Should the Attorney General be an “Advocate for a Different Point of View.”

holder

There are few quotes that better sum up how lawless and ignorant the Democrats have become than this defense of Attorney General Eric Holder’s misconduct by Senator Whitehouse.

Senate Democrats are rallying to Attorney General Eric Holder’s defense.

They argue Republicans are wrong to suggest he is overly partisan, or that he is more uncooperative with Congress compared to past attorneys general.

“I guess they don’t like anybody who disagrees with them,” said Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (D-R.I.), a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee. “He’s a strong and smart advocate for a different point of view.”

That’s the whole point.

Holder is supposed to follow the law, not advocate a point of view.

A Senator is supposed to advocate a point of view. Not an Attorney General. Diane Feinstein is sensible enough to defend Holder against charges of partisanship. Whitehouse instead endorses them.

Whitehouse’s defense of Holder is not that he follows the law, but that he’s an effective left-winger. That’s not a defense.

That’s an indictment.

The State has decreed that there is no truth, only contending points of view. If you don’t believe that academics with jobs are now the chief enforcers of this decree, see this quote from the horse’s mouth: http://clarespark.com/2014/04/12/the-organization-of-american-historians-taking-sides/. “The Organization of American Historians Taking Sides.”

At least they’re coming out of the closet and we can push back more directly.

No other points of view allowed in public service, especially the
courts. We have our points of view outlined in the constitution. Don’t
believe in them! Won’t want to follow them! then stay out of the public
    square or leave the country…Period!

The Attorney General should be the strongest advocate out there for the Rule of Law. That’s what the job is.

    • Bobby

White folks consider it a virtue to judge people as individuals for their actions and they expect the rule of law to work that way too. Holder tries to apply the law collectively to groups of people with a racial basis.

Eric Holder’s behavior is completely understandable, though not excusable, when one realizes that his entire worldview is based on race. Very few white folks understand this. The same is true of Obama.

First he should be an honest person, which he is far from!

The law, ie. the constitution, precedes and takes pecedent over not only the office of Attorney General, but the officer appointed for the specific purpose of enforcing constitutional law. An activist Attorney General is by nature and definition antagonistic to the constititution. Holder is arbitrarily changing or ignoring laws based on racial bias and constitutionally hostile ideology, ie. Marxism. Though any activism inherently contradicts the Attorney General’s constitutional role and purpose, Holder’s blatant racism and adherence to Marxism, an ideology that is fundamentally hostile to the constitution, magnifyies not only his opposition but threat to the constitution, therefore making his immediate impeachment exigent.

Sheldon Whitehouse is a moron and a leftist who could care less about Holder’s constitutional role or limitations. The only rule the Left respects is the ends justify the means.

The law is whatever Obama decrees it is today.
