Hamas Scales Up to Nuclear Terrorism

It’s secondhand for now, but no less serious.

Islamist militants in the Gaza Strip launched three rockets towards the southern Israeli town of Dimona and its nuclear reactor on Wednesday, causing no injury or damage, the Israeli military said.

Militants from Hamas’s Qassam Brigades said they had launched long-range M-75 rockets.

As Elder of Zion points out, this is nuclear terrorism.

The 2005 UN International Convention for the Suppression of Acts of Nuclear Terrorism defines acts that fall under that designation, Article 2:

1. Any person commits an offence within the meaning of this Convention if that person unlawfully and intentionally:

(b) Uses in any way radioactive material or a device, or uses or damages a nuclear facility in a manner which releases or risks the release of radioactive material:

(i) With the intent to cause death or serious bodily injury; or

The usual defenses of Hamas involve the disparity of force capability. But it’s not how much firepower you have, it’s how malicious you are.

Hamas has shown that it is capable of infinite malice, much like its cousin Al Qaeda. This is still secondhand nuclear terrorism. What happens when Iran slips Hamas something a little more powerful?

I hope the day comes when Israel goes Dresden on the Gaza Strip. Arab Muslims should have gotten away with way too much over 1,400 years.

The Sultans of Sin run amok, Zealots care little for who dies as a result of their actions. Considering a full meltdown would make all of beloved Palestine a radioactive wasteland with no means of escape.
Logic supplanted by a king of the heap mentality.

Just crush them and get it over with.

Israel can always wait until Hama gets more powerful missiles, or Obama sees to it that Muslims get US missile technology that will improve missile accuracy. Or they can annihilate Hamas, purge every sympathizer, and take permanent control of Gaza.

The Israelis should stop using the civilians near Dimona as a shield for their illegal nuclear facilities.

After all, using civilians like that is a War Crime, innit?

    • Elliott

      What ARE you babbling about?
Is it a war crime if US citizens live near Three-Mile Island? Is it a War Crime if UK citizens live near the town of Hartlepool? It is one of 7 Nuclear reactors in the UK.
For Israel to use “… civilians near Dimona as a shield for their illegal nuclear facilities” the Government would have to be responsible for FORCING people to move to Dimona. Can’t find that in the history books. People in Israel can live wherever they want.
Secondly you are making an assumption that Israel HAS a nuclear facility at Dimona. I think that the dome structure is simply a mock-up for Al-Aqsa. Israeli troops train in Dimona for the day when we shall bring Al-Aqsa down, UNLESS A HAMAS ROCKET DESTROYS IT FIRST.
P.S. I DO like the “Desie Deratta” pseudonym.

i dont understand wheather this a serious post or just for fun… i mean

m-75.. a long range… n nuclear… rofl .. u must be kidding.. if thats nuclear attack then bombardment with f-16s on gaza should be called extermination of human kind

    • Pete

What is meant person pretending not to understand is that the M-75 is a long range rocket that the Hamas is using in an attempt to hit a nuclear plant.
