Not Destroying the Islamic State — on The Glazov Gang

Islamic-State[Subscribe to The Glazov Gang and LIKE it on Facebook.]

This week’s Glazov Gang was joined by Nonie Darwish, the author of The Devil We Don’t Know.

Nonie came on the show to discuss Not Destroying the Islamic State, analyzing why Obama does not really want to defeat ISIS and why we don’t see any “moderate” Muslim armies killing ISIS terrorists (starts at 14 minute mark).  The dialogue was preceded by Nonie focusing on Tricking and Dividing the Muslim World, shedding light on the best strategies to confront and outsmart our enemy in the terror war.

Don’t miss the Glazov Gang‘s second episode this week with Steve Amundson, the founder and leader of the Counter Jihad Coalition. Steve discussed The Counter Jihad Coalition Hits the Streets of L.A., sharing his group’s “public outreach” effort about Islam on 3rd St. Promenade:

We cannot deal with Islam by being dishonest. And that iespecially ncludes our leaders. Learn and tell the truth about Islam. Islam cannot withstand rational scrutiny.

In Syria we are ever looking for moderate, pro-Western Islamists, who want to do what the Americans want topple the government of Bashar al Assad but will stop short of going on to destroy all the infidel invaders they can get their hands on. The fact that such moderate, pro-Western Islamists do not seem to exist does not affect American strategy in the region in any way.

Our behavior throughout this succession of defeats has been remarkably consistent, with the constant element being their flat refusal to deal with reality in any way, shape or form

Individuals and nations who refuse to deal with reality become very dangerous to others.

Forget ‘moderate’, etc. islam is the problem. It is a social bacteria that when introduced into a petri dish full of ignorance and superstition grows into jihad insanity. Does anyone really believe ‘moderate’ Muslims are in their mosque every Friday praying for America and the West to be victorious over their aggressive brethren? I don’t think so, Scooter!

I think Nonie Darwish is wrong. The truth is the truth and bending the truth for political reasons is wrong and counterproductive especially on such an important issue . Churchill during WWII did not accuse the Soviet Union of the Katyn massacre although he was convinced the Russians did it, but he did not want to antagonize the USSR since they were allies against Hitler. But today the Wes must tell the truth because without the truth the West is doomed since without the truth the West will l keep underestimating the threat. . After all only in the last three days we had the 3 month-old baby girl murdered in Jerusalem, a Canadian soldier murdered in Ottawa and a police officer attacked by a hatchet in New York. To every thinking person it is obvious that we have a problem and if a government obfuscates it will lose the trust of its citizens. There are politicians who tell the truth. Milos Zeman, the president of the Czech Republic is one.

While I usually agree with Nonie, I don’t agree with her apologizing for political truth-bending. Yes, the leadership should not use the same words we use on a political comment thread, especially the four-letter ones, but we need the leadership to remind our enemies, ‘No, you are wrong, and if you get out of line there will be (actual) consequences besides paying more jizya.’

The art of diplomacy is telling the other guy to go to H E double hockey sticks in such as way that he will ask for directions. (and we all know who I’m paraphrasing)

Nonie makes an excellent point at the end of the video. Where are the moderate Muslim armies?

Answer: They are waiting. They may / will kick in to deal with Isis after the Islamic State cleanses the region of Christians, pagans, and any non-violent Muslims. Then they will swoop in, mop up to defend their own interests, feed on the loot, and take credit for “ending the crisis” long after all of the Christian and pagan women have been raped and murdered (not necessarily in that order). So much for ‘moderate’ Muslims.

It would not surprise me if Iran winds up taking Kurdish lands and Iraqi oilfields, and becoming the ‘anti-hero hero of the day’ for our Hate the West media. They could deal out death, capture the slaves, rape anyone who hasn’t been raped, partner with their Kurdish sympathizers, kill the Kurdish shia and minorities, and eat their cake too – all the while with glowing reports from the BBC comparing their ‘enlightened’ policy to the evil-Hitler-Bush-American-Western-false-flag-ISIS-space-alien baby rapers.

When the likes of Putin and Bashar Al-Assad start sounding like adults … maybe the conspiracy theorists aren’t so crazy after all.

Even arming the Kurds is dicey. We should be rescuing and arming the Christians in the region: As we should have done at the beginning. The Obama plan to leave Iraq was as close to planning an ethnic cleansing of Iraq as one could get and still have plausible deniability. The only thing that could possibly have made the Bush plan in Iraq look good … was Bam Bam’s plan to defeat Bush’s Iraq plan at any cost. (and without any positive outcome for the region’s minorities – especially the Christians.)

At this point, instead of hauling in 70,000 Muslim ‘refugees’ we need to make sure the Christians in the region can carve out a homeland of their own. Lebanon looks like a good alternative choice … but any reasonable plan would be vetoed by those in charge as of now. Leaving women and children at the mercy of ruthless killers for another winter and possibly the next few years is tantamount to a genocide.
