems – I say saddle up and lets ride – get the truth out there.

      • sendtheclunkerbacktochicago

Hope you notices how Frontpage contributors NEVER answer the simple question as to why they refuse to interview Arpaio and Zullo, especially Zullo who is the lead investigator. Again, what are they afraid of?

        • Dee Sams

Many people are scared to say the Emperor has no clothes….even Glen Beck mocks the “birthers”. Well the BC is fake, as is O’s SS# and Selective Service #. Last I heard, Arapio’s team will release their findings after the Nov 4th elections. He was going to release it March 15th, then this summer. What happened is they found so much more and much worse than just the fake BC, and now they have a lot of insiders coming to them with info, that they are taking the time to really verify everything before they go public. I literally pray for the truth to come out. Lets get it on!

And he was elected not only , but twice. Everyday it’s like being in a bad dream, sailing on a demonic ship with Satan Obama on the helm towards darkness and destruction. And now there’s the ebola threat that he insists in allowing into the country. What next?

    • Michael Garfinkel

      Impeachment.

      • jon

        That would take years……

      • objectivefactsmatter

Impeachment makes sense until you consider all of the underlying reasons that we’re dealing with this. 0′Bama still represents a large chunk of the body politic. He represents the idiots. I would like to see him gone, but not as a martyr creating another absurd victim narrative.

The best possible outcome would be for him to put together a resignation / mea culpa tour and explain to all of his supporters why he failed and why they need to grow up. This naturally will never happen.

The second best option is to take Congress legitimately with elections and clear results, hopefully with minimal accusations from the opposition. I think that is possible because at this point he is a blatant failure and on some level even his supporters must realize this.

If Congress then takes the next year to put together some productive plans to remove restraints from the business community and at least figure out some damage control plans for foreign policy, we can hope for a strong conservative president after the 2016 elections. If Republicans and independents pick up even more seats in Congress, hopefully both TEA Party and independent (or emerging party) candidates feel more confident running for office without submitting to the stale two party system.

The best case scenario for America is to have the TEA Party correct the Republicans and run the RINOs out, have the DP turn itself in to a marginal player, known as the de facto American communist party, and other parties will emerge to pick up the slack. Having a conservative president with a Congress represented by smart and competent people from diverse parties will help us climb down from this extreme partisanship and maybe then more people will see how we’ve completely corrupted our academies and politicized virtually everything. Maybe we can establish term limits and restore the principals of separation of powers where clearly some modern agencies have practically gone rogue in the service of the statists and communists.

It’s doable but we’ve got to remain calm and resolute while communicating our justifications and objectives. An impeachment would just be more drama. If you want to clip POTUS wings a bit more, impeach someone he appointed. Don’t make a martyr out of the puppet. If Che can be recreated as a hero of the left, imagine the kind of victim narratives that will be told about this guy if he’s impeached. It’s scary, but we’re dealing with irrational people that support him.

It is amazing how “peace candidates” like Obama and Carter adopt policies that result in the deaths of millions. Carter’s Iran policy led directly to the Iran-Iraq war in which over a million died and Obama is repeating the mistakes with the predictable consequences.

    • Michael Garfinkel

Every school boy from the time of Ancient Rome was familiar with
this Platonic adage: Si vis pacem, para bellum – if you seek peace, prepare for war.

A lesson lost, apparently, on the modern Left.

If one were to consider, in isolation, what has happened to education in this country, where children are schooled in “gender neutrality,” and “white privilege,” than yes – it is all over but the shouting.

You won’t get an argument out of me. A friend of mine’s daughter went to Cornell. Her first college assignment, in, I believe, an English class was to find a magazine advertisement and write an essay on how racism was evidenced by the ad.

It’s quite likely the Islamists would not have overthrown the Shah if Ford had prevailed in the 1976 election.

So, yes, the Middle East suffered, but the truly horrendous consequence of that election is still ahead of us – the Iranian Bomb.

Barack Hussein Obama is a protege of Bill Ayers, Communist and terrorist, founder of the terrorist group the Weathermen. He was for twenty years a member of the church of the Rev. Jeremiah Wright, anti-white, anti-semitic, and anti-American.
How did Obama even get nominated? And re-elected? Does the campaign of the Department of Justice against Voter ID – a commons sense measure – show that Obama’s campaign involved fraud? His refusal to prosecute the New Black Panthers for voter intimidation in Philadelphia would indicate this.

    • kasandra

He got nominated because after the 2004 election, the far fringe left took over the Demoncrat Party. After Kerry lost, Soros and his billionaire leftist friends publicly bragged that now they owned the party and they do. And the “news media” has become their propaganda arm. So they went and nominated the person who, after less than one term, had become the furthest left member of the Senate and who had a chequered, and partially concealed background and the stupid American voter did the rest.

“Another brutal Obama legacy.” Obama has no other legacy than brutal and bloody one, Everywhere you look he has done nothing but brutalized people and he has so much blood on his hands that it is impossible not to see it. But the Democrats are doing their best to hide it, and the republicans are silent. Unforgivable for both parties. But the people know, and the media, the PRESS-TITUTES are silent as well. Thank you for this needed article.

Liberal Education at an Ivy League College: Half a million. Nice car: 30k. Fancy suit: 3k. Press pass to suck up to Leftists: Several kisses of treason. Promotion to Press-titute: Priceless.

Love that word Carpe, presstitute, did you coin it? I had to use it in a post.

      • carpe diem 36

Thanks, but no I did not coin it, I just use it every chance I get, and I always add that I wish I was the one who invented it. I do not remember where I read it, but it is priceless and so precise.

Indeed Obama and the USA has blood in its hands. In the name of regime change we support, arm and train islamic terrorists against Syria as well as supporting, arming and training neo-nazis against Novorossia.

Thank you Obama and the neocon foreign policy establishment for nazism and islamic terrorism.

the paralyzed and dead children from the illegal influx, the dead border guards, the dead who never made it across the border, the dead murdered by illegals, the aborted late term babies, the dead Iranian protesters, the dead Egyptian protesters, the dead Israelis trying to defend their country, all those dead he targeted personally with his drone game, the dead special forces, and probably the dead men and women who could have outed him from the beginning – i must have left out a whole buncha dead folks

    • Dan Knight

      Yes d.b., and I’m sure that’s a short list.

Thank you David, for speaking truth to power as they say. Yes, POTUS has much to answer for. It’s hard to believe anyone could do a worse job at reducing our influence as a positive force on the global stage, discouraging our allies, encouraging or aiding our enemies, and getting more people killed in the process than anything we’ve done since we abandoned the Vietnamese to the tender mercies of the NVA, but Bam Bam has managed to do it. And the Chinese, the Russians, and the other ne’er do wells are on the march in the wrong direction: And there’s good reason to think we could have persuaded them to be friendlier – not more hostile despite their rhetoric. The outlying countries have never had populations more ready and eager to embrace peaceful coexistence than now, whatever their dictators say.

Instead, Potus has managed to incite, rile up, and provoke the most hostile population on the planet. None of this is meant to take back any mistakes Bush made, but Bush left Bam Bam with an opportunity to take gains from the wins, and fix the mistakes. Bam Bam chose to do the opposite – doubling down on the Liberal anti-American Agenda promoted in the halls of the Ivy League, and short circuiting the positive processes. …

At this rate, Bam Bam may be responsible for more actual deaths in the Iraq-Syrian-Levant corridor than the inflated numbers invented by the Left. And a full blown ethnic cleansing, mass rape, destruction of Churches and other cultural property, and wounding an uncounted number of victims.

How in the world can one of the most vile, anti-Semitic, anti-Israeli, child-raping dictators become the host of hundreds of thousands of refugees including Christian, pagan, and Muslim minorities? Assad? Assad! Bam Bam has managed to make Assad the last hope of hundreds of thousands to keep breathing. And Kurds? He’s turned the Kurds into heroes. (It’s amazing what people will do in a crisis, and the Kurds have stepped up to the plate with an incredible response.) Incredible! Assad’s butchers and Kurdish women are now on the same side fighting to protect the children of religious minorities. What an accomplishment! But somehow – not the sort of ‘credit’ Potus should be looking for.

If Bam Bam was a Great President, Assad would be humbly asking for an American brokered peace with Israel, cutting off Hezbollah, and hanging the baby rapers in his secret police (while feigning ignorance). And the Kurds would peacefully pursing their Dream Act of relief from the BP Division of the fertile crescent. And Iraqi’s would be quietly rebuilding and the Muslim hate mongers would go back to whining in their mosques. But noooo …. we’ve got to play military games practically made for the Conspiracy buffs.

Absolutely disgusting, and I would warn the President, if I could, that his immortal soul will be judged for his actions as well as his lack of faith.

He should take heed of the warning in Matthew: 18:5-6 Whoever receives one such child in my name receives me; but whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him to have a great millstone fastened round his neck and to be drowned in the depth of the sea.

The Obama presidency has been an unmitigated disaster for Iraqis, Syrians, Libyans, ISRAELIS, AND ALL TRUE ALLIES OF THE UNITED STATES.

    There, fixed it for you.

  • HettyT

As the author says, “. . . an impending disaster for the American homeland, as well.” This means we’ll be fighting in the streets to save our own republic. And the enemy is already amongst us.

  • liz

The Obama presidency has been an unmitigated disaster, period.

  • Bandido

Obama is an ideological savage, a Leftist barbarian and a nihilist without peer. In a functioning, free Republic, he would be overthrown. This, as we know, is not that.

  • nimbii

    Thank you David. Well stated.

  • JayWye

Comrade Obama IS the muslim Manchurian Candidate.

There’s a reason why,post-college,Comrade Hussein traveled to Pakistan,of all places. it’s not because he was a Christian. There’s a reason why Comrade Hussein was aided in getting into college by Saudi money and influence.

It’s all part of his efforts to weaken the US economically, politically, and militarily.

And, how long do we tolerate the destruction of our Nation? It will take a generation to recover from the dysfunction of this Administration. But, will we even get a chance to? When a person such as Hillary Clinton is proposed to follow in the footsteps of this uneducated fool, it shows the state of the population. And that is the saddest thing of all.
