Judge Richard McKee was the judge you wanted to see if you were an illegal alien rapist or robber. McKee wore his heart on his sleeve when it came to illegal aliens in more ways than one.
Mr McKee, a Cambridge graduate, worked for the Immigration Advisory Service as a barrister in the 1990s, bringing appeals for immigrants and asylum seekers, before he started adjudicating on cases in 2000.
An analysis of his judgments in 2012 found that in the 13 cases he heard in the previous year, he ruled in favour of foreign criminals wanting to avoid deportation on 11 occasions.
Criminals he allowed to stay included Congolese national Wabi Longange, a failed asylum seeker found guilty of causing the death of a woman passenger by careless driving, and an Australian man, known only by the initials CB, who sexually assaulted a 17-year-old girl he had fostered eight years previously.
He also let Algerian illegal immigrant Amar Chennaoui, 43, stay after he was jailed for two-and-a-half years for unlawful wounding.
Was there anything that McKee might have been doing that might have predisposed him to such tender feelings?
Richard McKee, 65, a senior immigration judge was forced to quit after his bosses discovered he had been living with 39-year-old Nigerian woman, Fatima Umar, an illegal immigrant.
How did Fatima come to the attention of the authorities? In much the same way some of the men he pardoned did.
The judge left his job after Umar was arrested at his £410,000 flat in Kilburn, north London, where she had previously lived with him.
Umar was arrested after breaking into the basement flat she had shared with Mr McKee and smashing it up, causing £5,000 damage, on 28 January this year.
Police were called and as they tried to arrest Umar, she assaulted them before being dragged ‘kicking and screaming’ out of the property, neighbors said.
Umar is now serving two eight-week jail terms after admitting one count of criminal damage and three counts of assault, and is expected to be deported when her sentence ends.
According to police records, she was also sentenced to 14 weeks in prison three years ago after assaulting Mr McKee.
And of course she wasn’t deported then either.
McKee-Umar appear to have had the classic abusive relationship. And the relationship between a Muslim illegal settler and a UK official seems to mirror the abusive relationship between Muslim immigrants and the UK.
Speaking of that; “Immigrants have cost Britain $233 billion since 1995″
