This is America under Obama. At this rate we may be headed for a real public health crisis.

In its first report since the surge, the inspector general said agents have contracted everything from scabies and lice to chickenpox, including bringing the disease home to their own children, as they care for the unaccompanied minors. Investigators also said they saw instances of agents and officers spending their own money to buy toys, clothing and food for children and families.

The details are already ugly because if family members contract diseases, then those children are likely to spread them to other American children.

“Many UAC and family units require treatment for communicable diseases, including respiratory illnesses, tuberculosis, chicken pox, and scabies,” the IG report said.

And…

According to the border region health care officials, hospitals have diagnosed persons with infectious diarrhea, multi-drug resistant tuberculosis, scabies, chickenpox and sexually transmitted diseases. There also have been reports from Border Patrol of MRSA staph infections.

Department of Health and Human Services spokesman Kenneth Wolfe also confirmed that an unaccompanied child was hospitalized after being diagnosed with the H1N1 influenza virus, more commonly known as swine flu.

Swine flu. I wonder whose DREAM that is.

Yes, and now Obama is bringing home two cases of Ebola virus. Two American aid workers from Africa are being flown home to Atlanta. Never mind that there’s no cure for Ebola; these people just have to be brought home. Why? No American left behind, says our president.(What about the contractors left behind in Iraq?) Obama is practicing germ warfare on the American people.

    • DB1954

Obama is undoubtedly indifferent to the diseases our Border agents are contracting from the border crashers. Even so, we’re making a mistake in assuming that bringing the American aid workers–who are in fact medical personnel, home from west Africa. Ebola is transmitted only through body fluid contact. It is not an airborne disease. It is indeed highly contagious, but the risk from these two patients now in the Atlanta-Emory U. Hospital, is almost non-existent.

Attempts to link the diseases brought to the U.S. by the border crashers will only lead the Obama shills to charge our side with creating hysteria.

DB1954: If Ebola is transmitted only through body fluid, fine. However, I’ve heard of people catching Ebola even though they were encased in full HAZMAT suits, and I’ve also heard of catching this disease by touching the clothing and effects of those infected.
So unless you can offer scientific proof that the risk from Ebola is “almost non-existent,” I’m going to exercise my right to be skeptical.
And as far as “linking” the border crasher diseases with Ebola, I don’t have to do that; Obama might do it for us. Being aware of the dangers posed by our Trojan Horse enemy president isn’t hysteria

If the people are that sick and infectious, they will be used as lab rats.

Hussein deserved the “honor” to have those “features” of his illegal immigration decree named after his, therefore, ObamaScabies, ObamaSwine flu, ObamaChicken pox, ObamaST Disease, ObamaTB, etc.

Nothing says ‘compassion’ like infecting your loved ones with communicable diseases.

    • DB1954

You mean exposing them to communicable diseases, yes, that’s of course, not exactly the kind of compassion the American people want to see.

To Obama, Americans are expendable, just like children are to Palestinians.

BECAUSE OBAMA THINKS IT IS UNFAIR THAT COUNTRIES IN AFRICA HAVE TO SUFFER FROM EBOLA AND THE UNITED STATES HAS NEVER HAD ONE CASE HERE. HE WON’T BE SATISFIED UNTIL THE NUMBER OF DEAD AMERICANS FROM EBOLA EQUALS THE NUMBER OF DEAD IN AFRICA.

There is speculation that the closure of the New Mexico facility due to chicken pox is a lie and that it has actually been closed because of a tuberculosis outbreak.

    • Nadzieja Batki

      I wouldn’t be surprised.

Disease and rumors of disease. Thanks so very much, Hussein.

What are “my” bishops saying about this, if anything ? Have they worked enough with these people to contract any diseases ? If not, why not ?

To top it off, Obama’s latest executive order says influenza is not “quarantinable communicable disease.”
