Kerry Fights to Save Illegal Alien Cop Killer from Texas Death Row

Faces of Meth

Faces of Meth and Botox

Since he threw away all his Vietnam medals, maybe the Mexican government can offer him a few replacements for his work on behalf of a cop-killer.

Mexico’s government is trying to block the execution of a convicted cop killer in Texas this week, arguing that it would violate international law. And our very own Secretary of State John Kerry is working with them — and the United Nations – trying to save the life of an illegal alien murderer.

Edgar Arias Tamayo, a 46-year old Mexican man, was in the country illegally when he killed Houston police officer Guy Gaddis. Tamayo was arrested by Gaddis outside a nightclub in 1994 for robbery. While being transported to jail, Tamayo pulled out a hidden gun and fatally shot Gaddis twice in the back of the head, execution-style.

Tamayo is — finally — scheduled to be executed this Wednesday, January 22nd, after a disgraceful 20 year delay.

Kerry wants Texas to call it off. Why?  Because Tamayo was not “notified of his right” to contact the Mexican consulate, “in violation of the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations”.

And isn’t it ironic that the same Kerry that wants to let a cop-killer off the hook out of concern for “repercussions for Americans locked up abroad” did not even see fit to demand that Iran release the American pastor they are jailing before giving them the escape hatch from economic sanctions they so desperately needed.

Kerry tried to play the Mexican card in his strong-armed attempt to get Texas Gov. Rick Perry to stop the execution.

Kerry noted in his letter to the Texas lawmakers a note he received earlier this year from Mexico’s ambassador to the United States, Eduardo Medina Mora, who wrote, “This issue has become and could continue to be a significant irritant in the relations between our two countries.”

A significant irritant? Maybe Mexico should boycott us then.

I hope I meet John Kerry some day.
The pleasure of spitting in his face in front of his family will be all mine.
And taunting him to try to do something about it.

I would rather just debate him sitting at a table of smug, polite intellectual people until he is sputtering and walks away.

One on one if you don’t let them go off on tangents and drill down far enough, you expose their sophistry.

      • truebearing

        Why not both?

        • A Z

Either way he would be indignant. But with the latter way you have the moral high ground in the view of more people. But I think the latter way would make him chagrined to such an extent it would strike to the quick.

And where is the MSM with this story? AWOL, as usual. Republicans should use issues like this to explain the difference between them and the Democrats. Most Americans want this illegal alien cop-killer executed as he deserves – and they don’t want more illegal aliens raping the countryside, either.
Update: SCOTUS stayed the execution – [expletive deleted]. If they get their act together before midnight (when the death warrant expires) and decline to hear the case further, maybe we can still execute this murderer.

It is more likely a convicted murderer on death row will sucumb to illness or old age before ever being executed. This is the way it is now days.

B.S. Kerry. Just like the metals you supposedly earned in Viet Nam !!!

    • guest

John F Kerry wanted to win medals for the same reason Roman noble youth wanted to win military glory. It was useful and in the Roman’s case necessary for holding high office.

There is nothing wrong with wanting to advance one’s self. However Kerry did so without regard to patriotism or regard to the Justness of the War.

When Kerry looked at which way the wind was blowing he threw away his medals because they had become a liability.

Kerry is so socio-pathic he is the stuff of movies whose villains abandon minions and losing causes and of treacherous characters of legends.

POS Mexican illegal alien Tamayo was executed 9:32 p.m. CST.

I’m conflicted. I wanted John Kerry to really make a stink about this so he could tar and feather himself.

    • nomoretraitors

This is the second time Perry has given the finger to Mexico and this “administration.”
Makes me wish he was the nominee in ’12

  • edlancey

    Callete Tamayo !

  • DrLarry

Maybe someone needs to explain to him that his job as the US Secretary of State is to promote America’s interests to foreign countries, not the other way around.

    • Myrtle Linder

What is going on now with the Kenyan and his minions is deliberate sabotage in the entire nation, against GOD’S people, in favor of a false God, Alla.

    • nomoretraitors

This “administration” taking the side of a foreign power over their own people. And this suprises you how?

  • bluffcreek1967

John Kerry, bless his black little heart, always on the wrong side of every issue.

This bunch has given America the greatest “stink”‘ of it’s life. We extend a rotten odor to the entire world. We exist as a “SHAME” in GOD’S universe. Those responsible will face GOD, we all will face GOD..

      Isaiah 45:22-23
      22. Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the erth: for I am GOD, and there is none beside me.
      23. I have sworn by myself, the WORD is gone out of my mouth in righteousness, and shall not return, that unto me every knees shall bow, every tongue shall swear.

Romans 14:11 For it is written, As I live, saith the LORD, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to GOD.

“Maybe Mexico should boycott us then.”

Yes! And teach us a lesson we’ll never forget. Nor more coke or heroin for us, or anymore law breaking social parasites to drive up the cost of everything and take jobs from Americans. That’ll fix us!

  • Veracious_one

Kerry was trying to appease the Democrats voter base….

This evil is the result of the Kenyan leading the entire government into evil. Rewriting the laws, the constitution, promoting Satan and his evils in place of GOD. When a leader of any country fight defends the guilty proven murderer, that country is in big trouble. We are definitely in the last days. Jesus will come and take HIS people both dead and alive to safety before GOD takes care of the evil of the earth. Read I Thessalonians 4:13-18.

The conditions of the world can be found in Matthew 24:7-11
    7. Nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers (many) places.
    8. All these are the beginning of sorrows
    9. Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name’s sake
    10. And then shall man be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.
    11. And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. (Islam has more followers than any other religion, in the world today)

Mark 13:11 ..When they shall lead you, and deliver you up, take no thought before hand what ye shall speak, neither do ye premeditate: but in that hour, that speak ye: for it is not ye that speak, but the HOLY GHOST. ( We should not try to plan what to say, when arrested, because this verse is saying, leave it is the HOLY GHOST and speak what HE leads us to speak.
