Israeli Ministers Blast Kerry for Blaming ISIS on Jewish State

Qatar-Kerry1

Kerry’s astounding diplomatic gifts continue bearing fruit. Some Israeli ministers were not particularly happy when he told a Muslim audience that ISIS recruitment was Israel’s fault.

Economics Minister and Jewish Home Chairman Naftali Bennett fired back at US Secretary of State John Kerry on Friday.

“Even when a British Muslim beheads a British Christian, there will always be those who blame the Jews,” Bennett stated.

“We don’t justify terror; we fight terror,” he added.

“I suggest they listen to and believe ISIS,” he said. “These terrorists want to take over the Middle East, from Syria to Jordan and Lebanon, and to re-establish the [historic] Islamic caliphate.”

“We could either fight it or explain it away,” he continued. “The choice is in the world’s hands, and it will bear the consequences.”

The State Department’s Marie Harf responded in predictable fashion.

“By any means it is an inaccurate reading of what the Secretary said,” Harf continued. “He did not make a linkage between Israel and the growth of ISIL, period.”

Later, Harf accused Bennett of having an agenda.

“In terms of this specific Israeli minister’s comments, I think, and I think the Secretary thinks, and everyone thinks that what you say actually matters and not just how someone tries to distort it for their own political purposes,” Harf added.

Well who are you going to believe; Kerry or one of the toadies walking behind him and cleaning up his messes?

“As I went around and met with people in the course of our discussions about the ISIL coalition, the truth is we – there wasn’t a leader I met with in the region who didn’t raise with me spontaneously the need to try to get peace between Israel and the Palestinians, because it was a cause of recruitment and of street anger and agitation,” Kerry said.

What John Kerry doesn’t understand is that the peace process is over. There can be no lasting peace with individuals or groups ideologically committed to your destruction. How long has it taken the West to reach this inescapable conclusion? At least forty two years since the massacre of Israeli citizens at the Munich Olympics in 1972.

At that point, perhaps there was a basis for having sympathy for the so-called Palestinians who were arguably fighting because of the injustice of losing their lands. At this point, the world sees very clearly that the lands of Israel were originally stolen from the Jews by invading Islamic armies not dissimilar to ISIS and other Islamic hard-liners who are committed to following the teachings and life-example of Muhammad and his original followers to the letter.

Why is John Kerry so slow to pick up on this obvious truth? Who knows. Perhaps he’s been in Washington too long. The bottom line is that Islamic fundamentalism is totally incompatible with Western concepts of individual freedom, human rights, and constitutional democracy, and the whole world knows it.

Think your 2nd paragraph nails it. ISIS seems to offer the world a live glimpse back into history to reveal what the Muslim conquests most likely looked like during their years of crusading expansionism across the ME, N. Africa and upwards into what we now call Europe. Good point.

        Thanks.

The Bible speaks of the sinner and the wicked. Sinners are lost and in need of redemption. The wicked are thrown into the lake of fire. Guess who.

      • Texas Patriot

The Bible says we’re all sinners. Only God knows who’s wicked.

Israel is no better than ISIS, they murder innocents daily. Shame on both, but fact is not a single country can condemn the terrorist Jews

      • Texas Patriot

AF: Israel is no better than ISIS.

Only God can judge that. The question for those of us who are still living in this world is whether Israel will stand up and fight for its own existence against the forces that seek to destroy and eliminate it.

        • Anti Fascism

What type of God who demands a land on the blood of innocent kids?????. Religions are real shame! Free Palestine from occupiers.

Palestinians are the Native Middle-Easterner people and real Semites, Israelis are bunch of European immigrants.

      • dartson

Yes, sure. That’s why the Israeli Arabs live better and safer and have more rights than their brothers in Syria, Egypt, Lebanon and other shitholes around Israel.

        • Anti Fascism

Well, this doesn’t make Israeli regime any better . Killing Palestinian kids and demolishing their homes are way barbaric.

Wish the State Dept. could get its accusations straight. They just recently went on record blaming Assad for ISIS. Doesn’t seem they can all keep on the same page of B.S. at the same time.

The truth is that there is most likely no single universally accepted source, but rather, a combination of necessary conditions contributed to the sufficient cause. Either way, who cares; they are here and we will deal with them now or later one way or the other.

And there is no 2 state solution. Any member of Hamas will be happy to affirm that for slow learners who cannot simply take a look at the region’s history and read Hamas’ own charter.

In my experience,Zionists,in this community and others, tend to have thin skins, except when it comes to slaughtering Palestinian children in the Ghetto fishbowl that is Gaza, when they have very thick and non compromising skins.

“As I went around and met with people in the course of our discussions
about the ISIL coalition, the truth is we – there wasn’t a leader I met
with in the region who didn’t raise with me spontaneously the need to
try to get peace between Israel and the Palestinians, because it was a
cause of recruitment and of street anger and agitation,” Kerry said.

The above is arguably true, and seems reasonable.

” Some Israeli ministers were not particularly happy when he told a Muslim audience that ISIS recruitment was Israel’s fault.”

No doubt,ISIS/ISIL would still be around even if Zionist Israel were not.But given the feelings of Arab and even some non-Arab,non-Muslim youth surrounding the injustices faced by the Palestinian People, impacted by the Nakba,it is hardly surprising and not unreasonable for these youth to be attracted to the likes of ISIS/ISIL.I mean,Jewish and non -Jewish youth join the IDF with similar motives and agenda, only the motives and agenda being Zionist in nature.

Both ISIS/ISIL along with Zionist Israel are threats to regional peace that have global implications.Zionist Israel is in good company,i.e.morally,behavior,etc.,as far as her neighbors and regional neighbors go.I used to think that the Jewish People,(a once stellar People since their own horrific and tragic Ethnic Cleansings from their Homeland(s),throughout time and place, including biblical Israel),may have suffered a terrible blow to their collective soul from the Holocaust and Death Camps, and that this might account for their victimizing in turn another innocent and vulnerable People, the Palestinians. And maybe so,or just maybe this is just the expected and usual behavior of the every day colonialist, even if it is a “special case” of Colonialism.

Israel is no better than ISIS. #FACT. Both are terrorists and murdering innocnets

  • Jeff Traube

Israel didn’t cause ISIS, but it’s policies exacerbated it. Both Israel and Palestine want everything from Jordan River to Sea. The Balfour Declaration was a historic mistake as it was not possible to create a homeland for Jews without prejudicing the rights of the native people. This and Versailles has created the Peace to End All Peace . . .

    • UCSPanther

I see you are a disgusting N azi supporter.

      Your feed speaks for itself:

“Your the one with Hebrew obsession. Zionut. F ucktard. Traitor. KKK ike.”

“Choke on your lies, hebetard cockroach. Get out of Western territory, TRAITOR, and fight for Hebrewstan on your own.”

“Your mother should have gotten a one way ticket to Auschwitz. Then there wouldn’t have been you.”

“There is a way to cure the disease in your mind: Zyklon B. It does have side effects. I suggest you try it nonetheless.”

      • Jeff Traube

You conveniently left out that the SerJew felt that Americans are squatters on Native land, immoral for Pulverizing 200000 Japs and Western Civilization would bite the dust and the “Fakestinians” Why don’t you use some of those posts. Half the truth is often a great lie per Tom Jefferson.

        • UCSPanther

And yet you insist on using the “squatters on land” argument against Israel.

That alone makes you a hypocrite.

          • Jeff Traube

Not really. If I believed in the right of the Jews to take back Palestine because they had it 2000 years ago, I should support the right of the Seminoles or Iroquois to take back parts of America.

  • AbsolutelyRight

Why hasn’t the no-good traitor, anti-semite, and “progressive” putz Kerry been hanged yet?

    • UCSPanther

History is repeating itself. A lot of antisemitism in the early 20th century originated from Socialist aka “Progressive” ideologues.

      • AbsolutelyRight

        So true.

Don’t blame Kerry for anything. He’s an insignificant puppet. Fire a broadside at the puppeteer who pulls Kerry’s strings. Adopt Egypt’s admirable attitude. Peg Obama as a supporter of terrorists and cut him off. Screw the aid money. Show some pride and self-respect. When he calls, don’t take the call. Send the U.S. Ambassador home until they learn some manners and come with an apology plus a bow deeper than the one he executed before the Saudi King. And then, without warning attack Iran and put them out of the nuclear race.
