Hillary Clinton Might Be Only Dem Under 70 Running for President

Don’t worry, they have great new ideas for the future. Okay mostly they’re the same ideas from the Woodrow Wilson administration, but they threw in a lot of stuff about solar power and sustainability.

In addition to Clinton, the 2016 Democratic field could include: California governor Jerry Brown, Vice President Joe Biden (the presumed frontrunner), and Socialist Senator Bernie Sanders.

In such a scenario, Brown would be the oldest Democrat in the race; he’ll be 78 in 2016. Biden will be 73. Sanders will be 75. Hillary, who will be 69 on Election Day, would be younger by comparison. If Elizabeth Warren decides to run, she would be the youngest Democrat, thought not by much. Warren will be 67 in 2016.

Warren seems like she won’t run unless Hillary Clinton screws up even more egregiously than she has so far. The Pride of the Cherokee is saving herself for 2020 or maybe 2024, when the Democratic Party will really need fresh new ideas from Das Kapital.

So that leaves Jerry Brown, who inherited the rule of the Mexican Protectorate of California from his father, Bernie Sanders, who occasionally knows what year it is, though usually not what century, and Joe Biden, whose brain was removed to make way for his new hair.

Behold the party of tomorrow.

Hillary would be the first Witch-American to become president. So historic!

Frankly,Hillary looks like a zombie ready to chomp into one’s shoulder after roaming aimlessly for about a year after she “turned.” You ought to send this picture to the producers and directors of The Walking Dead. I think they need new ideas for portraying the undead.

  • Hi there

Joe Biden used to have a brain?

    • glpage

That could be open to debate.

I love your cruel sarcasm, Daniel. Cruel, but just.

  • Hard Little Machine

Obama will put forth his own hand picked successor and it’s not Hillary or any white woman. It will be a black man in his 40′s or 50′s.

The Democrats should try running an Eric Holder–Al Sharpton ticket.

  • Hard Little Machine

BTW Rep James Clyburn, on MSNBC this morning, rambling on about something or other said the following in 2 adjacent sentences: “We need young people with fresh ideas. Given the option between a younger person and a 74 year old Thurgood Marshall, we should pick a 74 year old Thurgood Marshall.

For Clyburn, that’s what we call Deep Thoughts, worth of Jack Handy himself!

If Biden ever takes possession of the Oval Office, I fully expect him to exclaim to the press, “This is a really big f–king deal!” If Jerry Brown ambles into the Oval Office, he’ll probably instruct his personal valet, “Just keep me in rolled joints and I’ll be happy.” If Bernie Sanders occupies the Oval Office, he’ll probably smirk, “The people will overcome, crap. We overcame the people.” If Hillary waddles into the Oval Office, it will be with the aid of a walker, sniffing as she makes progress to the desk, “Ronald Reagan was too old to be president. Ain’t that the truth?”

For Hillary, it will be all about “it is time for a woman to lead” which is pure sexism.

Leftists never comprehend their own hypocrisy.

They put everyone into groups, assign values, and then rail against stereotypes. This is how convoluted their ‘logic’ is.

A little humour is never wrong; however, I get the sense that this short article pokes fun and engages in name calling in a way more resembling the typical leftist modus operandi and is a little beneath us, given that our arguments can stand on their own merit. I would not want the champions of freedom and reason to start imitating the sins and failings of the left.

Biden’s the demo front runner? Wow, they really are in trouble … anyway, Biden is 72 years old today so by inauguration day in ’17, he’d be 74.
