Mrs. Obama’s Tall Tales of Racialized Victimhood

michelle-obama-angryOh, woe is she. In an “exclusive” interview with People magazine this week, first lady Michelle Obama lamented the “sting” of “racist experiences” that she and her husband allegedly still suffer. My message for America’s Marie Antoinette? Cry me a river.

To show how she’s down with The Struggle of post-Ferguson agitators, Mrs. Obama cited a supposedly horrifying incident at a Target store where she was treated, in her paranoid mind, as a subservient. “Even as the first lady,” she bemoaned, “not highly disguised, the only person who came up to me in the store was a woman who asked me to help her take something off a shelf.”

A lowly peon asked her for an innocent favor? It’s Jim Crow all over again! ABC News reports that Mrs. Obama said such “incidents are ‘the regular course of life’ for African-Americans and a ‘challenge’ for the country to overcome.”

Newsflash: Oh, deep in my heart, I do believe that it is part of the “regular course of life” of tall people of all colors (Mrs. Obama is 5-foot-11) to be prevailed upon to reach high on behalf of those of us who are vertically challenged. These are not odious “incidents” of racism between slaves and masters. They’re matters of common courtesy between equals.

So overcome your ridiculously hypersensitive, privileged self and deal with it, girl! (And now don’t get all hot and bothered about the “girl” thing. Sheesh.)

There is, of course, a truly insidious “-ism” at work here: Cynicism. Mrs. Obama’s dissemination of her false racial narrative in a popular celebrity rag is cunningly calculated to pander to America’s aggrieved leftists. We know Mrs. Obama’s victim sob story is a steaming pile of rotten turnips because the last time she talked about The Incident, it was a feel-good late-night talk show anecdote devoid of discrimination.

On David Letterman’s show in 2012, the haute-couture-clad first lady recounted the same “incognito” Target visit to demonstrate her just-like-you bona fides. She chuckled as she shared how the shopper asked: “Can you reach on that shelf and hand me the detergent?” As the audience laughed with delight and Mrs.

Obama grinned from ear to ear, she told Letterman: “I reached up, ’cause she was short, and I reached up, pulled it down — she said, ‘Well, you didn’t have to make it look so easy.’ That was my interaction. I felt so good.”

From overjoyed Regular Mom to Oppressed Martyr, can Mrs. Obama’s shopping fable get any more absurd? To paraphrase a popular slogan of the social justice mob: Jig’s Up, Don’t Compute.

It just goes to show you: Once a race hustler, always a race hustler. The first lady demonstrated a willingness to employ accusations of racial oppression for political gain from the earliest days of her adult life. Take Mrs. Obama’s senior thesis at Princeton University, titled “Princeton-Educated Blacks and the Black Community.” Decrying her racial otherness, the Ivy Leaguer accused her university of pushing her down the dreaded path toward “further integration and/or assimilation into a white cultural and social structure that will only allow me to remain on the periphery of society; never becoming a full participant.”

Yet, while regaling campaign crowds with complaints about bias, burdensome education loans and the beastly lily-white corporate world, Mrs. Obama neglected to mention that it was a white male Princeton alum who went beyond the call of duty to bring her from her imagined “periphery” to the center of power.

As I recounted in my book “Culture of Corruption,” Sidley and Austin corporate law partner Stephen Carlson offered the elite student generous career guidance and mentoring while she was an undergrad and then reached out to her again when she was at Harvard Law. She secured a coveted job as a summer associate in 1987, accepted a full-time job upon graduation and never looked back. Mrs. Obama, perpetual victim, hopped from Princeton to Harvard to prestigious law firms, cushy nonprofit gigs, an exclusive Hyde Park manse and a crony corporate board appointment before landing at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

Only in America is such upward mobility possible by a thin-skinned incessant whiner who has fabricated racial tall tales all the way to the tippy-top of the ladder of opportunity. God bless the U.S.A.

Despite all the fawning privilege she enjoyed – courtesy of Affirmative Action and maninstream pandering to Blacks – Michelle only became proud of America after her husband won the Dem party presidential nomination in 2008.

    • Scar

I guess she felt no pride when her brother was named head basketball coach at Brown (prior to her hubby’s Affirmative Action/white guilt presidency), nor his later coaching stint at Oregon State. Wait a minute…I get it…blacks and basketball…stereotyping…RACISM!

    • catherineinpvb

And reading her Senior year ‘thesis’ on line; a few years back; it is easy to understand her frustration (or what should have been, given substance). . .and America’s disappointment. (Do these people EVER, count their Blessings? Of course, not. . .and why would they; given the platter, they are placed on/doled out. . .as in just ‘handed’ to them.)

  • James Zander

Just further proof that she is a deceitful race baiter just putting on a show.

    • catherineinpvb

Think Michelle is not decietful. . .do think, she really hates being Black. And she blames every White, for the suffering – she cannot give name to – but otherwise communicates – signals – nonetheless. . .)

It does appear, that Michelle does want – and requires – our sympathy. (So yes, ‘lost’, conflicted Michelle; you win and with that; an Okay; am sorry for your pain; because you leave no room for ‘proud’.)

In the end, of course, Michelle, you are just, too pathetic, for the first ‘Black American, First Lady’. Imagine. . .the best of this story. . .and ‘if only’.

Barack and Michelle Obama are not particularly smart, are not particularly charming, are not particularly good-looking, are not particularly accomplished other than having been affirmative-actioned into the Ivy League, cushy executive jobs, the U.S. Senate, and finally the White House. They are the last people on earth who should feel resentful. And yet they not only feel resentful but lack even the vestige of self-awareness that would tell them their how preposterous their resentment is. Barack and Michelle Obama may be pulled apart by her gruff personality and his preference for the company of his various “body men” over hers, but they are united in that both are very sick individuals psychologically and spiritually. God help the American people.

    • Bamaguje

“They are the last people on earth who should feel resentful. And yet
they not only feel resentful but lack even the vestige of self-awareness
that would tell them their how preposterous their resentment is” – Caruso.

With all the fawning privileges they enjoy, I don’t believe they are really resentful. But they pretend to, because race hustling is profitable.
It enables them game the system and get more perks as the White-guilt establishment panders to their perpetual whining.

      • http://raycaruso.com/ Ray Caruso

While they certainly milk white guilt for all it’s worth, I believe the resentment is very much legitimate. I’m sure you recall Michelle saying during the campaign, “For the first time in my adult lifetime, I’m really proud of my country.” Then there was the church they attended for twenty years, which was also where they got married and had their children baptized. It takes some very unwell people to submit children to sermons like Jeremiah Wright’s—full of hate for their country, racial rancor, and profanity.

Everything indicates the Obamas were faking it when they presented themselves as patriotic Americans interested in racial reconciliation, not when they let the bitterness, the invidiousness, and the resentment show through. That’s who they really are.

        • vonrock

Fakin it, too nice, liars are liars Obama’s the best.

          • Lightbringer

Obama’s not the best anything, including liar. The presstitutes who have elevated him to his current level are better at it than he could ever be.

      • nimbii

And the Andrea Mitchells of the world stand in awe.

    • http://gerardjackson.com/ gerard jackson

Perhaps one of the reasons they are so resentful is that they know they didn’t have it in them to make it on their own.

      • nightspore

Exactly. This is one of the common refrains in our times and for just this reason.

Nobody is saying that Africans in Africa will ever be a minority

Nobody is saying that Asians in Asia will ever be a minority.

So why are they saying Whites will be a minority in Britain in 2036?

          And Sweden in 2024?

That’s because there’s MASSIVE non-White immigration in EVERY White country and ONLY White countries.

Because there’s a program of White geNOcide.

          They say it’s “anti-racist” but it’s simply anti-White.

          Anti-Racist is a code for anti-White.

    • punditwannabe

Wow. You’ve nailed it. Quite eloquently I might add. I think I”ll copy and paste this somewhere and claim it as my own…….(Not!), but I want to….

    • truebearing

      Bullseye.

Michelle is very sensitive to her own imagined slights, but that sensitivity doesn’t extend to other blacks. Especially poor ones. She was paid big money during her stint at the University of Chicago Medical Center for devising a patient dumping scheme designed to rid the hospital of poor blacks — so that more beds would be available to rich, white, liberals.

      http://michellemalkin.com/2012/05/16/obamcare-cronyism-the-first-ladys-patient-dumping-privacy-meddling-scheme/

Of course the shunting of poor blacks to lesser medical care facilities is in no way comparable to the humiliation, degradation, and grievous insult Michelle endured when she had to reach up and grab a box of corn flakes for someone. For pete’s sake, the woman, and I use that term lightly, could palm an anvil from a 10′ shelf and hand it down without straining.

      • Americana

I wouldn’t “use the term lightly” if I were you. She’s a woman whether you appreciate the fact or not.

The Enlightened Italian Mens’(??) So you believe harmful chemicals are being added to the water supply by some sort of water-tainting cabal. That’s very interesting.

          • http://raycaruso.com/ Ray Caruso

You keep using the expression “donut hole” to mean a void, but guess what? Of all possible types of hole you could use for your inane metaphor, you picked the only one that’s not an actual hole. Just how stupid are you?

            Keep talking. You amuse me.

          • Americana

Doesn’t matter if it’s seen by you as an actual “hole” or not, the point is everyone knows I’m looking at your inane comments as the void in the center of the donut. Your posts are a cheap source of calories for the peanut gallery even if you insist on trying to say, “Ah, but a donut hole IS ACTUALLY A BLOB of donut.” You’re a blob of protoplasm and you’re certainly doing SOMETHING in your posts but it doesn’t qualify as actually THINKING.

          • http://raycaruso.com/ Ray Caruso

“You’re a blob of protoplasm and you’re certainly doing SOMETHING in your posts but it doesn’t qualify as actually THINKING.”

That’s awful haughty for someone who thought a donut hole was an actual hole. You’re about as qualified to judge thinking as Michelle Obama is qualified to judge ladylike behavior.

          • Americana

There you go again, claiming that I’m ignorant about what the colloquial thinking is about a hole in the center of the donut. You seem to think everything redounds to your side’s credit if you claim it does so, regardless of whether what you write is of any real value or not. You’re a person who ignores the zero-sum game realities if ever there was one…

    • truebearing

Ray, I have it on good authority that Michelle Obama is starting a new protest front, this time against Old and Short Privilege. Tall blacks are tired of being treated like compassionate human beings, or “human cranes.” So from now on, anywhere there is a high shelf, you will see them wandering down the aisles, mindlessly shouting “Hands Down, Won’t Help, Hands Down, Won’t Help.”

    • catherineinpvb

Indeed.. .if people do not yet realize; that a Leftist cannot be allowed near any nexus of power. . .much less, be trusted with such ‘empowerment’; then we may be, beyond help; period. Let them go elsewhere to exercise their narcissistic compulsions; their ever, damnable efforts per their re-creating. . .their ugly, personally irresistible me-in-the-mirror, in our world.

    • nomoretraitors

Why should God help the American people? There were enough stupid Americans (I gag as I write) to put him in office — twice.
And those who sat out the election because they didn’t like Romney are just as much to blame…

  • http://gerardjackson.com/ gerard jackson

I think it is noteworthy that this pair couldn’t make it on their own. No wonder hubby said: “You didn’t build that”.

    • catherineinpvb

Not surprisingly; Hillary – whose accomplishments, she cannot even name – says the same. Of course; it is a hollow Leftist ‘sound bite’; but these empty suits; that make pretense of ‘full’.. .and being ‘leadership quality’ – that is never demonstrated; substantiated. . .cannot resist confirming the ‘greatness’ their ‘me-in-the-mirror’ confirms.

The first lady demonstrated a willingness to employ accusations of
racial oppression for political gain from the earliest days of her adult
life. Take Mrs. Obama’s senior thesis at Princeton University, titled
“Princeton-Educated Blacks and the Black Community.” Decrying her racial

the dreaded path toward “further integration and/or assimilation into a
white cultural and social structure that will only allow me to remain on
the periphery of society; never becoming a full participant.”

    So let’s get this straight.

All of those tireless civil rights activists in Selma and Montgomery risking
their lives and the wrath of Bull Connor’s boys in asking for
integration and the right to mix into general society were secret
racists whose only desire was to keep the black man down?

And after the horrendous treatment by the good ol’ boy Proffs at Princeton, she became First Lady and that’s ‘the periphery of society, never becoming a full participant’?

This is what it’s come to…..

    Racism in America.

    • Sheik Yerbouti

They are users. They are using Americans now. The Americans who allowed this are traitors. It’s really that simple. Obama and his wife have proven themselves to be in fully contempt of this nation. They demonstrate their hatred of the majority daily. They are anything BUT Americans at heart. So why do we tolerate them?

      • BT

Because white America is petrified of blacks for some cowardly reason.

        • tagalog

It’s because black young men can so effectively knock people out from behind and by surprise, and attack women holding infant children and packages in their arms, and beat up the lone pregnant women when they’re in packs of two or three so they don’t feel outnumbered. Their bravery is so manifest. Real men.

        • Sheik Yerbouti

Cowardly you say? Like attacking a guy 3 on 1, 6 on 1 or even 10 on 1 as we see so many black “youths” doing over the last decade? What about those brave black boys attacking elderly and disabled white victims. What strength or bravery does that show?

Really though, wouldn’t you be whining and crying if all those cowardly white grandmothers suddenly had a few white young men to defend them? Of course you would, You’d say things like “3 against 1 is just not fair, proof they are white supremacists” or some other such tripe?

Most white Americans avoid black Americans because they are such blatantly hostile racists. I can’t ask for a white crayon without someone’s delicate sensibilities being offended. After 50 years of coddling by government gimme programs all we have to show for it is MORE division and a sharp rise in black racism toward white Americans.

You do realize that sucker punching someone is the mark of a coward right? What use is your army of cowards in a REAL fight? Why don’t they go after white bikers or the KKK? It’s simple really, they’re little black pu$$ie$.

          • BT

Sheik, thank you for your reply! It’s nice to speak to someone as pissed off about and fed up with race relations in America today! I HAVE been sucker punched and beaten in the streets by such people of which we speak. On the corner of Sutro and Oddie in front of a 7/11 in Reno Nv. four years ago to be exact. All over a little black kid talking my $20 off of the counter “in front of the clerk” no less, and my being pissed off enough to try and get it back. Little did I know I was being set up and lured into a vicious beating that I still have lingering effects from to this day. Vision problems in my left eye resulting in extreme sensitivity to sunlight till this day. Try enjoying a sunny day when sunlight hurts your eyes! Believe me it was a helluva wake up call. Also, I was not speaking about little old ladies I was talking about able bodied males like ourselves. I would never have been beaten if I would have just bowed down. So I guess it was my fault for not being a coward.

          • Sheik Yerbouti

You reacted naturally. In a more assimilated society your perception would have been reasonable. But we are a clash of very distinct kinds of people. Sucker punches and lying in wait have always been the hallmark of genuine thugs in the US. Decent people have never had any respect for this sort of low life.

          • nomoretraitors

Hopefully they tried this on someone who whipped out a .357 and took care of business

          • Lightbringer

Funny, in places where concealed carry permits are easy to get and granny is usually packing heat, those attacks are pretty rare.

      • pupsncats

Because the ugly reality is the demonic forces that have taken over every single institution in this country are foes that Americans who are not political junkies have no time to fight as they are simply trying to support themselves and their families.

    • pupsncats

Within that thesis she was also angry that black college graduates had the audacity to obtain employment outside the black communities. Of course that indignation and her abhorrence of “further integration and/or assimilation into a white cultural and social structure….” applied only within her thesis.

  • Adheeb

    • Lightbringer

Well, more accurately HE’s the queen…

  • Fed Up

Is there a grown-up in the room who believes this nonsense?

Right, so we’re to believe that another adult breezes up to the First Lady and asks her to pull something off a shelf.

So, this means: A) She had no SS protection, press, entourage, etc. around her and random people were free to approach her? Like regular folks? Just Michelle all by her lonesome in a Target. BUT nobody else did. Nobody else recognized nor wanted anything to do with the First Lady of the US except this one clueless soul. So, take your pick, Michelle is completely, utterly alone and unprotected and/or nobody recognized her.

    B) Even if it’s true one cannot automatically attribute it to racism but maybe sizeism or, and here’s the more likely truth, Michelle is UPSET the woman DIDN’T recognize her. (“Don’t you know who I AM?!”)

    C) It’s all lies from start to finish no matter which way she spins it.

    My money is on C.

    • Walter Mow

mooshelle’s relationship with the truth is strained at best, non-existent in most instances…

    • pupsncats

It’s B and C. She said she was “not highly disguised” which to my mind means she was insulted that no one recognized her.

    • catherineinpvb

If it happened; it was ‘sizeism’. Perhaps, someone did ask for help. .but Michelle, who wants to ‘hide’; now is ticked, that as a woman in Target, she is not recognized, is as pathetic as it is contrary. The narcissism of Michelle, screams here, of course. But while her ‘feelings’ betray her; the feelinge tones; the moral of her insufferable angst. . .rings all too hollow. (Odd, that she felt need to escape Target. . .and in anger; for NOT being recognized.) Seems it is a convenience of a ‘contrived’ memory.

We know Libs, aka, the ‘people of the lie’; are of course, compulsive liars and that their stories find justification as ‘morality stories’. . .that they have higher cause (their own, of course). And that the teller of the lies – the liar – seems not to know or care, for that which distinguishes the lie; from the truth. If it makes a good story; that is more than sufficient cause, for these people to take a whole cloth. . .and make it something else, altogether, ‘self-serving’. In Michelle’s case; like her husband; if it not a ‘racist and divisive’ point’; it is not worth making.

    • moneekwa

that’s funny. was she wearing a red shirt? i been asked questions by other shoppers if i wore a red shirt at target.

i don’t get why she’s upset. i am usually grateful to escape out of target without repeatedly getting asked “can i help you find something?” so i can just shop in peace.

i find it hilarious that someone who went to universities i could never afford, and whose one outfit will cost more than my annual clothes budget is whining about privilege. first off, lets talk to whites in appalachia who have no heat and use a latrine about “white privilege”. the fact is that privilege goes with money, and money comes from being educated better. so while she whines, she does nothing to foster a love of education among blacks. blacks are poor because they “don’t give no f***” about getting an education. if i had a nickel for every time i heard one of these black lads say it, i’d be able to afford a princeton degree, too.

  • tagalog

How is what supposedly happened racist? In any way? She even got a little bit of a compliment about making it look easy. Why doesn’t Michelle think of that as a moment when she got a chance to help another person?

Wait, I think I know; it was because the other person was white, and Michelle found it racist and demeaning that a white person would look to her, a black person, for assistance. What colossal white gall. THERE’S the racism – it’s Michelle’s inherent racism at work! Now I get it.

  • Jack Schitt

I’m still surprised she lowered her standards enough to grace her presence where “peasants} shop.

The media, Democrats and liberals in general, especially elected officials, are truly out of touch with mainstream America. They seem to truly believe we swallow all the propaganda about racism. This became evident with the Ferguson tragedy, they way major news outlets milked the situation for all it was worth, fanning the flames of racism, as middle America sat and watched burning and looting, calling “Hands Up, Don’t Shoot,” (a lie concocted by the felon thug who accompanied Michael Brown). It’s “bizarro” world, where everything is upside down, good is bad, bad is good and just! (Sorry for the run-on sentence!) I believe there are many silent Americans like myself who are changing their political beliefs based upon what is happening to our country.

The worst part about their serial lying is that neither of them are very good at it!

Barbara or Laura Bush wouldn’t have waited to be asked to help reach something on the shelf, and wouldn’t have needed to be. They would have immediately noticed the short woman’s problem and asked, “Can I help get that box down for you? Is that the one you wanted?” — and wouldn’t have given it a second thought, much less mentioned it in public.

Of course, Barbara and Laura are LADIES, in the best and truest sense of the word. That’s something the current First “Lady” has never been and will never be.

Just this past week-end I was watch a doc about the African people, and the ones sold into slavery, and how not much has progressed for that part of the world since then. I couldn’t help but think, the ones that escaped, and was sent to America, probably did a great thing for their future generations, whether they knew it at the time or not. I would bet they would all be disgusted to know how little they are appreciated by the majority of their progeny. The Black people should realize the sacrifices their ancestors made for them, now they can live a free people in the richest nation in the world. I might say “a world away from how they would be living today” if they had not been ‘lucky’ enough to ‘land in America.’

    • JayWye

I’ve voiced similar comments in the past.
African-”Americans” ought to be THANKFUL their ancestors were hijacked and brought to America, even as slaves. Otherwise, they would be living in the hellhole of Africa,IF they survived at all.
The only places in Africa that are civil and modern are places that were colonized by the British and that kept their British-sytle government.

    • MrUniteUs1

How would the Irish be living today if Africans were not brought to America? The Irish were the first to be shipped over here and forced to work on plantations.

  • catherineinpvb

It is not just Michelle and Obama; but ‘these’ two, in particular; should be more mindful per the ‘stories they tell’ by way of the ‘Al Sharpton’, School of Lies per possibility thinking.

Of course; this ‘lying mindset’, infects all of ‘Liberaldom’ – and the amoral little people who inhabit – and it is here; that Michelle/Obama meet their contemporaries; and amazing it is; to see just how protective a veneer is ‘narcissism’ to the ‘self-esteem’ of these people of the lie.

Pity only for those, meantime; who must bear a suffering for these people. . .including a vast American citizenry, by way of our dishonest President; and his lying wife. And that, as well; of Gruberized Liberals, everywhere.

  • JayWye

IMO,Comrade Obama is still a muslim,a closet muslim. He’s said too many things related to Islam in public comments to be any “Christian”.

Comrade Obama In “Audacity of Hope” wrote:
“I will stand with the Muslims should the political winds shift in an ugly direction.”
    in other speeches;
    1. “The future must not belong to those who slander the prophet of Islam”
    2. “The sweetest sound I know is the Muslim call to prayer”
    3. “We will convey our deep appreciation for the Islamic faith, which has done so much over the centuries to shape the world – including in my own country.”
    4. “As a student of history, I also know civilization’s debt to Islam.”

There’s a reason why,post-college,Comrade Hussein traveled to Pakistan,of all places. it’s not because he was a Christian. There’s a reason why Comrade Hussein was aided in getting into college by Saudi money and influence.

    • DVult

Every time I read that “student of history” rubbish I have to laugh. Idiot knows nothing of history or any other subject except baloney.

It must be difficult married to President Bo Jangles while running the home girl shopping network out of the White House with poor Secret Service security and then having to synchronize with the state Department over providing references for whores in Cartegena. Life is complicated, especially when no likes your school lunch menu.

  • Pericles

“A lowly peon asked her for an innocent favor? It’s Jim Crow all over
again! ABC News reports that Mrs. Obama said such “incidents are ‘the
regular course of life’ for African-Americans and a ‘challenge’ for the
    country to overcome.”

Michelle and Barack live in a different America than the rest of us, or many successful and respected African-Americans. They live in a world they created in their own minds decades ago, a world they cannot let go off, are not even trying to abandon.

It is a world populated by privileged white racists, a world founded by slave owners, an unrepentant world that refuses to compensate them for the grievances experienced over 100 years ago. I wonder if they’ve ever asked themselves what kind of life they would have if they lived in Africa today. Look at the poor, destitute, uneducated, undernourished, sick people who live in Africa and ask yourself why the Obamas should not be thanking God that they live here instead.

They don’t know what gratitude is like, only what victimhood is like. If they see no reason to be grateful is it any wonder that so many black Americans also see no reason for gratitude?

    • pupsncats

You seem to think that reason and common sense are something these people have when the real reason for all of this fake victimhood is to MAKE MONEY and gain privileges from the white man’s guilt.

  • Bash Brannigan

Michelle Obama is black and I am white…what the f&^% difference does it make?? I DON’T WANT TO TALK ABOUT ONE’S SKIN COLOR BECAUSE I DON’T CARE!!!

  • Andy_Lewis

More likely she was arrested for shoplifting but the charges were dropped and the crime was covered up.

  • Ide-Clair

The victimhood mentality begins at the white house.

  • edlancey

Michelle is as ugly on the inside as she is on the outside.

  • kiwi41

This disgusting P_O_B_S is the ultimate example of the evils of affirmative action.

  • Cappy1437

Very good article and so well said. Thank you Michelle Malkin. I was dumbfounded when I heard that she had said that being asked to reach something off of a shelf was to her an example of racism. Unbelievable. People help people but obviously that’s not her style. She is an opportunist and apparently wants to only do things that benefit her. Obviously to do something out of kindness isn’t her style. When the opportunity arises she will turn it into a racial issue. Michelle Obama to me is a hypocrite. She does not belong in the White House and is the poorest excuse of a first lady ever.

  • pupsncats

Why does she straighten her hair? If blackness is so beautiful and whitey so despicable, why does she, her daughters, and 99% of other black women want to look like white women? Why not be proud of their naturally curly hair which is a obvious difference between blacks and some whites?

  • rwendling70

Dear Meeesh, if you weren’t slumming, what were you, a wealthy woman and wife of OBL, doing in Tarzhay (as we peons call it)? Oh, showing you’re just like the typical Tarzhay shopper? Then why bitch about helping some short shopper? We won’t let you have it both ways

  • ssmith

Exactly ! She is big..very big..very tall , a smaller woman would ask her such a favour. I am sure she was far less interested in Michelle’s colour as Michelle is. But my , what arrogance. !The First Lady treated as a normal human being ! Huh? She as a leftie should surely be beaming at this ? I mean why even shop there otherwise, displaying her ” normality”?

But no, she was offended and her paranoia set in.
Keep it up Michelle, expose your true self as much as possible.!.

  • Dingbat7

Is she down for the “shtruggle?”

  • Nabukuduriuzhur

Neither Misters Obama have any reason to complain about anything. They have had it easy their entire lives, living off the backs of others much as the slavers lived off indian slaves, black slaves, and indentured servants 200 years ago in this nation.

  • notme123

because of “quotas” in the 60s, many whites were not even considered for good jobs. the gov would go to companies and tell them how many blacks they had to hire, qualified or not. she/they (0 and holder) can say anything they want, but prove it, just about every word out of their mouths is a lie.

  • CarnactheMagnificent

Bad planning on the part of some bimbo who derives notoriety by marrying some guy who liberals seem to mindlessly follow. Next time take a tall minion with you (like oprah and gayle).

  • DVult

What other things? It was either president or underwear model.

  • OwlCreekObserver

Last week a woman asked this seventy-something white guy to get an item off a high shelf for her. I was of course outraged at her assumption that it was okay to impose upon me just because I’m old and pale. No justice, no peace!

A lot of truth in this article Miss Malkin.

HOW is Michelle Obama an oligarch? And, if she’s an oligarch, why should that overwhelm her womanliness? There are plenty of female billionaires in the world and they aren’t sacrificing their womanliness in pursuit of an oligarch’s status in their respective countries. Oh, it’s different if the woman is involved in politics? Then she’s an oligarch even though she’s out of the limelight in two years? How silly!

Why is it you believe a story must have only one interpretation attached to it? As far as the variations and mashups that these commentators give the story, none of them are known to ever honestly appraise Michelle Obama so I’m hardly surprised they’d be eager to pillory her w/their own variants. There’s no need to defend Michelle Obama. I’m just pointing out the total silliness of some of this ranting and raving about her.
