Middle Aged Man Punches Out Hamas Terrorist Attacking Soldier

All that it takes for the triumph of evil is for no one to punch evil in the face.

Gilad Goldman, in his 50s, was driving by the Haganah Train Station when he noticed an ongoing terror attack on Monday afternoon – and jumped into action. “I got out of my car and saw him assaulting and stabbing the youth.”

Speaking to Ynet before he was evacuated to Ichilov Medical Center in Tel Aviv, Goldman recounted the horrifying incident. “I punched him in the face. He dropped the knife and began fleeing.” He was lightly wounded during the struggle with the terrorist.

Goldman’s friend was also involved in thwarting the scope of the attack. “We began to chase after him, screaming ‘terrorist!’ We saw that he was getting away quickly, so I went back to help treat the soldier and direct traffic so emergency personnel could arrive quicker.”

The soldier was stabbed after a struggle with a Palestinian who attempted to grab his weapon at the Haganah Train Station in Tel Aviv. He was evacuated in critical condition to Sheva Hospital in Tel HaShomer. The suspect is 18-year-old Nur al-Din Abu Khashiyeh, a resident of Nablus illegally staying in Israel.

A picture of the suspect holding a Hamas flag surfaced on social media.

One of the photos released he looks holding a sign “We have a passion for death like our enemies desire in life.”

A pity that Israel didn’t help him fulfill his passion.

An illegal alien engaged in felony assault and attempted murder, who could’ve possibly seen that one coming?

    • Yehuda Levi

It is not just being a “illegal alien”, which he was, but his ideology of hate called Islam.

Islam is no different than Nazism – a collectivist ideology which believes it is superior and others are infidels. This is an ideology based on hate, intolerance and discrimination. An ideology which praises its followers when they murder babies.

If the world ever believed in the slogan “Never Again!”, it should begin delegitimizing followers of this cult.

That punching given to that predator is well worth it, too bad it was’t deadly. Thank you and many blessings Goldman and friend.

“We have a passion for death like our enemies desire in life.”

Let us endeavour to fulfil your passions as quickly and easily as possible.

That is what I say, give them what they are asking for.

  • Scar

A middle-aged man punching an 18-year-old Palestinian terrorist who was simply exercising his religious freedom by trying to murder an infidel? How chickens__t can you get! (That’s not my belief, I was just thinking about a possible reaction from Obama’s inner-circle.)

Why does Israel still permit jihadists in its territory and among its people? Of all the nations on earth, Israel should be the most acutely aware that the the stern mandates of Islamic jihad and the inflexible dictates of sharia law are completely incompatible with Western ideals of individual freedom, human rights, and constitutional democracy.

    • truebearing

Why do you always find something about Israel to criticize, instead of pointing out the evil of Muslims?

Why doesn’t Europe ban Islam? Why doesn’t the US ban Islam? Why doesn’t Sweden, Norway, or the UK?

Sharia is incompatible with western ideals, but so is treating everyone from one group as collectively guilty. If Israel cracks down too hard, they will immediately be accused of apartheid. Obama is just waiting for an excuse to rescind on agreements to supply them ammunition, etc.

In Ideal Land everything is simple and perfect. When are you going to grow up and face things as they are, not how you self-righteously think they should be? You must have lived a life with little, if any, conflict or struggle. Or perhaps you have an ill-disguised animus toward Israel.

      • Texas Patriot

Israel is the lone outpost of freedom and democracy in the region. If Israel falls to the forces of Islamic Jihad, it will be a tragedy for the entire civilized world.

Why is Israel a special case, and why should it be held to a higher standard. It is closer to the center of the problem and it has a much better basis for evaluating it for what it is. America and Europe have been asleep, but are slowly waking up to the reality of Islamic Jihad in their midst. Israel has been confronted with it and indeed surrounded by it for many, many years. Why is Israel still tolerating it?

Daniel Greenfield is right. Israel is the canary in the coal mine. And the function of the canary in the coal mine is to warn the miners of a lack of oxygen in the mine. Unfortunately there is no oxygen for freedom and democracy in Muslim lands, and Israel should know that better than anyone else. Why is the canary still acting like it’s business as usual?

        • truebearing

Why isn’t it Obama’s responsibility? He is supposedly the leader of the free world. He has the world’s greatest military at his disposal…and he’s disposing of it. Israel is a nation of 6 million people. There 1.5 billion Muslims. Israel knows what Islam stands for. It is Europe, America, Scandanavia, et al that are failing to react properly. Why don’t you stop blaming Israel for the failures of the world at large?

By your logic, if a white guy, who was forced by circumstances to live in a gang infested black neighborhood, had a family that was being raped, beaten, or killed by the thugs, it would be his responsibility to destroy the gangs by himself, not the police or national guard.

          • Texas Patriot

I have great respect for Israel’s war-making capacity, and I have great confidence that she will make good use of it when push comes to shove. We are headed for a great showdown in the world, and it will not be a pretty picture for the losers. My guess is that Obama is waking up himself to the reality of Islamic Jihad, and that the last two years of his Presidency will be far different than the first six. We shall see.

          • Yehuda Levi

            Same old line.

There are absolutely no signs of Obama “waking up” to anything. He can’t get past a mirror.

          • joe kulak

You mean he will be overtly helping them?
BTW, you guys (or gals as the case may be) are being far too sensitive. It seems to me that we’re all on the same page; save your frustrations to take out on the bad guys.

          • truebearing

Obama just got caught in secret correspondence with Iran’s Twelver nutjob. He wants Iran to help us with ISIS. That is a betrayal to nearly everyone, except Iran, a country that has repeatedly vowed to destroy us and Israel. Are you aware of wht the Twelvers believe? Obama sure as the devil knows.

          • Texas Patriot

His letter to Khamenei was no doubt a last ditch gesture of courtesy and respect to the leader of a country that is on the verge of being involuntarily defanged by a superior military power. If Khamenei wants to have his nation’s nuclear weapons complex completely blown out of the ground by any means necessary, all he has to do is continue blocking America’s legitimate right of inspection.

Watch out! I found out in my last “discussion” with Mr. Patriot that I’m a cowardly “Bubble Boy,” or something like that, who sits on his computer acting tough and is essentially afraid to go outside. I also learned that I’m a northerner who lives in a dilapidated high rise, that I’m an “Internet punk”, and that hispanics are ten times more patriotic than I am. I didn’t respond, but he was a wee bit off.the mark. I’m actually a retired law enforcement officer and a life-long westerner who has worked in two border states and dealt with countless illegal-alien criminals. (They were way more patriotic than me, of course.) I sure hope he doesn’t read this, because then I’ll have to go hide in my bubble. By the way, good post! He’s a real AH.

        • Texas Patriot

Scar: I’m actually a retired law enforcement officer and a life-long westerner who has worked in two border states and dealt with countless illegal-alien criminals. (They were way more patriotic than me, of course.).

Hahaha. Glad to hear it! I was a Sheriff’s Deputy when I was in law school, and I worked in District Court handling felony criminal cases. It was my job to guard the prisoners when they came to court to negotiate with the prosecutors for their plea. I saw the worst of the worst from all cultures for three years.

I was even involved in the aftermath of a riot of Iranian students protecting the Shah of Iran. The Sheriff’s Department brought in three paddy wagons full of them to be jailed for disturbing the peace. There was an emergency announcement for all available Deputies to report to the basement to assist. When I got down there, there were sixty or so Deputies standing around watching there paddy wagons rocking back and forth with screaming Iranian demonstrators. We stood their watching them for twenty minutes and there was no let up in the screaming or rocking at all. Finally the Sheriff in charge told us all to go back to court. He wasn’t about to open the doors to those wagons until the protesters had worn themselves out. That was my introduction to Islamic Jihad.

So, let me just say, that we need all the good men we can find for this fight, and I welcome you on board. If I misjudged you, I apologize.

          • truebearing

You had the upper hand in that situation. Why didn’t you just yank them out, beat them senseless, and teach them a lesson?

          • Texas Patriot

Real law enforcement officers are a lot smarter than internet tough guys, and the Sheriff in charge of that operation did the right thing.

          • hiernonymous

            Well said.

Not at all involving law enforcement, but your story reminded me of my lifesaving practical back in the ’70s. One of our tests was to save an active victim, and I drew a spitfire of an instructor who was going to put up a fight and a half. So when I swam out to her, I just settled in about 10 feet away and waited. Finally, my evaluator asked if I was going to move in on her. “No, sir, I’m going to set right here for a spell until she wears herself out.” The evaluator laughed, said “good call – but now you have multiple victims.” That took away my option of waiting her out.

          • Texas Patriot

I had the same lifesaving training when I was a camp counselor. Screaming, hysterical people in danger of drowning are extremely dangerous themselves, and if you’re not extremely careful, they can grab onto you and pull you down with them. I was taught to hold out a life ring to them, but never to get close to them. Same principle with the hysterical demonstrators in the paddy wagons.

          • Yehuda Levi

“Real law enforcement officers” come in all kinds – some good – others corrupt or inept.

            As with most groups…

          • truebearing

I wasn’t trying to be an internet tough guy. I was testing you to see how you would respond to the same kind of suggestion you frequently make about how Israel should handle things.

          • Texas Patriot

That idea exists only in your imagination and nowhere else. My suggestion that Israel should expel terrorists from her midst and confiscate the lands of those that attack her and expel jihadists from those lands has nothing to do with the idea of beating people up. They should be free to leave orderly and peacefully with all their belongings if they wish. Otherwise, they should be immediately escorted to the border. If they resisted they would be subdued and deported, but the choice to leave peaceably would be theirs to make or forfeit, as they so chose. There is a proper way of doing things, and that is what needs to be done in Israel, in Europe, in America and wherever else enemies of freedom have immigrated under false pretenses.

          • Scar

I accept your apology, as you did misjudge me…even if you were being partly sarcastic. But I respect someone who admits that they made a mistake.

Perhaps you felt that I was referring to all hispanics, when I never once questioned the patrotism of Hispanic-Americans who are hard-working, taxpaying citizens. I simply don’t want those who enter our country illegally–hispanics or otherwise–to get instant amnesty and a fast track to citizenship. I think they should earn it, like my maternal grandparents and my mother did after they came through Ellis Island in the 1920s. I know that times have changed, but there is still a legat path to citizenship if our government would follow the rules..

By the way, I stated that you are [possibly] an attorney (I actually wrote “immigration attorney”) in one of my responses during our heated dialogue. It was never posted because I used a nasty word, though not about your profession. I asked “what the f___ are you talking about” in reference to your “coyote” statement that you later amended. Also, I will likewise apologize to you for calling you an “AH” in my post to truebearing. I know that we have philosophical differences, but maybe our respective goals have some commonality. Generally speaking, one never knows unless there is a certain degree of civil discourse.

          • Texas Patriot

            Hahaha. Not a problem.

“A passion for death.” That about succinctly sums up the ideology of “Submission.” At least some of its adherents can be sincere about what this so-called “religion” is about. No disengenuous grandstanding about “tolerance” and “peace.” Now, will the world wake up and treat this totalitarian fascism with the seriousness that it deserves?

  • truebearing

Good for Gilad. His actions prove that everyone has to be a warrior against Islamic jihad. Pity he didn’t get the knife and bury it in the attacker.

Too bad the middle aged man didn’t have an AR-15. I noticed how this “brave” terrorist ran off like a little girl after he got punched.

“The soldier was stabbed after a struggle with a Palestinian who attempted to grab his weapon…” – ynet news.

Methinks the problem here is that the soldier was reluctant to use his weapon, otherwise the “Palestinian” shouldn’t have gotten close enough to wrestle his rifle.
In other words, Israeli security forces should reconsider their rules of engagement with “Palestinians” – shoot first, ask questions later.

muslims love death as much as we love life. There’s a win-win there. Anybody else see it? Is there a way that both sides can be happy?
    I think so.

With all the compassion that President Obama trumpets when it comes to Ebola in West Africa, why isn’t he demanding that we put our compassion to work helping Islamic jihadists find the death they so dearly love? Before they kill any more people who would like to just go on living?

  • Mo86

Ha! Right? Too bad it wasn’t videotaped!

Why aren’t all Israelis armed? God did not make them to be the worlds victims. Is time to form neighborhood militias in every block and every town in Israel. Confront the strangers in your midst.
