“Flat Broke” Bill Clinton Smoking $1,000 Cigars

Here's to 8 more years of golfing and crime

Here’s to 8 more years of golfing and crime

You can see why the Clintons need all those speaking fees. Mansions and cigars that run to $30K a box aren’t cheap.

Bill Clinton enjoys a Gurkha cigar, “the Rolls Royce of the cigar industry.” He “loves the Gurkhas,” Gurkha chief executive officer Kaizad Hansotia, maker of the HMR cigar, which stands for His Majesty’s Reserve. It is, according to Hansotia, “the world’s most expensive cigar.”

One box is $25,000 — and the price will rise next year to $30,000. “The cigars are close to $1,000 each,” says the cigar boss to Bloomberg.

Nothing wrong with a man enjoying his money… except when the money

A. Comes from enemies of the United States

B. Is a means of currying favor with a political dynasty that treats the White House like a personal family entitlement

C. Plays the class warfare game while claiming to have suffered through hard times

Clintons don’t do hard times. Or hard time. They always have friends willing to pony up cash because they know that connections to the Clinton Crime Family is a profitable enterprise.

Now Bill’s wife is running for office, more on his reputation than hers, because some Americans associate his reign with better economic times, even though one had nothing to do with the other.

On the campaign trail, Bill Clinton will feel the pain of all the unemployed families. Then he’ll go back, smoke a thousand dollar cigar and laugh at them.

It’s just the Clintons begin themselves.

I wish I were that broke!

Smoking a cigar a day is burning through $365,000 per year.

Clinton could spend more on cigars than & families make in a year and that is just one of his luxuries.

        excellent point

If he pays the help well, I would be his caddy seeing how fast he burns money.

And one can obviously see, why Hillary’s claim of poverty is not just laughable, but extremely pathetic.

I take a very dim view of rich people like the Clintons claiming to “Have the interests of the common man at heart”, but it is clear that it is hypocrisy of highest magnitude and reveals their arrogance.

The Ceasescus of Romania were the exact same way right until the bitter end.

  • Douglas J. Bender

At least he is smoking them.

  • JR Kipling

No telling where that cigar has been.

    • wileyvet

Certainly not anywhere near Hillary’s old crotch.

  • De Doc

Did he offer one to Ms. Lewinsky?

Bill probably has a lackey who clips and lights the stogies for him, and someone else on his staff with the responsibility of keeping track of his stock of Gurkhas to ensure that he is never in want of one. Why not? His speaking fees, presidential retirement income (paid by taxpayers), investments in God knows what and where, Saudi contributions to the Clinton Library and the Clinton Foundation, all contribute to insulating him from the consequences of his criminal life. Obama will be in the same lucrative boat once he and Michelle land the kids and the live-in mother-in-law loot the White House like Ferguson pros once they’re obliged to vacate it. Bo the dog will probably leave a pile in the middle of the Oval Office, and use the legs of various pieces of furniture as fire hydrants. Just as Obama does to this country.

How can a frickin’ cigar be worth $1000? Are they pre-treated using virgins similar to how good, ol’ Bill used Lewinsky?

    • DVult

      Damascus cigars.

  • JR Kipling

    Per capita income
Buffalo County South Dakota, $6213/yr. (6 cigars)
Shannon County South Dakota $6286 (6cigars)
Starr Country Texas $7,069 (7 cigars)
Maverick County Texas $8,758 (8.5 cigars)
East Carroll Parish Louisiana $9629 (9.6 cigars)

And every one of these destitute places votes 100% for the party that
    cares about the poor.

Bill uses $1000 cigars on Huma?

  • Albert Ross

In the original article it is said Clinton ENJOYS Gurkha cigars but hasn’t had the $1000 cigar. Expect Clinton to enjoy another brand since Gurkha’s aren’t really all that.
