Netanyahu’s Truth in a Den of Lies

2557147983Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu delivered a powerful and sobering speech to the United Nations General Assembly on September 29th.  He said he came from Jerusalem to speak on behalf of the Israeli people and to “expose the brazen lies spoken from this very podium against my country and the brave soldiers who defend it.”

“Truth must always be spoken, especially here, in the United Nations,” the prime minister said to an audience of government leaders and delegates not used to hearing the truth spoken in the UN on issues relating to the Jewish state.

Israel’s leader emphasized that his country’s fight against Hamas was part of the larger global fight against “militant Islam” which is “on the march.” He added that “Hamas is ISIS and ISIS is Hamas.”  They share a “fanatical creed,” which they ultimately seek to impose on the world.

“The Nazis believed in a master race, militant Islamists believe in a master faith; they just disagree on who will be the master of the master faith,” Mr. Netanyahu said. “The question before us is whether militant Islam will have the power to realize its violent ambitions.”

Prime Minister Netanyahu backed up his melding of ISIS and Hamas with quotes from leaders of both jihadist groups, proving their common violent ambitions. Islamic State head al-Baghdadi said that a day will come when the world will see Islam as a master who will destroy the idol of democracy. Khaled Meshaal, Hamas’s political leader, said: “Our nation will sit on the throne of the world.”

The truth about Hamas does not faze Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas.  Last week he wasted an opportunity, in his own UN General Assembly speech, to publicly distance the Palestinian Authority from the ISIS look-alike, Hamas. Instead of unequivocally condemning Hamas’s crimes against humanity in launching rocket attacks against Israeli civilians while using Palestinian children and other civilians as human shields, Palestinian President Abbas served as Hamas’s mouthpiece on the global stage. He was Hamas’s propaganda sword and shield, falsely accusing Israel of committing “genocide” and “absolute war crimes” in Gaza.

Prime Minister Netanyahu’s rebuttal to Abbas’s blood libel was right to the point. Holding up a picture of a rocket launcher in Gaza next to children playing, taken by a French news photographer, he delivered this message to President Abbas:

Ladies and gentleman, this is a war crime, and I say to president Abbas these are the crimes, the war crimes committed by your Hamas partners in the national unity government you created and which you are responsible for … and which you should have spoken out against in your speech last week.

In remarks to the press before Prime Minister Netanyahu delivered his General Assembly speech, Israeli Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman said that Abbas had “lost his way.” Mr. Lieberman characterized Abbas’s speech as a “message of hatred and incitements,” and expressed doubts as to Abbas’s “legitimacy” to speak on behalf of the Palestinian people.

In further rebuttal to Abbas’s lies, Mr. Netanyahu listed in his speech the unprecedented steps that Israel took, at risk to the lives of its own troops, to minimize civilian casualties during the Gaza war. And he challenged the General Assembly audience to consider how they would react if their towns were under attack by a barrage of rockets, forcing their citizens to seek cover with only seconds to spare.

The prime minister said that the UN Human Rights Council, which he characterized as an “oxymoron,” was helping Hamas in its propaganda war. Its singular condemnation of Israel, while giving Hamas a pass on it use of civilians as human shields, earned it the title “terrorist rights council.”

Turning to Iran, Prime Minister Netanyahu warned about the smooth-talking charm offensive of Iran’s president and foreign minister, which masked the Iranian regime’s relentless drive to become a nuclear armed state while getting the sanctions lifted. He accused the Iranian regime of playing games to “bamboozle its way to an agreement that will leave it with thousands of centrifuges. The world’s most dangerous regime will obtain the world’s most dangerous weapons.”

The prime minister said that it was not enough for the world to focus its attention on ISIS and destroy it, as important as that goal is to achieve.  The world must not lose sight of the overriding threat of a nuclear armed Iran.

“To disarm ISIS but leave Iran with the bomb would be to win the battle but lose the war,” he said, drawing applause from supporters of Israel in the General Assembly hall gallery but only silence from the world leaders and delegates seated at their desks on the main floor. “Would you let ISIS enrich uranium … develop ICBMs? Of course you wouldn’t. Then you mustn’t let Iran do those things either,” he added.

Mr. Netanyahu mocked Iranian President Hassan Rouhani’s lament last week in his General Assembly speech about the rise of terrorism in the world, which Rouhani blamed on the West. The Israeli prime minister called this double-talk, coming from the president of a leading state sponsor and practitioner of global terrorism. “You can ask him to call off Iran’s global terror campaign,” the prime minister declared.

Israel wants peace, Prime Minister Netanyahu said. However, Israel also insists on “rock solid security arrangements.” Israel saw what happened after it vacated Lebanon and Gaza, as “militant” Islamists filled the void and unleashed their weapons of terror against Israeli civilians.  He said that “as prime minister of Israel I am entrusted with the awesome responsibility of ensuring the survival of the Jewish people and the Jewish state. I will not waver.”

Finally, Mr. Netanyahu expressed some hope that “Peace can be realized with the active involvement of Arab countries.” He said that there is “a new Middle East” in which the Arab countries can play an “indispensable” role in helping bring about a genuine peace with the Palestinians.

Prime Minister Netanyahu concluded his General Assembly speech quoting from the Prophet Isaiah: “for the sake of Zion I will not be silent, for the sake of Jerusalem I will not be still.” And then he called upon the assembled world leaders and delegates to “light a torch of truth and justice to light our future.”

As the prime minister was finishing his speech and about to leave the podium, loud applause could be heard in the General Assembly hall. But, as normally happens at the UN, the slander and lies against the Jewish state will continue long after Mr. Netanyahu’s speech and the applause become a faint memory.

  • Vinegar Hill

Natyanhu’s attitude towards Iran and the possibility of nuclear weapons developemnet is totally hyprocitical to say the least when one considers Israel’s weapons arsenal.

He also compared Islamist militants in general to Nazis: “Nazis believed in master race, Islamist militants believe in a master faith.” I agree with these harsh words but a balance needs to be offered. There are extremeist elements within Israeli religious society who believe that they are the chosen people (“master faith”) and that there actions are sancitified by their god. That concept too needs to be rejected.

Finally, Netanyahu declared that “ISIS and Hamas are branches of the same poisonous tree”. By slandering the Palestinian organisation Hamas in this way he exposes his unwillingness to broker an honest peace settlement. It is also yet another ploy to avoid responsibility for the brutalities carried out by the IDF in Gaza.

    • Larry Larkin

Really? Since when was Iran surrounded by enemy states that outnumber its population by an order of magnitude and are filled with a desire to commit genocide upon the Iranians?
An often and plainly stated desire to commit genocide?

There is a massive difference, but those who suffer under the toxic delusion of relativism are completely blind to it. You are an exemplar of the problem.

      • Vinegar Hill

Why did you not answer the points of criticism I made in my comment?

Iran is surrounded by potential enemies many of which have nuclear weapons. Russia to the north-north/west,to the east/south Pakistan, to the east Afghanstan where there are US and UK troops and weaponry, gulf states allied to the US and the UK and your friend Israel with its nuclaer arsenal which has threatend a preemptive strike and encourages the US to support such illegal actions. So what are you going on about?

The arrogance of Israel and its supporting public towards Iran can only help to destablise an already fragile situation.

        • justinburch505

I have not once heard any Israeli call for the annihilation of all Iranians simply for being Iranians nor any statements from Netanyahu or any other Israeli leader that Iran should be wiped off the face of the earth. Iran has promised it will nuke Tel Aviv first chance it gets. They mean it. It is not rhetoric.

        • SCREW SOCIALISM

Destabilizing Sharia and Islamofascist regimes is a worthy goal.

    • lumiss

I’d say the difference lies in the fact that Israel holds nuclear capabilities only to deter countries like Iran whose leaders swear to obliterate it. Never heard such proclamations made by any Israeli leader about any state. And here also lies YOUR hypocrisy, by not recognizing the obvious differences between a peace seeking democracy and a destruction bent extreme autocracy.

      • Vinegar Hill

The difference between Iran and Israel and the propaganda war regarding the destruction of each other lies in the fact that the Iranian government is crude in its methods whereas Israel is subtil The end product, however, is the same . Israel would love to see the downfall of Iran just as much as Iran would like the downfall of Israel. So don’t be so naive.

        • lumiss

I’d suggest you are either a liar or a fool, and I hope you are the latter. The end product? Where on earth do you get you info from? Israel, or it’s citizens for that matter, don’t want to exterminate ANY country or people. Israel wants peace. The defeated muslims around it won’t let it have it until they reinstate their lost honour. Iran openly calls for the destruction of Israel, palestinian, saudi, qatari, turkish, egyptian and many other religious and political leaders have called for Israel to be eliminated and for Jews to be targeted. Israel is so different from the lot, trying to draw attention to the fact feels absurd.

        • justinburch505

Iran means it what they say. They intend to destroy Israel. Why are you trying to make their own leaders out to be liars? I believe they mean what they say.

As for “slandering Hamas” – if you do not understand that Hamas has the same theology as IS (the theology of Mohammed) then you are utterly ignorant of Hamas. As you are of the IDF – with your disgusting lies about “brutalities carried in Gaza”.

There is a cattle station (ranch) in Australia that is bigger than Israel, and a couple more that are almost as big. And you can get further from the boundaries of them than you can from the borders of Israel.

          • justinburch505

Gaza could have been as vibrant as Hong Kong but they chose to elect Hamas and then put all their efforts and energy into war instead of developing Gaza. Their first act when Israel left Gaza was to destroy the greenhouses left for employment. THAT is why they have so much trouble.

They can always leave and live with their moslem brethren in over 50 states – many quite huge. Israel embraces Jews from all over the world. They have often welcomed non-Jews fleeing persecution in other countries. The arab & moslem countries want no part of the so-called palestinians and treat them like garbage. When iraq invaded kuwait, kuwait immediately kicked out the paleostonian losers.

Why do you talk about Isalm wanting to conquer the world! Don’t you read the newspapers and see that some Islamic states and some people of the Islamic religion are fighting each other. The article deals with Iran.
Hamas is a Palestinian organisation trying to free their people from the yoke of Israeli oppression. Your argument that all Palestinians (those who are followers of Islam) have the same ideology is laughable. There are Palestinians who are followers of Islam, Christianity and so on…. You are tarring the entire Islamic (Palestinian) population with the same brush! Read again my first sentence.
Why have the actions of the IDF been denounced by UN investigations in their reports? Answer, because they have carried out crimes against humanity.

        • justinburch505

Last time I checked the Hamas charter it was still calling for the death of all Jews. Get back to me when they renounce that and they do so for longer than the ten years Islamic laws allows treaties with enemies you intend to destroy.

you’re in the UK according to spelling – what a case of stockholm syndrome you have! you’re either a cowardly wanker or a moslem.

    • swemson

Your comparison is absurd, and exposes your anti-semitism for all to see.

Israel has had nukes for decades now, and has never threatened to use them against anyone, or made any aggressive moves against any nation state since it was reborn in its modern form in 1948. Israel has them for purely defensive purposes, and no nation has a more obvious need for them than her.

The arabs, who are very much like Nazis, and who were in fact friendly with them during WWII, have done nothing but attack and harass Israel for the last 66 years. Israel has a God given right to defend herself, and considering her size vs the size and wealth of her enemies, is morally entitled to possess any weapons she wants. The long history of the oppression of the Jewish people makes that obvious to all but the most irrational Jew haters on the planet…. that Israel has NEVER posed a threat to ANY peaceful nation.

Netanyahu didn’t “slander” the palestinians, he described them honestly and accurately, why is it sir, that you alone here cannot see that?

There is no dealing with these sub-human 7th century barbarians, and after more than 1,200 years of marrying their 1st cousins, calling them “sub-human” may well be a scientifically accurate assessment of their status in relation to all other human races. As Ann Barnhardt pointed out in her article published in American Thinker:

“The Keystone of the Islamic Milieu:” Inbreeding

      http://www.americanthinker.com/2011/04/the_keystone_of_the_islamic_mi.html
      ————————————-
“According to the BBC, 55% of Pakistani-Britons are married to a first cousin, and as a corollary to that produce “just under a third” of all children in the UK with genetic illnesses, despite being only 3% of the total births.

As a direct result of inbreeding, the Muslim population is the only population on earth that is mentally and physically devolving.”
      ————————————-
Considering the almost 1,500 years of murder, mayhem and misery that the muslims and their abhorrent cult of death has brought down upon all civilized peoples, I suspect that Israel would be doing the world a favor by using her nuclear arsenal to rid us of this cancer once and for all… If it were up to me, I’d treat the muslims the same way we treat the Ebola virus

It is so easy to say…. a few simple words and all of a sudden the “arabs…are very much like nazis”. What an immature statement to make. You have made a pronouncement without any proof and all arabs are Nazis!!
God, whoever you are referring to, has no authority, legal or otherwise, in the world in which we live. Your god has no legal basis in the defence of the killing of women, children and babies in gaza by the IDF.
“Israel has NEVER posed a threat to ANY peaceful nation.” Then why on earth did the Zionists steal the land from the Palestinian people? Imagine that if this event had not taken place the odds are that the Middle East would be a much better place than it is now. Furthermore, the lives of tens of thousands of innocents could have been saved.
Finally, you brutal attempt to dehumanise the Palestinian people tells me that you are lack moral responsibility.

Israel never “STOLE” one square inch of land from the palestinians. All of the land that you claim was stolen by Israel, was actually sold to them by arabs who were thrilled with the prices that the Jews paid them for it over 60 years ago. The ones who didn’t sell their land weren’t driven from the land, they were told to leave the area temporarily prior to the first arab Israeli war after Israel was formed. Many of the arabs who refused to sell stayed, are still living there, enjoying far more rights & freedom in Israel than arabs do in any of the other muslim controlled arab counties. Many of the others were encouraged to leave temporarily by the other arab states, so there wouldn’t be any Muslims in the line of fire when they attacked & destroyed Israel.

Well we all know how that went, don’t we!

In today’s Israel whatever land they have, other than what is theirs by virtue of the 1948 UN partitioning, and and what they bought from arabs happy to sell, is theirs by right of conquest. 5 arab nations attacked Israel, they lost, now it belongs to Israel…

Azans Speak Out: Hamas War Crimes

      by Mudar Zahran

      September 19, 2014

      “If Hamas does not like
you for any reason all they have to do now is say you are a Mossad agent and
kill you.” — A., a Fatah member in Gaza.

      “Hamas wanted us butchered
so it could win the media war against Israel showing our dead children on TV
and then get money from Qatar.” — T., former Hamas Ministry officer.

      “They would fire rockets
and then run away quickly, leaving us to face Israeli bombs for what they
      did.” — D., Gazan journalist.

      “Hamas imposed a curfew:
anyone walking out in the street was shot. That way peoplehad to stay in their
homes, even if they were about to get bombed. Hamas held the whole Gazan
population as a human shield.” — K., graduate student

      “The Israeli army allows
supplies to come in and Hamas steals them. It seems even the Israelis care for
us more than Hamas.” — E., first-aid volunteer.

      “We
are under Hamas occupation, and if you ask most of us, we would rather be under
Israeli occupation… We miss the days when we were able to work inside Israel
and make good money. We miss the security and calm Israel provided when it was
here.” — S., graduate of an American university, former Hamas sympathizer.

      1. israel’s weapons arsenal: Unlike Iran, Israel has never threatened to eliminate another state. Iran repeatedly does so.
      2. You completely misunderstand the concept of “chosen people”. This does not make Judaism the “master faith”. It merely means that Jews are chosen to bring the world to G-d; considering the fact that since the birth of Judaism thousands of years ago, the idea of a single creator is now accepted by billions of people worldwide (all based on variations and corruptions of Jewish teaching), it would appear that they are doing the job. In addition, the “extremist elements” in in Israeli religious society do not go around beheading and killing anyone and everyone they disagree with.
      3. Slandering Hamas? Have you read Hamas’s charter? Have you heard how Hamas leaders talk about Israel? I resist the temptation to slander you here because I think your idiotic post says it all.

      • Vinegar Hill

        1) That’s not the point. The message is that Israel can have nuclear weapons, Iran can’t. That’s hyprocritical.
The difference between Iran and Israel and the propaganda war regarding the destruction of each other lies in the fact that the Iranian government is crude in its methods whereas Israel is subtle The end product, however, is the same . Israel would love to see the downfall of Iran just as much as Iran would like the downfall of Israel. So don’t be so naive.
        2) I have not misunderstood “chosen people”. That concept is just as bad as the “master faith” and both should be criticised for what is carried out in its name. Killing people by whatever means is a crime.
        3) Again don’t be so naive . The charter was written decades ago and the position of Hamas has changed with time. Perhaps if Likud would change its charter then Hamas could do the same.

        • StanleyT

          1) Israel does not and has never called for the destruction of any other state. Yes, Israel would like to see the downfall of the Iranian REGIME. Iran wants to see the complete eradication of Israel as an entity.
          2) You continue to misunderstand “chosen people”. Jews do not kill other people in the name of their faith. It’s as simple as that.
          3) Hamas has not changed its charter because despite what you say, Hamas has not changed! Read what they say now. And where does the Likud charter call for the elimination of any people the way the Hamas charter calls for the elimination of Jews?

You continue to post complete nonsense.

        • justinburch505

The position of Hamas has not changed. Go back to your Islamist masters and bray at the moon for a while.

Israel’s nukes are to deter its enemies. Iran’s nukes are to defeat Allah’s enemies until Islam reigns supreme-Mohammed’s promise and ancient supremacist dream.

BTW, how do you “slander” an implacable enemy singlemindedly bent on your destruction by any and every means by saying he’s a “branch of a poisonous tree?”

    • justinburch505

      1) The behaviour and words and creed of Hamas, the doctrine they teach, and their covenant shows they are indeed the same as ISIS. Deluded peace seekers can tell themselves Hamas represents a peaceful moderate option but they are, well deluded. You cannot make peace with anyone with a charter like Hamas. Hamas was shelling Israeli civilians for crying out loud. How can they be a partner for peace when they won’t even stop chilling civilians?
      2) Yes there are nuts in Israeli society but most Jews embrace “Chosen People” not as being some kind of master race but chosen to act and behave in an ethical manner above that what is required for nonJews. A nonJew can achieve the Jewish equivalent of heaven by simply obeying the Noachide laws (essentially the ten commandments play not being cruel to animals). Jews have extra, 613 to be precise and that is the chosen part. You are misrepresenting “Chosen People” as it is taught in schools and mainstream Judaism.
      3) In Israeli society the loons are not in charge and the loons go to jail. Specific example: The Israeli government regularly tears down tombs glorifying the barbarous acts of mass murderer Baruch Goldstein. But the Palestinians under Hamas and the PA as well glorify and laud mass murderers and name streets and schools after them and hand out children’s collectors cards with pictures of martyrs and have summer camps to practice murdering Jews. In the PA and Hamas the violent psychopathic loons are in charge of the asylum. Jews who run around trying to kill people in Gods name are locked up by fellow Jews.
      4) Israel has had nukes for decades. They have never used them. They have never threatened to use them. There is no glorious goal of Jews to wipe out an entire people just because of their religion. There is no Israeli leader calling for mass murder of all Iranians. It is a liberal democracy with rule of law and a supreme court that frequently reigns in the government. Iran is run by a bunch of vicious lunatics who openly boast of how they want to nuke all Jews and have a long track record of supporting and sponsoring terrorism.
How you make such a statement is beyond me unless you are either woefully ignorant or some kind of paid stooge for Hamas.

      • Vinegar Hill

Hamas are based in Gaza and are made up of and represent the Palestinian people. They have thier focus on liberating their people from the control of Israel. ISIS since they made the news have not participated in this struggle.
Perhaps Hamas will change their charter once Likud do the same.

I do not consider the concept of “chosen people” as equal to what you call a “master race”. However, I feel that the concept is just as bad as the “master faith” and both should be criticised for what is carried out in its name. I must admit I find it difficult to encounter “ethical” behaviour when it comes to Israel’s treatment of the Palestinians.

Israel too has its murky side and streets, and institutions etc. bear the names of Jewish members of terrorist organisations.

I really don’t see much difference between Iran and Israel and the propaganda war regarding the destruction of each other. The Iranian government is crude in its methods whereas Israel is subtle The end product, however, is the same . Israel would love to see the downfall of Iran just as much as Iran would like the downfall of Israel.

I think Netanyahu is a top recruiter for ISIL. The extent and timing of the bombing of Palestinians could not have been better for ISIL. The Iron Dome system presented to Congress by then Senator Barack Obama was financed by the United States. It worked. The system defended Israel. Many saw Netanyahu’s response as overkill. Over 2000 Palestinians killed, mostly women and children. ISIL saw it as a recruiting opportunity. At the UN Netanyahu lumped Shiites and Sunnis together. Music to ISIL’s ears. Many Muslims including Iranians had been critical of ISIL.

    • StanleyT

So you believe the Hamas propaganda, hook like and sinker. The BS about “mostly women and children” killed? And all the other garbage? Investigations are clearly showing that at least half of those killed in Gaza were NOT civilians. Get real or go away.

      • MrUniteUs1

Could be less but that’s the only figured I’ve heard. Do you have

a different figure? Do you agree with the rest of the points I made?

        • StanleyT

At least 50% of those killed were aligned with Hamas and other terrorist groups. And your “point” about Netanyahu being a recruiter for ISIL is simply stupid. Do some reading about the kind of nasty little piece of junk that gets taken in by their online recruiting and you’ll find that it has nothing to do with Israel or Netanyahu at all.

In other words, try as you might, this is one thing you cannot blame on the Jews. But people like you never let reality get in the way, do you?

          • MrUniteUs1

So how many Palestinian civlians were killed in your estimation. How do you think Muslims felt about the bombings? Think any of them were angry? Angry enough to join ISIL?
Netanyahu is not “the Jews”, he is a Jew. Not all Jews agree with him.
I see my previous comments regarding Netanyahu and ISIL was deleted. What do you think about that?
Look. It’s not complicated. Let’s say you and brother can’t stand each other. You’ve been fighting since your children. Then some dude comes along and starts bad mouthing your family and your religion. Then you find out he killed your cousins family. You and you’re brother would stop fighting and address the situation. When family and friends find out they will also want to address the situation.

Godwin’s Law! Classic. Ad hominem attacks don’t change the facts.

    • justinburch505

The celebrations by Palestinians of the 911 attacks is the well documented fact. They also danced on the rooftops for joy when Saddam’s scud missiles were falling on Israel. If Iran were to nuke Tel Aviv they would dance for joy right up until the radiation poisoning killed them.

      • DHS2020

Google “gleefully cheering out of context” on history commons. The
video is from a funeral on 9/10 where 9 people were killed by an IDF strike. Your fear mongering is goofy.

  • JoanieBaloney

Of course, the information in this article never made it to the majority of citizens due to biased reporting and what I would call censorship of news by the Left-wing media.

  • herb benty

Well said Mr. Netanyahu! But this wicked world can’t handle the truth, they run from truth and scurry into the shadow of lies.

  • DHS2020

It is a lie that the Palestinians were celebrating on 9/11. The footage used was of a funeral on 9/10.

    • StanleyT

Lies. The Italian news agency that filmed it made it perfectly clear exactly what they were showing.

      • DHS2020

The footage shown is from 9/10 and was of a funeral. Prove this to me. This was studied and reported, yet people still pass off this lie.

    • MrUniteUs1

Are you referring to one where children were dancing for candy? I noticed no else in the video seemed to be dancing or celebrating anything.

      • DHS2020

Look up “gleefully cheering out of context” on history commons. The video is from a funeral on 9/10 where 9 people were killed by an IDF strike.

        .Television
news coverage on 9/11 repeatedly shows images of Palestinians rejoicing
over the 9/11 attack. According to Mark Crispin Miller, a professor of
media studies at New York University who investigated the issue, the
footage was filmed during the funeral of nine people killed the day
before by Israeli authorities. He said, “To show it without explaining
the background, and to show it over and over again is to make propaganda
for the war machine and is irresponsible.” [Agence France-Presse, 9/18/2001; Australian, 9/27/2001]

If my stats and math are correct this is the scenario the Planet is facing … There are an estimated 1.7 billion Muslims on Planet Earth if only 1% are radical terrorists it computes to 1.7 million terrorists . The remaining so called “Moderates” as far as I am concerned are sympathizers to the 1.7 million potential be headers.

    • Cymbaline

The real numbers are closer to 25 to 30%, counting the number of Muslims who support Shariah law. That means 250 to 300 million people who either support, or have no objection to terrorism.

      • mtnhikerdude

Cymb , we are in deep kaka.

  • justinburch505

Yes I am trying to recall Israel saying they would launch a preemptive nuclear strike. I don’t ever recall hearing that.

  • justinburch505

Saddam killed two million of his own people never mind the Kurds and all the other ethnic groups. Why am I surprised that antiSemites would give him a makeover and then blame the jews for his demise? I shouldn’t be.

    • teekay51

The same people blame Mossad for 9-11. Why should we be surprised?

  • Gloria Stewart

Some comments on PM Netanyahu’s fine speech. While Mr. Abbas is an improvement over HAMAS, that is a low benchmark. I suspect PM Netanyahu’s remarks addressed to him were wasted.
The words militant Islam and extreme Islam are redundant. There is only Islam. The only difference between HAMAS, ISIL, etc and the Muslim Brotherhood fronts in the US such as CAIR is that they have chosen a different jihad and are in a different stage of jihad.
Islam is a death cult and a destroyer.

  • johngvanvliet

The speech and applause may faint or maybe will not even remembered, but Israel will survive with human and DIVINE intervention, yes peace will not be, maybe for a short period, then the enemies of Israel will bound together to destroy, but will not succeed, evil will always be won by good, light is stronger then darkness….. Islam will be destroyed along with Iran and their savage friends….. The ultimately the promised land will be occupied by it rightful people, the Israelites with Jerusalem as their capital…. The Lord will keep the promises to His people

Your media expert, Mark Crispin is a signatory to the 9/11 Truth Statement, basically a certifiable nut case – good luck with that.

      • DHS2020

That doesn’t change from where the videos originated or what date. Ad Hominem attacks are the last resort of someone without an argument.

        • bklyn farmer

“Ad hominem attacks” never heard information from Wikipidia classified as that before; and yes it does impact to what extant we should believe his unique hypothesis as to the videos time and date given that he is a conspiracy theory nut case.

  • MrUniteUs1

How much more in taxes are you willing to pay to fight ISIL?
I read that where we have spent a billion dollars figthting ISIL.
How much have the Israelis spent? How many soldiers will Israel put on the ground in Iraq or Syria.

  • Vinegar Hill

An error seems to have occurred as my original comment was flagged. Here it is again so that those who wish to offer a reasoned response can do so.

Aggressive political posturing from a middle eastern buffoon is dangerous and to be deplored.

  • joe kulak

I could never demonstrate the incredible degree of restraint shown by Israel toward the ‘Palestinians’.

  • Vinegar Hill

The mental midget must be in a bad way…..they have flagged 6 of my comments. I can only assume they are totally ignorant and, totally incapable, of responding to a point of view or argument that they don’t like.
It is sad that such a brainless dimwit is allowed to roam loose on a site such as FP Magazine.

  • steves5687

Bibi is brilliant as always. Too bad there are few American leaders that are even smart enough to learn from him. Certainly Obama isn’t & that’s why he surrounds himself with fools. He doesn’t want to suffer by comparison.
