		<description><![CDATA[If you could move that to Summit NJ, Bronxville NY, or East Williston Long Island, where you can find similar 1920s tudors, it would be worth $700k to $1 million. Of course, you&#039;d have hard-working neighbors, decent police, and young people who go to schools to learn. The taxes in these location are $15-30k per year but they get something for their taxes. 


Oh, did I mention the above towns are Republican while Detroit is Democratic?]]></description>
