Hamas & the Palestinian Authority: Brothers to Spill Jewish Blood

AP110427110983-e1398329870120The tiny State of Israel, the only Jewish state in the world, faces enemies devoted to her destruction.  The country is surrounded by Muslim nations – and despite it, Israel survives as a liberal, Western-style democracy. This week, on Wednesday, the, President of the Palestinian Authority, Abu Mazen (Mahmoud Abbas), signed a unity government agreement with Hamas.  Peace talks have been suspended – and they will not resume with Hamas, an organization which is openly devoted to terror and to destroying and killing innocent people.

With Israel’s so-called “peace partners” now partners with Hamas, it’s important to remember what Hamas is — and that it remains ever clear that the Palestinian Arabs seek to destroy Israel piece by piece. Israel’s dream for peace once more cannot be realized.

Hamas is an organization that is anti-America and anti-Israel – that is illegal in the United States, Canada, the European Union and many other nations. In 2003, Hamas declared President Bush “Islam’s biggest enemy” and in 2004 Hamas noted that they consider the U.S. “an enemy and as an accomplice to the Israeli enemy aggression against the Palestinians. … The U.S will face responsibility for its position as an accomplice with Israel.” Hamas Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh (and the new partner of Abu Mazen) condemned America’s killing of Osama bin Laden, noting that “Osama bin Laden was a Muslim freedom fighter.”

Both of the most recent American Presidents have noted that Hamas is openly devoted to Israel’s destruction.  Barack Obama has said that Hamas is “a terrorist organization and I’ve repeatedly condemned them. I’ve repeatedly said, and I mean what I say: since they are a terrorist organization, we should not be dealing with them until they recognize Israel, renounce terrorism, and abide by previous agreements.” In 2003, President Bush said, “The free world, those who love freedom and peace, must deal harshly with Hamas” and that “Hamas must be dismantled.”

And of course, while leftists often condemn Israel, they ignore Hamas.  Hamas has said that homosexuality deserves the death penalty.  Women are forbidden to dance or smoke in public – or get their hair done by male hairdressers.  While this public relations executive complains about the coverage afforded Israel by the media, since 2006 there have been no official democratic elections in the Gaza Strip.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of Israel is quite clear: “As long as I’m prime minister of Israel, I will never negotiate with a Palestinian government that is backed by Hamas terrorists that are calling for our liquidation.” And the traditionally anti-Israel American State Department has even been hard pressed to stand with the Palestinians on this issue, noting, rightfully, that

[a]ny Palestinian government must unambiguously and explicitly commit to nonviolence, recognition of the state of Israel, and acceptance of previous agreements and obligations between the parties. If a new Palestinian government is formed, we will assess it based on its adherence to the stipulations above, its policies and actions, and will determine any implications for our assistance based on US law.

The words of Hamas are clear and consistent. Consider what Khalil Al-Hayya recently said:

[You] Zionists, you have no place on the land of Palestine … we shall expel you from our land and we will fight against you on it [on the land], we will kill you or expel you from it when you are submissive … the jihad and the martyrdom in the way of Allah are our road and our track which are meant to fulfill our triumphs and fulfill and protect our [Muslim] nation.

Or, as media recently quoted a senior commander in the Al-Qassam Brigades:

There will not be a real revival of this [Islamic] nation unless it removes this cancer [Israel] from its body and starts a serious operation to achieve the major surgery, otherwise history will not have mercy on those who gave up on or bargained and abandoned the place of the ascent to heaven [the area of the Al-Aqsa Mosque] of the messenger of Allah [the Prophet Muhammad] peace be upon him, which was stolen by the most bitter enemies of Allah and humanity.

Abbas and the Palestinian Authority have taken off their sheep’s clothing – and partnered openly with the wolves.  Let civilized people everywhere stand with Israel against terrorists.

Good article. Just one thing – stop saying “tiny Israel”. You do no one any favors with that phrase. The bad guys get more hungry for us, and potential allies wonder of it’s practically worth their time to bother. Just say “Israel”. That’s enough.

    • Zion Gadol

Bad guys want to kill Jews. And the country is the size of new jersey – it gets too much attention. Leave Israel alone and gd – and the Israeli weapons – will handle it.

      • tickletik

Our problem is that we are still shtetl Jews. We want to live in our little shtetl under the command of our benevolent non-Jewish noblemen.

Now I can only speak for myself, but I am sick to death of giving a flying f*** about what some random person thinks about me and mine. I am tired of kowtowing, I am exhausted from monitoring every word out of my mouth for fear of losing the patronage of our benevolent masters in the West.

Do you ever hear the way our “friends” speak about us? They talk about us as though they and they alone plucked us up from the shtetle’s and kindly put us down into Israel all by themselves, and we had nothing to do with it! As though we didn’t fight for this tooth and nail, as though we didn’t sweat blood and treasure to come here, as though we never even did anything at all for them! As though we didn’t go through countless betrayals and treacheries at the hands of our friends. And when they kick us in the face and curse us, we should bow and scrape some more and mumble our “thanks yous” through our broken teeth and blood filled mouths.

If one Jew commits a crime we are all made to answer for it. If an entire civilization of theirs commit crimes, then we are “whiny” or “neurotic” if we point it out as a lesson we wish to never repeat.

And if we say good things about our selves, if we speak about our own decency and contributions, we are told we are “pushy” and “arrogant”. And if we choose to live apart then we are “fanatics” or “self righteous”.

And all this is because we have no self confidence, no believe in who we are and what we are. We are G-d’s chosen! There, I said it! And it’s true! And it’s going to remain true whether anyone likes it or not! And ignoring that is not going to make it go away!

I am sick from having to be quiet about my own love and admiration for my own people. I love my people! I think we are the best and greatest of the world’s people! I do not think we are “little” or “tiny” and aside from our Creator in Heaven, we do not need to fear anything or anyone else at all!

We don’t feel strong or powerful? Then maybe it’s time we focused on changing that! Maybe we should make ourselves stronger and more powerful. Maybe it’s time to rethink our alliances and our friends. Maybe it’s time we started looking out for our own interests and stand up for ourselves. Hey what? Maybe just a bit eh?

        • BagLady

And when they kick us in the face and curse us, we are expected to bow and scrape some more and mumble our “thanks yous” through our broken teeth and blood filled mouths.”

Very moving prose. Now give examples to support your bloody suffering please.

My Israeli friends once taught me a poem, though I completely forget the words. It was aimed at we silly Brits who feel the need to say ‘please and thank you’ at every opportunity. They argued that such words are implicit in the sentence, although I never picked up on this when they shouted to the waiter WATER… NOW.

The shrinking violet does not fit the picture of any Israeli I ever met.

“Maybe it’s time to rethink our alliances and our friends. Maybe it’s time we started looking out for our own interests and stand up for ourselves”

Then you would become ‘tiny’ my friend.

          • Drakken

Your right, we should rethink who are of the west and those who aren’t, and throw the leftist anti-western jihadist supporting bastards to the muslims and let them have them.

          • tickletik

Now give examples to support your bloody suffering please.

            I owe you nothing.

          tickletic AKBAR!

        • Joe The Gentile

          >> Maybe it’s time we started looking out for our own interests and stand up for ourselves.

tickletik, one thing Israel has been very good at—and I mean ‘good at’ because it is a good thing—is not trusting foreign powers to take care of it.

          >> No, to them we are just “parasites” and “traitors”! We have “dual loyalties”.

To some, for sure, yes. But there are others such as me who see you as important allies. Negatively generalizing about your enemies may be a necessary part of war. But negatively generalizing about your allies??

I believe an even stronger allegiance between Israel and the rest of the West is all but inevitable. A huge change of heart towards Israel is all but inevitable in Europe, and an increase in sympathy towards Israel in the US. Slowly but surely, Europe will start coming around to seeing things from Israel’s point of view. But this will take a bit of time. How long will it take? I am unsure, but I would be very surprised if things were not very, very different in twenty years.

          • tickletik

Well, now I feel awful for having written that. You shouldn’t mind me Joe, I’m just ranting like an idiot.

I think the world of you Joe, I’m honestly ashamed of myself that you and people like you saw that stupid rant.

          • Joe The Gentile

Oh don’t worry tickketik, rants are healthy! Thanks for your compliment! I understand your frustration with the ongoing injustice towards Israel and the Jews in general. Your rant has not done any harm and your rant in combination with your coming around is good! :)

          • tickletik

            Thanks Joe

          • Albert Darringdon

Tickletik, I understand your feelings, but please remember that there are millions of gentile people, especially Christians, all over the world who love Israel and support her with our prayers, votes, time and money. You’re not alone, please remember that you DO have friends.

          • tickletik

Albert, we are never alone. None of us. He’s always there, and He’s always with us, no matter how bad it gets, no matter if we believe it or not, and that’s the truth.

That’s why I was so upset before.

It’s depending on princes; yes, we should all make common cause with the good princes of the world, we should also be friendly and good to all the honest sons of man, but we should not put our trust in them!

This supplicating and begging is just wrong. It’s wrong and it’s foolish. Because no man is ever alone if he walks honestly with God. And any man who walks honestly IS walking with God, and that’s what I believe.

I don’t know, I’m just hope things work out. I really have nothing against anyone.

          • ahad_ha_amoratsim

            Don’t delete it.
Friends like Joe are great to have.
            They are also far between.
I don’t think any sane person reading that could think it meant our true friends, as opposed to those like Kerry and his boss (the baal Kerry), Hillary, Condi, or whoever who sell us out while claiming to be acting for our own good by protecting us from ourselves.

      • BagLady

Now that talks have broken down once again — rather fortuitously for Netanyahu and Kerry — we can expect the usual cycle of violence to follow. How sad.

        • Drakken

It is a great opportunity for Israel to finally rid themselves of these Islamic vermin once and for all.

          • ahad_ha_amoratsim

One reason the violence will occur is that Kerry forced Israel to sit on its hands as attacks on civilians increased during his ‘peace’ efforts. Another is that too many Israelis drank the kool aid and think that turning a blind eye on the stabbings, shootings, car stonings, firebombings, riots, and assaults will somehow lead to peace, or at least reduce the violence.

What is even smaller than “tiny Israel”, is “microscopic hajj central”.

    • BagLady

You can never be ‘tiny’ with the might of big brother America behind you. You are their number one outpost and you know it. I find your ‘fear’ of you neighbours a tad overstated.

      • Gee

We are no US outpost. With Dumbacrats in America behind we know that they are holding a knife to stab us in the back.
Unlike America – we have a much better record in equal rights

        • ahad_ha_amoratsim

Bag Lady is a Jew-hating troll and is not all there.

Britain can never be ‘tiny’ with the might of Big Brother America behind it – though Socialist Britain bites the hand of its benefactor too often.

        • BagLady

Oh, but we have the mighty unelected European Government to protect us for which we pay around $1billion per day.

I wonder whether, if and when the US ‘takes’ the East, it won’t turn its drones on Europe. It must surely be THE ultimate prize.

      • ahad_ha_amoratsim

Yeah, Pres. Obama is right behind Israel’s back. Clutching a dagger. And by no means the first US president to renege on commitments to Israel, go back at least to Eisenhower.

  • TheOrdinaryMan

“You, Zionists, have no place on the land of Palestine….” No. They don’t mean Zionists, they mean Jews. Example–there was a pogrom in Safed, in 1834, long before Zionism began. The horse goes BEFORE the cart.

    • UCSPanther

Scratch an anti-zionist, find an antisemite.

      • Gee

That is because they do not know what Zionism actually means

      • ahad_ha_amoratsim

I am not advocating violence (besides I’m really lousy at it) and don’t belive in it except in self-defense, but if I did, I’d recommend cutting or sticking rather than just scratching.

Hark, I hear another voice calling from above, it is the voice of the Almighty making his plans. In case people don’t realize it, Putin’s moves are Gog Rising in Ezekiel 38 and 39. Gog is Russia and Vladimir Putin. Putin is not a happy man, deep down what he really wants is Russia to rule as the world’s only superpower. He wants to restore Russia to its past glory. Ezekiel 38 and 39 reveal the fascinating and detailed prophecy about a future war campaign against Israel. This war is known as the Gog and Magog War because the people of Magog and their leader Gog will lead the attack. Gog builds alliances with countries he intends team up with and enter Israel, also Meshech…Turkey, and Tubal…Southern Russia, and Iran. There is a bigger picture though. Ezekiel 39…”Son of man, prophesy against Gog and say: “This is what the Sovereign Lord says: I am against you, O Gog, chief prince of Meshech and Tubal. I will turn you around and drag you along, I will bring you from the far north and send you against the mountains of Israel. Then I will strike your bow from your left hand and make your arrows drop from your right hand. On the mountains of Israel you will fall, and all your troops and the nations with you. This includes the Islamic nations who want to destroy Israel. If you look at all prophecies written in the bible…they have ultimately been completely true. We don’t know the exact time frames that these things will happen, but we do know what is written is going to ultimately happen.

    Kerry’s reaction?

“Kerry: If Talks Fail, Israel Could Become an Apartheid State
In leaked recording, Kerry says that if Israel doesn’t make peace soon, it
could become ‘an apartheid state,’ like the old South Africa.”

In other words, it’s all Israel’s fault. Not one mention of Hamas as if last weeks alignment with the PA had never been.

    And then the threat!

I’d urge you to read it merely to understand the enormity of obfuscation that we’re facing. It is quite staggering.

This is the world we’re living in, the Age of Deceit.

Nothing is real. It’s all ‘The Narrative’ which must be obeyed.

Thank you for the quotes. I have never been able to understand why Islamists are so intent on killing people who have so much of value to trade with them. It goes beyond simple nationalism. I can’t quite imagine people believing such things but the explicit nature of the quotes indicates they do. What looked like stupidity or simple corruption is actually implacable hate based on faith based false ideas.
How sad, there is no way to negotiate with this fanatic mindset or to change it with reasoning. All one can do is fight to defend one’s self, crushing them if need be, while not generalizing to those who do not hold such hateful beliefs which makes defense much harder.

    • wileyvet

It all stems from the mind of Muhammad. The Jews of Yathrib ( Medina) were educated, successful and important tribes. They had lived there for nearly 500 years before Muhammad and his motley crew showed up. He tried to convince them to accept him as a prophet and join him, but being learned they recognized the fraud that he was, his plagiarizing of the Torah and Talmud and mocked him and rejected him. Thus angered, he ejected the tribes one by one on trumped up pretexts, confiscating their wealth and property. The last tribe, the Bani Qurayza suffered the worst. Muhammad had all the males who had reached puberty, slaughtered. They were all led to a mass grave, forced to sit on the edge of the pit, and by some accounts, Muhammad himself personally cut their heads off. Between 700 and 900 men were killed in this way. The women and children were taken as slaves and either sold off, or distributed as sex slaves to the Prophet’s followers. Again their wealth and property became the possession of Muhammad and the Muslims. For their rejection of him and his teachings, Jews earned the eternal enmity of Islam and Muslims. Ultimately all Jews were expelled from Arabia in due time. The Koran is filled with verses that denounce, malign and denigrate the Jews. All of the epithets and stereotypes that the Arabs today use against the Jews can be found in the Koran. It was Muhammad’s own hatred and vilification of the Jews of Medina that is the basis for the “Palestinians” hate today.

I was speaking of the motives of such violent, tragic and evil actions. Such things are not acceptable for any reason. As I said you may reason with economic or even political issues but evil based on tribal hatred can only be crushed by means that we would otherwise not use. And we must use it against those who will not learn better not whole communities (which might extend blood feuds – see the other reply below).

I never said that anyone should not defend against and use any reasonable means to end evil violence. I said that it is hard to end unless the enemy is willing to listen and wants to live rather than to die. And it is painful to have to crush even evil people.

  • Ellen_L

With such a role model and writings, it is not surprising they are violent and hateful. The question is why hasn’t this changed in over 1000 years. Thank you for the information. It is odd that such things are not more common knowledge. If you consider the history of Christian and Moslem interaction, perhaps the violence against Christians is also based on history.
However, we are not in those dark ages. Jews and Christians moved on past blood feuds, it is high time that the fanatics and the power hungry leaders in the Middle East do so as well. They will live better. Perhaps exposing this type of information will help uncover the source and people will consider it instead of focusing on more recent events that are falsely told.
