FBI: Jews 4X More Likely to be Victims of Hate Crimes than Muslims, Less Likely to be Investigated

muslims love jews

And these latest statistics for 2013 don’t even tell the whole story.

Of the 1,223 victims of anti-religious hate crimes:

60.3 percent were victims of crimes motivated by their offenders’ anti-Jewish bias.
13.7 percent were victims of anti-Islamic (Muslim) bias.
6.1 percent were victims of anti-Catholic bias.

There’s another interesting hatestat tidbit too.

Anti-Jewish attacks produced 625 incidents, 689 offenses, 737 victims, but only 393 known offenders.

Anti-Muslim attacks produced 135 incidents, 165 offenses, 137 victims and 127 known offenders.

This discrepancy suggests that attacks on Muslims are more thoroughly investigated and followed up than those against Jews.

Further down, while there are more anti-Black than anti-White hate crimes listed, there was only one murder listed for both races.

There were also more anti-white than anti-Black rapes by a narrow margin. While there were more anti-Black assaults and acts of vandalism, there were more anti-White robberies.

Selective interdiction of criminal activity is a formula for total disaster. No crime should escape the attention of law enforcement. We just need better surveillance and interdiction technologies, and we need to use them effectively. If criminals knew they couldn’t get away with a crime, they’d be much less likely to try it. Fortunately, we are rapidly moving toward a convergence of several different kinds of technology that will eventually make zero tolerance for crime a reality.

If the Left has its people reviewing the surveillance tapes, they will just “lose” tapes that implicate their favored groups just like they did with the IRS e-mails.

      • Texas Patriot

It’s a good thing Nixon never lost any tapes.

        • objectivefactsmatter

False equivalence. Nixon was not required by law to make those recordings.

          • Texas Patriot

Once he knew he was being investigated, those tapes became evidence, and the destruction of them was a crime in and of itself, as I am sure the responsible people at the IRS will soon learn.

“Once he knew he was being investigated, those tapes became evidence, and the destruction of them was a crime in and of itself…”

In Nixon’s case It’s debatable. I happen to agree but at the same time it’s not anywhere close to equivalent to a government agency refusing to turn over records that are required by law for oversight.

The IRS excuses are wholly unacceptable. And I’m not exaggerating in any sense. Each effort to obstruct is a separate violation. There is no theory by which they are not obligated to account for that data and turn it over for lawful oversight.

Advocating for a police state where everything we do is on camera is not, in my opinion, a conservative position. I am all for law and order, but not for cameras watching every move.

You are right that TP is not a conservative. He is a big government supporter who believes that one must support every president regardless of how badly they are functioning. The office of the president held in higher esteem than our individual rights.

This position, and advocating for a police state, are not conservative positions. We don’t worship presidents just because they are in power. We want presidents to put our individual rights on a pedestal, not their office.

          • tickletik

No, you are missing the point. The law is carried out by people. If they have no interest in carrying out the law they won’t.

The IRS is mandated by law to keep its records, when several officials were asked to provide email exchanges proving a conspiracy to target conservative groups, that official claimed her records were lost due to a hard drive crash. I know enough about IT to know that what she claimed was ridiculous. The records at an organization like that would have been backed up on at least several levels, but the lie was convenient for those involved so it passed.

In Nixons case, he was held to it, because one side is far more ruthless than the other. The reason leftists tend to treat this as a war is because for them it is a war. This is why they infiltrate groups and organizations and play the long game of taking over. They are not “honest players”. They are power hungry sociopaths who believe that the highest good is “a boot, stamping on a human face forever.”

That is why they want total surveillance, that is why they want total power.

Our framers would have seen the surveillance abomination for what it is and would likely have started a revolt over it.

          • Texas Patriot

tickletik: That is why they want total surveillance, that is why they want total power.

Read the book @War by Shane Harris. No one has been a stronger advocate of using advanced surveillance and interdiction technologies than George W. Bush, and Barack Obama has followed in his footsteps. Total surveillance works in at least three ways for the benefit of the American people. It works against those who think they can break the law and get away with it. It works against those sworn to uphold and enforce the law who think they can selectively enforce the law for political purposes. And it works against our enemies at home and abroad who think they can exploit weaknesses in our political system to destroy us. That is why we all should want it. It’s the only way out of the box canyon we find ourselves in today as a result of the unimpeded forty-plus year global onslaught by the forces of Islamic Jihad, and there is nothing the Founding Fathers would have wanted more than for America to be victorious over her enemies at home and abroad.

For a man who lives on a steady diet of lies and hatred, I’m not surprised that very few things make sense to you. As Shakespeare said, “O, what a tangled web we weave, when first we practice to deceive.” But I’m really amazed that you can’t recognize an All-American Conservative when you see one!

Being open to the idea of constant public surveillance is not a minor issue. It demonstrates a total contempt for the public and for the principles of liberty.

Whether you are or not a member of the “in group” is irrelevant. we have separation of powers for a reason. It is because we understand that power in the hands of the government is a sword that sooner or later will be used to oppress the citizenry. Not “can be”, but “will be”.

Sentiment, and a love of apple pie are superficial issues. They are nice, but irrelevant. “Truthbearing” is questioning your allegiance based on what you espouse to believe. Given who we are dealing with (traitors, fools, and both) he has a right to call you on what you say.

tickletik: Being open to the idea of constant public surveillance is not a minor issue. It demonstrates a total contempt for the public and for the principles of liberty.

You are mistaken about that. Being open to the idea of total surveillance reflects total contempt, not for the American people, but for those who would use secrecy to break the law, to selectively enforce the law for political purposes, or to exploit weaknesses in our political system to destroy us as a nation. No man is free to break the law behind a veil of secrecy, and no enemy should be permitted to destroy the United States of America, from within or without, when the means of surveillance and interdiction of such threats are fully available to us.

So instead of acknowledging the general truth of what I said aboout the IRS, you chose to take the Left’s response path. You expose yourself as anything but a conservative.

Jews are not a politically correct minority as Muslims are.

The Ameriocentric worldview of leftists creates a minority out of over one billion Muslims. They are not a disadvantaged minority – they have their own countries, armies, courts, money, power and places of worship.

Over one billion Muslims and 12 million Jews – but the Muslims are a minority according to the left.

These statistics mean even less than you may think, nearly 100% of anti Jewish psychotic behaviour, is brushed under the carpet, and not even termed a hatecrime in the us and Europe, while everyone has been brainwashed the exact opposite.

CAIR some years back sued Anti-CAIR. I wrote them and pointed out they would have to undergo the discovery process and thus it would reveal things they didn’t want to reveal.

Idiots sued anyway and it was a farce.

        I remember that.

  • Bamaguje

The lower number of known anti-Jewish offenders relative to number of attacks, may also mean the same bigoted culprits perpetrate multiple attacks.

  • Chris Gait

How sure are we about the source of the statistics? The administration considered Ft. Hood ‘work place violence’. No hate crime here, move along. The Bosnian killed in what was very probably a ‘hate crime’…no, just some kids having fun apparently as seen through liberal reality phase shifting glasses.

  • garyfouse

Remember the Bosnian guy killed recently in St Louis. No hate crime. Nothing to see here, Folks. Move along.

  • Nabukuduriuzhur

I think it says something that in my entire life, I’ve never heard of a Jew doing a crime motivated by hate. Not even once.

I can’t say that about any other group.

    • Douglas J. Bender

No? What about White Evangelical Mathematicians?

  • Lanna

Jews suffer from more hate and anti-semetic crimes than any other race, its always been that way, and its terribly unfair!

  • Dan Knight

Bingo, Daniel: Blatant evidence of (actual) discrimination. As for the discrepancy in offender identification: Based on experience, I would guess a large portion are politically correct offenders. Without forensic evidence, the cops involved would be wallowing in accusations of ‘racism’ and investigations of their character. And the offenders would probably walk.

The same logic applies to the Muslim cases: The identity of the victims voids the perpetrator’s victim card, if the perp has a victim card.

Thx for all you do, Daniel
