Hillary Clinton’s Problem Isn’t Age —- It’s Experience

ap_hillary_clinton_01_jef_130201_wgThe problem with Hillary Clinton’s candidacy isn’t that she would take office at the age of 69. An older and more mature president is not a bad thing. It’s how little she has done in that time.

After 2008, when Hillary was beaten by an even more inexperienced candidate, most people forgot just how little experience she has holding elected office.

Hillary Clinton only won one political office and she did so in her fifties. Despite winning two elections, her Senate career only covered the period from January 2001 to January 2009.

It’s more time than Obama spent in the Senate, but that’s not saying much.

JFK was considered young and inexperienced after spending 14 years in Congress. Hillary Clinton isn’t young, but her experience in elected office at the age of 69 will be less than his was at the age of 44.

Hillary’s supporters will argue that she has plenty of experience in public life. Unfortunately it’s the wrong kind of experience.

Like Elizabeth Warren, a slightly younger and more left-wing Hillary clone, she spent a good deal of time in the corrupt intersection between leftist non-profits, corporate boards and politically connected legal positions. The bad lessons those posts taught her are evident from Whitewater and HillaryCare.

Hillary Clinton embodies the corrupt culture of Washington D.C. whose cronyism and nepotism she has far too much experience with as the other half of a power couple notorious for personal and political corruption.

When they left, Bill and Hillary trailed illegal pardons and stolen property behind them.  As recently as 2008, Bob Herbert of the New York Times wrote, “The Clintons should be ashamed of themselves. But they long ago proved to the world that they have no shame.”

Back in 2001, he had suggested that the Clintons might one day be “led away in handcuffs.”

That’s Hillary Clinton’s real experience and it’s not policy experience or foreign policy experience. It’s the politics of political corruption. Hillary Clinton’s track record doesn’t consist of policy achievements. It’s in the people she knows and owes favors to, the legion of corrupt associates of Clintonworld and the millionaires and billionaires who fund her unscrupulous political ambitions with their dirty money.

If Hillary’s last name were still Rodham, no one would have even proposed her for Senate. There is absolutely nothing in her record or her ideas that recommends her for higher office.

Not only is she inexperienced and inept, despite her many makeovers she is a colorless figure with the speaking style and fashion sense of a college registrar, and a bureaucrat’s cagey instinct for pre-emptive cover-ups that only make her look more suspicious even when she didn’t actually do anything wrong.

Hillary Clinton did nothing of note either as Senator or Secretary of State. The reason why her time in the Senate is remembered on the left for her Iraq War vote and her time as Secretary of State is remembered on the right for Benghazi is that there isn’t anything else to remember her for.

The high points of her national career are negative; terminated from Watergate after unethical behavior, a failure on government health care as First Lady, an Iraq War vote that she spent five years lying about and the abandonment of Americans in Benghazi as Secretary of State.

And a track record of trying to blame her decisions on everyone else.

Despite voting for the Iraq War, Hillary blamed Bush for a “rush to war” and for “triggering” the conflict. Few on the left have forgotten that she had even more positions on the Iraq War than John Kerry and that her positions changed completely based on what was going on in America and Iraq at the time.

When it came to Benghazi, other people took the fall for a horrifying failure that she claimed to be accepting responsibility for, while her own pet committee shifted the blame onto others.

Hillary Clinton accused Obama of being unready for a 3 A.M. phone call, but does anyone believe that she would take a 3 A.M. phone call and make a quick decision in a crisis? Is there anything in her track record in the Senate or as Secretary of State that suggests that she is bold and decisive?

Anything at all?

Hillary Clinton carefully avoided a track record. In the Senate, she invariably went with the least controversial position on every issue until she began overcompensating on Iraq to win back the left.

In the Senate, she was for a ban on flag burning, Cap and Trade, nuclear power, for Israel, for  Palestine, for abortion, against abortion, for harsh criminal penalties, against harsh criminal penalties, for No Child Left Behind, against No Child Left Behind, for gay marriage, against gay marriage, for medical marijuana and against medical marijuana.

If the polls opposed gay marriage, she was against it. If the polls supported it, she was for it. The same went for everything else.

As Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton staked out a bold position in favor of visiting other countries and shaking hands with their leaders.

This is not a woman who takes 3 A.M. phone calls. Not without polling them first and issuing a non-definitive statement in the vaguest possible language that she can’t be held accountable for in any way.

This isn’t a record that speaks of experience. It’s the record of a woman working hard to avoid ever having an experience, a position or a conscience.

JFK came into the White House having seen combat and having come close to dying many times. He had spent almost a decade and a half in Congress and taken positions on important issues.

Hillary Clinton may be almost 70 at that same point, but without a fraction of his experience, and she has tried to make up for it with childish lies like claiming to have come under sniper fire in Bosnia, claiming to have negotiated open borders for refugees in Kosovo and claiming to have been instrumental in the Irish peace process.

It’s no wonder that the chief counsel to the House Judiciary Committee in Watergate said of her, “She was a liar.

Hillary’s experience is as imaginary as her work bringing peace to Northern Ireland. The issue isn’t her age; it’s her lack of principles and her lack of courage. Hillary Clinton compensates for a mediocre career of political cronyism with ridiculous lies in an act of neurotic insecurity.

Hillary Clinton isn’t too old to be president. She’s too adolescent, untried and immature. She has made too few decisions that matter, taken too few risks and even less responsibility and lives an imaginary Walter Mitty life of death-defying adventures that only exist in her mind and her press releases.

Hillary isn’t just incompetent, corrupt or a liar. Like too many of her peers, she’s a 66-year-old child.

    What difference does it make!

    • chicagotrance

To the dumbed-down low-information uninformed Democratic base, no difference at all.

      • Texas Patriot

It doesn’t seem to make much difference to either political party. We now know that the Republican power elite on Wall Street and elsewhere would prefer Hillary to anyone other than Jeb Bush, who although was no doubt an excellent governor of Florida, also has zero experience in Washington DC. Yes, folks, we have reached the point of absolute absurdity in American politics where what ought to matter doesn’t. Massive budget deficits, no problem. Massive trade deficits, not problem. The worst educational system in the industrialized world, no problem. The most sedentary and obese population of any industrialized nation, no problem. The highest per capita health care expenses in the entire world, no problem. The continuous loss of jobs and industries to foreign competition, no problem.

In that sense, Hillary’s iconic “What difference does it make!” is the perfect political mantra for the dead-stick guidance system of our government and our nation at this point in American history. Every American citizen should have a bumper sticker with that slogan on their car, regardless whether they’re a Republican or Democrat.

The truth is that it probably won’t make a dimes worth of difference whether Jeb Bush or Hillary Clinton wins in 2016. At this point in time, the Titanic is headed straight for an iceberg and the wheelhouse is locked!

        • chicagotrance

I’m really sorry I can’t disagree with you.

          • Texas Patriot

I know what you mean. I’m really sorry I can’t disagree with myself. Truth is a heck of a thing to have to deal with. It sort of has a way of trumping everything else.

        • truebearing

As much as I don’t want Jeb Bush to be the Republican nominee, he isn’t equivalent to Hillary. Jeb Bush didn’t conspire with George Soros and John Podesta to create the Shadow Government that now ruins this country.

Ted Cruz is my favorite, but I would be more than happy to see Palin in the Whitehouse. Leftist heads would be exploding all over the country, attritting a population we desperately need to get rid of. Maybe some would make good on their histrionic threats to leave America and would move to Cuba — godspeed.

          • Texas Patriot

Unfortunately, there is a clear leadership vacuum in America which no one seems fully qualified to fill at this precarious moment in our national history. I like Sarah Palin, and I like Ted Cruz. I also like Jeb Bush. But I haven’t heard any of them articulate a plan for re-industrializing America, locking down our borders, and putting us on a path of economic prosperity and national security for the remainder of the 21st Century and beyond. The truth is that America’s economic competitors have gotten stronger, and America has gotten weaker. Our former vast competitive edge in technological and manufacturing prowess and expertise is rapidly fading into the rear view mirror, and our competitors are coming on strong in both areas. Unless we find a way to turn that trend around, there won’t be any thing left to talk about. If America goes, freedom goes, and it is well known that tyrants have little tolerance or patience for the kind of wide-open freedom of speech we enjoy on boards like this.

          • truebearing

It isn’t as easy as just presenting a wish list. Any candidate from the Right is put through a meat grinder of criticism for anything they say, or propose, by our evil leftist media. The media’s job is to destroy a good candidate on the Right so that an evil scumbag from the Left can win. That means our guys have to be wary and not say what they would do, in entirety, so that they don’t fuel the smear machine. It’s a tough, uphill battle.

          • lyndaaquarius

Have you ever heard a presidential hopeful lay out a detailed plan for exactly what they would do,chapter and verse? It just wouldn’t be a smart move this early on.You can be sure, though, that Governor Palin knows exactly what she would need to do to move this nation towards prosperity again. She was an extraordinarily successful governor.Obama never laid out a specific plan and he got elected on “hope and change” for 4 years and “Mitt Romney is an evil rich man” for another 4 years.

    • Lanna

Right…That statement was callous and idiotic! It makes a heck of a lot of difference to their families of the slain, the military, and the American people. It was another acting Job, similar to “I did not have sex with that woman.”

There is also a serious track record of incompetence and malfeasance, but I suppose these days that’s a pre-requisite for Democrat politicians.

    Perfect! :)

“and a bureaucrat’s cagey instinct for pre-emptive cover-ups that only make her look more suspicious even when she didn’t actually do anything wrong.”

And an uncommon day it is when she isn’t doing something wrong, or at least plotting it.

Great distillation of Hillary and her achievements. The only ones she has are negative. She is the only Secretary of State I know of that got 4 people killed because of an insatiable lust for power, not to mention a propensity for devious dealings. Then she compounded her culpability by refusing to send help, lying about the reason for the attack, blaming an innocent man and getting him jailed, and scheming to methodically deceive the American public. Perhaps her greatest “achievement” is feeding her rapacious appetite for power.

Hillary hasn’t grown up. Narcissists never do. Obama, the empty suit, and Hillary, the empty pantsuit, share that quality. Come 2016 we’ll see if Americans want to make history by electing two political disasters in a row.

    • pennant8

Yes, that was a very big thing. It has OIC [Organization of the Islamic Cooperation] written all over it. The OIC has a pet project to make it illegal to criticize religions [read Islam] As Secretary of State she was getting pretty cozy with the OIC, imagine if she gets to be president. The OIC will probably have its own special envoy. Oh wait, the current administration has already created that position.

I wouldn’t vote for Mrs. Clinton based on her failures in office. Christopher Stevens practically Begged the Secretary of State for more security at the Benghazi Compound, and received no reinforcements leading to his death , and the death of 3 other military people, Ty Woods, Glenn Doughtery, and Sean Smith in a Valiant Firefight for 7 hours. This proves that she is not going to protect and defend our own people…there is no way I would trust her to be President, not to mention the huge cover up saying that the video was to blame for the attack, when Radical Islamic militants had planned this attack ahead of time and had ample fire power!

Rumors of Sarah Palins demise are much exagerated. Just wishful thinking of the left , who are in rapid decline in the realm of public opinion. The left have created horrible messes at home and abroad, and now try to pretend they can tell us Sarah Palin is now finished?
Sarah Palin is the hope of our nation. She is a self made politician, had no silver Republican spoon in her mouth, her shadow never graced the vaunted halls of liberal ivy league academe. That is a HUGE plus.
She has the skills gleaned from her youth, of a frontier woman. She has common sense, reflects the values of our nation of steadfast patriotism, frugality of budgeting, compassion for the unborn, all the positive attributes of a Mother of our nation. She has faced corruption in her own state government and within the Alaskan Republican party and cleaned it up, and supported the defense of a Senate candidate who faced bogus prosecution designed specifically by democrat prosecutors to usurp the will of the electorate.
Sarah scares the left and also the whining RINOS who now call themselves Republicans. Anyone who looks at Sarah Palin as other than a gift of leadership and hope for a traduced nation has got to have moonbat syndrome plus.
You bet the Dems are afraid of Palin, and so are the patriarchs of the Republican party who want to keep bleeding the nation with pork piled bills for their relatives and patronage, while refusing to listen to their own constituents who cry ” NO.” These RINOS even refuse to secure the nation by enforcing current immigration and illegal alien laws.
The continuous campaign to dis-empower Palin through bogus ethics complaints, baseless negative commentary in the media , much of it of a personal nature, is a horrible exercise in the self destruction of a nation. When Palin is attacked, every ordinary , hard working , patriotic American is attacked. And we should take that attack on each of us as being VERY personal.
Sarah has a PAC, and I support it. If she had enough funding she could go on the attack herself against her crooked critics, and file ethics violations against Democrat attorneys who seek to use our system of justice to achieve political ends that they know they cannot achieve at the ballot box should Palin run her own presidential campaign. She could even hire an Anne Coulter as her manager and loose her on those who make these scurrilous attacks on her.
You bet the Dems are afraid of Palin. She is the bolt and the arrow that will pierce Obama to the heart, and bring the light to a nation now in the dark, suffering under the tyrannical ministrations of a nationalist socialist president and his apparatchik running dogs.
Go the Sarahs PAC and donate. No better action can assure the eventual destruction of Obama and his politics, and Sarah means to do just that. She has no use for he Republican elite, but she will become so powerful that they will have to address her as a genuine candidate for the office of president. She certainly has far more experience and patriotism that the current poseur who now occupies the office.Sarah Palin has the ability to oust Obama, and to undo all the damage he is now doing. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see THAT. Even the most iggied Dem nationalist socialist blivet sees THAT, and piddles in their sordid little cod piece in rabid, reactionary fear.Palin gives them all a serious case of the shakes, because as she lives and breathes, she represents the TRUE America, not the Utopian Socialist disaster which a generation of whackos have sought to ram down the throats of decent Americans.
And the RINOS see Palin’s potential too, and stand in her way as ensconced good old boy bullies, but Sarah knows how to handle bullies, and has proven THAT time and again.
Clear the decks for Palin folks. She is on the move, get behind her by contributing to her PAC.
Short of heading to Washington with pitchforks, no more effective action can be taken to oust Obama and his circus of freaks.Donate and allow Palin to become a power house of American truth, light and decency.

    *Gov. Palin Facts
    *The most popular governor
Governor Sarah Palin’s Accomplishments that garnished her a whopping 92% approval rating:
Energy Independence, Development, and Environmental Stewardship
*Governor Palin’s cornerstone accomplishment is AGIA (Alaska Gasline Inducement Act). During the Palin administration, TransCanada and Exxon formed an alliance to build a natural gas pipeline from Alaska to the Lower 48. Under Governor Palin’s governance, the project was expanded and revised from what previous governors had proposed with an open policy process for the Alaskan people. More progress was made on this effort than in the previous 30 years. This is the largest private sector infrastructure project in North American history and helps put us on the path to energy independence.
*Governor Palin’s administration opened up drilling for oil and natural gas at Pt. Thompson for the first time in decades.
*Governor Palin created the Alaska’s Petroleum Integrity Office to oversee all aspects of energy development and to make sure oilfield equipment was safe to operate and a Climate Change Subcabinet to comprehensively and honestly evaluate climate change.
    Fiscal Conservatism
*Governor Palin reduced earmark requests for the state of Alaska by 80% during her administration, requesting only earmarks that would benefit the country as a whole.
    * Governor Palin reduced spending in her budget for Fiscal Year 2010 by more than one billion dollars from the previous governor’s Fiscal Year 2007 budget, a 9.5% real reduction in spending. Her FY2010 budget was $10.57 billion compared to Governor Murkowski’s FY2007 budget of nearly $11.7 billion. At the same time, she fulfilled her campaign promise to forward fund education, allowing districts greater flexibility and predictability in their planning.
*Governor Palin opposed much of the “stimulus”, wanting only to accept 55% of the money allocated to Alaska, specifically only dollars dedicated to infrastructure [projects. Although the Alaskan legislature ultimately overturned her veto, she stood firm on her commitment to help Alaska to become more self-sufficient while not adding to not add to the skyrocketing national debt.
    * Governor Palin invested $5 billion in state savings.
Walking the Walk on Fiscal Responsibility
*Governor Palin sold the private jet purchased by the previous governor. She state it was an unnecessary financial burden on the state and was unable to land on many of the state’s landing strips.
    * To cut costs that would be incurred by continuing to use a personal driver like previous governors, the governor drove herself from Wasilla to her office in Anchorage. She also dismissed the governor’s personal chef stationed in Juneau, Alaska’s capital.
    * Governor Palin accepted less state per diem for herself and her family than her predecessors even though she had a larger family.
10th Amendment Advocacy/Promotion of State Constitution
*Showing that she is a strong supporter of the 10th amendment, Governor Palin advocated for the sovereignty of the state of Alaska.
*Governor Palin’s administration sued the federal government for placing the polar bear on the endangered species list, as this restriction affected energy development which would increase energy costs.
*A Constitutionalist, Governor Palin signed Alaska’s Clear and Equitable Share (ACES) bill into law. The Alaska constitution states that the Alaskan people own the oil and other resources. This law ensures that the “owners”, the people of Alaska, receive a clear and equitable share of oil profits.
    National Defense/Veterans
*Governor Palin supported ground-based missile defense Ft Greely and other Alaskan Bases around to protect America from America’s enemies. She criticized the Obama administration for cuts that they made to this national defense system.

    Transparency/Anti-Corruption
*Governor Palin signed bipartisan ethics reform legislation into law that helped to hold both the legislative and executive branches accountable.
*Governor Palin put the state checkbook online, allowing all constituents to see how state money was being spent.
    Health Care
*Governor Palin introduced health care transparency legislation which aimed at putting information in the hands of consumers about cost and quality of health care as a way to make health care consumer driven and accessible.
Sanctity and Dignity of All Life
    * Governor Palin strongly supported both parental consent and parental notification legislation.
*Governor Palin increased educational funding for special needs’ children.
*Governor Palin implemented the Senior Benefits Program to support low income seniors.

In this role, she worked with local, state and federal officials to promote solutions to the needs of Alaska’s communities.
She exposed legal violations and conflicts of interest of Alaska Republican leaders, including the former state Attorney General and the State GOP Chairman (who was also an Oil & Gas Commissioner), who was doing work for the party on public time and supplying a lobbyist with a sensitive e-mail. Several went to jail.

Sarah Palin was Commander of the Alaska National Guard. Alaska is the first line of defense in our missile interceptor defense system. The 49th Missile Defense Battalion of the Alaska National Guard is the first line of defense unit that protects the entire nation from ballistic missile attacks. It’s on permanent active duty, unlike other Guard units in the United States. As governor of Alaska, Palin was briefed on highly classified military issues, homeland security, and counterterrorism daily.
Governor Palin was the commander in chief of the Alaska State Defense Force (ASDF), a federally recognized militia incorporated into Homeland Security’s counterterrorism plans. —From FReeper Fiddlstix
The reason Sarah quit the governorship was twofold. By FReeper OneVike–
First and foremost, Sarah had done everything she said she would do when she ran for office. For what was left, her successor could be just as effective. Second, the left started filling frivolous lawsuits against her, and unlike the other 48 governors, the Attorney General of Alaska does not routinely represent the governor when accusations and complaints are filed against the office holder under the operative ethics statutes. (This means that the governor has to personally pay for her or his own legal defense personally.) Basically she was sued out of office.
It is quite interesting the way her detractors forget how she was the darling of the Democrats before the national media knew who she was. What they conveniently forgot was the way Palin took the Governor’s office away from a fellow Republican and tough SOB, named Frank Murkowski. Yes, the father of Lisa (It’s my seat, mine, mine, mine) Murkowski. Back then the media and the left loved her because she tore into the corrupt good old boy’s, “Country Club” Republicans, and sent them packing. Many of them are now residing in State housing and wearing orange jump suits. Back then the Democrats reacted by skipping around the yard, throwing confetti and singing, “la la la la” (well, you know how they are). Name another governor in this country that has ever done anything similar to taking on their own party.
Now with the corrupt good old boys death grip on the state broken, there were fewer Alaskan politicians to protect the huge, giant oil companies. So Sarah constructed and enacted a new system of splitting the oil profits called “ACES” (Alaska’s Clear and Equitable Share). Exxon, the biggest corporation in the world, protested and Sarah told them, “don’t let the door hit you in the derriere on your way out.” They stayed, and Alaska residents went from being merely wealthy to being filthy rich. Of course, the other huge international oil companies meekly fell in line. Again, give me the name of any other governor in the country that has done anything similar.
Another thing the Grizzly did when she walked into the governor’s office was she got the list of State requests for federal funding for pork-barrel projects. She went through the list, took 85% of them and placed them in the “when-hell-freezes-over” stack. She let locals know that if we need something built, we’ll pay for it ourselves. Maybe she figured she could use the money she got from selling the previous governor’s jet because it was extravagant. She even suggested that the money saved from the “Bridge to Nowhere” be given to Minnesota to help pay for the I-35 bridge that collapsed. Minnesota to help pay for the I-35 bridge that collapsed. Then there was the money she saved the tax payers by dismissing the governor’s cook, giving back the State vehicle issued to her, and dismissing her State provided security force. After all she was packing heat, but no one knew at the time, so I doubt that any attack on her would have been successful. Could someone please give me a list of governors who have offered money allocated for their state to another?
Now, even with her much-ridiculed “gosh and golly” mannerism, she also managed to put together a totally new approach to getting a natural gas pipeline built which will be the biggest private construction project in the history of North America. No one else could do it although they tried. If that doesn’t impress you, then you’re trying too hard to be unimpressed while watching her do things like this while baking up a batch of brownies with her other hand.
For 30 years, Exxon held a lease to do exploratory drilling at a place called Point Thompson. They made excuses the entire time why they couldn’t start drilling. In truth they were holding it like an investment. No governor for 30 years could make them get started. Then, she told them she was revoking their lease and kicking them out. They protested and threatened court action. She shrugged and reminded them that she knew the way to the court house. Alaska won again.
We have all heard how Obama wants the nation to be on 25% renewable resources for electricity by 2025. However, when was the last time you heard from the MSM that Sarah Palin went to the Alaskan legislature and submitted a plan for Alaska to be at 50% renewable energy by 2025. As of today, Alaska is already at 25%. I’m still waiting to hear from those who support the mainstream politicians on both sides of the aisle, about the list of names they have of other governors who can match what Sarah accomplished in just two and a half years as governor of Alaska.
PALIN MOCKED IN 2008 FOR WARNING PUTIN MAY INVADE UKRAINE IF OBAMA ELECTED Breitbart ^ | Feb 28, 2014 | By Tony Lee

During the 2008 presidential campaign, Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin warned that if Senator Barack Obama were elected president, his “indecision” and “moral equivalence” may encourage Russia’s Vladimir Putin to invade Ukraine.
    Palin said then:
“After the Russian Army invaded the nation of Georgia, Senator Obama’s reaction was one of indecision and moral equivalence, the kind of response that would only encourage Russia’s Putin to invade Ukraine next.”

    • Fred Campbell

Thank you for this overview of one of the great statesmen of our time. Go Sarah!

      • Art Frailey

A Statesman? All she has ever done is mayor of a little jerk town, and governor for about two years of her state. She never did really accomplish anything. Where is her experience ? She couldn’t even hold her family together, that alone rebuild a country. Really, about the only thing she is good at is talking.
Nope, there has to be someone better for the office than her, and a couple have been named already.
PS I am a Republican precinct committeeman.

    • swemson

I wasn’t actually thinking seriously about Sarah for 2016 before reading this, but now I’m beginning to wonder.

Perhaps having Sarah run against Hillary will provide just the contrast we need to show Lenin’s useful idiots exactly what a shameless, lying, evil POS Hillary really is.

      • truebearing

They are all just as morally bankrupt. Lying is a virtue in their world.

        • DVult

They are me-firsters. Their standard is whatever promotes their own self interest so that good is what’s good for them. It is the same standard used by any common criminal or psychopath. Palin on the other hand is a true patriot and tells the truth loud and clear. There is a clear choice between Palin and Clinton. It is between good and evil.

      • lyndaaquarius

kinda knocks the legs out from under their “war on women” silliness.

    • Fritz

The Republicans, come to think of it, have a pretty full bench of decent potential candidates for 2016, many conservative and libertarian leaning. You have Governors Walker, Jindal, Perry, and possibly Christie, you have Senators Ted Cruze, Rand Paul, Marko Rubio, Rick Santorum, and this is still early yet. Whom do with see on the Dem side? Hillary? Governor O’Malloy? Governor Cumo Jr.? They are pretty much scraping the bottom of the barrel this time, all are idiots, sleaze balls, ideologues, or a combination of the three.

    • Lightbringer

Wow, that’s a long post, but what you say is true. Sarah Palin would make a great President, but is the country up to realizing that? Or would the average American believe that she’s a Tina Fey impersonator who can see Russia from her house? Remember, if the American people were stupid enough to be herded into voting for Obama, they can are stupid enough to be herded into voting against Gov. Palin.

      • lyndaaquarius

remember we did put a man on the moon, among many other world changing accomplishments. So,we can, each of us,work to correct the lies regarding Governor Palin. One to one dialogue. The times are changing, people have had 5+ years to see how Marxism makes our lives worse. Hillary’s right. It is time for a woman president.

        • Lightbringer

I love your optimism and your faith in the American people. Perhaps we can shake ourselves out of this hideous dream and, in Mark Steyn’s words, relight the lamps of freedom. And perhaps we will have a woman — the right woman — as our President.

          • lyndaaquarius

thank you. People just can’t help noticing how awful things are with Obama and his crew running things. They’re crooks and punks, but the people voted them in. They got snookered, conned and I think most Obama supporters are feeling stupid and used.Hillary Clinton will not get away with her involvement in Benghazi. But,we’ve got 2 1/2 long years to tough out. I send out a heartfelt prayer every morning for Governor Palin’s good health and her family’s protection. I think I’m one of millions doing this.

    • lyndaaquarius

you’ve made a brilliant case for America to elect our first “energy” president.

  • http://www.Dees-Shop.com/ Ban Liberals

Clinton did not actually “win” office in New York; SHE BOUGHT IT!

She did that by getting Slick Willie to release Puerto Rican Terrorists from prison by pardoning them to court the Hispanic vote, and then pandered to the Hassidic Jews in Monsey, New York, and told everyone else what THEY wanted to hear.

She is easily the most pernicious and dangerous woman in the world, an incompetent, a liar, a conniver…

    Exactly presidential material.

  • Docs357

Take office at 69. She looks like she 96 and not well besides she still has a lot of explains to do about the wake of dead folks she’s left behind her. Nothing she’s done resembles the truth she can start with Bengazh

    • swemson

Hillary’s complete list of (murder) victims alone would made a great campaign commercial…. But it would be expensive to run because it’s so long…!

      fs

      • PAthena

        What about Vince Foster?

        • swemson

Since more than 50% of the names on the list got there by standing in the way of Slick Willy’s efforts to move into the White House, I’d say Foster is probably somewhere between 60% to 75% up on the list from the bottom.

Of course it depends on how you define “victim” in this context. If you only count the ones the Clintons specifically targeted for elimination, the list could be just slightly over 100 or thereabouts. If you include those who made the list indirectly, due to the Clinton’s political expediency, (like Benghazi) the number becomes much higher.

Interesting article. Interesting for me as an Australian, because it reminds me so much of our former prime minister, Julia Gillard. She is cast in the same leftist mould as Hilary Clinton. They’re both caked in the same leftie turd, such as; lies, manipulation, evasion, concealing evidence, bending facts, corruption, cronyism and deceit. We didn’t call her ‘Juliar’ for nothing. Those two are joined at the hip. Google; Julia Gillard union scandal, if you want proof.

Excellent Daniel. Very smart take on her. Rather than continue to pile on the obvious about this charlatan, you brilliantly approached from an angle of attack that truly is irrefutable…Experience and the lack thereof.

My favorite Hillary moment was the TravelGate affair, where, instead of simply firing the White House employees running the travel office, she had the manager prosecuted for fraud, an accusation of which he was acquitted. Insiders said the reason behind the false accusations was so the Clintons wouldn’t look bad heartlessly firing people. These were pure patronage positions, and the Clintons could have dismissed them and installed their own lackeys without anyone blinking an eye. But those optics…
So to avoid looking like a crass patronage politician, Hillary got ugly on the level of a Soviet apparatchik.
Not so different from Benghazi, when you think about it. Optics are everything, people are expendable.

  • Wolfthatknowsall

Let’s not forget her first law job (besides going after Richard Nixon with a vengeance). She worked for Treuhaft, Walker and Burnstein. This was a firm that had a partner who was a lifelong communist, and Burnstein had been committed to “Progressive” causes (they used to call them “radical causes”, all of his adult life. The firm was solidly on the case of Black Panther Huey Newton.

They also made sure that she met a fellow by the name of William Jefferson Clinton …

… but hey, what difference does it make, right?

All true — but the most meaningful indictment of Hillary Clinton, at least to me, is that she looked the parents of the dead Benghazi fighters in the eye, and vowed to “get” the video maker. And get him they did!

Yes it’s not that she is to old. It’s that she is unqualified and doesn’t have a clue. The U.S. already elected one Marxist and racist moron who couldn’t run a hotdog stand and is destroying the country with glee. Time to wake up all you fools and forget identity politics. People where told if Obama was elected that black racism would end. It has not. Not only has Black Power Racism not ended it is getting worse and Obama and his henchman the Coward Eric Holder are doing everything possible to pour gasoline on the fire.

  • MLCBLOG

In the current theater of the absurd/ deja vu/ surrealism, I am having a growing curiosity vs dread that this creature may indeed manage to be elected by the leftist machine who have become so strong and very effective against us. My only hope is the dredging she took during some of her previous runs for election by the apparently wiser people (then). I hope and pray the present electorate is savvy enough to avoid her as President!!! — aaah, but what else would take her place? Some days I do want to despair, but thank God, I know better than to do that.

  • Randy Townsend

After reelecting the most unqualified man to ever hold the Presidency, how can anyone complain about lack of experience in a presidential candidate? Hillary should never be considered seriously for the job, but not because of a lack of experience – it’s her temperment and political outlook that disqualifies her. That said, the voters have already demonstrated a willingness to use the WH as a grand social experiment, but thus far have been unwilling to admit when they got it wrong…. Hillary will be your next President, regardless of the baggage she carries. And America will not be the better for it.

    • Wolfthatknowsall

if it’s the usual cast of characters that pick the GOP candidate in 2016, Hillary will be crowned empress. That’s why … even though I don’t know everything about certain non-Establishment candidates … I would be willing to support a Dr. Ben Carson, for example.

Randy, I know Hillary from my years in politics, in Arkansas. She’s one of the most vicious, far-to-the-Left, and vindictive people in this country. Her “presidency” would be one of revenge against all of those she sees as enemies, and I’m on the personal list (as opposed to the collective list).

America would cease to exist, if she is elected …

      • Randy Townsend

Buddies flew in the 89th Military Airlift Wing (Presidential Airlift) when Clinton was president. It’s all hearsay, of course, but they told me stories about Hillary that are 180 degrees opposite of the press coverage she receives today, and NOT flattering. Buzz Patterson’s book (“Dereliction of Duty”) backs up what my friends told me. It’s like the voters have a death wish for America when it comes to choosing a president.

I always thought that Hillary Clinton made a really poor icon for the feminist Left.
The only reason we know her name is her husband–she has done next to nothing that can’t be directly tied back to a powerful man that happens to be her spouse.
I’m sure that she is a smart and capable women—I’m just hard pressed to think of anything she has done that can’t be directly related to a very “tradtional” pattern of gender roles etc.
Her glowing comments about Margaret Sanger should prevent her ever holding public office.
Seriously the guy that owns the Clippers/Sterlings recent odious comments about blacks considerably LESS offensive than Sangers—yet Sanger is a personal icon to most of the Left in general and Hillary Clinton in specific.
    Just can’t figure it out.

  • Toa

Feminists learned long ago that the way to get ahead is to scowl, scream, stamp your feet, make inane accusations and throw things, to intimidate weak men to give them their own way. Hillary Clinton knows this very well, and it is about the only real experience she brings with her from her political “career”.

Hillary Clinton is the perfect example of the woman who demands “a career” as a compensation for her husband’s infidelities. Her credentials are limited to:
    (1) a motto (“It takes a village to raise a child”) promoting the indoctrination of children by the leftist government
    (2) the vulgar language and behavior she displays in private
    (3) the Benghazi scandal
    (4) and to top it all, her bizarre attachment to a muslim woman linked to the islamist terrorism .

And we are supposed to take her seriously? Don’t make me laugh.

  • Sick of it

Have to share this nugget regarding her sniper fire experience in Bosnia when I get the opportunity. I was in country when Hillary and her daughter flew in to Tuzla airbase. I had been on patrol w/ my team and we were NOT allowed back on base until Hillary departed because we were armed and had actual ammo In our possession. Seems that while we were off base, the PTB took ALL ammunition from ALL US personnel on base, but not the international troops. There were a couple thousand of us, so it isn’t like this wasn’t common knowledge the second this lying sack told the faux sniper tale.

So, Hill brings here daughter in country with snipers active in the area? Irresponsible, or… She’s a liar,

Hillary’s presence requires disarming troops in the presence of snipers? No concern for troops…. or she’s a liar.

Fact, no sniper activity anywhere around the base for probably a year at the point she showed her royal ass. Our teams went looking for,the bad guys, and had to travel very far afield to even get in their areas of operation. The stories I could tell you, like the high ranking officers who never ventured off base requisitioning our armored humvees because they were air conditioned. I will give credit to the three star who toured one of our fire bases and asked where our armored humvees were (we were driving normal canvas topped/doored ones). Seems he remembered authorizing them for us as we were the only ones in country besides sf going into risky situations regularly.
