State Department Proof Most Muslims Reject ISIS Fails So Hard

Think Again Turn Away is the State Department’s attempt at outreach to Muslims to convince them not to become terrorists. It seems to only Tweet in English because its real target audience are non-Muslim Americans.

This Tweet is its attempt to prove that most Muslims oppose ISIS.

The photo however isn’t from Iraq or Syria. It’s from a Benghazi protest against Ansar Al-Islam after the attack.

The Libyan flags are an obvious tell. The State Department however was insisting that Al Qaeda wasn’t involved. Now it almost seems to be suggesting that it is.

The “protest” largely consisted of identical misspelled signs.

A lot of liberals fastened on the scene at the time, but Benghazi today is held by Ansar Al-Sharia and other Jihadist groups… who control most of the country.

So the message here may not be what State actually seems to want.

The State Department’s Tweet did not attract any of the fabled moderate Muslims. Just a Muslim Jihadist named Hassan Nashwan Bahar from Minneapolis who claims to be a security PhD and spends a lot of time trolling Think Again, Turn Away.

And yes, he’s an ISIS fan.

And then Unite Blue, a liberal Twitter spam factory, whose CA outlet is trying to help California Democrats, put in its 2 cents of trolling.

That was enormously helpful.

You’ll see a whole bunch of news puff pieces about how effective Think Again Turn Away is. Here’s how effective it really is.

Please recycle cans of canned photo shoots.

    Good spot Daniel!!

Okay, I’m trying to understand this and I think this was your point. So, even if the canned photo was served up again by State Dept well past expiration date, a clear violation of all known health codes, Ansar Al Islam is Al Quaeda in Libya (that much State admitted to, sort of*) and a picture of people supposedly protesting against the acts of Al Qaeda in Benghazi is being used by the State Dept. as proof that they are protesting against ISIS, as Al Queada is ISIS. Except when Al Quaeda is not ISIS to corroborate Obama’s claims he wiped out Al Queada.

No wonder Obamabots can’t keep up.

This must be because the State Department isn’t doing a good enough job of appealing to moderate Muslims. Maybe they can get CAIR to help with that if they aren’t already.

If Khalifa Ibrahim has a PhD in Islamic studies and is now leading the Islamic State with almost mathematical precision in accordance with the teachings and life example of Muhammad and his followers, how can any Muslim anywhere publicly criticize or disavow the practices of the Islamic State without committing blasphemy and becoming an apostate themselves? This is Khalifa Ibrahim’s and the Islamic State’s secret weapon. As long as they remain fanatically committed to the authentic teachings and life example of Muhammad and his followers, they will remain above approach and beyond criticism among other Muslims.

They don’t tell you that liberals will accuse anyone who criticizes radical Islam of “Islamophobia.”

Nice. Now they’re picking up Pallywood tricks.

I wonder what Huma Abedin thinks. Didn’t she help run the State Department at one time?( #TurnAwayAnthonyWiener )

Where are all these “moderate” Muslims — living in the seven cities of Cibola? Oz? Never-never Land?
